今天第一次找工作面試，因為導(dǎo)師不讓實習(xí)，所以以打醬油的狀態(tài)來到面試地點，本來預(yù)約是2點，我們1點多就到了，隨即領(lǐng)了排隊的號碼排隊，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經(jīng)驗一、提早去排隊)。

一面技術(shù)面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過關(guān)，基本上分為兩部分：語言，問的是c和c++的問題;項目。感覺自己語言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的'static變量和非static的區(qū)別，然后給了一個程序題，找改錯。確實蒙了，很長時間找不到錯，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字符串會有個'/o'所以在動態(tài)分配內(nèi)存時，長度要+1，動態(tài)分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結(jié)束后要free動態(tài)分配的空間(這個很容易忘了)，倒轉(zhuǎn)字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來基礎(chǔ)還是不行，好的習(xí)慣沒養(yǎng)成。然后是問項目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過。

接下來是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優(yōu)缺點，愛好。優(yōu)缺點是主要的吧，面試官會即興提問，比如你說出一個缺點，他會說，舉個例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時候會有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個發(fā)言開題;第二個階段是辯論，這時候每個人只有一次發(fā)言機(jī)會，要注意聽別人和對方的觀點，做記錄，面試官可能會問你別人說了什么。第三個階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點，以及給我方人馬按表現(xiàn)排序，這個比較郁悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會問你的隊友對這個排序滿意否，以及會問被你排在后面的人有什么意見，之類，總之是各種為難人。

三面是性格測試，這個沒得準(zhǔn)備，一些題換著說法循環(huán)出現(xiàn)，讓你在3個問題里選一個最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測試，華為這個比較扯。

商務(wù)英語這個專業(yè)的名字聽起來很高大上，很多學(xué)生覺得自身英語能力還不錯就會選擇這個專業(yè)，然而商務(wù)英語這個專業(yè)是相當(dāng)?shù)目拥芏嗑妥x這個專業(yè)的學(xué)生畢業(yè)出來能找到的工作都是薪資待遇極差的，期間畢業(yè)就等同于失業(yè)，無奈之下這類專業(yè)學(xué)生都是選擇轉(zhuǎn)行。

2、工商管理專業(yè)

工商管理是一個著名的專業(yè)。很多學(xué)生在畢業(yè)初期看到這個專業(yè)的名字，以為畢業(yè)后可以管理一個企業(yè)或從事一些公司管理的工作。然而，現(xiàn)實是非常艱難的。無數(shù)本專業(yè)的學(xué)生畢業(yè)后找不到相應(yīng)的崗位，因為沒有一家企業(yè)會把公司交給一個即將畢業(yè)的學(xué)生管理。即使找工作，也是一種端茶倒水的“雜工”。這種工作的薪水很低。

3、食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)

從20xx年起，中國食品工業(yè)增速從20xx年的26%放緩至14%，隨后連續(xù)三年回落。然而，在大學(xué)里學(xué)了這樣一個專業(yè)之后很難找到工作。此外，食品類本科專業(yè)到食品企業(yè)就業(yè)時，只能從事質(zhì)量管理或市場營銷工作。這一時期，就業(yè)形勢不穩(wěn)定，工資水平不高。

This is really a great honor to have this opportunity, and I believe I can make good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 20 years old，born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong **University. My major is English. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study.

I passed CET4 and CET6 with a ease and acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge of Language. Besides, I have attended several Speech competition held in Beijing, which really showed our professional advantages.
