這里是【2009年中央電視臺 “希望之星”英語風(fēng)采大賽河南賽區(qū)省決賽】的比賽現(xiàn)場,歡迎大家的到來.我是主持人祁永慶（王瑛）。

同時(shí)，很高興為大家介紹擔(dān)任本場晚會的評委老師，他們是：【......】

本次比賽是由中央電視臺主辦,河南洛陽海外聯(lián)誼服務(wù)中心承辦的。那在比賽開始之前,先讓我們一起了解一下本次比賽的規(guī)則和評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

本次大賽分為三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，今天將要進(jìn)行的是第一環(huán)節(jié)即興回答，和第二環(huán)節(jié)才藝表演，這兩部分的比賽。明天上午進(jìn)行第三環(huán)節(jié)，命題演講。那選手的排名是按照這兩天，三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)所得分?jǐn)?shù)相加，得出最后的總分來排序的。在最后，我們將在明天下午4點(diǎn)半進(jìn)行最終的頒獎(jiǎng)典禮。

首先選手請按照抽到的序號，提前做好準(zhǔn)備，依次登臺。分別進(jìn)行即興回答和才藝展示。這兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都是限時(shí)1分半，也就是90秒，超時(shí)會由主持人打斷。我們現(xiàn)場只能為選手提供一個(gè)麥克，在才藝展示的時(shí)候如果選手需要準(zhǔn)備道具的話，我們會給出20秒的時(shí)間讓你準(zhǔn)備。但是如果準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間超時(shí)的話就會按違規(guī)棄權(quán)處理。所以請選手把握好時(shí)間！同時(shí)還要提醒選手下臺后別忘了保存好自己的號碼牌，明天將不再抽號，而且選手必須憑借號碼牌和參賽證才能參加第二天的比賽。

在選手兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都結(jié)束后，評委進(jìn)行打分，我們會去掉一個(gè)最高分，和一個(gè)最低分，剩下的分?jǐn)?shù)相加，就是這位選手的最終得分。同時(shí)為了以示公正，前三位選手的得分情況我們會在第四位選手結(jié)束后公布，第四位選手的成績將在第五位選手結(jié)束后公布，以此類推。同時(shí)現(xiàn)場的觀眾朋友們，也請您尊重我們的比賽，不要給選手任何提示，并把手機(jī)調(diào)至靜音狀態(tài)。

選手提前準(zhǔn)備演講內(nèi)容，其中包括自我介紹部分，時(shí)間為1分鐘，之后評委將根據(jù)上述表現(xiàn)，提出部分問題，要求選手在規(guī)定的0.5分鐘內(nèi)完成回答。

英語才藝展示環(huán)節(jié)無須使用音樂、樂器和道具。本環(huán)節(jié)要求必須是英語語言類節(jié)目，如英文歌曲、影視劇配音模仿、英語繞口令、英語故事、詩朗誦等。比賽現(xiàn)場不提供任何樂器，英文歌曲演唱也不提供伴奏或播放設(shè)備，選手做清唱表演。個(gè)性展示的環(huán)節(jié)，鼓勵(lì)選手們展示自己特長，但是所有環(huán)節(jié)都將以選手的英語能力為主要考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建議選手們不要過多加入非英語特長。

· 時(shí)間：1分鐘

★ 評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：100分

·發(fā)音：選手發(fā)音應(yīng)清晰、自然、完整、易懂。

·準(zhǔn)確度：語序合理，用詞恰當(dāng)。

·內(nèi)容：內(nèi)容指選手參賽過程中所表達(dá)的所有內(nèi)容。內(nèi)容需積極向上，倡導(dǎo)樂觀的工作、生活、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和良好的價(jià)值觀，要求內(nèi)容充實(shí)，結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，完整，有新意。

It's wonderful for me to be here.Let's start out by asking a question: If you have no feet, will you choose to play football? I'll give a “yes”.One of my junior school classmates inspired me a lot.She was unfortunately to be born with a lower IQ and muscle problem, usually, people always think this kind of person can't be successful in doing anything, even our teachers.But, instead, she takes an optimistic attitude towards life.She works very hard in school and does even better than those who laugh at her.Although she suffers a great deal, she doesn’t lose heart.Her experience taught me a lesson about hope, faith and persistence of life, which reminds me of the movie Forrest Gump.I look up to these people who are broken in body but strong in will.That's why I want everyone to put aside our prejudice against these people.Thanks for your attention and letting me share my opinions with you.
