一、自我介紹

自我介紹是每所學(xué)校在英語口試時必考的問題，同學(xué)們一定要提前準(zhǔn)備好，因為如果一個人在介紹自己的時候都很嗑巴，那老師就會認(rèn)為他的口語很差。

在準(zhǔn)備自我介紹時要注意兩大原則：第一，符合自身，實事求是。我們無需貶低自己，但也不能過分夸大自己，千萬不能無中生有地編寫自己的經(jīng)歷，因為老師會針對你的自我介紹隨機挑選出他感興趣的地方對你進(jìn)行提問，如果你是虛構(gòu)的，就很難說明白了。第二，把握時間，貼合主題。復(fù)試中每個人的英語口試時間也就兩分鐘左右，有些學(xué)校甚至限時一分鐘，所以我們的自我介紹不能長篇大論，只介紹一下自身基本情況，再講一下和考試相關(guān)的實踐經(jīng)歷就可以了。

二、專業(yè)話題

口語測試時老師有可能要求你就本專業(yè)展開話題，考查你用英語講解陌生概念的能力。因此熟悉本專業(yè)常用的英語詞匯，適當(dāng)閱讀最新的專業(yè)外文期刊是必要的。對有可能問到并展開的專業(yè)話題要有所準(zhǔn)備。同學(xué)們可以事先閱讀一些相關(guān)文章，積累一些專業(yè)上的詞匯。當(dāng)然提問的問題不可能難度太高，比如經(jīng)管專業(yè)，老師可能就會問What is business management?In your opinion, what is the most important element in business management這樣的一些簡單問題。

三、熱點問題

很多學(xué)校會就當(dāng)前發(fā)生的社會熱點、行政熱點等于考生進(jìn)行討論。所以同學(xué)們要適當(dāng)關(guān)注一下身邊發(fā)生的新聞，不用了解太深入，但至少要知道新聞的大體內(nèi)容，英語老師在復(fù)試時不會像政治老師那樣給你設(shè)定一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案，但是如果你答不上來，老師會認(rèn)為你口語表達(dá)不流利，或者覺得你是個書呆子。

與筆試不同，口試沒有什么應(yīng)試技巧，只有一些注意點和關(guān)注點。英語口語的考試，老師關(guān)注的其實往往是同學(xué)回答得是否流利，也就是說，同學(xué)們在訓(xùn)練答題時，關(guān)注點從強到弱分布應(yīng)該是：流利—準(zhǔn)確—恰當(dāng)。如何訓(xùn)練呢?三個字：讀、背、說。

一、讀，是指大聲朗讀

每天清晨，找一個清靜的地方，大聲朗讀課文。朗讀時要注意兩點：一是聲要大;二是速度要快(但快而不亂)。許多人說英語時，往往感到舌頭不聽使喚。這是舌頭缺少訓(xùn)練的緣因。大家知道，相聲演員的口齒是非常伶俐的，其原因之一是他們常練“繞口令”。我們每天清晨快速朗讀課文，也就像練“繞口令”一樣，會使我們的口齒逐漸伶俐起來。此外，大聲朗讀課文，通過口舌的運動，還會產(chǎn)生機械記憶，幫助我們記住課文中的句型和詞匯，可謂一舉兩得。

二、背，就是背誦課文

我們可以挑選英文新聞評論，或者你所考專業(yè)導(dǎo)師寫的英文文章，找一兩篇，花些時間把它們背下來。背的過程也就是記憶的過程。我們的大腦好比是“電腦”，而那些文章或會話好比是“數(shù)據(jù)”。我們把那些“數(shù)據(jù)”背熟了，也就是把它們輸入到“電腦”中。以后，我們在講英語時，一旦需要，馬上就能“輸出”。有的人怕背書，覺得太費腦子。結(jié)果他們講英語時，頭腦空空，沒有任何東西可以“輸出”，也就只好張口結(jié)舌了。古人說：“熟讀唐詩三百首，不會做詩也會吟”。我們不僅讀熟，而且都已背熟，還怕無言以對嗎?

三、說，就是常說英語

有一些學(xué)生不愿意說，特別是在人多的時候，更是“金口難開”。之所以害怕，不外乎兩個原因：首先是怕出錯。其二是不好意思，尤其是遇到比自己講得好的人，更是不敢說了。但是，要練好英語口語每天講英語的時間不要少于二十分鐘。只有多練，才能“熟能生巧”，才能出成果。俗話說，“臺上一分鐘，臺下三年功”，不多練多講，不愛張口，是不可能練好英語口語的。以上講的三個字，希望同學(xué)們認(rèn)真去做。

此外，在面試中，可能會出現(xiàn)一些意外問題，比如，聽不懂考官問題、回答時一時語塞或者出現(xiàn)口誤等，那么這些時候應(yīng)該怎樣做呢?

一、沒聽清問題

沒聽清問題時可以請求重復(fù)，例如：

1.Excuse me.I can’t quite follow you.Would you please say it again?

2.Excuse me, could you please repeat what you have just said?

3.Would you mind repeating your question?

4.I beg your pardon?

或者也可以以反問的形式弄清問題，這是口語考試中避免直接向考官或其他考生請求重復(fù)的有效辦法之一。這樣做的好處是對方通常會對你所理解的問題提出評論性的意見。如果對方認(rèn)為你的理解正確，你就可以按照原來對問題的理解回答問題。如果認(rèn)為不準(zhǔn)確，對方會把問題重復(fù)一下。這時，你便可以利用對方的重復(fù)、補充、解釋或修正的機會，來檢驗檢驗核實自己第一次聽到的內(nèi)容，同時爭取時間迅速組織應(yīng)答。例如可說：

Could I understand your question like this…?

I think you were asking me about…Am I right?

二、一時語塞或找不到確切的表達(dá)詞語時的對策

考生在回答問題或討論問題時，因種種原因會出現(xiàn)一時語塞或找不到確切的詞語或語句來表達(dá)自己意思的情況。在這種情況下，為了不影響正常的交際和考官的打分，同時贏得思考時間，可采用一些相對模糊的詞語來代替。例如：

It’s something like…

It’s a kind of thing to …

這些詞語盡管表述的意思不很精確，但在某些口頭表達(dá)的特定場合卻會產(chǎn)生理想的效果。另外還可以采用一些“支吾詞語”和“填充詞語”來避免表達(dá)的中斷。例如可說：

As you know,…

It goes without saying…

You know…

Well, let me see,…

三、修正口誤

在口頭表達(dá)時，免不了會出現(xiàn)口誤。這時，及時地加以解釋和修正將有助于保證交際效果。例如：

What I have seen is most impressive.However, the principles can not be called perfect yet—I mean the principles in some of the less important sides.該句通過“I mean”縮小了否定的范圍。
