2011年6月2日,史蓉蓉老師受邀給同學(xué)們開(kāi)主題班會(huì),史老師與大家一起來(lái)分享學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與快樂(lè),領(lǐng)悟人生的成功和失敗。
在班會(huì)中,史老師講述了自己與英語(yǔ)交流的人生,包括自己考研的歷程。通過(guò)自己的人生經(jīng)歷 給我們即將報(bào)考英語(yǔ)四級(jí)的同學(xué)很多經(jīng)驗(yàn),如何在生活和學(xué)習(xí)中快樂(lè)的學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中,包括雅思、托福類(lèi)別英語(yǔ)考試,在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)和考試中,我們?cè)鯓硬拍苷鎸?duì)待,不懼怕英語(yǔ)考試等問(wèn)題,史老師都做了詳細(xì)的回答。

對(duì)于我的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)歷程一直都很艱難,英語(yǔ)水平不高的我,每次都很害怕英語(yǔ)考試。通過(guò)史老師講述自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)歷程,我懂得英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)不需要死記單詞,需要在生活和書(shū)本上聯(lián)系實(shí)際來(lái)學(xué)習(xí),英語(yǔ)水平差不要緊,最重要的是不要放棄,只要努力就會(huì)成功。我堅(jiān)定了我現(xiàn)在的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),在6月份的英語(yǔ)四級(jí)考試中,要發(fā)揮自己的水平,通過(guò)四級(jí)考試。

在老師的講述中,我們知道,從全世界來(lái)看,說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的人數(shù)已經(jīng)超過(guò)了任何語(yǔ)言的人數(shù),英語(yǔ)在45個(gè)國(guó)家是官方語(yǔ)言,世界三分之一的人口講英語(yǔ),75%的電視節(jié)目是英語(yǔ),四分之三的郵件是用英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě),電腦鍵盤(pán)是英語(yǔ)鍵盤(pán),任何一個(gè)會(huì)議敢號(hào)稱(chēng)是國(guó)際會(huì)議,其會(huì)議工作語(yǔ)言一定要用英語(yǔ)。二十幾億人口都在說(shuō)英語(yǔ),比如在日本,除了他們的本**語(yǔ)——日語(yǔ)之外,由于其特殊的歷史背景,英語(yǔ)是他們的第二語(yǔ)言,很多高層次的日本人以會(huì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)為榮;我們還可以看到,很多官方的、政府性質(zhì)的活動(dòng)、文件、交流方式,處處體現(xiàn)出英語(yǔ)的重要性;另外,大多數(shù)國(guó)家的高等學(xué)府,大學(xué)院校,都開(kāi)設(shè)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè),僅在中國(guó),就有一百多所大學(xué)設(shè)有英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)或英語(yǔ)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);還有,電腦和互聯(lián)網(wǎng),也是建立在英語(yǔ)的基礎(chǔ)上,這個(gè)行業(yè)的語(yǔ)言,就是英語(yǔ),另外,在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域、建筑領(lǐng)域、文學(xué)領(lǐng)域,都與英語(yǔ)有極大的關(guān)聯(lián)。
可見(jiàn),英語(yǔ)的應(yīng)用無(wú)處不在,我們已經(jīng)身處在一個(gè)開(kāi)口就是英語(yǔ)的時(shí)代和地方,英語(yǔ)對(duì)于我們而言,就像一日三餐對(duì)于人類(lèi)而言不可或缺,只要這個(gè)地球存在,英語(yǔ)就會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)存續(xù)下去。

第二篇:人生英語(yǔ)
英語(yǔ)的復(fù)習(xí)大致可分為四個(gè)階段: 1、3月—6月,這是考研復(fù)習(xí)的第一個(gè)階段。在這個(gè)階段,主要任務(wù)是解決單詞問(wèn)題。詞匯量是考研英語(yǔ)的根本。教育部大綱中規(guī)定的是5500個(gè)單詞,那么你對(duì)自己的要求只能是高于這個(gè)數(shù)字,因?yàn)榇缶V中還涉及到了與你的專(zhuān)業(yè)和個(gè)人興趣相關(guān)的單詞,所以單詞復(fù)習(xí)是一個(gè)需要詳細(xì)制定計(jì)劃,并且循序漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程。
第一輪背單詞時(shí),絕對(duì)要認(rèn)真仔細(xì),應(yīng)該從以下五個(gè)方面來(lái)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備:
一、單詞發(fā)音;
二、單詞詞綴;
三、單詞詞義;
四、單詞用法;
五、單詞關(guān)系(考生應(yīng)掌握單詞的同義詞,反義詞,派生詞等)。
另外,閱讀在這個(gè)階段,也應(yīng)該定量定篇的進(jìn)行??佳虚喿x不但考理解,還考速度。因此,在平時(shí)的閱讀訓(xùn)練中要學(xué)會(huì)瀏覽閱讀和快速閱讀的方式。在閱讀文章時(shí),不斷的提高對(duì)自己閱讀時(shí)間的要求,一段時(shí)間后,你一定會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),你閱讀的效率與答題的速度突飛猛進(jìn)。
2、7月至9月底是全面復(fù)習(xí)的第二階段。如果說(shuō)第一階段主要是打基礎(chǔ),那么,第二個(gè)階段則開(kāi)始進(jìn)行全方位準(zhǔn)備了。所謂全面復(fù)習(xí),即大家應(yīng)該開(kāi)始拿起筆練習(xí)寫(xiě)作和翻譯,不只是停留在背單詞和讀文章這個(gè)層面上。因?yàn)樵谇捌陔A段,你已掌握了大量的單詞并進(jìn)行了高強(qiáng)度的閱讀訓(xùn)練,所以這個(gè)階段,應(yīng)該開(kāi)始試著用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)你的想法,并且檢查自己對(duì)英語(yǔ)的理解能力。在這個(gè)階段不但應(yīng)該解決了所有的基礎(chǔ)問(wèn)題,同時(shí)還要有一段時(shí)間進(jìn)行提高,為下一步的全程模擬做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。建議你可以采取上輔導(dǎo)班或自學(xué)相結(jié)合的方式。
3、10月至11月底是強(qiáng)化階段,是進(jìn)行模擬強(qiáng)化和真題總結(jié)的時(shí)期。在此之前,一些權(quán)威的考研輔導(dǎo)專(zhuān)家一般會(huì)推出根據(jù)新大綱編寫(xiě)的模擬試題集。大家通過(guò)做最新模擬試題以及綜合研究真題的收獲,可以體驗(yàn)實(shí)戰(zhàn)的感覺(jué)。強(qiáng)化階段的英語(yǔ)復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃應(yīng)該更傾向于綜合訓(xùn)練與模擬,但是同時(shí),也不要忘記單詞的鞏固與記憶。
4、12月份到考前,是沖刺階段。考生們不但需要調(diào)整好臨考前的心態(tài),而且也要靜下心來(lái)進(jìn)行查缺補(bǔ)漏。比如說(shuō),翻譯部分沒(méi)有練習(xí)過(guò)或者比較薄弱,那么這段時(shí)間里,你需要針對(duì)個(gè)人弱勢(shì)調(diào)整復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)和時(shí)間,對(duì)弱勢(shì)考點(diǎn)進(jìn)行突破。如果不重視這些將會(huì)有可能前功盡棄。
另外,同學(xué)們?cè)诳记皯?yīng)該保持一個(gè)良好的心態(tài)。如果身體狀況不佳,心理素質(zhì)差,即便是比較好的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ),復(fù)習(xí)比較充分,也未必在考場(chǎng)上有良好的表現(xiàn)。

與去年的大綱相比,2009年全國(guó)碩士研究生入學(xué)統(tǒng)一考試《英語(yǔ)考試大綱》完全沒(méi)有變化。就語(yǔ)言知識(shí)而言,大綱仍然強(qiáng)調(diào)考生應(yīng)該能夠熟練地掌握和運(yùn)用語(yǔ)法知識(shí)和5500個(gè)大綱詞匯。就語(yǔ)言技能而言,大綱繼續(xù)突出閱讀和寫(xiě)作的重要性,關(guān)于閱讀,強(qiáng)調(diào)“考生應(yīng)能讀懂選自各類(lèi)書(shū)籍和報(bào)刊的不同類(lèi)型的文字材料(生詞量不超過(guò)所讀材料總詞匯量的3%)”;關(guān)于寫(xiě)作,則強(qiáng)調(diào)考生“應(yīng)能寫(xiě)不同類(lèi)型的應(yīng)用文,包括私人和公務(wù)信函、備忘錄、摘要、報(bào)告等,以及一般描述性、敘述性、說(shuō)明性或議論性的文章(實(shí)際就是應(yīng)用文和圖畫(huà)作文)”??偟膩?lái)說(shuō),上述語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能仍然是研究生入學(xué)英語(yǔ)考試的主要測(cè)評(píng)目標(biāo)。
對(duì)比往年考點(diǎn),接下來(lái)按照具體題型分別為大家全面解析2009年考研英語(yǔ)大綱:
一、完型填空
完型填空主要測(cè)試考生結(jié)合上下文的綜合理解能力和語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,即在閱讀理解的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)篇章結(jié)構(gòu),語(yǔ)法和詞匯知識(shí)的運(yùn)用能力的考查,這是對(duì)完型填空的定位。大綱明確指出對(duì)完型填空考核的重點(diǎn):語(yǔ)法、固定搭配、近義詞辨析和邏輯關(guān)系四大類(lèi)題型。這種提法針對(duì)性更強(qiáng)??忌蓮臍v年真題中按照提示的四類(lèi)題型去準(zhǔn)備和復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)考研完型填空方面的知識(shí)點(diǎn),這樣可以做到事半功倍的效果。

就閱讀理解(PartA)而言,由于這是一個(gè)大家非常熟悉的題型,也連著考了10幾年,命題專(zhuān)家都有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)它,因此每次考試最穩(wěn)定的就是四選一的閱讀理解題。就文章題材來(lái)說(shuō),近幾年越來(lái)越重視對(duì)人文科學(xué)的考查,平時(shí)要多注重閱讀一些英美經(jīng)濟(jì)文化科技方面的報(bào)刊書(shū)籍,例如The Economist(經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家),Newsweek(新聞周刊),Times(時(shí)代周刊)以及The Times(泰晤士報(bào))上面的文章。在尋找材料時(shí),要有選擇,比如說(shuō)不要涉及政治方面及時(shí)事方面比較敏感的話題,如種族歧視、宗教信仰、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)評(píng)論等。
有關(guān)2009年的閱讀理解文章來(lái)源,考試大綱也已經(jīng)明確表態(tài),文章來(lái)源依舊是英語(yǔ)國(guó)家原版報(bào)刊或書(shū)籍,絕大多數(shù)是評(píng)論性的文章(即除文學(xué)作品以外的其他類(lèi)型的短文)。由于新聞?dòng)浾邞T用“引用”的方法,考研的文章經(jīng)常喜歡正反交替舉例,先說(shuō)作者認(rèn)同的,然后又是作者要批評(píng)的、揭露的,再是用實(shí)例來(lái)論證作者的觀點(diǎn)。這種語(yǔ)篇思維模式會(huì)給考生在閱讀理解中造成很大的障礙。正因?yàn)殡y,考研命題專(zhuān)家就非常青睞這類(lèi)語(yǔ)篇,來(lái)命題目。近兩年,這種題目每次都有,而且得分率也很低,因此需要大家平時(shí)閱讀時(shí)要多注重對(duì)于作者觀點(diǎn)、立足點(diǎn)、態(tài)度語(yǔ)氣的把握。
最后從語(yǔ)言難度來(lái)看,08年的閱讀文章無(wú)論從詞匯方面還是從句子方面與往年的難度有所提高,命題和前兩年明顯不同的是,大量考察了推理和判斷題以及細(xì)節(jié)事實(shí)題。09年的閱讀難度依舊,文章容易,選項(xiàng)“刁”。生詞依然存在,但其比例仍然維持在3%左右。命題的風(fēng)格、誘惑手段和解題思路也會(huì)和08年一致。
新題型:
該題型要求考生從整體上把握文章的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容上的聯(lián)系,理解句子之間、段落之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)諸如連貫性、一致性等語(yǔ)段特征有較強(qiáng)的意識(shí)和熟練的把握,并具備運(yùn)用語(yǔ)法知識(shí)分析理解長(zhǎng)難句的能力。05,06年考查的是難度相對(duì)較大的第一種選擇搭配題,而07,08年則選擇了難度相對(duì)較低的第三種——選擇小標(biāo)題??梢哉f(shuō),此題型是對(duì)語(yǔ)言能力和閱讀理解能力的綜合測(cè)試,因此在要求上遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于這兩種題型,考生有必要對(duì)這類(lèi)題型的答題思路多練習(xí),以提高自己在這個(gè)部分的應(yīng)試能力。
三、翻譯
縱觀往年考研試題,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)命題者有一個(gè)非常清楚的或者非常明顯的趨勢(shì)和導(dǎo)向,就是對(duì)于比較難復(fù)雜的句子結(jié)構(gòu)和文章的考查是加大比重了。這個(gè)體現(xiàn)在我們各個(gè)部分的題型當(dāng)中,尤其以英翻漢部分最為明顯。這個(gè)也反映出我們的命題者在考慮到各位同學(xué)在進(jìn)入研究生學(xué)習(xí)之后需要接觸大量的專(zhuān)業(yè)英語(yǔ)材料,這些材料的特點(diǎn)就是語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜,所以在考研當(dāng)中考查考生對(duì)復(fù)雜語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)和復(fù)雜長(zhǎng)難句的理解的這種能力就成為了最近幾年考試非常明顯的特點(diǎn)和趨勢(shì)。
2009年的翻譯不會(huì)有任何變化,依舊考察在準(zhǔn)確理解的基礎(chǔ)上,按照英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)拆分句子,準(zhǔn)確、通順?lè)g漢語(yǔ)的能力。翻譯考點(diǎn)不變,主要考點(diǎn)還是包含對(duì)定語(yǔ)從句、狀語(yǔ)從句等翻譯的考察??忌恍璋凑兆约涸械膹?fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行就可以,不必為翻譯作任何復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃的調(diào)整。
四、寫(xiě)作
2009年的大作文從命題形式上看,應(yīng)該還是考核圖表和漫畫(huà)作文。從命題內(nèi)容上來(lái)看,今年的漫畫(huà)或圖表作文一定還是有關(guān)于教育、職業(yè)道德、身體健康、家庭關(guān)系、環(huán)境保護(hù)、人口增長(zhǎng)以及文化交流等話題。
考研大作文(20分)的要求是很好地完成了試題規(guī)定的任務(wù):包含所有內(nèi)容要點(diǎn);使用豐富的語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯;語(yǔ)言自然流暢,語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤極少;有效地采用了多種銜接手段,文字連貫,層次清晰。平時(shí)練習(xí)主要注意兩個(gè)方面:首先,語(yǔ)言是第一要素;其次,結(jié)構(gòu)層次要清晰。
在語(yǔ)言方面,應(yīng)把語(yǔ)言錯(cuò)誤降低到最低限度。語(yǔ)言錯(cuò)誤大致在如下幾個(gè)方面:第一,主謂一致;第二,時(shí)態(tài);第三,冠詞的用法;第四,名詞的單復(fù)數(shù);第五,搭配問(wèn)題;第六,單詞的拼寫(xiě)。檢查的時(shí)候,一般不要作內(nèi)容上的修改。閱卷者根本不會(huì)意識(shí)到所加的話有多么重要,文章多一句話少一句話是不會(huì)改變閱卷者印象的。
根據(jù)考試大綱的文字來(lái)看,今年的應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作應(yīng)依舊是書(shū)信的寫(xiě)作,希望考生能夠把書(shū)信的格式進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的強(qiáng)化。
應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作能力的提高不可能一蹴而就,必須經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)踐鍛煉。重點(diǎn)要注意語(yǔ)域和格式兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。在復(fù)習(xí)階段,應(yīng)用文的寫(xiě)作,尤其是書(shū)信的寫(xiě)作要注意內(nèi)容的格式安排,首先要熟悉不同類(lèi)型的應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作格式,注意事項(xiàng),寫(xiě)作特點(diǎn)等。其次要背誦大量的優(yōu)秀范文。再次,是要多動(dòng)手寫(xiě)作,要寫(xiě)出屬于自己的文章。
鑒于英語(yǔ)考綱的穩(wěn)定性,各位考生可以繼續(xù)既定復(fù)習(xí)思路和計(jì)劃。當(dāng)然,千里之行始于足下,各位考生一定要腳踏實(shí)地落實(shí)自己的計(jì)劃,這樣才能達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。

If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. we lose our freedom. we let our happiness be determined by outer forces. on the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. we can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.
what is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.
For most people happiness seems fleeting, because they let changing outer circumstances affect it. one of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit.
Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life:
1) Endeavor to change the way you look at things. Always look at the bright side. The mind may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. don't let it. Look at the good and positive side of every situation.
2) Think of solutions, not problems.
3) Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.
4) watch funny comedies that make you laugh.
5) Each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.
6) watch your thoughts. whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, start thinking of pleasant things.
7) Always look at what you have done and not at what you haven't.
Sometimes you may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. At the end of the day you might feel frustrated and unhappy, because you haven't been able to do all of those things.
Look at what you have done, not at what you have not been able to do. You may have accomplished a lot during the day, and yet you let yourself become frustrated, because of some small things that you did not accomplish. You have spent all day successfully carrying out many plans, and instead of feeling happy and satisfied, you look at what was not accomplished and feel unhappy. It is unfair toward yourself.
8) Each day do something good for yourself. It can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
9) Each day do at least one act to make others happy. This can be a kind word, helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. The possibilities are infinite. when you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
10) Always expect happiness.
11) do not envy people who are happy. on the contrary, be happy for their happiness.
12) Associate with happy people, and try to learn from them to be happy. Remember, happiness is contagious.
13) do your best to stay detached, when things do not proceed as intended and desired. detachment will help you stay calm and control your moods and reactions. detachment is not indifference. It is the acceptance of the good and the bad and staying balanced. detachment has much to do with inner peace, and inner peace is conductive to happiness.
14) Smile more often.
