現(xiàn)代信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)正廣泛深入地滲透到人們工作和生活的各個(gè)方面，日益改變著我們的學(xué)習(xí)、生活及工作方式。電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活中的不可缺少的一部分

首先，網(wǎng)絡(luò)上有很多我們需要的資源，好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化能夠讓我們學(xué)習(xí)到很多文化知識(shí)，異國風(fēng)情，民族風(fēng)俗等。但也有不好的，電子游戲室讓大學(xué)生沉迷其中荒廢學(xué)業(yè)、大學(xué)生去觀看不健康的視頻、網(wǎng)頁……所以我們要正確看待網(wǎng)絡(luò)。以下是我的觀點(diǎn)。

1，樹立正確的上網(wǎng)觀念。

上網(wǎng)可以休閑娛樂，可以查找豐富的學(xué)習(xí)資料，可以和遠(yuǎn)在千里之外的親朋好友聊天，可以干很多，只要你想得到。但網(wǎng)絡(luò)不是萬能的，它畢竟不能替代現(xiàn)實(shí)生活不能把一切寄托于電腦，電腦只是一個(gè)工具，其他的目前還不能給它賦予太多的意義。所以不能在生活上過分依賴它，特別是對(duì)于求知的大學(xué)生來說，應(yīng)該合理的運(yùn)用它。

2、合理安排上網(wǎng)時(shí)間

無節(jié)制的上網(wǎng)浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，影響正常的工作與學(xué)習(xí)。我們必須合理安排上網(wǎng)時(shí)間，在上網(wǎng)和工作、學(xué)習(xí)之間取得平衡。只有通過合理安排上網(wǎng)時(shí)間，才能做到有效率的使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源并使其真正的為工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活帶來便利。

3、正確對(duì)待網(wǎng)絡(luò)娛樂資源

勞逸結(jié)合、寓教于樂是我們所提倡的健康的工作、學(xué)習(xí)方式，適度娛樂能緩解工作、生活中的壓力，也為后續(xù)的學(xué)習(xí)和工作提供了能量。然而過度沉溺于網(wǎng)絡(luò)娛樂資源（如網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、在線聊天等）不僅不會(huì)讓人感受到娛樂帶來的快樂反而會(huì)玩物喪志。只有正確對(duì)待網(wǎng)絡(luò)娛樂資源才能真正的從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上獲取輕松，因網(wǎng)絡(luò)而受益。

每枚硬幣都有兩面，每個(gè)事物都有利弊兩面。網(wǎng)絡(luò)只是生活的一部分，要善于使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)好的一面，嚴(yán)格自律，不能沉迷無法自拔，浪費(fèi)時(shí)間和青春。處在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的我們，應(yīng)該把握機(jī)遇，努力學(xué)習(xí)，善于合理和正確運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源，提高自身的素質(zhì)，做一個(gè)德智體全面發(fā)展對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人。
