我是一名即將畢業(yè)的大學生，我將于2010年7月畢業(yè)幼教專業(yè)，根據我的自身情況，我認為我對從事幼教也具有一定的優(yōu)勢。首先，就社會現狀而言，當今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發(fā)展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向于母性化。所以，大力發(fā)展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項非常重要的工作。另外，我對幼教行業(yè)具有很大的興趣。在校期間，我所學習的教育學與心理學的成績都非常突出，并且我具有普通話二級甲等證書。我認為這些也是對幼教這一行業(yè)的基礎。在思想上，我對現代幼兒教育方法也有一些自己的想法。當今社會中大都是傳統(tǒng)意義上的幼兒園，其實質就屬于寄托班，缺乏真正意義上的特色教育方式。雖然根據現有的國情和居民生活水平的差異使得我們必須面臨這樣的現實，但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家長還是占很大的比例，所以特色幼兒教育是一項非常有發(fā)展前景的行業(yè)。我所說的特色教育不是單純的雙語教育和現在所流行的蒙式教育。我設想的教育方式是以發(fā)展兒童天性為基礎，根據幼兒興趣所選修的特定教育方法。如果園領導需要，我會詳細的說明我的想法。

當然，對于我從事幼教這個行業(yè)會有很多的困難，我自身也有很多的不足，我對特色教育的理解僅僅是我自己的一些粗淺的認識，而且我缺乏工作經驗，專業(yè)不對位。這些我都能夠清楚的看待，我相信我具有堅定的意志，對于自身的不足，我會通過不懈的努力和在工作中的鍛煉、學習來彌補，從而提高自身能力不斷完善自我。對于傳統(tǒng)教育的改革，雖然我不會起到關鍵性的作用，但我也希望能貢獻出自己的一份力量，因為我懷揣著對幼教事業(yè)的理想。
