很高興見到大家.對(duì)于我們的家長和學(xué)生而言，的確是新老師;今天，我想利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，把我過去的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合這幾周對(duì)六年級(jí)學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)情況的了解來與各位家長分享和探討。
從學(xué)生的家庭作業(yè)來看，我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學(xué)習(xí)。大家都意識(shí)到英語學(xué)習(xí)不論是對(duì)我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)來說，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們小學(xué)階段的教學(xué)目的在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、良好的語言習(xí)慣、運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力以及跨文化意識(shí)。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個(gè)方面對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練和運(yùn)用。通過這幾周的教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這一屆六年級(jí)的班主任都特別負(fù)責(zé)，班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學(xué)自尊心強(qiáng)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，這使我對(duì)他們充滿信心。但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：
1、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正。部分學(xué)生對(duì)于學(xué)英語是抱著無所謂的態(tài)度，甚至?xí)f“只要語文數(shù)學(xué)好就行了”，還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。
2、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不夠好。我要求學(xué)生在讀英語的時(shí)候用手指單詞和句子，有利于對(duì)單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習(xí)慣，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學(xué)邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴(yán)重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會(huì)做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會(huì)反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會(huì)做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)進(jìn)步”。這幾天這種情況幾乎沒有了。
3、少數(shù)同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)不好。到現(xiàn)在26個(gè)字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。
4、閱讀能力欠佳。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學(xué)生對(duì)于閱讀暫時(shí)還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍回答問題，但是很少有同學(xué)能夠嚴(yán)格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。
針對(duì)以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。
1、督促學(xué)生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時(shí)，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽10――15分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。
2、爭(zhēng)取消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。我會(huì)在每單元結(jié)束的時(shí)候組織一次聽寫，并要求學(xué)生帶回家給家長過目。
3、請(qǐng)家長督促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學(xué)校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時(shí)的`默寫作業(yè)我也會(huì)煩請(qǐng)各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學(xué)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)壓力，讓他們知道父母會(huì)經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫才行。家長可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫或者報(bào)中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默完后，督促他們對(duì)著書本更正。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，六年級(jí)的很多家長都非常負(fù)責(zé)，他們已經(jīng)在這么做了，而且做得很好!
4、每一個(gè)單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習(xí)題。如果你的孩子英語基礎(chǔ)不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)習(xí)。
總之，我和各位家長有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)這些孩子，他們個(gè)個(gè)都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發(fā)掘。今后，我也希望和各位家長保持聯(lián)系，如果孩子遇到學(xué)習(xí)問題我們及時(shí)溝通。我的電話號(hào)碼是：***********。

各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好，我是來自望龍中學(xué)的初二英語教師石龍。今有榮幸，作為我校初二英語學(xué)科發(fā)言人，向大家分享我對(duì)本學(xué)科的幾點(diǎn)薄見，著名教育家陶行知曾說過：“千教萬教教人求真，千學(xué)萬學(xué)學(xué)做真人”。師者，所以傳道授業(yè)解惑也，我盡力地想把自己的所學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)生傾囊相授，但作為一名剛工作兩年的新教師，我自知我教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，因此，我時(shí)常向我校經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的老師請(qǐng)教，也感謝我校的青藍(lán)結(jié)對(duì)工程，讓我迅速地成長了起來。下面我將從以下幾個(gè)方面淺談我在英語教學(xué)中的一些做法。
一、注重班級(jí)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)
學(xué)生剛一進(jìn)校時(shí)，通過我對(duì)他們?yōu)槠趦芍艿挠^察，我先選了三名英語科代表，然后將學(xué)生分成了10個(gè)小組，每個(gè)小組4—6人，組員成績各不相同，好中差均等，每個(gè)小組選出一名小組長。三名科代表分工不同，一人負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們?cè)缱x，一人負(fù)責(zé)檢查、統(tǒng)計(jì)每組的背誦情況，另一人負(fù)責(zé)每日聽寫情況的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作。小組長的職責(zé)是監(jiān)督本組成員是否完成每日家庭作業(yè)、督促他們按時(shí)背誦每個(gè)單元的Section A 2d、Grammar Focus、熟讀單詞和課文、幫助小組成員解惑等。班級(jí)管理采取自上而下的管理模式，科代表管理小組長，小組長管理小組成員。每天夕會(huì)，定時(shí)召集科代表和小組長開個(gè)短會(huì)，了解同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)情況，若有問題，及時(shí)解決。
二、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣
俗話說，興趣是最好的老師。因此，在日常教學(xué)中，我會(huì)認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、上課。備課不僅是備教材，也要備學(xué)生，從學(xué)生實(shí)際出發(fā)，把學(xué)生放在首位，以學(xué)生為本，讓學(xué)生學(xué)的快樂，老師教的開心。因此，轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)觀念刻不容緩，我們應(yīng)該運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)方法，提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
（一）利用課堂游戲進(jìn)行教學(xué)
眾所周知，對(duì)于一名剛踏入中學(xué)的初中生來說，學(xué)生還是很喜歡在課堂上玩游戲的。生動(dòng)有趣的游戲能夠迅速的抓住學(xué)生的眼球，讓他們想上這門課，上好這門課。為此，我經(jīng)常在課堂與孩子們互動(dòng)，讓他們感受到英語的趣味。當(dāng)然在設(shè)計(jì)游戲節(jié)目時(shí)，游戲的內(nèi)容不僅要與教材內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系，注重教學(xué)效果，還要調(diào)動(dòng)每一位學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。在游戲環(huán)節(jié)，還要把控好課堂氛圍，切忌躁動(dòng)與混亂。
（二）創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的課堂語言環(huán)境
在我看來，英語是一門語言學(xué)科。語言學(xué)習(xí)離不開語言環(huán)境。正確應(yīng)用多媒體信息技術(shù)可以創(chuàng)設(shè)豐富多樣的、真實(shí)的生活情景，讓學(xué)生在逼真的情境中進(jìn)行聽說訓(xùn)練，從而激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。例如，課前利用希沃白板導(dǎo)入微視頻。在教學(xué)人教版初中《英語》七年級(jí)（下）Unit12 What did you do last weekend？時(shí)，我先將學(xué)生在上周末班級(jí)活動(dòng)中包餃子的照片制作成電子相冊(cè)視頻，并在課堂上播放，要求學(xué)生進(jìn)行一分鐘的口頭作文，分享活動(dòng)及感受。學(xué)生積極、主動(dòng)地要求展示，且能夠流利、準(zhǔn)確、大聲地表達(dá)。總之，只要我們可以創(chuàng)設(shè)逼真的情境，給學(xué)生提供使用英語進(jìn)行交際的機(jī)會(huì)，從而激發(fā)他們的表達(dá)欲望，他們就能夠輕松地理解、記憶和運(yùn)用知識(shí)。
（三）善于使用發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)法
不管是在哪一門學(xué)科教學(xué)中，發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)法必然是最行之有效的教學(xué)方法之一。我們應(yīng)該正確地引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自己去發(fā)現(xiàn)、總結(jié)每堂課的知識(shí)點(diǎn)。在實(shí)際教學(xué)中，我們可以先呈現(xiàn)幾個(gè)例子，再讓學(xué)生自主觀察，在教師的引導(dǎo)下一步一步的總結(jié)規(guī)律，最后通過一些例題幫助學(xué)生鞏固知識(shí)。通過自己的觀察得來的知識(shí)，學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握會(huì)更深刻更牢固，也能發(fā)揮學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性與積極性，提高他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
三、分層教學(xué)，因材施教
鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中學(xué)的學(xué)生對(duì)英語的掌握情況參差不齊，有的'學(xué)生考試基本靠猜，幾乎沒有任何英語基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于這類學(xué)生，我們可以對(duì)他們適當(dāng)降低要求。例如：聽寫10個(gè)單詞，他們寫對(duì)5個(gè)就算過關(guān)；滿分100的試卷，他們得40分就算及格；在作業(yè)方面，為他們布置一些相對(duì)簡單的題。而對(duì)于那些基礎(chǔ)較好的學(xué)生，我們則應(yīng)該提高對(duì)他們的要求。當(dāng)他們達(dá)到要求時(shí)，還可以對(duì)他們進(jìn)行語言鼓勵(lì)或?qū)嵨铼?jiǎng)勵(lì)，讓他們?cè)谟⒄Z的學(xué)習(xí)中能更有自信?？偟膩碚f就是：讓后進(jìn)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)步，讓中等生向優(yōu)生轉(zhuǎn)化，讓優(yōu)生更“優(yōu)”。
四、落實(shí)激勵(lì)機(jī)制
為了激發(fā)同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，我采取了印章積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、個(gè)人積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和小組積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
1、印章積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：每次在批改學(xué)生各類作業(yè)時(shí)，只要學(xué)生全做
對(duì)或者取得明顯進(jìn)步時(shí)，我都會(huì)在其作業(yè)本上蓋一個(gè)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)印章。印章上印有如下評(píng)語：Come on、Good job、Pass、Well done、All right、English star、Good writing、Keep trying等。只要學(xué)生累積到八個(gè)優(yōu)秀的評(píng)語，就可以找我兌換一次獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)包括特權(quán)一次、免一次家庭作業(yè)、筆記本等
2、個(gè)人積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：加分項(xiàng)目主要涉及到課堂上積極回答問題、認(rèn)真按時(shí)完成作業(yè)、課堂聽寫等。
3、小組積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：從小組成員每次上課的精神狀態(tài)、是否做好課前預(yù)習(xí)以及是否完成老師布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)來綜合考評(píng)。
個(gè)人與小組積分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)每周一公布并發(fā)放，凡是與上周相比，進(jìn)步了5分的學(xué)生和小組，均能獲得一定獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。實(shí)踐表明：有人的地方就有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，學(xué)生們會(huì)干勁十足，爭(zhēng)先恐后地想要加分。因此，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)是相當(dāng)重要的，畢竟在當(dāng)今這個(gè)社會(huì)里，連成年人都有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)，更何況是我們可愛的學(xué)生呢，又有誰愿當(dāng)那最后一名呢。
五、抓實(shí)學(xué)生日常技能訓(xùn)練
1、聽寫：事必躬親，每天定時(shí)改單詞聽寫，從不假手于人。倘若有學(xué)生第一次聽寫未過，我會(huì)在當(dāng)天對(duì)他們進(jìn)行第二次聽寫，直到他們通過為止。在我看來，單詞的聽寫情況能夠反映出學(xué)生課前是否做足功課。萬丈高樓平地起，單詞是學(xué)英語的基礎(chǔ)，只有夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，在學(xué)英語的道路上才能一馬平川。
2、練習(xí)冊(cè)和其他作業(yè)：盡量做到面批面改，倘若有事耽誤，我會(huì)讓小組長組織成員互改，組長統(tǒng)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤較多的題，交給科代表，由科代表總結(jié)交給我，下次有針對(duì)性地講評(píng)。
3、單元測(cè)試卷：每一套單元測(cè)試卷都是經(jīng)過我深思熟慮才出現(xiàn)的，我會(huì)細(xì)致地研讀考試大綱，總結(jié)學(xué)生在日常練習(xí)中出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤較多的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，然后再次變換題型，讓學(xué)生們達(dá)到學(xué)以致用，舉一反三的地步?？己髱椭鷮W(xué)生總結(jié)試卷，以期在下次的考試中不再犯相同的錯(cuò)誤，爭(zhēng)取有所進(jìn)步。

大家好!首先我要感謝各位家長的到來。您的到來是對(duì)我們的教學(xué)工作的支持，也是對(duì)孩子學(xué)習(xí)的重視。孩子的教育需要家庭和學(xué)校相互的配合和支持，作為七年級(jí)一班的英語老師，我特別希望能得到大家的支持，希望我們一起努力幫助孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語。
今天我的發(fā)言有三個(gè)方面:
首先，我想和大家一起談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)英語的重要性。作為一名家長我們應(yīng)該知道英語關(guān)系每一個(gè)學(xué)生的未來的成績與繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的發(fā)展。因?yàn)槌踔锌几咧?，高中考大學(xué)，大學(xué)后考研讀博，其中必考的科目便是英語,對(duì)孩子來講，七年級(jí)是一個(gè)很好的重新建立信心，學(xué)好英語的機(jī)會(huì)，我們是從最基本的ABC開始學(xué)的，即使以前沒有任何基礎(chǔ)，從現(xiàn)在開始認(rèn)真學(xué)也是可以把英語學(xué)好的。很多孩子在小學(xué)都沒有重視英語，家長也沒有過多關(guān)注，我希望我們家長在了解了英語的重要性后能和孩子一起重視英語。
其次，我想講講英語的學(xué)習(xí)方法。學(xué)好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。
首先說一下“聽”，聽錄音是補(bǔ)充學(xué)習(xí)的過程，另外一種是提高自己的聽力和口語表達(dá)能力，要學(xué)生盡力地去模仿錄音機(jī)里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個(gè)層次。
接下來說一下“說”，英語是一門語言，學(xué)了就是要說，要和別人交流。我們學(xué)的英語不應(yīng)該是啞巴英語，要讓每個(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)勇敢地
說出來。在課上我會(huì)用各種方法來刺激學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們說英語的積極性，大多數(shù)學(xué)生也確實(shí)做得很好。放學(xué)回家也要說。
接下來是“讀”。有句話：“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神。”學(xué)英語也是這樣，很多家長也明白，學(xué)英語要培養(yǎng)語感。一定要讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的習(xí)慣，這是學(xué)英語的最基本的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣了。
最后是寫。就是單詞短語的默寫/聽寫，這是學(xué)英語的必經(jīng)之路。單詞往往背過就容易會(huì)忘記，所以要不斷的背默寫，不斷的翻新。背單詞的時(shí)候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要?jiǎng)悠饋?，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長在這里要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語來幫助你的孩子學(xué)會(huì)偷懶，你可以報(bào)中文，讓你的孩子默寫，然后對(duì)照書本批改訂正，每天堅(jiān)持的`話，你一定會(huì)有意想不到的效果。
第三，我想說說我們班英語學(xué)習(xí)的狀況。初一階段的教學(xué)主要是要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)英語的習(xí)慣。我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個(gè)方面對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練和運(yùn)用。通過這一個(gè)月教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我們班大部分學(xué)生都自尊心強(qiáng)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，都能很用心認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)英語，這使我對(duì)他們充滿信心。但是也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：
1.學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正。上課聽講不專心，愛開小差;講了的作業(yè)交上來還是錯(cuò)誤的;
2.不能按時(shí)完成最基本的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。單詞，詞組和課文不會(huì)背不會(huì)默寫，達(dá)不到要求也不努力去完成。還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。
3.學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差。沒有做到每天記單詞，或者記單詞不動(dòng)筆，上課記筆記要時(shí)時(shí)提醒,聽力不做預(yù)測(cè)。
針對(duì)以上問題，我找到了一些方法，需要各位家長的配合和支持。
1、督促學(xué)生在家聽英語磁帶，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽5——10分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。
2.消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。每天堅(jiān)持檢查10個(gè)單詞，一本書的單詞也只要一個(gè)月就記完了。我每天都會(huì)組織一次聽寫，錯(cuò)誤比較多的同學(xué)會(huì)及時(shí)讓他們改正。請(qǐng)家長要檢查聽寫本。
3.請(qǐng)家長督促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學(xué)校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。每周回家要求記本單元的單詞，有時(shí)會(huì)默寫部分課文。
4、每天要學(xué)會(huì)預(yù)習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)。

那天晚上，兒子破天荒地吃了兩碗米飯，并且沒有讓大人喂。
兒子上小學(xué)了。母親再次去參加學(xué)校召開的家長會(huì)。老師對(duì)母親說“全班50名同學(xué)，這次數(shù)學(xué)考試，你兒子排名49名，我們懷疑你兒子智力是不是有些障礙，你最好帶他去醫(yī)院查一查?！?/p>

說這話時(shí)，她發(fā)現(xiàn)兒子暗淡的眼神一下子充滿了光，沮喪的臉也一下子舒展開來。她甚至發(fā)現(xiàn)，兒子溫順得讓她吃驚，好象長大了許多。第二天一早上學(xué)時(shí)，兒子走得比平時(shí)都要早。
孩子上了初中，學(xué)校又一次召開家長會(huì)。她坐在兒子的座位上，等著老師點(diǎn)她兒子的名字，因?yàn)槊看渭议L會(huì)，她兒子的名字總是在差生的行列中被點(diǎn)到。然而，這次卻出乎她的預(yù)料，直到會(huì)議結(jié)束，都沒聽到。母親反倒有些不習(xí)慣。臨散會(huì)，母親去問老師，老師告訴她：“按你兒子現(xiàn)在的成績，考重點(diǎn)中學(xué)還不太把握?！?/p>
母親懷著欣喜的心情走出校門，此時(shí)她發(fā)現(xiàn)兒子在等她，路上她扶著兒子的肩膀，心理有一種說不出的甜蜜。她告訴兒子：“班主任對(duì)你非常滿意，老師說了，只要你努力，很有希望考上重點(diǎn)高中。”
兒子高中畢業(yè)的那年。那是第一批大學(xué)錄取通知書下達(dá)的日子，學(xué)校打來電話讓兒子到學(xué)校去一趟，母親此時(shí)有一種預(yù)感，兒子有可能被清華大學(xué)錄取了，因?yàn)樵趫?bào)考時(shí)，她給兒子說過，她相信自己的兒子有能力考取這所學(xué)校。
兒子從學(xué)校回來了，把一封印有清華大學(xué)招生辦公室的特快專遞交到她的手里之后，突然轉(zhuǎn)身跑到自己的房間里大哭起來。邊哭邊說：“媽媽，我一直都知道，其實(shí)我并不是一個(gè)非常聰明的孩子，是您這些年來始終的鼓勵(lì)”
這時(shí)，母親悲喜交加，再也按捺不住十幾年來凝聚在心中的淚水，任它打濕在手中的信封上。
通過這個(gè)故事，我想各位家長也能明白我的意思，就是對(duì)孩子要進(jìn)行賞識(shí)教育，不要用全世界孩子的優(yōu)點(diǎn)去比孩子身上的缺點(diǎn)，多鼓勵(lì)鼓勵(lì)孩子，并且真正花心思在孩子身上。有很多家長會(huì)說，一直都忙，沒時(shí)間管。這我們能理解，但孩子是你的，不是學(xué)校的，作為老師我們一定會(huì)盡職盡責(zé)地教育孩子，而家長也是孩子的第一教師。有調(diào)查證明，作為父母的我們只要每天有15分鐘的時(shí)間是完完全全陪著孩子的，這個(gè)孩子的成長也會(huì)不一樣
的。這個(gè)陪是指父母在這15分鐘時(shí)間里不做任何與孩子的無關(guān)的`事，比如坐在孩子身邊玩手機(jī)，看電腦等，這也是不行的。同時(shí)，在陪伴孩子時(shí)，多夸夸孩子，但也不要為了夸孩子而夸孩子，太容易得到的東西往往不會(huì)讓人懂得珍惜。

晚上好！今天，我很榮幸地在這里，向各位家長匯報(bào)一下英語這一學(xué)科的一些教學(xué)情況。整體上看，我班的學(xué)生一基本上形成了良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，課堂上也都能夠積極用英語發(fā)言,作業(yè)也能夠及時(shí)上交，在期中考試大部分學(xué)生都取得了一定的進(jìn)步。但同時(shí)也暴露出不少問題，具體以下幾點(diǎn):
1．學(xué)習(xí)方法不科學(xué)：具體表現(xiàn)在出力不少但效果不佳。
2．學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性還存在一些問題，一部分同學(xué)把學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)作任務(wù)來完成，而沒把學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)成自己的事業(yè)，因此處于被動(dòng)應(yīng)付的局面。
3．自信心嚴(yán)重不足：特別是一部分學(xué)習(xí)有困難的同學(xué)，由于學(xué)習(xí)不跟趟，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)失去興趣，這要加強(qiáng)正面引導(dǎo)。其中最突出的問題就是偏科現(xiàn)象，要引起重視。希望家長配合教育。
4、學(xué)生的一些良好習(xí)慣沒有形成形成。個(gè)別學(xué)生，每次考試成績都不太理想，實(shí)際上就是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差了一點(diǎn)，在校的表現(xiàn)如：早讀到校后不能立即抓緊時(shí)間早讀，上課聽講不高效，課后作業(yè)沒有保證真正弄明白。在家的表現(xiàn)如：周日等放假期間不能科學(xué)安排學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，學(xué)習(xí)觀念不強(qiáng)。對(duì)此，我們老師會(huì)更進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo)，希望家長能督促子女在家合理的安排自己的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，同時(shí)檢查要跟上，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時(shí)解決。如果說因?yàn)楣ぷ髅Φ仍蚨韬隽私逃?，一旦發(fā)生不良的后果，后悔就晚了。

學(xué)習(xí)英語要循序漸進(jìn)，要有打持久仗的準(zhǔn)備。不同的學(xué)生，家長對(duì)他的要求應(yīng)該是不一樣的，孩子的基礎(chǔ)不同，他所能達(dá)到的高度不同。
對(duì)成績好的學(xué)生，要求嚴(yán)一些。他們的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭并進(jìn)，我為他們感到欣慰。
對(duì)于成績差的學(xué)生，原因在于，他們平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)馬虎，基礎(chǔ)不扎實(shí)，導(dǎo)致他們現(xiàn)在課上聽講出現(xiàn)困難.這樣的學(xué)生，家長主要在他們的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度及課本的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)上下功夫就行了。
其實(shí)，大部分的學(xué)生還是處于中間層次，老師所教的，所布置的作業(yè)能夠基本完成，但學(xué)習(xí)的效率又因人而異，存在著個(gè)體差別。盡管他們平時(shí)不需要老師操太多的心，費(fèi)太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現(xiàn)，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。
有一比喻是這樣的：把學(xué)習(xí)比做上樓梯，有的人從一樓上二樓，這樣容易些；有些從四樓上五樓，就有困難了。有些家長坐電梯。書面作業(yè)拖拉不交，口頭作業(yè)根本不完成，如此一來，學(xué)習(xí)自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。
2.單詞的默寫
每一話題的單詞是每一個(gè)學(xué)生都必須得不折不扣完成的，所以請(qǐng)家長回去以后一定要加強(qiáng)這部分的訓(xùn)練，要不斷的復(fù)習(xí)鞏固單詞，只有這樣才能有效的夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，只有這樣才不至于讓英語越學(xué)越難，越學(xué)越差。
我們對(duì)默寫的要求是這樣的：單詞、詞組是要求家長報(bào)中文，課文是要求學(xué)生自己熟背然后默寫的。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次說：英語好難，我默不出來；就任由他去。你讓你
的孩子知道：今天，你花大時(shí)間去養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會(huì)，你明天的作業(yè)就會(huì)更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。孩子是每個(gè)家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長說過：“要把培養(yǎng)孩子當(dāng)作自己的`事業(yè)來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點(diǎn)，相信你的孩子會(huì)給予你更多的回報(bào)！

(每個(gè)班具體情況已經(jīng)在家長會(huì)上說過了，有些內(nèi)容在此就省略了。)上學(xué)期我們五個(gè)班考得都很不錯(cuò)，班級(jí)優(yōu)秀率均在百分之七十以上,最高達(dá)百分之九十三。該共六大題。第一、三大題主要考核學(xué)生對(duì)每單元句子的掌握情況，正確率較高，說明學(xué)生對(duì)該部分內(nèi)容訓(xùn)練有素。第二題考核學(xué)生對(duì)有關(guān)顏色單詞的掌握能力，掌握情況較好，某些學(xué)生出現(xiàn)的差錯(cuò)是由于年齡較小，平時(shí)對(duì)有些顏色就分辨不清。第四題考核學(xué)生英語綜合運(yùn)用能力，大部分學(xué)生掌握得較好，某些學(xué)生出現(xiàn)的差錯(cuò)主要是由于平時(shí)對(duì)句型聽讀訓(xùn)練不夠，而且平時(shí)對(duì)該題型沒有見過，導(dǎo)致心里緊張，影響答題。第五、六大題，主要通過每單元的對(duì)話，考核學(xué)生聽的能力，正確率尚可。不足的主要原因是由于第五大題中的鐘點(diǎn)圖形印刷不清楚，而且某些學(xué)生平時(shí)對(duì)時(shí)鐘的認(rèn)知掌握得不夠透徹。
