      自薦信哦,這名字太沒水平太老土了)

      目的:Win the interview(Not the job)

      結構:不要亂改結構,HR一般只看第二段;

      第一段:說明你為什么要申請這個職位,以及表明你已經跟公司里面的某個人談過了(重要!這樣人家不會認為你的Cover Letter是Spam)。通常的切入點是公司的培訓,文化以及行業(yè)狀況,工作性質等等(選擇因人和工作而異)。Anyway,表現出下過一番功夫。第二段:說明你為什么勝任職位。以Job Description為出發(fā)點,選出2-3點公司認為的重要的素質,加以闡述。特別重要的是!除了Resume中最shining的信息外,還要講述部分新的內容,特別是personal的感人信息,可以講故事,但是要簡潔,就像給家人寫一封信一樣,讓人動情。講完故事問自己一句“So what”,這些故事經歷對公司能有什么貢獻。HR希望在CL中看到Resume中沒有的信息,所以不能讓讀者有浪費時間看重復內容的感覺。第三段:謝謝,你的聯系方式。并且說明你會Follow-up(重要!很多機會是Follow up出來的,而且人家看了會覺得你有誠意,真心想要這份工作);

      注意事項:

      格式:不要花哨,簡潔,要合理的運用“空白”(跟CL同理)。只能有一頁(除非你特別肯定那個HR或者忙的要死的Manager會讀完你的N-page的Resume)

      Education:

      1.日期寫Graduation Date,不要寫 XXX-Present

      2.GPA,Major GPA,TOEFL,GMAT什么的,高就放,不高就省略。多少是高?GMAT 730+,GPA 3.5+

      3.學位,專業(yè)。。你知道的Experience & Activities: 四個字:結果導向(量化)

      相信大家做了很多事情,也學了很多東西,然后很想把他們都放到簡歷上面去。很多人會說我干了我在某個學生會干了很多事情,比如組織活動,策劃等等?;蛘邔嵙曋性趺丛趺礃恿?。。It's OK, but so what? 所以,這里最關鍵的就是: Action leads to Results。什么是Result呢?看看公司的年報,他們都有自己的Key Performance Indicator,那就是Result。Investor關心的就是那些,他們不關心你中途干了多么Fancy的事情(雖然很重要)。這個道理對HR是同樣的。如果你的Action只是Action,沒有Result的,那意義就不大了。這里可以舉點例子:

      *實習中:%的工作得到承認,Performance Assessment的評價系數,創(chuàng)造了多少收入,為XX部門提供了多少增長率,完成了%的年度指標。。等等

      *學生會:Membership增長百分比(Marketing做的好不好的評價),Retention rate(人才培訓做的好不好的指標),參加會議的人數(影響度),滿意度(組織的成功度),Budget(規(guī)模)。。。反正一堆,關鍵是要有這個意識去想到這些。

      *各種比賽獎項:為什么大家喜歡得獎,因為獎項是對行動的證明。但是多多發(fā)掘自己的過去,你也會發(fā)現即使沒有獎項,你也完成了很多Result

      我相信說了這么多,大家悟性這么好,應該明白了??纯茨愕暮啔v,每句話是否有數字,是否有結果,沒有?趕緊改喲 總體來說,Resume是一個悟性問題,以結果為導向,甚至可以讓你在未來做事情的時候有一個清晰的目標,做事的時候更有效率,更有效能。。。避免醬油

      連續(xù)三周幾乎每天都在修改Resume和Cover Letter,吸取了各類資源和高人(行業(yè),Career Center等)的意見之后。終于可以Debrief一下啦。僅供大家分享,挖掘過去,開創(chuàng)未來。網上有很多不同版本的這些信息,大多數太泛太膚淺太缺乏思考,所以這篇文章的目的是希望為大家提供深刻見解的,至于簡歷的基礎信息就不介紹了,不知道的也可以自學??傮w來說,Cover Letter和Resume就是問“So What”,你做了無數的事情,So what? 看你簡歷的人都是在問這些問題,回答好了這個問題,得到Interview就木有問題啦。(大家看完了要是覺得好,記得轉發(fā),多多支持哦??!)

      連續(xù)三周幾乎每天都在修改Resume和Cover Letter,吸取了各類資源和高人(行業(yè),Career Center等)的意見之后。終于可以Debrief一下啦。僅供大家分享,挖掘過去,開創(chuàng)未來。

      網上有很多不同版本的這些信息,大多數太泛太膚淺太缺乏思考,所以這篇文章的目的是希望為大家提供深刻見解的,至于簡歷的基礎信息就不介紹了,不知道的也可以自學??傮w來說,Cover Letter和Resume就是問“So What”,你做了無數的事情,So what? 看你簡歷的人都是在問這些問題,回答好了這個問題,得到Interview就木有問題啦。

      第一篇:Cover Letter求職信(不要再叫它自薦信哦,這名字太沒水平太老土了)目的:Win the interview(Not the job)結構:不要亂改結構,HR一般只看第二段;

      第一段:說明你為什么要申請這個職位,以及表明你已經跟公司里面的某個人談過了(重要!這樣人家不會認為你的Cover Letter是Spam)。通常的切入點是公司的培訓,文化以及行業(yè)狀況,工作性質等等(選擇因人和工作而異)。Anyway,表現出下過一番功夫。

      第二段:說明你為什么勝任職位。以Job Description為出發(fā)點,選出2-3點公司認為的重要的素質,加以闡述。特別重要的是!除了Resume中最shining的信息外,還要講述部分新的內容,特別是personal的感人信息,可以講故事,但是要簡潔,就像給家人寫一封信一樣,讓人動情。講完故事問自己一句“So what”,這些故事經歷對公司能有什么貢獻。HR希望在CL中看到Resume中沒有的信息,所以不能讓讀者有浪費時間看重復內容的感覺。

      第三段:謝謝,你的聯系方式。并且說明你會Follow-up(重要!很多機會是Follow up出來的,而且人家看了會覺得你有誠意,真心想要這份工作); 注意事項:

      1.要知道標準格式!Professional Firm很看重Professional,如果自己很牛,但是做的東西不Pro,不要怪HR或者Manager不給機會。標準格式是什么?去有途網隨便下一個Cover Letter Guide,看Sample,注意空格,空行,邊距,字體,空白(空白很重要,原因?你一

      2.再次強調,Cover Letter寫上跟Resume不同的東西

      第二篇:簡歷Resume

      目的:Win the interview(Not the job)

      結構:Contact--> Education--> Experience(篇幅一半)--> Activities--> Skills 格式:不要花哨,簡潔,要合理的運用“空白”(跟CL同理)。只能有一頁(除非你特別肯定那個HR或者忙的要死的Manager會讀完你的N-page的Resume)

      Education:

      1.日期寫Graduation Date,不要寫 XXX每句話一定是Action words開頭

      -針對申請職位需要的技能來設計Action words(見附表)Skills:

      不要寫無關的Skill,不要寫Office,即使你覺得你Excel用的很好,在Experience里面表現出來。比如用Excel做了Valuation Model,Scenario Analysis,Pivot Table等等。??偨Y+嘮叨:

      其實CL和Resume就是一個認識自己,展望未來的過程。雖然整篇文章強調了Results-oriented,但是這并不代表有些事情跟Results沒有直接關系就不去干。。個人是不喜歡這種比較功利的思想,但是business is business。。Anyway,Enjoy your life, enjoy job hunting!

      相信大家做了很多事情,也學了很多東西,然后很想把他們都放到簡歷上面去。很多人會說我干了我在某個學生會干了很多事情,比如組織活動,策劃等等?;蛘邔嵙曋性趺丛趺礃恿恕?。It's OK, but so what? 所以,這里最關鍵的就是: Action leads to Results。什么是Result呢?看看公司的年報,他們都有自己的Key Performance Indicator,那就是Result。Investor關心的就是那些,他們不關心你中途干了多么Fancy的事情(雖然很重要)。這個道理對HR是同樣的。如果你的Action只是Action,沒有Result的,那意義就不大了。這里可以舉點例子:

      *實習中:%的工作得到承認,Performance Assessment的評價系數,創(chuàng)造了多少收入,為XX部門提供了多少增長率,完成了%的指標。。等等

      *學生會:Membership增長百分比(Marketing做的好不好的評價),Retention rate(人才培訓做的好不好的指標),參加會議的人數(影響度),滿意度(組織的成功度),Budget(規(guī)模)。。。反正一堆,關鍵是要有這個意識去想到這些。

      *各種比賽獎項:為什么大家喜歡得獎,因為獎項是對行動的證明。但是多多發(fā)掘自己的過去,你也會發(fā)現即使沒有獎項,你也完成了很多Result

      我相信說了這么多,大家悟性這么好,應該明白了??纯茨愕暮啔v,每句話是否有數字,是否有結果,沒有?趕緊改喲:)總體來說,Resume是一個悟性問題,以結果為導向,甚至可以讓你在未來做事情的時候有一個清晰的目標,做事的時候更有效率,更有效能。。。避免醬油:)

      Action words

      -強烈每句話的開頭的Action Words都不一樣!

      -每句話一定是Action words開頭

      -針對申請職位需要的技能來設計Action words(見附表)

      Skills:
