大家好！今天我演講的題目是“綠色奧運(yùn)我參與”。

綠色奧運(yùn)是北京2008年奧運(yùn)會(huì)的三大理念之一。為此北京市政府無論是在環(huán)境的治理、綠化的建設(shè)、生態(tài)的保護(hù)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)和水資源的保護(hù)與利用，都做了大量的工作。但實(shí)現(xiàn)“綠色奧運(yùn)”僅僅靠北京

市政府行為是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，作為新一代大學(xué)生的我們更應(yīng)該積極的投身到“綠色奧運(yùn)”的建設(shè)與宣傳當(dāng)中去。從我做起，從我的家庭做起，從我身邊的朋友、同學(xué)做起。

2001年，當(dāng)前國(guó)際奧委會(huì)主席薩馬蘭奇在莫斯科高聲宣讀：“beijing，china”的時(shí)候，作為一個(gè)中國(guó)人，我發(fā)自心底的為我們的祖國(guó)，我們的首都感到高興。但在高興之余，那灰蒙蒙的天空漫、天的0沙塵暴、污綠的護(hù)城河和見不到一絲綠色的街道，又使我深為北京能否在2008年成功辦好奧運(yùn)而感到擔(dān)心。

四年之后的今天，一年之中有了229天湛藍(lán)的天空，那滾滾的黃塵也早已不見，那一群群久違的野鴨也在春天飛回了北京的什剎海，街道也被綠色裝點(diǎn)的生機(jī)勃勃。這一切不知不覺的變化都在回答著我，北京一定能辦好2008年的奧運(yùn)！而所有這些變化不僅僅是北京市政府的努力，更是在無數(shù)國(guó)民共同努力的結(jié)果。

我們清楚的記得在2004年的雅典奧運(yùn)會(huì)上，當(dāng)劉翔登上領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)臺(tái)時(shí)，他頭上戴了一個(gè)由橄欖枝編成的頭環(huán)。這綠色的橄欖枝不正是代表著“綠色奧運(yùn)”嗎？橄欖枝象征著和平，而奧運(yùn)正是傳遞“和平”的載體，我們不能簡(jiǎn)單的理解“沒有戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)就是和平”。“人與自然和諧相處”也是“和平”最本質(zhì)的含義。“節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境”這種追求“人與自然和諧相處”的具體行為正是奧林匹克精神的具體體現(xiàn)。所以我們說：和平是奧運(yùn)的靈魂，奧運(yùn)是和平的載體，綠色奧運(yùn)是我們從更高的境界在追求和平。當(dāng)偉大的精神被“平凡”廣泛的具體化以后，這種精神就被弘揚(yáng)和光大了。

看來“綠色奧運(yùn)”應(yīng)該從點(diǎn)滴做起，從我做起，從我周邊的人做起。弘揚(yáng)奧林匹克精神，宣傳綠色奧運(yùn)理念，讓2008北京奧運(yùn)真正做到“綠色奧運(yùn)”。這正是每一個(gè)愛好和平、追求和平人們的義不容辭的責(zé)任。也是我們新一代大學(xué)生的一種思想境界和追求。

Ladies and gentlemen:

good morning!

Today, my speech is “I am the part of the Green Olympics”.“Green Olympics” is one of the Three Themes of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.Therefore the Beijing government had made a great effort in order to protect the environment, build more “Green project”, keep the ecological balance, push the recycling economy, and protect the water resource.But if only the government take the action to realize the Green Olympics in 2008, it's not enough.As a Beijing high school student, we should play an active role in the actions aimed at the realization of Green Olympics.So we should start it from ourselves, our family, our friends and other people around us.In 2001, in the Moscow world trade center, when the former chairman of the International Olympic Committee, Samaranch had said: “Beijing, China!” As a Beijing citizen, as a Chinese, I had a great joy for my city, for my home country from the bottom of my heart!But after the excitement that Beijing had been succeed in the race to host the Olympic Game in 2008.I started to worry about the dusty air, the sandstorm, the polluted rivers and lakes;the streets without any green and whether we could successfully host the Olympic Games in 2008.Four years later, today, we can see 229 day blue sky in one year, we can hardly catch a glimpse of the sandstorm, groups of wild duck comes back to Shishahai Lake in the spring, and all the streets are dressed in green.All these make me deeply believe that Beijing will surely succeed in 2008!And all these achievements are not only the result that made by the Beijing government, but also by the 14 millions Beijing citizens.As one of the 14 millions normal citizens, I am also adding my contribution to our Green Olympic!

I used to have a habit, which is to take two longtime showers every day.It was a big waste of water.One day, I saw a piece of news in Beijing Daily that about the lack of the Beijing water resource.It's said every year Beijing use up about 3.7 billions cubic meter of water.But Miyun reservoir only contains 0.77 billions cubic meter of water, and Guanting reservoir only contains 0.19 billion cubic meter of water.This shows we are really short of water now!After reading this news, I start to change my habit, and only take one quick shower each day.I have calculated that if everyone economizes one cubic meter of water during they are taking the shower in a month;the Beijing citizens will economize 14 million cubic meter of water in only one month!In 2004, as the Beijing Irrigation Apartment reported that since 2001 Beijing has succeeded in the application of hosting the Olympic game in 2008.Beijing government had started 26 programs in order to economize the water resource.After 3 years doing this, these programs have saved 0.437 billions cubic meter of water.It's as big as a four-sized Huairou reservoir!And now, in my daily life, in my family, we always think about protecting the environment and saving the resource whenever we doing what.The batteries, the aged newspapers, the empty glass bottles and all the recyclable garbage, we will classify them then put them in different trash cans;we make the most use of the nature light and shut off the electrical light conveniently;and when we shopping, we will bring a nylon bag with us instead of plastic bags;during the feast, I do not send any card in order to protect the forest resource;after washing the clothes, we won't dump the used water but use it to flash the toilet… All in all, we should start from every little thing around us to truly realize the “Green Olympic”.I still remember clearly that in the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, when Liu Xiang stood up on the award platform, he was wearing a coronet, which made by olive branch.Does this green olive branch stand for the “Green Olympic”? Olive branch is the symbol of peace, and the Olympic Game is the carrier of the “peace”.We should not just simply think, “No war is the meaning of peace”.“Nature and human beings living in harmony” is also the root meaning of “peace”.“Save the resource, protect the environment”, this kind action of pursuing “Nature and human beings living in harmony”, is the way that shows the core of the Olympian spirit.So we say, peace is the spirit of Olympic, Olympic is the carrier of peace, and “Green Olympic” means that we are standing in a higher platform to seek the peace.So the “Green Olympic” should be started from every little things in our daily life, start form me, from the people that around me.Express the spirit of Olympic, publicize the theme of “Green Olympic”, and let Beijing really reaches the “Green Olympic” in 2008.This is the responsibility of anyone who loves peace.And it is also the responsibility of our Beijing high school students!

講文明樹新風(fēng)迎奧運(yùn)

尊敬的老師、親愛的同學(xué)們：

大家好，我是***，來自*年級(jí)*班。今天，我演講的題目是：講文明、樹新風(fēng)、迎奧運(yùn)。

難忘2001年1月13日，中國(guó)北京申奧成功，舉國(guó)上下一片歡騰。偉大的北京——親愛祖國(guó)的心臟，我們的首都！將迎來全世界人民的關(guān)注，迎接四面八方的賓朋。隨著2001年的遠(yuǎn)去，2008的腳步攜著春的氣息一步一步走來。如今，微風(fēng)撫面，綠滿京城！再有3個(gè)多月，奧運(yùn)的圣火即將在北京點(diǎn)燃，在過去的7年中，許許多多的勞動(dòng)者為奧運(yùn)會(huì)的成功舉辦付出了自己辛勤的勞動(dòng)：鳥巢、水立方等大型體育場(chǎng)館的建設(shè)，首都的綠化、美化，道路的修繕和暢通，對(duì)外賓的歡迎和接待等等，每個(gè)人都在盡自己的一份力量，為迎接奧運(yùn)，講文明，樹新風(fēng)！做為一名小學(xué)生，我在思考，我能做些什么呢？

也許有人會(huì)說：奧運(yùn)是國(guó)家大事，你們一個(gè)小學(xué)生，又沒有什么力氣，所以你們做不了什么！我要說：不！奧運(yùn)是國(guó)家的奧運(yùn)，國(guó)家的事就是我們大家的事，我們是這個(gè)國(guó)家未來的主人，我們有責(zé)任把我們國(guó)家的文明、強(qiáng)大、昌盛展現(xiàn)在世界人民的面前。因此，我們應(yīng)該從自身做起，講文明，樹新風(fēng)，迎接奧運(yùn)的到來。

在我們學(xué)校，在我們身邊，時(shí)常能夠看到這樣的人：穿衣服邋邋遢遢，不修邊幅，夏天穿著拖鞋，光著膀子，或者只穿了背心就在大街上閑逛；吃了水果，點(diǎn)心，隨手亂丟果皮紙榍，即使垃圾桶就在他旁邊，他也視而不見；隨口吐痰，隨地吐口香糖；和人講話就象是和人吵架，出口就是粗話、臟話；在草坪上奔跑嬉戲，即使旁邊豎著“禁止踐踏草坪”的牌子等等。。這樣不文明的人好多好多，相信你身邊也有，親愛的同學(xué)們，你們有沒有遇到過呢？

大家可以想一想，不注重自己儀表和舉止的人，就是不尊重自己和別人的人。和這樣的人在一起，只能是讓自己也變成一個(gè)不受人尊重的人，走到那里都會(huì)招來別人譴責(zé)的語言和鄙視的目光。我們做為新一代的少年兒童，國(guó)家的接班人，未來的小主人，我們能容忍這樣的事情發(fā)生，能成為這樣的人嗎？所以，我今天就號(hào)召大家，在全社會(huì)都在迎接奧運(yùn)，講究文明，樹立新風(fēng)的好時(shí)候，我們一定要從自身做起，抵制不文明現(xiàn)象，克服不良的壞習(xí)慣，做一個(gè)合格的，優(yōu)秀的，高素質(zhì)的未來小主人！并且，不僅要自己做好，更要積極幫助別人，糾正缺點(diǎn)，克服壞習(xí)慣，要讓不文明人越來越少，有良好素質(zhì)的人越來越多，讓我們居住的環(huán)境越來越干凈，讓人與人之間相處的環(huán)境越來越友善。

等到奧運(yùn)會(huì)開始的時(shí)候，世界各地的朋友來到中國(guó)，看到的是干凈的街道，整潔的環(huán)境，每一個(gè)中國(guó)人都舉止得體，彬彬有禮。我們每個(gè)小朋友都愛學(xué)習(xí)、愛勞動(dòng)、講文明、懂禮貌充滿了陽光和朝氣。

同學(xué)們，讓我們從身邊小事做起，講文明，樹新風(fēng)，共同樹立我們良好的形象，一積極向上的精神，迎接奧運(yùn)會(huì)！
