As the song goes “ My future isn’t a dream.” I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time.I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them.When I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future.Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain reply.“ I want to be a doctor.” “ I want to be a teacher.” and “ I ’d like to be a scientist!” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous.But I never think they are far away.How time flies!Who is able to give a definition to his future ? I Agree or not agree: the next twenty years from now on, students will not use printed books any more.

I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. I admit that new technology is developing fast. Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. Just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products. There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical.

I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons. Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous. Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small. I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.

1.英語(yǔ)課堂學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該注重課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，45分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭(zhēng)要在這短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。英語(yǔ)當(dāng)天學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該當(dāng)天消化，如果不能及時(shí)消化就會(huì)積食，造成聽(tīng)課越聽(tīng)越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)!英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)重在平時(shí)，每天做好預(yù)習(xí)與復(fù)習(xí)工作。想要靠臨時(shí)突擊，臨時(shí)抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

我確信：英語(yǔ)要學(xué)好和智商無(wú)關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)這些方面下功夫。

2.作業(yè)一定要按時(shí)獨(dú)立完成，不要成為學(xué)習(xí)上的“寄生蟲(chóng)”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識(shí)掌握情況的一個(gè)有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實(shí)客觀地對(duì)待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨(dú)立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過(guò)自己大腦思考抄襲來(lái)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺(jué)性差，平時(shí)空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來(lái)抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語(yǔ)作業(yè)，因此請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒(méi)有將作業(yè)帶回家來(lái)做，并督促子女認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)。

3.學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)好，并不是他(她)比別人聰明，而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣比較好。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣可以大大提高你的學(xué)習(xí)效果，我們班的劉里杰，姜艷芳，李輝龍，李柯歐等同學(xué)，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書(shū)寫(xiě)工整，正因?yàn)槿绱耍瑹o(wú)論什么考試都能取得很好的成績(jī)，這與她平時(shí)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是分不開(kāi)的!而有些同學(xué)你看似認(rèn)真，卻是身在心不在，學(xué)習(xí)重在表象，完全不扎實(shí)，綜合素質(zhì)卻沒(méi)有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個(gè)單詞，一兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)句型下節(jié)課過(guò)來(lái)提問(wèn)一問(wèn)三不知，又何談?wù)n外擴(kuò)展與素質(zhì)提升?這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說(shuō)到底，還是好的習(xí)慣沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因?yàn)檫€不夠認(rèn)真刻苦，所以沒(méi)有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長(zhǎng)能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績(jī)抓上去。我堅(jiān)信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時(shí)完成老師布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開(kāi)始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績(jī)馬上就會(huì)見(jiàn)效。

4.英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)貴在堅(jiān)持!就好像跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)，英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)之初大家都從同一個(gè)起跑線出發(fā)，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學(xué)慢慢對(duì)英語(yǔ)失去新鮮感續(xù)而厭煩最后掉隊(duì)。希望我們家長(zhǎng)對(duì)子女多一份關(guān)愛(ài)，督促子女奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，初一大有提高的余地!英語(yǔ)偏科是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實(shí)力那就從偏科的英語(yǔ)入手，重點(diǎn)突破!

5.樹(shù)立正確的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)觀與知識(shí)觀!許多學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)為英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)了沒(méi)有多大用處，我又不會(huì)出國(guó)，學(xué)兩句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必學(xué)精通?且不說(shuō)英語(yǔ)作為一種工具，它對(duì)于我們升學(xué)、工作、求職有重大意義，同時(shí)我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的過(guò)程也是一個(gè)吸收別人長(zhǎng)處，觀念更新的過(guò)程!知識(shí)是無(wú)價(jià)的，知識(shí)可以改變命運(yùn)。

大家下午好!

你們的孩子來(lái)到這里已經(jīng)半學(xué)期了。今天，我們?cè)谶@里相聚，目標(biāo)只有一個(gè)，那就是為了孩子們能更好地成長(zhǎng)和學(xué)習(xí)上能取得更大的進(jìn)步。我先作個(gè)自我介紹：我叫黃燕燕，是本班的英語(yǔ)教師。

我的發(fā)言分四個(gè)部分:匯報(bào)班級(jí)情況，交流三個(gè)問(wèn)題，幾點(diǎn)溫馨提示。

一、首先,跟大家匯報(bào)一下班級(jí)學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀

1.班級(jí)學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀

我們班總共 名學(xué)生，上周我校進(jìn)行了半期考試。我把半期英語(yǔ)考試的情況簡(jiǎn)單向各位家長(zhǎng)作個(gè)匯報(bào)。平均分 分，優(yōu)生 人，優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進(jìn)步較大的學(xué)生有 。通過(guò)高中半期的`學(xué)習(xí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都具有良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高，能夠自覺(jué)完成老師布臵的作業(yè)，深知英語(yǔ)學(xué)科在整個(gè)高中課程的重要性。

2.存在問(wèn)題:

1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段，從不自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對(duì)作業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)和處理方式上就可以看出來(lái))

3)部分學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)，少數(shù)學(xué)生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)

二、其次，想跟大家交流四個(gè)問(wèn)題

1.首先和大家交流一個(gè)問(wèn)題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長(zhǎng)很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績(jī)不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

這個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案首先與各個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點(diǎn)有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識(shí)教育為主，要在很小的時(shí)候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會(huì)照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會(huì)有很大的提升，得分率自然就會(huì)下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來(lái)衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。

其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：高中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí)(自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí))，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長(zhǎng)盯著學(xué)，那樣成績(jī)自然會(huì)下降。

2.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，為什么同一個(gè)班級(jí)的孩子三年后成績(jī)差別那么大?成績(jī)進(jìn)步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性好的孩子。孩子為什么會(huì)這樣，其實(shí)因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績(jī)。不要到高三時(shí)才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在高一、高二時(shí)沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒(méi)能改變自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。

在此，我希望家長(zhǎng)們要時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性，也就是情商問(wèn)題。大量的實(shí)例證明了一個(gè)人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語(yǔ)學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛(ài)英語(yǔ)，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語(yǔ)。

3.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)們正確看待孩子在班級(jí)的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時(shí)，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹(shù)立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評(píng)甚至打罵孩子?！巴映升垼渗P”是我們共同的心愿，但在高一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂(lè)的成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。

4.有些孩子還沒(méi)有適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道高中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長(zhǎng)們高度關(guān)注。高中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時(shí)間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺(jué)地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說(shuō)明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯(cuò)題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問(wèn)題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識(shí)點(diǎn)的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識(shí)體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會(huì)讓學(xué)生真正的樂(lè)學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂(lè)，在快樂(lè)中追求成功!

三、我想對(duì)在座的各位家長(zhǎng)提出幾點(diǎn)溫馨提示。

1、溫馨提示1

(1)幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)

和孩子一起確定一個(gè)他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長(zhǎng)適度的期望值。

孩子是家長(zhǎng)的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對(duì)孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來(lái)所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

期望值過(guò)高：孩子拼命按家長(zhǎng)的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長(zhǎng)的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;

期望值過(guò)低或沒(méi)有：家長(zhǎng)對(duì)尚不自覺(jué)的孩子期望值過(guò)低或沒(méi)有，孩子會(huì)缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無(wú)所謂。

適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過(guò)急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

(2)幫助孩子增強(qiáng)自信心

(3)關(guān)注孩子成績(jī)的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對(duì)名次

(4)溝通---多傾聽(tīng)孩子的訴說(shuō)

(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯(lián)系，及時(shí)了解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作

只有有效的家校聯(lián)動(dòng)(溝通與合作)，才能教育好學(xué)生。

(6)注重學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)，使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣

This year's four hundredth anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare is not just an opportunity to commemorate one of the greatest playwrights of all time. It is a moment to celebrate the extraordinary ongoing influence of a man who – to borrow from his own description of Julius Caesar – “doth bestride the narrow world like a Colossus.”

Shakespeare's legacy is without parallel: his works translated into over 100 languages and studied by half the world's schoolchildren. As one of his contemporaries, Ben Jonson, said: “Shakespeare is not of an age, but for all time.” He lives today in our language, our culture and society – and through his enduring influence on education.

Shakespeare played a critical role in shaping modern English and helping to make it the world's language. The first major dictionary compiled by Samuel Johnson drew on Shakespeare more than any other writer. Three thousand new words and phrases all first appeared in print in Shakespeare's plays. I remember from my own childhood how many of them are found for the first time in Henry V. Words like dishearten, divest, addiction, motionless, leapfrog – and phrases like “once more unto the breach”, “band of brothers” and “heart of gold” – have all passed into our language today with no need to reference their original context. Shakespeare also pioneered innovative use of grammatical form and structure – including verse without rhymes, superlatives and the connecting of existing words to make new words, like bloodstained – while the pre-eminence of his plays also did much to standardise spelling and grammar.

But Shakespeare's influence is felt far beyond our language. His words, his plots and his characters continue to inspire much of our culture and wider society. Nelson Mandela, while a prisoner on Robben Island, cherished a quote from Julius Caesar which said “Cowards die many times before their death, the valiant never taste of death but once.” While Kate Tempest's poem “My Shakespeare” captures the eternal presence of Shakespeare when she wrote that Shakespeare “…is in every lover who ever stood alone beneath a window…every jealous whispered word and every ghost that will not rest.” Shakespeare's influence is everywhere, from Dickens and Goethe to Tchaikovsky, Verdi and Brahms; from West Side Story to the Hamlet-inspired title of Agatha Christie's “The Mousetrap” – the longest-running theatre production in London's West End today. While his original plays continue to entertain millions – from school halls across the world to the overnight queues as hundreds scrambled for last minute tickets to see Benedict Cumberbatch playing Hamlet at London's Barbican last year.

But perhaps one of the most exciting legacies of Shakespeare is his capacity to educate. As we see from the outreach work of the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's Globe and the impact of pioneering British charities like the Shakespeare Schools Festival, studying and performing Shakespeare can help improve literacy, confidence and wider educational attainment.

Every day throughout 20xx, Britain is inviting you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of William Shakespeare. On 5 January, Twelfth Night, we launched “Shakespeare Lives” – an exciting global programme of activity and events to highlight his enduring influence and extend the use of Shakespeare as an educational resource to advance literacy around the world.

The programme will run in more than seventy countries, led by the British Council and the Great Britain campaign. You can share your favourite moment of Shakespeare on social media, watch never-before-seen performances on stage, film and online, visit exhibitions, take part in workshops and debates, and access new Shakespearean educational resources to get to grips with the English language.

The Royal Shakespeare Company will tour China; Shakespeare's Globe will perform across the world from Iraq to Denmark. Young people will reimagine Shakespeare in Zimbabwe. A social media campaign called “Play your Part” (#PlayYourPart) will invite the next generation of creative talent to produce their own digital tribute to the Bard – and, in partnership with the British charity Voluntary Services Overseas, we will raise awareness of the huge challenge of global child illiteracy and use Shakespeare to increase educational opportunities for children around the world.

Beyond the great gift of language, the bringing to life of our history, his ongoing influence on our culture and his ability to educate, there is just the immense power of Shakespeare to inspire. From the most famous love story to the greatest tragedy; from the most powerful fantasy to the wittiest comedy; and from the most memorable speeches to his many legendary characters, in William Shakespeare we have one man, whose vast imagination, boundless creativity and instinct for humanity encompasses the whole of the human experience as no one has before or since.

七年級(jí)英語(yǔ)，是初一英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中一個(gè)重要的起步階段。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的`可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。所以這也造成英語(yǔ)成績(jī)兩極分化十分嚴(yán)重，無(wú)論是每次的聽(tīng)寫(xiě)小測(cè)試還是剛剛結(jié)束的期中考試，有的同學(xué)100分的成績(jī)，而有的同學(xué)只有三、四十分的成績(jī)。所以請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)，不然到了五六年級(jí)補(bǔ)都來(lái)不及了。

可是，每個(gè)班總會(huì)有一部分不自覺(jué)的學(xué)生不能按時(shí)完成作業(yè)、不能背誦課文、不做回家作業(yè)、更不能正確的聽(tīng)寫(xiě)出課文的單詞……，通常為了讓孩子有個(gè)適應(yīng)過(guò)程，我教得很慢，并且上英語(yǔ)課之前都安排班上讀音清晰，準(zhǔn)確的同學(xué)上臺(tái)來(lái)帶領(lǐng)全班同學(xué)讀學(xué)過(guò)的課文和單詞，照理說(shuō)有足夠的時(shí)間，可以課課過(guò)關(guān)了，可是出乎我意料的是有幾個(gè)同學(xué)連第一課幾個(gè)句子都不會(huì)背。每次聽(tīng)寫(xiě)的時(shí)候，總是有同學(xué)無(wú)法完成聽(tīng)寫(xiě)任務(wù)，單詞過(guò)不了關(guān)，考試竟然還有相當(dāng)一部分同學(xué)出現(xiàn)不及格現(xiàn)象。了解下來(lái)才知道那些孩子在家里從來(lái)就不做英語(yǔ)回家作業(yè)，從來(lái)就沒(méi)有聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)磁帶，也沒(méi)有背課文和單詞。對(duì)于七年級(jí)來(lái)說(shuō)，英語(yǔ)成績(jī)90分也差不多是正常的范圍，畢竟題型還是相當(dāng)容易的。所以那些不及格現(xiàn)象怎不讓人擔(dān)心呢？

1. 確保孩子每天至少邊聽(tīng)錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長(zhǎng)在旁監(jiān)督，會(huì)更有效。

我的發(fā)言分四個(gè)部分:匯報(bào)班級(jí)情況，交流三個(gè)問(wèn)題，幾點(diǎn)溫馨提示。

一、首先,跟大家匯報(bào)一下班級(jí)學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀

1. 班級(jí)學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀

我們班總共 名學(xué)生，上周我校進(jìn)行了半期考試。我把半期英語(yǔ)考試的情況簡(jiǎn)單向各位家長(zhǎng)作個(gè)匯報(bào)。平均分 分，優(yōu)生 人，優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進(jìn)步較大的學(xué)生有 。 通過(guò)初中半期的學(xué)習(xí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都具有良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高，能夠自覺(jué)完成老師布置的作業(yè)，深知英語(yǔ)學(xué)科在整個(gè)初中課程的重要性。

2.存在問(wèn)題:

1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在小學(xué)階段，從不自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對(duì)作業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)和處理方式上就可以看出來(lái))

3)部分學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)，少數(shù)學(xué)生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)。

3、分析期中考試成績(jī)。

4、正確看待、冷靜分析這次考試成績(jī)。

二、其次，想跟大家交流四個(gè)問(wèn)題

1.首先和大家交流一個(gè)問(wèn)題：孩子上了初中以后，總有一部分家長(zhǎng)很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，為什么到了初中，成績(jī)不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

這個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案首先與各個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點(diǎn)有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識(shí)教育為主，要在很小的時(shí)候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會(huì)照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，初中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會(huì)有很大的提升，得分率自然就會(huì)下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來(lái)衡量孩子們初中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。

其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：初中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí)(自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí))，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長(zhǎng)盯著學(xué)，那樣成績(jī)自然會(huì)下降。

2.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，為什么同一個(gè)班級(jí)的孩子三年后成績(jī)差別那么大?成績(jī)進(jìn)步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性好的孩子。孩子為什么會(huì)這樣，其實(shí)因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績(jī)。不要到初三時(shí)才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在初一、初二時(shí)沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒(méi)能改變自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)初中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。

在此，我希望家長(zhǎng)們要時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性，也就是情商問(wèn)題。大量的實(shí)例證明了一個(gè)人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語(yǔ)學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛(ài)英語(yǔ)，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語(yǔ)。

3.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)們正確看待孩子在班級(jí)的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時(shí)，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹(shù)立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評(píng)甚至打罵孩子?！巴映升垼渗P”是我們共同的心愿，但在初一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂(lè)的成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。

4.有些孩子還沒(méi)有適應(yīng)初中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道初中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長(zhǎng)們高度關(guān)注。初中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時(shí)間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺(jué)地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說(shuō)明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯(cuò)題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問(wèn)題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識(shí)點(diǎn)的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識(shí)體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會(huì)讓學(xué)生真正的樂(lè)學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂(lè)，在快樂(lè)中追求成功!

三、我想對(duì)在座的各位家長(zhǎng)提出幾點(diǎn)溫馨提示。

1、溫馨提示

(1)幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)

和孩子一起確定一個(gè)他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長(zhǎng)適度的期望值。

孩子是家長(zhǎng)的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對(duì)孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來(lái)所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

期望值過(guò)高：孩子拼命按家長(zhǎng)的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長(zhǎng)的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;

期望值過(guò)低或沒(méi)有：家長(zhǎng)對(duì)尚不自覺(jué)的孩子期望值過(guò)低或沒(méi)有，孩子會(huì)缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無(wú)所謂。

適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過(guò)急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

(2)幫助孩子增強(qiáng)自信心。

(3)關(guān)注孩子成績(jī)的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對(duì)名次。

(4)溝通---多傾聽(tīng)孩子的訴說(shuō)。

(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯(lián)系，及時(shí)了解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作。

只有有效的家校聯(lián)動(dòng)(溝通與合作)，才能教育好學(xué)生。

(6)注重學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)，使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

大家上午好！

我是本學(xué)期擔(dān)任126班英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的楊老師，很多家長(zhǎng)也許是第一次見(jiàn)到我，大家彼此間可能比較陌生。希望今后有更多的機(jī)會(huì)與您攜手交流。今天在家長(zhǎng)會(huì)上能與家長(zhǎng)們就學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展開(kāi)展研討，我覺(jué)得機(jī)會(huì)非常寶貴！

我們學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的機(jī)會(huì)應(yīng)該說(shuō)非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學(xué)，另一方面許多學(xué)生英語(yǔ)課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點(diǎn)談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)要注意的方面。

1、英語(yǔ)課堂學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該注重課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，45分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭(zhēng)要在這短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。英語(yǔ)當(dāng)天學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該當(dāng)天消化，如果不能及時(shí)消化就會(huì)積食，造成聽(tīng)課越聽(tīng)越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)！英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)重在平時(shí)，每天做好預(yù)習(xí)與復(fù)習(xí)工作。想要靠臨時(shí)突擊，臨時(shí)抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

我確信：英語(yǔ)要學(xué)好和智商無(wú)關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)這些方面下功夫。

2、作業(yè)一定要按時(shí)獨(dú)立完成，不要成為學(xué)習(xí)上的“寄生蟲(chóng)”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識(shí)掌握情況的一個(gè)有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實(shí)客觀地對(duì)待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨(dú)立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過(guò)自己大腦思考抄襲來(lái)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺(jué)性差，平時(shí)空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來(lái)抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語(yǔ)作業(yè)，因此請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒(méi)有將作業(yè)帶回家來(lái)做，并督促子女認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)。

3、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)好，并不是他（她）比別人聰明，而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣比較好。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣可以大大提高你的學(xué)習(xí)效果，我們班的劉里杰，姜艷芳，李輝龍，李柯歐等同學(xué)，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書(shū)寫(xiě)工整，正因?yàn)槿绱耍瑹o(wú)論什么考試都能取得很好的成績(jī)，這與她平時(shí)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是分不開(kāi)的！而有些同學(xué)你看似認(rèn)真，卻是身在心不在，學(xué)習(xí)重在表象，完全不扎實(shí)，綜合素質(zhì)卻沒(méi)有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個(gè)單詞，一兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)句型下節(jié)課過(guò)來(lái)提問(wèn)一問(wèn)三不知，又何談?wù)n外擴(kuò)展與素質(zhì)提升？這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說(shuō)到底，還是好的習(xí)慣沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因?yàn)檫€不夠認(rèn)真刻苦，所以沒(méi)有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長(zhǎng)能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績(jī)抓上去。我堅(jiān)信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時(shí)完成老師布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開(kāi)始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績(jī)馬上就會(huì)見(jiàn)效。

4。英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)貴在堅(jiān)持！就好像跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)，英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)之初大家都從同一個(gè)起跑線出發(fā)，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學(xué)慢慢對(duì)英語(yǔ)失去新鮮感續(xù)而厭煩最后掉隊(duì)。希望我們家長(zhǎng)對(duì)子女多一份關(guān)愛(ài)，督促子女奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，初一大有提高的余地！英語(yǔ)偏科是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實(shí)力那就從偏科的英語(yǔ)入手，重點(diǎn)突破！

相信你一定喜歡畫(huà)畫(huà)，所以請(qǐng)和爸爸媽媽一起去為自己買(mǎi)一個(gè)繪畫(huà)本，我們會(huì)將學(xué)到的英語(yǔ)用圖畫(huà)表現(xiàn)出來(lái)，而且，每節(jié)英語(yǔ)課上，老師會(huì)請(qǐng)一位同學(xué)展示自己的繪畫(huà)本，并領(lǐng)讀你畫(huà)出來(lái)的“英語(yǔ)”，期待你的精彩表現(xiàn)。

二、兩個(gè)承諾：

在這封信中，我許下兩個(gè)莊嚴(yán)的承諾。

承諾1：讓學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備繪畫(huà)本，在班內(nèi)展示，現(xiàn)在全班每個(gè)同學(xué)都已經(jīng)展示完畢，我給每個(gè)孩子留下一張展示繪圖本的照片。

承諾2：用博客記錄孩子們?cè)谛Ｉ畹狞c(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。我一共教六個(gè)班，共238個(gè)學(xué)生，目前已經(jīng)完成了給30多個(gè)孩子的詩(shī)歌或小文章，我希望我能關(guān)注到每一個(gè)孩子，在與他們共同學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間內(nèi)寫(xiě)到每一個(gè)孩子，所以希望大家耐心等待，我需要時(shí)間。

三、三個(gè)指導(dǎo)思想：

1、激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。

我主要采取課堂上發(fā)帖畫(huà)、做游戲、表演故事、繪畫(huà)、看英語(yǔ)動(dòng)畫(huà)片等方式。

2、樹(shù)立學(xué)生學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的自信心。

起始階段的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)只要求孩子能聽(tīng)能說(shuō)。由于孩子年領(lǐng)較小，在起始階段時(shí)會(huì)有一個(gè)沉默期，進(jìn)一步的聽(tīng)和說(shuō)都需要一個(gè)過(guò)程。所以，對(duì)孩子在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題不要過(guò)分急于糾正，不要強(qiáng)迫學(xué)生背單詞、背句子。對(duì)一時(shí)開(kāi)不了口的孩子要從多聽(tīng)錄音入手，在聽(tīng)錄音的同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)孩子模仿。

3、養(yǎng)成良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣

在課堂上，要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng)錄音、模仿、大聲朗讀，在同學(xué)發(fā)言時(shí)可以不出聲跟讀。

在家里，每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)錄音至少15-20分鐘。要教會(huì)孩子使用錄音機(jī)。鼓勵(lì)孩子把當(dāng)天在英語(yǔ)課上學(xué)到的內(nèi)容用英語(yǔ)重復(fù)出來(lái),并鼓勵(lì)孩子在平時(shí)積極、大膽、大聲開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。

四、五個(gè)要求：

1、單詞：能夠根據(jù)圖片或?qū)嵨镎f(shuō)單詞，不要求認(rèn)讀單詞。

2、句子：能夠聽(tīng)懂書(shū)中重點(diǎn)句子，不要求認(rèn)讀,能與他人進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的對(duì)話。

3、歌曲歌謠：能夠熟練掌握幾首自己喜歡的歌曲歌謠，其他的能夠跟著音樂(lè)唱出關(guān)鍵詞和句即可。

4、故事：能聽(tīng)懂并指圖說(shuō)出關(guān)鍵句子。不要求每句話都會(huì)說(shuō)。

5、人物，在目錄前面，要求能熟練叫出他們的名字。

上述要求是最低要求，您可以根據(jù)自己孩子的情況適當(dāng)提高，但原則是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背單詞，孩子并不反感，您就可以這樣做。

五、補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明:典范英語(yǔ)。

這是一套學(xué)校補(bǔ)充的閱讀材料，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣，希望孩子們能通過(guò)多聽(tīng)錄音，模仿跟讀，角色扮演等形式，最終達(dá)到熟練朗讀的目的，但是如果孩子一時(shí)讀不好也不要急于求成。

下一步我準(zhǔn)備收集孩子們關(guān)于典范英語(yǔ)的`錄音、錄像和繪畫(huà)等資料，有條件的家長(zhǎng)可以給孩子錄音或者錄像，在激發(fā)孩子學(xué)習(xí)興趣的同時(shí)也為孩子留下寶貴的資料。

期中成績(jī)：參考40人，32人及格（72），16人優(yōu)秀（96分），4人特優(yōu)（108），年級(jí)排名第10（12）。相比較年級(jí)其它班級(jí)，我們班的特優(yōu)率和優(yōu)秀率都基本保持持平（略高于），但是為什么我們的班的成績(jī)會(huì)排到年級(jí)后列呢？首先一點(diǎn)，試卷上的題目基本都是考前講過(guò)練過(guò)了的，如果大家能夠課堂40分鐘認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講并作筆記，參與課堂活動(dòng)，并在回家后復(fù)習(xí)，獨(dú)立高質(zhì)量的完成各項(xiàng)作業(yè)要求，理想分?jǐn)?shù)應(yīng)該是排到年級(jí)前六（三班如是）。但是這次僅僅排到第10名，并且平均分是相對(duì)靠后的，這就說(shuō)明同學(xué)們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中，認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講，參與課堂，筆記，回家復(fù)習(xí)，獨(dú)立完成作業(yè)并未達(dá)到要求。

每個(gè)在座的同學(xué)們認(rèn)真思考下認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講了沒(méi)有？參與課堂活動(dòng)了沒(méi)有？做筆記了沒(méi)有？反過(guò)來(lái)，說(shuō)話，上課完?yáng)|西，刻橡皮章，看東看西就是不看黑板屏幕，這些現(xiàn)象層出不窮。每次上課最起碼整頓一次課堂紀(jì)律?；丶覐?fù)習(xí)，作業(yè)等也不容樂(lè)觀。每次周末回來(lái)交作業(yè)就像打仗是的，該補(bǔ)作業(yè)的補(bǔ)作業(yè)，也有同學(xué)頂風(fēng)冒險(xiǎn)將空白本子或者未完成的作業(yè)上交，就賭老師發(fā)現(xiàn)不了。讓大家抄單詞的時(shí)候哀聲一片，讓大家背單詞的時(shí)候鉆空子，一聽(tīng)寫(xiě)又陷入死循環(huán)，不會(huì)的同學(xué)繼續(xù)罰抄，有同學(xué)寧愿罰抄也不愿意動(dòng)腦經(jīng)去背書(shū)。講練習(xí)冊(cè)時(shí)，不管正確與否，只追求一個(gè)正確答案，不求甚解，講解時(shí)反反復(fù)復(fù)就是那十幾個(gè)同學(xué)提問(wèn)，講完了，也就收起來(lái)了，不會(huì)進(jìn)行及時(shí)的反思和總結(jié)，并且講完了還不知道自己錯(cuò)哪里不懂的訂正的人也存在一部分。

在英語(yǔ)課堂上，大部分同學(xué)都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問(wèn)題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，同學(xué)認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問(wèn)，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問(wèn)題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺(jué)特別好。于是下課后在英語(yǔ)上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要同學(xué)在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分同學(xué)都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

我知道，很多家長(zhǎng)都是很重視自己孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的，因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)不管是對(duì)我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)工作來(lái)說(shuō)，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們初中階段的教學(xué)在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，良好的語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣與運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際的能力及跨文化意識(shí)。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)這幾個(gè)方面對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練和運(yùn)用。通過(guò)一個(gè)多學(xué)期的教學(xué)，我們2班的孩子大多數(shù)的孩子自尊心強(qiáng)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，學(xué)習(xí)能力也不錯(cuò)，雖然這次考的不好，但是我還是對(duì)我們的孩子有信心的。問(wèn)題來(lái)了，大部分的同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差。正是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)問(wèn)題，才導(dǎo)致以上的情況。

究其根源，個(gè)人認(rèn)為是因?yàn)閷W(xué)生安于現(xiàn)狀，沒(méi)有目標(biāo)和動(dòng)力，沒(méi)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。

針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題，我向各位家長(zhǎng)提一些方法和策略，希望得到各位家長(zhǎng)的配合和支持。

1. 督促孩子在家聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)磁帶，周末在家每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)讀20分鐘以上，這將對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)提高有很大的幫助。

2. 請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)督促孩子在家完成周末作業(yè)，以免他們來(lái)學(xué)校時(shí)互相抄襲。有的時(shí)候默寫(xiě)或者背誦，我會(huì)請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)簽字。背單詞的時(shí)候要邊拼邊寫(xiě)，嘴巴和手都要?jiǎng)悠饋?lái)，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長(zhǎng)在這里要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語(yǔ)來(lái)幫助你的孩子學(xué)會(huì)偷懶，你可以報(bào)中文，讓你的孩子默寫(xiě)，然后對(duì)照書(shū)本批改訂正，堅(jiān)持的話，你一定會(huì)有意想不到的效果。還有句型，學(xué)生應(yīng)該在課上領(lǐng)會(huì)句型的意思和運(yùn)用方法。課后還需要通過(guò)多讀課文，多練習(xí)才能鞏固所學(xué)的句型。所以請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)不光要注重孩子背單詞短語(yǔ)的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

3. 每個(gè)周末我都會(huì)布置閱讀作業(yè)，請(qǐng)一定督促您的孩子獨(dú)立按照要求完成作業(yè)。得閱讀者得半邊天。

首先感謝諸位平時(shí)給予我工作上的支持和緊密的配合。開(kāi)學(xué)在近一個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，孩子們?cè)鷮?shí)地學(xué)習(xí)新課，比較認(rèn)真地做作業(yè)，課堂氣氛熱烈，大部分同學(xué)認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講按時(shí)交作業(yè)，雖然有時(shí)也會(huì)存在馬虎偷懶的現(xiàn)象，但是他們已經(jīng)進(jìn)步很大了！

幾點(diǎn)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的幾點(diǎn)心得：

1，孩子的教育應(yīng)該是整體的教育。

課上功夫在課外。孩子對(duì)知識(shí)的理解、吸收和運(yùn)用卻取決于她自己的綜合能力和習(xí)慣。而這個(gè)能力和習(xí)慣一是受制于天賦，二是由后天的養(yǎng)成所決定。學(xué)習(xí)效果不好往往是跟能力的培養(yǎng)和習(xí)慣是否好有關(guān)，而不能簡(jiǎn)單地怪孩子懶惰貪玩。找出背后的原因，細(xì)致地分析，把對(duì)孩子的培養(yǎng)滲透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說(shuō)：作業(yè)的問(wèn)題可能出自行為習(xí)慣上，如果一個(gè)孩子在生活上就是飯來(lái)張口、衣來(lái)伸手，那么做作業(yè)的時(shí)候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以，要從生活的點(diǎn)滴中來(lái)正確引導(dǎo)孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的孩子，在學(xué)習(xí)上也會(huì)勤奮自覺(jué)。

2，知識(shí)要轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。

3，掌握科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)方法：在坐各位都是事業(yè)上的成功者，很多也曾是學(xué)習(xí)高手，把你們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

好的聽(tīng)課習(xí)慣。課堂是教學(xué)最重要的環(huán)節(jié)，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課后補(bǔ)四個(gè)小時(shí)都有用。課堂上應(yīng)該要集中注意力，跟著老師走。這樣不會(huì)漏掉任何一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，才會(huì)學(xué)得全面。我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學(xué)在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是只能集中一段時(shí)間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒(méi)有多少時(shí)間是集中注意力的，手在下面動(dòng)不停，老師點(diǎn)名的時(shí)候好一些，一轉(zhuǎn)臉又不知道在干什么了。上課不聽(tīng)怎么可能學(xué)好英語(yǔ)呢？

學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)主要就是操練句子，要說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，學(xué)了要能說(shuō)出來(lái)才是會(huì)了。課堂上我們留有大量的時(shí)間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語(yǔ)課上積極發(fā)言就顯得更加重要。我問(wèn)那些不愛(ài)發(fā)言的孩子為什么不舉手，他們說(shuō)害怕錯(cuò)。我都是跟他們說(shuō)：“即使錯(cuò)了也沒(méi)關(guān)系，這樣可以讓老師發(fā)現(xiàn)你的問(wèn)題在哪里并及時(shí)糾正?！弊鳛榧议L(zhǎng)也應(yīng)該這樣去鼓勵(lì)他們，要他們抓住每次發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì)。
