評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共分為五部分，第一部分是形象風(fēng)度共20分，內(nèi)容是衣著整潔、儀表大方、舉止得體；

第二部分是語言表達(dá)能力共30分，內(nèi)容是普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、表達(dá)流暢、激情昂揚(yáng)；第三部分是思想內(nèi)容共30分，內(nèi)容是緊扣主題積極向上、富有鼓舞性、啟發(fā)性； 第四部分是整體印象共10分，內(nèi)容是發(fā)揮出色、振奮人心；

第五部分是時間限制共10分，內(nèi)容是演講時間控制在5—10分鐘內(nèi)。

各位選手的得分去掉一個最高分一個最低分取平均成績。第二位選手演講結(jié)束后，公布第一位選手的成績，依次類推。如出現(xiàn)并列名次情況，按抽簽順序先后進(jìn)行排名。
