The speach of each debater should includes answer part and ask part.The answer should be clear and easy and the question also should be clear.(only one question each time)
The rules of free debate
1.Free debate should be around two teams.A debater in pros speaks first then a debater in cons speaks.Two teams take turns, until the time is up.2.The time that each team takes should be calculated the total time.When one team end the speaking, we begin to record the time of the other team.3.In the total time.It doesn't matter that how long and how many times a debater speak.4.If one of the teams uses out the time, the other team can give up speaking or keep on taking turns until the time is up.Giving up speaking cannot influence the score.During the debate, debaters cannot read the imformation that is prepared before.But they can show the summary of any newspaper or book.During the debate, debaters cannot leave sets.They also cannot stop the speaking of the other side debater or their side debater.

賽制具體說(shuō)明:
(一)立論階段:
由正方雙方的一辯選手來(lái)完成,要求立論的框架明確,語(yǔ)言通暢,邏輯清晰,能夠正確的闡述己方的立場(chǎng)。
(二)駁立論階段:
這個(gè)階段的發(fā)言由雙方的二辯來(lái)進(jìn)行,旨在針對(duì)對(duì)方的立論環(huán)節(jié)的發(fā)言進(jìn)行回駁和補(bǔ)充己方的立論的觀點(diǎn),也可以擴(kuò)展本方的立論方向和鞏固己方的立場(chǎng)。
(三)質(zhì)辯環(huán)節(jié): 這個(gè)階段是,由雙方的三辯來(lái)完成這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),雙方的三辯針對(duì)對(duì)方的觀點(diǎn)和本方的立場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)問(wèn)題,由一方的三辯起來(lái)提問(wèn)對(duì)方的一辯,二辯,四辯各一個(gè)問(wèn)題,要求被問(wèn)方必須回答,不能閃躲,提問(wèn)方的時(shí)間每個(gè)問(wèn)題不可超過(guò)十五秒,回答方三個(gè)問(wèn)題的回答累計(jì)時(shí)間是一分三十秒,雙方的三辯交替提問(wèn),由正方開(kāi)始,在質(zhì)辯的環(huán)節(jié)中,要求雙方的語(yǔ)言規(guī)范和儀態(tài)莊重,表述清晰。在質(zhì)辯結(jié)束后,由雙方的三辯針對(duì)對(duì)方的回答進(jìn)行質(zhì)辯小節(jié),時(shí)間一分半,由正方開(kāi)始。
(四)自由辯論階段: 正反雙方的八位辯手都要參加,辯論雙方交替發(fā)言。雙方都擁有四分鐘的累計(jì)發(fā)言時(shí)間,在一方時(shí)間用完后,另外一方可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言,直至本方的時(shí)間用完。在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中,要求辯論雙方的隊(duì)員團(tuán)結(jié)合作和整體配合,自由辯論階段由正方開(kāi)始
(五)結(jié)辯階段:
針對(duì)對(duì)方的觀點(diǎn)和己方的立場(chǎng)出發(fā),總結(jié)本方的觀點(diǎn),闡述最后的立場(chǎng)。

2、陳詞階段規(guī)則
提倡即興陳詞,引經(jīng)據(jù)典恰當(dāng)。各隊(duì)題材準(zhǔn)備既要有事例、又要有理論支撐;既要辯明事理,又力爭(zhēng)不乏幽默;觀點(diǎn)既新穎、又要充滿說(shuō)服力。開(kāi)篇立論力求簡(jiǎn)結(jié)明了,切入正題迅速準(zhǔn)備,鮮明而中要害。
3、攻辯階段規(guī)則
(1)攻辨由正方二辯開(kāi)始,正反方交替進(jìn)行。
(2)正反方二、三辯參加攻辯。正反方一辯作攻辯小結(jié)。正反方二、三辯各有且必須有一次作為攻方;辯方由攻方任意指定,不受次數(shù)限制。攻辯雙方單獨(dú)完成攻辯,不得中途更替企業(yè)辯論賽題目文章企業(yè)辯論賽題目。
(3)攻辯雙方必須正面回答對(duì)方問(wèn)題,提問(wèn)和回答都有要簡(jiǎn)潔明確。重復(fù)提問(wèn)和回避問(wèn)題均要被扣分。每一輪攻辯,攻辯角色不得互換,辯方不得反問(wèn),攻方也不得回答問(wèn)題。
(4)正反方選手站立完成第一輪攻辯階段,攻辯雙方任意一方落座視為完成本方攻辨,對(duì)方選手在限時(shí)內(nèi)任意發(fā)揮(陳詞或繼續(xù)發(fā)問(wèn))。
(5)每一輪攻辯為1分30秒,攻方每次提問(wèn)不得超過(guò)10秒,每輪必須提出三個(gè)以上的問(wèn)題。辯方每次不得超過(guò)20秒。用時(shí)滿時(shí),以鐘聲終止發(fā)言,若攻辯雙方尚未完成提問(wèn)或回答,不作扣分處理。
(6)四輪攻辯階段完畢,先由正方一辯再由反方一辯為本隊(duì)作攻辯小結(jié),限時(shí)1分30秒。正反雙方的攻辯小結(jié)要針對(duì)攻辯階段的態(tài)勢(shì)及涉及內(nèi)容,嚴(yán)禁脫離比賽實(shí)際狀況的背稿。
4、自由辯論規(guī)則
(1)自由辯論發(fā)言必須在兩隊(duì)之間交替進(jìn)行,首先由正方一名隊(duì)員發(fā)言,然后由反方一名隊(duì)員發(fā)言,雙方輪流,直到時(shí)間用完為止。
(2)各隊(duì)耗時(shí)累計(jì)計(jì)算,當(dāng)一方發(fā)言結(jié)束,即開(kāi)始計(jì)算另一方用時(shí)。(3)在總時(shí)間內(nèi),各隊(duì)隊(duì)員的發(fā)言次序、次數(shù)和用時(shí)不限。(4)如果一隊(duì)的時(shí)間已經(jīng)用完,另一隊(duì)可以放棄發(fā)言,也可以輪流發(fā)言,直到時(shí)間用完為止。放棄發(fā)言不影響打分。
5、觀眾提問(wèn)規(guī)則:
觀眾提問(wèn)階段正反方的表現(xiàn)算入比賽成績(jī)。觀眾提出的問(wèn)題先經(jīng)2 位以上規(guī)則評(píng)委判定有效后,被提問(wèn)方才能回答。正反方各回答2個(gè)觀眾提出的問(wèn)題,雙方除四辯外任意辯手作答。一個(gè)問(wèn)題的回答時(shí)間為1分鐘,如一位辯手的回答用時(shí)未滿,其他辯手可以補(bǔ)充企業(yè)辯論賽題目百科。
6、總結(jié)階段規(guī)則:
辯論雙方應(yīng)針對(duì)辯論會(huì)整體態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)陳詞;脫離實(shí)際,背誦事先準(zhǔn)備的稿件,適當(dāng)扣分。
