一、賽前組織

1.組織參賽學(xué)員按參賽順序號(hào)就坐 2.賽前點(diǎn)名

二、比賽開始（主持人上場(chǎng)并介紹比賽目的）

Good afternoon，everyone，my honoured teachers and my fellow students.I'm very honoured to be the host for today's competition this afternoon to give the opening speech for everybody.Thank you for coming to this afternoon’s competition.In today's show.There are 14contestants in both groups.They are coming from different Classes.I hope we can exchange experiences of how to learn English better.These experiences will be very useful for the students in our school.So I hope we'll all make good use of this opportunity.(各位老師、親愛的同學(xué)們，很高興今天能擔(dān)任此次比賽的主持人，在今天的比賽中有14名選手參賽，他們是來(lái)自不同的年級(jí)不同的班級(jí)。我希望通過(guò)這次比賽，大家能夠交流如何更好地學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，這對(duì)我們?cè)趯W(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)有很大的幫助，所以我希望大家都能好好地珍惜這次機(jī)會(huì)。)

為激發(fā)我校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，促進(jìn)我校學(xué)生英語(yǔ)聽力和口語(yǔ)能力的發(fā)展，展示我校學(xué)生英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)表達(dá)水平，提高學(xué)生綜合應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)的能力,本著培養(yǎng)興趣、增強(qiáng)信心、展示風(fēng)采、樹立

榜樣目的，并致力于為廣大學(xué)員提供一個(gè)鍛煉自我、展現(xiàn)自我、捕捉機(jī)遇的舞臺(tái)。經(jīng)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究決定：舉辦中、小學(xué)生英語(yǔ)演講比賽。再次歡迎大家的到來(lái)。

3.本次比賽采用評(píng)委打分制，去掉一個(gè)最高分和最低分后，取平均分，評(píng)委將根據(jù)各位選手的表現(xiàn)，給出客觀、公正的評(píng)價(jià)。

第二篇：英語(yǔ)演講比賽流程

3.主題：Ourfutureisnotadream

4.比賽形式

5.比賽包括“定題演講”和“回答問(wèn)題”兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

1.定題演講：根據(jù)事先所定題目由各選手事先準(zhǔn)備，限時(shí)2分鐘（前后不得超

過(guò)10秒）。

2.回答問(wèn)題：每位選手就其定題演講的內(nèi)容回答評(píng)委的一個(gè)或兩個(gè)問(wèn)題，回答

時(shí)間為2分鐘(由選手回答開始計(jì)時(shí))。

6.評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)----比賽采取十進(jìn)制進(jìn)行評(píng)分

7.主題鮮明，內(nèi)容健康。（2.5分）

8.發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、清晰、語(yǔ)調(diào)平仄起伏流暢、準(zhǔn)確、演講技巧運(yùn)用恰當(dāng)。（3.5分）

9.儀態(tài)大方，穿著得體，有較好的演講氣質(zhì)。（1分）

10.回答問(wèn)題正確，反應(yīng)敏捷。（2分）

11.能準(zhǔn)確把握演講時(shí)間和回答問(wèn)題時(shí)間。（1分）

12.注意:.1.2分鐘定題演講時(shí)間如少于或多于規(guī)定時(shí)間前后10秒,評(píng)委要相應(yīng)

扣分。（在1分30秒時(shí)，計(jì)時(shí)員會(huì)舉牌提醒一次，時(shí)間到的時(shí)候，計(jì)時(shí)員會(huì)吹哨停止其發(fā)言。）

25.Enable to control the time of making speeches and answering questions.（1 points）

26.Notice: 1.In terms of time control(whenthereare 30 seconds left, a person will hold up one sign

One: The content: The content must have a clear topic;the material must be related the topic;the material must be meaningful;the examples must be related to the lecturer.(3 scores)

2、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)：語(yǔ)言流暢、生動(dòng)，發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；節(jié)奏優(yōu)美，富有感情（3分）

Two: The language: The lecturers must give their lecture in clear, fluent , moving , beautiful, rhythmical emotional language.The accent must be standard.(3 scores)

3、儀態(tài)表情：衣著整潔、儀表大方，舉止得體，能靈活運(yùn)用語(yǔ)速、語(yǔ)調(diào)、手勢(shì)等演講技巧（2分）

第四篇：英語(yǔ)演講比賽活動(dòng)流程

英語(yǔ)演講比賽活動(dòng)流程

初賽（海選形式）：

1、參賽選手簽到、入場(chǎng)。

2、由主持人介紹出席評(píng)委及嘉賓，并介紹評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和比賽規(guī)則（評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和比賽規(guī)則用PPT展現(xiàn)在大屏幕上）。

3、主持人宣布演講比賽開始。

4、每位選手進(jìn)行3-4分鐘演講（不低于3分鐘，不超過(guò)4分鐘），選手開始演講即計(jì)時(shí)開始；剩余一分鐘時(shí)，計(jì)時(shí)員給予提示，時(shí)間到停止演講，違規(guī)者酌情扣分。

5、8位選手為一組，一組演講完后，由工作人員收計(jì)分表，統(tǒng)計(jì)得分。

6、一組結(jié)束后，播放搞笑視頻作為中場(chǎng)休息內(nèi)容。

7、中場(chǎng)休息過(guò)后，由主持人宣布上一組選手得分情況。并開始下一組比賽。

8、所有選手比賽結(jié)束后，主持人公布進(jìn)入復(fù)賽人員名單。

9、向所有參賽選手發(fā)放紀(jì)念小禮品。

10、評(píng)委、選手退場(chǎng)。工作人員整理打掃會(huì)場(chǎng)。

復(fù)賽：

【1】開場(chǎng)舞

【2】主持人開場(chǎng)白（中英配合）。歡迎領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、評(píng)委、嘉賓，及介紹比賽規(guī)則。

【3】比賽具體過(guò)程

第一環(huán)節(jié)：選手簡(jiǎn)要作自我介紹，大約每人1分鐘。

1、選手根據(jù)事先擬定的題目依次上臺(tái)演講，3分鐘至4分鐘的演講。

2、演講結(jié)束后，每位選手進(jìn)行答辯。

3、附加表現(xiàn)（每道1分）：選手答辯結(jié)束后，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽題號(hào)。一個(gè)題號(hào)對(duì)應(yīng)兩道題。兩道題分別為一道文字類的文學(xué)常識(shí)題和一道視頻音頻題。

才藝展示（5分）評(píng)委打分。

【4】每五人為一組。一組演講完后，由工作人員收計(jì)分表，統(tǒng)計(jì)得分。

【5】現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投票環(huán)節(jié)：5位選手返場(chǎng)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾依次為選手吶喊。由分貝儀測(cè)量分貝。所得分貝數(shù)乘以0.5%為觀眾投票得分。

【6】一組結(jié)束后，由主持人主持游戲等內(nèi)容作為中場(chǎng)休息。

【7】中場(chǎng)休息過(guò)后，由主持人宣布上一組選手得分情況。并開始下一組比賽。

【8】演講結(jié)束后，由評(píng)委作總評(píng)。

【9】主持人宣布比賽成績(jī)和名次。

【10】頒獎(jiǎng)：由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和嘉賓發(fā)獎(jiǎng)。

【11】主持人宣布活動(dòng)結(jié)束。

【12】活動(dòng)參與者合影。

【13】按照統(tǒng)一安排依次退場(chǎng)。

第五篇：英語(yǔ)演講比賽活動(dòng)流程

活動(dòng)流程（具體事項(xiàng)如有改動(dòng)將另行通知）

一）前期宣傳

由部長(zhǎng)在校學(xué)生會(huì)內(nèi)積極宣傳，動(dòng)員會(huì)內(nèi)廣大成員積極參與。

二）前期準(zhǔn)備

1．.擬定還比賽時(shí)間和比賽地點(diǎn)

2．制作報(bào)名表并指定負(fù)責(zé)人員以及值班注意事項(xiàng)

3．準(zhǔn)備獎(jiǎng)狀和榮譽(yù)證書

4.邀請(qǐng)?jiān)u委團(tuán)（希望能對(duì)演講選手的內(nèi)容提問(wèn)）及嘉賓。

5.準(zhǔn)備演講賽中穿插的文藝節(jié)目

6.設(shè)置命題演講題目或演講內(nèi)容范圍并規(guī)定好演講的的時(shí)間范圍（4-7分鐘：開場(chǎng)白、演講內(nèi)容、結(jié)束語(yǔ)。）,7.指定相關(guān)人員在后期做分手的統(tǒng)計(jì)和計(jì)算，制作演講評(píng)分細(xì)則及打分卡

三）報(bào)名方式

以部門為單位以短信的方式或其他方式進(jìn)行報(bào)名，再由本部人員進(jìn)行信息統(tǒng)計(jì)。

2.各位選手抽簽決定演講次序 3.主持人致開幕詞并且介紹比賽主題、評(píng)委、嘉賓、參賽選手。

4.主持人介紹比賽的規(guī)則評(píng)分細(xì)則和互動(dòng)（評(píng)委提問(wèn)，選手即興作答）。

5.比賽開始，各選手按所抽序號(hào)有序上場(chǎng)。

5.一輪比賽的每三名選手參加完比賽之后，主持人報(bào)一次分；二輪比賽完成后主持人報(bào)分，公布成績(jī)。

6.在一輪比賽之后，表演文藝節(jié)目；一輪比賽完成后中間邀請(qǐng)嘉賓講話或中間插文藝節(jié)目，調(diào)節(jié)比賽氣氛。

7.待所有的選手比賽完后，邀請(qǐng)嘉賓上臺(tái)發(fā)言，工作人員進(jìn)行統(tǒng)分。

8.嘉賓發(fā)言完后，主持人上臺(tái)宣布比賽結(jié)果（依次由優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)到一等獎(jiǎng)）。

9.嘉賓上臺(tái)頒獎(jiǎng)。

10.主持人宣布比賽結(jié)束，全體工作人員、嘉賓、評(píng)委、選手合影留念。

11.工作人員負(fù)責(zé)做好后期工作。

七）相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)(現(xiàn)場(chǎng)秩序的維持和處理突發(fā)事件)

1.教室多媒體出現(xiàn)設(shè)備、座位等問(wèn)題時(shí)，及時(shí)通知相關(guān)人員，并做好更換教室的準(zhǔn)備。

2.參賽選手必須提前15分鐘到場(chǎng)，相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人需及時(shí)做好通知工作。

3.相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人確認(rèn)特邀嘉賓有事未能到場(chǎng)時(shí)，將重新安排座位。

4.選手上場(chǎng)需主持人進(jìn)行提醒。相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人要確認(rèn)到場(chǎng)的選手，有時(shí)也需對(duì)其進(jìn)行必要的提醒。
