第一篇：2013校園圣誕節(jié)演講（本站推薦）

校長(zhǎng)、各位老師、各位同學(xué)大家平安：

今天是全世界都在熱烈慶祝的大日子！因?yàn)?012年前，在遙遠(yuǎn)的國(guó)都以色列伯利恒的地方，彌賽亞（也就是救世主）降生了！然而我們卻發(fā)現(xiàn)，所謂的普天同慶，如今卻已慢慢淪為嘉年華會(huì)式的狂歡，甚至因狂歡過度，每年都有許多人喪命！這已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)背離耶穌降生的意義。因此，在這兒我要和大家一起分享耶穌降生的故事，以及其中所蘊(yùn)含的意義。

當(dāng)年，以色列尚在羅馬政權(quán)統(tǒng)治之下。羅馬人為了統(tǒng)計(jì)百姓的人數(shù)，於是下令所有的人都要回本籍地報(bào)名上冊(cè)（就像現(xiàn)在的戶口普查）。於是耶穌的父親－約瑟，就帶著因圣靈感孕而身懷六甲的妻子－馬利亞，由定居地－加利利的拿撒勒趕回本籍地－猶大的伯利恒。由於回來報(bào)名上冊(cè)的人太多了，每家旅館都客滿，而馬利亞臨盆在即。在約瑟的苦苦央求下，一位好心的旅館老板讓他們借住在馬房，於是，當(dāng)晚耶穌就降生在馬槽中。

當(dāng)耶穌降生的那一刻，在伯利恒野地里看守羊群的牧羊人，忽然見到上帝派來的使者站在他們旁邊，告訴他們救世主已經(jīng)降生的好消息。同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了一大隊(duì)的天兵，和那位天使高聲的贊美上帝說：「在至高之處榮耀歸與上帝，在地上平安歸與他所喜悅的人」。這是第一支報(bào)佳音的隊(duì)伍，也就是后來每年的圣誕節(jié)，基督徒都會(huì)四處報(bào)佳音的由來。

從耶穌的降生，我們可以得到兩個(gè)啟示：

1、學(xué)習(xí)他謙卑的態(tài)度。

根據(jù)圣經(jīng)的記載，耶穌是救世主，應(yīng)當(dāng)是無上光榮的，但他卻選擇降生在馬槽這麼卑微的地方，正顯現(xiàn)出他的謙卑。他曾說：「我來是要服事人，而不是要被人服事」；又說：「我心柔和謙卑，你們當(dāng)負(fù)我的軛」；他更曾為門徒一一洗腳。這些在在顯明他的謙卑。我們行事為人，是否也該學(xué)習(xí)他這謙卑的樣式？

2、追求心靈上真正的平安。

人生在世，難免會(huì)遭遇困厄?yàn)?zāi)禍。於是，很多人就用各種方式祈求災(zāi)禍不要臨到他的身上，也因此產(chǎn)生了各種忌諱：這個(gè)不能做，那個(gè)不能吃；早上出門要朝東走，晚上回家時(shí)要先朝南走……等。只要有一點(diǎn)閃失，就整天害怕?lián)模@是真正的平安嗎？我認(rèn)為真正的平安是，即使遇到了災(zāi)禍，心里也不會(huì)驚慌失措。因?yàn)槟阒烙幸晃槐饶愀心芰Φ娜?，他可以為你分愁解憂，他可以為你承擔(dān)一切的重?fù)?dān)，如同嬰兒安睡在父母的懷抱中，無懼外面的狂風(fēng)暴雨。這是多麼令人喜樂的事啊！

如今，我已找到了心靈上真正的平安，不知你們找到了沒？

國(guó)王的演講中喬治六世的口吃有很多方面引起的： 童年早期創(chuàng)傷——影片有放到喬治說道自己小時(shí)候保姆偏愛他哥哥，在和父皇母后相處時(shí)被掐，使父母不愛和要哭的他相處。事后保姆還會(huì)故意不給東西吃，使得自己得胃病。而這些事父母在三年后才發(fā)現(xiàn)......這對(duì)喬治的傷害很大。

當(dāng)然，這造成了喬治和父母的疏遠(yuǎn)。得不到父母滿滿地疼愛，也有一定的關(guān)系。被糾正左利手的經(jīng)歷??這些無一不是造成喬治口吃的原因。

發(fā)音療法：就是要在每句話的開始輕柔地發(fā)音，改變口吃者首字發(fā)音經(jīng)常很急很重的特點(diǎn)。說話的速度要降到很慢的程度，一開始時(shí)一分鐘60-100字，而人們平時(shí)說話的速度要達(dá)到每分鐘200字。

呼吸療法：提倡腹式呼吸法。由于深呼吸能使肌肉獲得適當(dāng)?shù)倪\(yùn)動(dòng)和協(xié)調(diào)，能松弛與緩和身體各部和顏面肌肉的緊張狀態(tài)，逐漸消除伴隨運(yùn)動(dòng)。深呼吸能影響人的情緒，能使激動(dòng)的情感得以緩和以致平息。

突破療法：將口吃患者組織在一起，或單獨(dú)到人群密集的地方去演講、唱歌，逐步克服說話的恐懼心理。

激將法：羅格會(huì)用一些語(yǔ)言來刺激國(guó)王，逼他說話反擊。

安慰鼓勵(lì)法：不斷告訴國(guó)王他可以的，可以講一口流利的話。

12.24下午,生科院操場(chǎng)“對(duì)對(duì)碰”(晚派送禮物).活動(dòng)規(guī)則:總共設(shè)15對(duì)相對(duì)應(yīng)的卡片,如“黃蓉與郭靖”等,23日晚把卡片送到參加該活動(dòng)報(bào)名的寢室里,讓其選取一張卡片,讓其于之寫者對(duì)對(duì)方的祝福,并保管好卡片,24日下午特定時(shí)間都到生科院操場(chǎng)集中.如果能尋找到對(duì)方,如:抽取“黃蓉”的寢室成員能尋找到抽取“郭靖”的寢室成員,則把兩張卡片一起帶到服務(wù)臺(tái)去登記,服務(wù)人員將把禮物送到雙方的寢室(或者現(xiàn)場(chǎng)領(lǐng)取).附:該項(xiàng)活動(dòng)最好是15個(gè)男生寢室與15個(gè)女生寢室進(jìn)行,亦不排除個(gè)人參加.宣傳時(shí)應(yīng)注明:名額有限,采取先到先得的方式?jīng)Q定.(二)圣誕游園活動(dòng)

道具:氣球若干,內(nèi)置小字條(字條上可以寫“表演節(jié)目,獲得獎(jiǎng)品等)

參加人員:5人一組,多次

游戲規(guī)則:參加人員按5人一組比賽(氣球自行選取),依氣球被吹爆速度取前3名,對(duì)球內(nèi)的獎(jiǎng)品予以變現(xiàn).即主持人根據(jù)”字條“的內(nèi)容給該同學(xué)對(duì)獎(jiǎng).比如:字條里寫著”跳繩一百,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)桔子兩顆“,那么該同學(xué)只有得按”字條“的內(nèi)容去做,主持人才可給予相應(yīng)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì).并在過關(guān)的同學(xué)的游園卡片上蓋上一個(gè)標(biāo)簽,如未過關(guān)則在相關(guān)部分劃×.3.名稱:搶凳子

游戲規(guī)則:游戲開始表演的一組兩人先要面對(duì)面(一人為表演動(dòng)策劃,一人為猜測(cè)者),然后由主持人會(huì)把要表 演的成語(yǔ)或詞語(yǔ)寫在一張紙上,讓表演動(dòng)作者做給猜測(cè)者看,當(dāng)表演者表演完,猜測(cè)者能猜出表演者所做動(dòng)作 的成語(yǔ)或詞語(yǔ)時(shí),就算過關(guān).(注意:動(dòng)作者可以用語(yǔ)言來解釋,但不能說出動(dòng)作中的字).(題目:左右為難,無孔不入,金雞獨(dú)立,狗急跳墻,東張西望,無中生有,眉開眼笑,胸有成竹,雞飛蛋打,低聲下氣)

道具:氣球一個(gè),繩子一條參加人員:兩組對(duì)抗(每組一般為3人到7人)游戲規(guī)則:游戲開始前先把繩子沿場(chǎng)地的正中間拉開(像網(wǎng)球網(wǎng)一樣),然后雙方排開用頭頂球,哪方先落地為輸,雙方輪流發(fā)球.體現(xiàn)配合能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力.(注意只能用頭,不能用身體的其它部位)

游戲規(guī)則:本游戲要求場(chǎng)地較大,游戲開始時(shí)先把每一組人員的左腿或右腿綁在一起,多組并排一起站在起 跑線上,主持人喊”開始“時(shí),各隊(duì)齊出,最先到達(dá)終點(diǎn)的隊(duì)就算獲勝.本游戲要求參加者的配合默契.并在過關(guān)的同學(xué)的游園卡片上蓋上一個(gè)標(biāo)簽,如未過關(guān)則在相關(guān)部分劃×.最后,對(duì)于集齊一定的標(biāo)簽的同學(xué)可以到服務(wù)臺(tái)領(lǐng)取相應(yīng)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(或者可以把獎(jiǎng)品送給指定的寢室或者寢室成員),并在兌完獎(jiǎng)的卡片做上一定標(biāo)記,留給參加同學(xué)作為紀(jì)念.附:每一項(xiàng)游戲的游戲規(guī)則要寫出來制成展板式的置于活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),盡量簡(jiǎn)明扼要.服務(wù)臺(tái)位置安排以及各項(xiàng)游戲安排之地點(diǎn)將另附表格說明.(三):特別活動(dòng):

玩法:先找出兩個(gè)被玩者(如之前游戲的輸者或贏家,告訴他們贏了這個(gè)游戲便不用受罰/有獎(jiǎng)),面對(duì)面站在一張桌子兩邊.把乒乓球放在匙更上,放在二人中間,要他們蒙著眼向乒乓球吹,若能把球吹到對(duì)面便為之贏.待他們蒙好眼后,便迅速把乒乓球換成面粉,一二三,吹...
