中考前十天的調(diào)適包括知識和身體、心理三個方面，最后十天調(diào)適注意做到以下幾點：

一．每天一次，熱身訓(xùn)練。中考越來越像體育競賽，考前的熱身訓(xùn)練對于考生來說也越來越重要，尤其有利于提高應(yīng)戰(zhàn)能力。最后十天各校都以自由復(fù)習(xí)為主，但是筆者認為最后階段對學(xué)生管理不能過于松散，自由復(fù)習(xí)雖然有利于緩解考試壓力，但是卻打破了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和生活習(xí)慣，十天的散漫無節(jié)奏的生活足以影響學(xué)生對考試的靈敏度和適當(dāng)?shù)木o張度。有的學(xué)生甚至開夜車，拼搏最后十天，與中考節(jié)奏不吻合；甚至個別學(xué)生不夠自覺，熬夜看電視、睡懶覺等，也打亂了正常的生活節(jié)奏。每天熱身訓(xùn)練目的是適應(yīng)，給自己增加“底氣”，自由復(fù)習(xí)則往往只看題不做題，十天不動手就會手生。熱身訓(xùn)練注意試題不要難，不要偏，題量不要大，主要是適應(yīng)性測試，對考試時間，考試內(nèi)容，考試技巧、考試心理等有一個訓(xùn)練和延續(xù)的過程。不必做整張綜合卷，可以集中某一塊內(nèi)容進行訓(xùn)練。不看分數(shù)，重在適應(yīng)，有適度的緊張感。即使是自由復(fù)習(xí)，也要調(diào)節(jié)時間，一天全是自己復(fù)習(xí)，容易出現(xiàn)倦怠感，熱身訓(xùn)練則容易進入狀態(tài)。
