美國簽證的核心原則

基本原則:赴美學(xué)習(xí)目的對將來學(xué)成歸來在中國發(fā)展的作用和二者間的必然聯(lián)系。求學(xué)動機結(jié)合歸國計劃：學(xué)習(xí)目的是實現(xiàn)歸國目的的手段和方式，不要只談學(xué)習(xí)目的，可以直接談學(xué)習(xí)目的的最終目的——歸國目的!

3、我的英語不是很好，可以用中文回答問題嗎？

答：F-1簽證的申請人都是要去美國讀書，有很多人英語不是很好。但在簽證時一般要求必須用英文回答問題，這就要求申請人在面簽之前努力提升自己的英語聽說水平。但如果實在是不知道該如何用英文回答某些問題，可以誠懇地說：I understand your question，but I cannot answer it in English.May I speak Chinese？（不到萬不得已不要說這句）

4、我要去的是一所基督教會學(xué)校，簽證官會問到相關(guān)問題嗎？

答：簽證官一般不會因申請人要去一所基督教會學(xué)校讀書而對申請人的信仰產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑，進而提出相關(guān)問題。

5、如果我沒有聽明白簽證官問的問題，我該怎么辦？

答：簽證官的英語可能會說得比較快，再加上申請人比較緊張，可能會出現(xiàn)申請人沒有聽明白簽證官的問題這種現(xiàn)象，申請人一定不能按照自己聽到的個別詞匯去猜想剛才的問題，然后給出一個風(fēng)馬牛不相及的回答，而是應(yīng)該請簽證官重復(fù)問題。例如：

6、面簽結(jié)束后我應(yīng)該去哪里取護照呢？

答：面簽結(jié)束后簽證官沒有把護照退給你，就說明你已經(jīng)通過了面簽，但是領(lǐng)事館需要將簽證紙貼在你的護照上，無法當(dāng)場拿到。目前，領(lǐng)事館會將已經(jīng)簽發(fā)簽證的護照通過中信銀行發(fā)到各個地方。在進行簽證預(yù)約的時候選擇的地點，也就是預(yù)約信第一頁中部的“文件送達信息”中的地點即為申請人取護照的地點。一般簽證通過后10天左右會寄到領(lǐng)取護照的中信銀行。

留學(xué)生也好，背包客也好，辦出國簽證，都得面臨簽證官大人的“裁決”，其中美國面簽更是讓人“聞風(fēng)喪膽”的一個環(huán)節(jié)。留學(xué)簽證業(yè)內(nèi)人士支招，面對即將到來的簽證高峰期，除了提早預(yù)約和準(zhǔn)備申請材料很重要之外，學(xué)生要注意剔除一些“NO ZUO NO DIE”(網(wǎng)絡(luò)流行語，不作死就不會死)的行為。

吹水唔抹嘴，回答不真實

曾有網(wǎng)友分享自己的拒簽史：簽證官問他最喜歡的鋼琴家是誰，那人說是貝多芬，簽證官讓他哼一段《致愛麗絲》，沒有哼出來，就被拒了!分析：真實才是簽證通過的法寶。申請簽證的材料和回答問題，都要真實誠信，有時候一些“太聰明”的做法反而會影響簽證。就像上述網(wǎng)友一樣，以為隨口回答一下，就可以過關(guān)，怎想簽證官會再深入地考驗? 還有學(xué)生在面簽時聽不清簽證官的問題，又不敢問，于是就自以為是地作答。業(yè)內(nèi)人士提示，問題沒聽清一定要有禮貌地重問一遍，而不能隨便回答，因為美國人很忌諱說謊或含糊其辭。

全部流水單都推給簽證官看

美國簽證很看重申請人的資金來源，有些學(xué)生往往迫切想把這方面表現(xiàn)給簽證官看，會把每個月的流水單全部打出來堆到簽證官面前。

分析：這樣做是很“作死”的：首先，簽證時學(xué)生不一定需要將全部資金準(zhǔn)備齊，一般來說，學(xué)生可以只準(zhǔn)備第一年學(xué)費生活費總額的存款;其次，簽證官更注意的是學(xué)生是否提供了可靠的工作證明、收入證明及房產(chǎn)證等文件，以讓簽證官相信，他們有能力繼續(xù)支付剩余幾年的費用，同時在支付這些費用后，家長仍然可以在中國很好地生活。

曬自己豐富的出境記錄

人們普遍認(rèn)為，在申請英、美等國家的留學(xué)簽證之前，如果有日本、韓國、新加坡等第三國的成功出入境記錄，就把自己的護照做“活”了，“活護照”對日后再申請英、美等國的簽證肯定會有幫助。

分析：事實上，英、美國家不會以他國的簽證作參考的，如果簽證者的護照經(jīng)歷過于復(fù)雜，就可能需要對過去的出境記錄作解釋，由此就多了不必要的麻煩。

穿與身份不相符的服裝

對于面簽來說，如果你明明是一個高中生，卻穿一套職業(yè)裝，明明是一個白領(lǐng)，卻要穿得低胸性感，就算不被拒也會減分。那樣給簽證官的第一感覺就是，不像是去美國求學(xué)的樣子，赴美動機很值得懷疑。
