考研復(fù)試中面試多從自我介紹開(kāi)始

近期，部分研究生招生單位陸續(xù)開(kāi)始復(fù)試。相關(guān)招生單位負(fù)責(zé)人提醒考生，在復(fù)試中，考生要注意備齊資格審查材料，提前安排出行，沉著應(yīng)對(duì)面試。

復(fù)試前備齊材料

招生單位在復(fù)試前要對(duì)考生進(jìn)行資格審查，考生要按所報(bào)考招生單位要求備齊所需材料。每個(gè)招生單位要考生提供的材料略有不同，但一般要求提供的材料包括：統(tǒng)考考生（應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生、往屆本科畢業(yè)生）要準(zhǔn)備初試準(zhǔn)考證、畢業(yè)證書(shū)、學(xué)位證書(shū)原件（應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生查驗(yàn)學(xué)生證）、身份證、在校歷年學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)單（加蓋教務(wù)或人事部門公章），并準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)復(fù)印件。同等學(xué)力考生除上述材料外，需另外提交四級(jí)證書(shū)原件或四級(jí)成績(jī)單、在核心刊物上公開(kāi)發(fā)表與報(bào)考相關(guān)的論文、選修本科階段課程成績(jī)單、專家推薦信等材料。

中科院研究生院研招辦主任高隨祥說(shuō)，復(fù)試側(cè)重對(duì)考生綜合能力的考核，除帶齊招生單位要求的相關(guān)材料外，考生還可以適當(dāng)準(zhǔn)備一些能夠證明自己綜合素質(zhì)的材料或?qū)嵨?。如?yōu)秀的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、以往發(fā)表過(guò)的文章、參加比賽的獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)或科研實(shí)踐成果等。

提前安排出行

對(duì)于參加異地考研復(fù)試的考生來(lái)說(shuō)，要盡快熟悉學(xué)校周圍的交通狀況，提前安排出行。研究生小邢說(shuō)，如果住宿地點(diǎn)離學(xué)校較遠(yuǎn)，考生可以選擇城鐵或地鐵，這兩種方式一般不存在堵車的問(wèn)題，時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短容易把握。如果住宿地點(diǎn)離學(xué)校較近，考生可以考慮騎自行車或乘坐公交車前往。不管選擇哪種出行方式，一定要提前出發(fā)。面試遲到，會(huì)給導(dǎo)師留下不好印象，也會(huì)影響自己的心態(tài)。

用平常心應(yīng)對(duì)面試

考研過(guò)來(lái)人祝楊軍說(shuō)，面試時(shí)，考生要特別注意禮儀，導(dǎo)師對(duì)考生復(fù)試表現(xiàn)的印象會(huì)影響考生的最終得分，能否成功錄取，關(guān)鍵在此一舉。在面試中做到禮貌、謙和至關(guān)重要。

考生要以平常心向?qū)熣故菊鎸?shí)的自我。高隨祥說(shuō)，在面試中，有些考生過(guò)度重視面試，產(chǎn)生焦慮情緒和思想負(fù)擔(dān)，影響精神狀態(tài)，進(jìn)考場(chǎng)后過(guò)于緊張，不能正常發(fā)揮自己的真實(shí)水平。有些考生過(guò)于自信，回答導(dǎo)師問(wèn)題時(shí)夸夸其談，無(wú)限制地展開(kāi)。還有些考生對(duì)面試做了過(guò)多的事先設(shè)計(jì)，面試中過(guò)于做作，一旦出現(xiàn)事先沒(méi)有料到的情況就方寸大亂，不知所措。這些都是考生要盡量避免的。

研究生劉新群說(shuō)，當(dāng)考生在被導(dǎo)師問(wèn)到自己確實(shí)沒(méi)有學(xué)過(guò)或不知道的問(wèn)題時(shí)，考生要坦誠(chéng)相告，或作適度分析，盡量避免胡亂猜測(cè)。導(dǎo)師一般可以接受考生對(duì)于某些知識(shí)不了解，但比較反感考生不懂裝懂，胡亂作答。

此外在面試過(guò)程中，導(dǎo)師除了關(guān)心考生回答問(wèn)題結(jié)論的準(zhǔn)確性外，更關(guān)注考生回答問(wèn)題過(guò)程中所表現(xiàn)出的能力和素質(zhì)，如基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)是否扎實(shí)、邏輯是否清楚、思維是否活躍、反應(yīng)是否敏捷、表述是否簡(jiǎn)潔明確、分析問(wèn)題和考慮問(wèn)題是否深刻、做事是否踏實(shí)等。

“自報(bào)家門”吸引考官

考生通過(guò)了考研初試，就說(shuō)明達(dá)到了考試大綱所規(guī)定的基本要求，考生要樹(shù)立信心，并在面試中運(yùn)用一些技巧。延長(zhǎng)自我介紹突出亮點(diǎn)

面試必不可少的一環(huán)是自我介紹，也是考生唯一可以做完全準(zhǔn)備的部分。如果考生能在此部分適當(dāng)增加“亮點(diǎn)”內(nèi)容，充分介紹學(xué)習(xí)、生活和愛(ài)好，可加深考官的印象，贏得考官的好感?？忌杀M量說(shuō)自己熟悉的領(lǐng)域，避開(kāi)陌生的領(lǐng)域，充分掌握面試的主動(dòng)權(quán)。

第一問(wèn)多從自我介紹中引出

考官的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題其實(shí)往往從你的自我介紹中引申而來(lái)。如：你介紹自己喜歡讀書(shū)，那么考官的問(wèn)題極有可能問(wèn)平時(shí)喜歡看什么書(shū)，你覺(jué)得這和你的專業(yè)有何關(guān)聯(lián)等。了解這點(diǎn)后，考生可事先在自我介紹里留下這樣的伏筆，引發(fā)考官的興趣。在考官詢問(wèn)時(shí)，有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行回答，但考生切勿生拉硬套，和考官說(shuō)一些不相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，讓考官產(chǎn)生反感。

考官有時(shí)喜歡突然襲擊，讓考生措手不及，使考生準(zhǔn)備的內(nèi)容沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)表達(dá)。因此，考生要有意識(shí)地鍛煉臨場(chǎng)語(yǔ)言組織能力，把握面試節(jié)奏，爭(zhēng)取在復(fù)試中勝出。
