ladies and gentleman,good evening!

it's my great honor to present this speech today.My name is peace and I am from class 1 of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language.My topic today is “Living at present is my Top Concern”，我的英語(yǔ)演講稿--living at present is my top concern。

We've often heard the famous words;“yesterday is history,tomorrow is mistery,but today is a gift,that's why it's called 'present' ”.indeed,rich or poor,every one is endowed with this most precious gift.only by treasuring it and living to our fullest potential in the present,can we project our way forward to a bright and rewarding future.living at present requires a positive attitude to confront life;it's having the wisdom to spend our life’s resources engaging in the most productive affairs;It's directing our time and energy towards the most efficient way to achieve a promising future!By living at present, we'll have more time and energy to focus on our goals and make a diffference to whatever our current task may be.Furthermore， it's learning from the past instead of unnecessarily carrying heavy burdens from yesterday, and planing our future to wisely prepare for it instead of being impatient or restless.If we drawn, or let ourselves be overcome by yesterday's memories or strong feelings , how can we be observant enough to focus on things going on around us? If we are into dreaming or unnecessary concern for tomorrow，how can we prepare well for the exciting upcoming future?

that is why living at present is my top concern.Living at present demands the courage to throw away useless encumbrances of the past , to accept what is unchangeable, to change what is chnageable, and to learn from the past which should be a lesson.,instead of an obstacle.Living at present also requires the wisdom to concentrate on the present ,preparing for the future and courageously displaying the patience to wait for tomorrow.Over a long period of time, taking care of my little brother and making money at university push me too hard ,and i was so exhausted and anxious that i couldn't even sleep though my sleeping time is extremely limited.Eventually, I came to realize that I must lay off the mental burdens like worries from the past and concerns for the future and live at present.i need just to realise that I am on my way to my destination.;because I now know, that my top concern is “l(fā)iving at present ”!

Hello everyone ,my name is liuxinglu.I am happy that today I can talk something about healthy with you.Asa proverb goes “a healthy body is the base of doing everything.” I agree with it very much.When I was still in high school ,I spent almost all the time to study, and I paid less attention to my healthy.Even thought playing basketball is my favourite thing, I played it only once a week.When I entered grade 3,I still pay less attention to my healthy.Of course ,I noticed that my physical strength hasdropped a lot.When I played basketball with my friends on Sunday ,they ran so fast that I can’t catch up with them, and I feel tired soon.But they are still energetic after 3 hours.During this winter holiday ,I played basketball with my friends several times.Every time I was the first who feel tired.Because of this ,I learned that keeping healthy is very important.If you are energetic ,you can achieve many things easier and faster.Now ,I have realized that I was a big dreamer.I am too lazy to do exercise.I am always making some plans about how to do exercise everyday , but I never do it.in order to

solve this problem ,I have thought it during this holiday.these days I will do some exercise in the playground.I feel happy with it.I usually tell myselfjust do it ,and you will make it.Do you do exercise everyday? Why not?

（一）Ladies and gentlemen, it's my honor to be here today to give you this speech.My topic is “the pains of growing up”

When i was a child, I hoped to grow up immediately.However, having grown

up, how I wish i were a child!Once we grow up, the carefree times have flown away and there are so many pains waiting for us!

First comes the pains of studying.Exactly, studying itself is pleasant.What

pains us are examinations and scores.We have to study those boring subjects and try to get high scores in exams.It's really painful.We also suffer from dealing with others.Sometimes we may find that some

people are hard to get along with.Sometimes we may quarrel with intimate friends.Such things always hurt our feelings.Parents may bring us pains, too.We think they don't understand us.They

forbid us to do what interests us and force us to do what we hate.They keep telling us what to do and what not to do as is we knew noting.They don't really care what is in our mind.Later, some may suffer pains of losing love, pains of working and then of

supporting a family.Growing up seems to mean endless pains,.So many people wish to return to

childhood.But you know, that's impossible.We can do nothing but stand up and

overcome them, even enjoy them and shoulder our responsibilities.My dear classmates, don't be afraid of growing up!Don't be afraid of pains.No pains, no gains.Only after tasting pains can we better enjoy sweetness and happiness.Let's grow up in pains, grow up from pains.Thank you!

I just keep going

The journey of life is very long, in this journey there may be rain, but also there will be sunny. We may fall ,but no matter what, we are experiencing.We must always go forward.When I first entered senior high school ,I was shy ,I had no courage to give my voice in public.Every time ,when teacher asked us to answer his question , I bent my head quickly with fear.How I want to be disappear to make teacher give chance for other students.But at one time ,the instance I lowered my head, teacher asked me to be the answerer.Everyone looked at me ,my face turned red suddenly.Standing still , I said nothing.It came as a real big surprise that I suddenly heart a blow of applause.Having thonght for a little moment, I gave my answer that is right ,At that time ,my mother give me a book about Liyang crazy English as my present of birstday ,then I made a determination to change myself through learn English speech to change my situation ,In the next day,I woke up very early.After having my breakfast,I went to the playground to practice.At that time,there were not many students on the playgound..I shouted the first sentence in my loud voice——“Good moring”.The moment, the students running through turned to me and laughed.I felt very embarrassed and my face turnde to red.but there is some words always in my mind ,if you want to change you ,you must defeat youself ,defeat the 恐懼 of youself ·······Then a few days went, there were more and more students laughed at me.But I tried to ignore.I should keep going.I am also very clearly remember a day in that winter.a 學(xué)長(zhǎng) running after me said to me ,“Fighting.”,holding his fist.The moment, I felt my body was hot, the heart of a warm stream.Due to the words, I am more confident of myself.That winter was very warm.From then on, I paid more efforts to study English speech as well as many other activities, catching every little opportunity to prove myself.The god will obey the person who is working hardly by his heart.The more harder I worked, the moer progress I made in learning.Now, I has enough courage to be here.And I think, pains , chanllenges, difficulties and so on , are parts of our life.Being faced those, we all have no excuse to be afrid.Just keep going , do your best.Just as the lyrics of a song called Raech said, “if I could reach higher, just for one moment to touch the sky”.Fighting ,all of my friends, future is hold by yourself.

The journey of life is very long.To enrich this journey, we may enjoy success, we may suffer failure.Blessings and congratulations we may receive.Misunderstandings and sneers we may encounter.However, no matter what we are experiencing, we must always keep going, and the result won’t be bad.Here is a story:

There was a boy who was very shy.He had no courage to speak English in public, because his pronunciation was not very good, even poor.Every time the teacher asked the students to answer questions, he always bent his head quickly with fear.How he wanted to disappear so that the teacher would ignore him and could give the chance to the other students.However, at one time, the moment he lowered his head, the teacher asked him to answer a question.Everyone looked at him, his face turned red suddenly.Standing still, he said nothing.It came as a real big surprise that he heard a shower of applause.Having struggled for a little moment, he collected enough courage and gave his answer.To his delight, the answer was perfect.The boy felt encouraged and gained a little confidence.A few days later, his mother gave him a book as a present of birthday.It was Li Yang Crazy English.This book inspired him and he was determined to change his poor situation by learning English speech.The next day, the boy woke up very early.After having breakfast, he went to the playground to practice.At that time, many students were on the playground, running or reading silently.Taking a deep breath, he read out the first sentence at the top of his voice——“Good morning”.Just then, the students running through turned to him and burst out laughing.He felt very embarrassed and his face turned red, but there were some voices always in his mind: If you want to improve yourself, you must defeat yourself, defeat the fear of yourself.Just keep going!

As time went on, more and more students threw their surprised eyes at this boy.But he tried to ignore them.He should keep going no matter what happened.The day will always live in his mind when a senior student running after him held the fist and said to him,“ Fight for yourself and just keep going”.At that moment, the boy felt his body was hot, and his heart warm.Thanks to the senior student’s words, he was more confident of himself.And that winter was so warm.From then on, he spares no efforts to practice his spoken English, seizing every opportunity to prove himself.Through his constant work, the boy is not shy any more.He can speak confidently, loudly and fluently on any occasions.Now the boy is standing here to deliver his speech.It’s amazing but true.I’m the boy and I’m standing here!

Through the story mentioned above, I have the reason to believe that my friends, the future is in your own hands, and here's the map showing the way: Set a goal and just keep going!
