外企其實并非都是那么重視口頭的英文表達(dá)能力，如果非要準(zhǔn)備，也很簡單，就是準(zhǔn)備一個自己的小故事，比如在過去的公司里面如何通過teamwork完成某個項目的過程介紹，諸如此類。。

還有就是準(zhǔn)備一些和自己愛好相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，以備考官臨時提問。

總之，一定要體現(xiàn)自己適應(yīng)外企的process，能夠teamwork，而且對書面的商務(wù)用詞比較熟練，也就可以了。不用過于嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，因為太拘束了可能反而讓考官覺得你在背書。
