第二，英語是大學生在學習中不可缺少的一門語言工具。英語對于學習計算機的重要性自不必說，對于其他學科，比如文學方面，學習外國文學不能一味的的只讀譯作，因為兩種語言有時并不能完全對等互譯，有時譯作的語境同原作的語境差別很大，特別是在一些詩歌、習語方面，用原作的語言思維才能更好的領(lǐng)悟作品的精妙之處。在與一些寫出現(xiàn)的外來術(shù)語，只看中文很難理解，遠沒有看原詞理解的形象深入。

再者，從四級考試本身來說，目前的英語四級考試考的都是一些很基本的東西，如一些常用詞匯等，試題并沒有什么難度。四級考試能起到督促學生學習的作用。

1.現(xiàn)在大學除了四級再沒有約束學生英語水平的測試方式。大學英語可以忽略不計，大家都清楚的，太簡單

2.現(xiàn)在社會對英語的需求是一個持續(xù)上漲的狀態(tài)，四級的難易程度有助于大家建立信心，并且不至于落后

3.四級存在是有價值的，但不是完美的，它對于應用要求甚少，我們可以對四級進行改革，但不能否認其存在的意義

大家都知道的，我們的英語水平從大一入校開始是最頂峰，到大四的時候達到達到最低點。

當然有存在的價值。升入到大學的人本身就是自身能力的一個肯定，國家對大學生的培養(yǎng)也是多方面的，四級考試就是給那些勤懇的同學展現(xiàn)自己證明自己的一條渠道。我覺得改革后的四級考試更能體現(xiàn)一個人的能力，它使我們的各題的得分一目了然，突出了優(yōu)勢的同時有體現(xiàn)了劣勢，所以它更加能是我們努力學習。英語不是普通的外語，無論你是否承認，英語都是世界上使用面最廣，使用的人分布國家最多的一種語言，基本上是“世界語”。對于這樣一門用處極大的語言，每一個受過高等教育的中國大學生都有必要掌握一些。何況國家沒要求你說的多好，寫的多棒，認識的單詞多多，大概有個能交流，以后能提高的基本基礎(chǔ)就行了。所以英語是大學必修課，既然是必修課，就得有個結(jié)課考試。大學里面任何一門課不過都沒有學位吧？怎么沒聽誰反對過高數(shù)什么的，單單反對英語？所以第一條理由不成立。中國人浪費在英語上面的時間的確不少，所以要改革的是英語的教學方法和驗收方法，而不是反對考試。作為一種衡量標準，任何國家任何歷史階段，都需要考試，也都必然存在考試，英語四級就是對大學英語教學成果的一種衡量，所以僅僅因為大家學英語效果不好就要取消考試，這是沒有道理的也是荒謬的。我對網(wǎng)上說的，某人因為四級沒過自殺這樣的新聞表示懷疑，即便是真的，也無法成為反對四級存在的理由，每年還有很多其他課程不過的自殺的，還有失戀自殺的，還有學習跟不上自殺的，我想后幾種的人數(shù)遠遠大于什么“四級沒過自殺的”吧？怎么沒人反對大學教學，反對大學生戀愛？

第二篇：英語四級

大學英語四級

注意：1.答題順序：了解每個部分的分值，考試時間可能不夠，就要懂得取舍。像分值不高又花時間的部分可以最后做，例如翻譯，閱讀理解的sectionB.翻譯一定不要花太久時間。聽力

聽力重在訓練，每天都要聽一點，做真題練習。練習的時候先看選項，再聽。聽力聽多了，自然就聽懂了。

閱讀理解

1.在下面單詞中標示出你認識的單詞的意思

2.分類寫出所有詞的詞性，比如adj-形容詞，n-名詞，adv-副詞，等。

3.再看原文，先根據(jù)上下文，講你知道的答案選出來，選一個劃掉一個。再看原文中未填的空，聯(lián)系前后文，判斷那個空應該是什么詞性的詞，如啊、a _ woman,中間肯定是形容詞性的詞，最后從相對應已分類好詞性的詞中選。

4.最后通讀全文，檢查一遍

這樣做題的好處是降低錯誤率，節(jié)省時間。

SectionB

這一部分需要將每一段英文配對其主要段落大意，做題關(guān)鍵是

1.先將A、B、C、、、、中每一段話中的中心詞用鉛筆劃出來，主要是名詞和形容詞，特別注意一些人名地名等，可以一次性地將A-J所有段落的中心詞都劃出來

2.再看46-55題的答案主旨，同樣也標示出中心詞，根據(jù)中心詞你大概就可以判斷哪一個段落對應哪一題，同樣也是選一個劃掉一個，剩下一些不太確定的再根據(jù)段意來選。好處是做題又快又準

SectionC

重點：1.記單詞，單詞是基礎(chǔ)。（平時做閱讀理解的真題時，可以將其中不認識的單詞圈出來，查閱并記?。?/p>

3.多做題，提高閱讀理解，練習是關(guān)鍵。

4.先看選項，帶著問題去文中找答案

5.注意出題目的順序肯定是和答案在文中出現(xiàn)的順序一樣

6.先做細節(jié)題，主旨題最后做

如果復習時間不多的話，就將真題的題目和答案對照著看，重要結(jié)構(gòu)和詞組注意一下 作文

作文一定要拿到試卷就開始構(gòu)思自己要寫什么內(nèi)容，大概寫多少，把框架構(gòu)建好，因為沒有那么多時間給你打草稿，只能直接寫的，而且多多背模板，臨考試多背點大詞，在考試的時候一用分就可以上去了

聽力（35分）

預判(3-5分鐘)

做題前，一定留出時間看題。正式考試時看題時間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時注意，相似選項和相反選項要保留，準確答案就在其間。

復合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。

快速閱讀（10分）

用快速閱讀理解做題思路(skimming和 scanning)兩種手段，分析定位詞;

答案盡量照抄原文，但要抄得恰到好處，抄得簡練，題干問什么或缺什么，就抄什么。其余不相干內(nèi)容不要抄上。如遇到原句太長，則需要根據(jù)原文內(nèi)容進行組織，概括出答案。十五選十（10分）
