During the Spring and Autumn Period(770-476 BC), a very noble official caled Qi
Huangyang lived in the State of Jin.One day, the king summoned him to court and asked, “Now that the magistrate position of Nanyang county is vacant, who do you think is suitable for the post?”
“Xie Hu is the right man for the job,” Qi replied without hesitation.Surprised, the king asked, “Did you say Xie Hu? I thought he's your enemy.Why did you recommend him to take such an important position?”
Smiling, Qi Huangyang said, “Your Majesty didn't ask me my personal opinions o Xie Hu.You simply asked me who I thought would be competent for the position.Therefore I
recommended Xie Hu.the king followed Qi's advice and made Xie Hu magistrate of Nanyang county.And sure enough, Xie Hu administered the county very well and won respect from local people and his colleagues.Some days later, the king again asked Qi Huangyang for his opinions.This time, the king was trying to find a suitable candidate for a court judge position.Qi Huangyiang recommended Qi Wu for the job.Once again, the king was surprised again by the recommendation because Qi Wu was the son of Qi Huangyang.The king asked: ”Who do you recommend your son? Aren't you afraid people will gossip?“
Qi Huangyang replied, ”Your Majesty, you asked me who was the most capable person for the position of a judge, and I think Qi Wu is.“
Although the king was a bit hesitant about making Qi Wu the judge, he nevertheless gave him the position.As it turned out, Qi Wu was an upright and talented judge, who people GREatly respected.Qi Huangyang's actions were praised by Confucius who said, ”Qi Huangyang was right.He recommended people according to their abilities and talents, not because of personal sentiments,not because of fearing others' gossip.Therefore, people like Qi Huangyang are referred to as people “without selfish motives”.From Confucious' comment came the idiom “Unselfish”.Anyone who handles affairs fairly and impartially can be described as “Unselfish;Perfectly impartial”.大公無(wú)私

過(guò)了一些日子,平公又向祁黃羊征求意見(jiàn)。這回,晉王想找個(gè)合適的人選擔(dān)任朝廷法官?!逼铧S羊推薦了祁午。平公又奇怪起來(lái)了,因?yàn)槠钗缡瞧铧S羊的兒子。他問(wèn)道:“你怎么推薦你的兒子,不怕別人講閑話嗎?”祁黃羊說(shuō):“陛下只問(wèn)我誰(shuí)最是合適的,我認(rèn)為祁午是?!北M管晉王還有些猶豫,他還是派了祁午去做法官。事實(shí)證明,祁午是個(gè)正直,有才能的法官,很受人們的愛(ài)戴??鬃勇?tīng)說(shuō)這兩件事,十分稱(chēng)贊祁黃羊??鬃诱f(shuō): “祁黃羊是對(duì)的。他推薦人,完全是以才能做標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不因?yàn)閭€(gè)人偏見(jiàn),便不推薦他;也不因?yàn)榕氯俗h論,便不推薦。像黃祁羊這樣的人,才夠得上說(shuō)”大公無(wú)私“啦!”

接下來(lái)是今天活動(dòng)的沙龍環(huán)節(jié)。
聽(tīng)課最受我們一線教師歡迎,大家每次聽(tīng)完課都會(huì)有許多感受,想必今天也是。下面我們就進(jìn)行沙龍的第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)——有話要說(shuō)。
我們首先把機(jī)會(huì)給臺(tái)下的老師,誰(shuí)有話要說(shuō)?
請(qǐng)臺(tái)上的老師每人用一句話說(shuō)說(shuō)你聽(tīng)課后最大的感受或啟發(fā)。請(qǐng)四位執(zhí)教老師每人用一句話說(shuō)說(shuō)自己的感受。
簡(jiǎn)單的熱身之后,我們進(jìn)行沙龍的第二個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)——聚焦話題。
好的課堂教學(xué)就像一部影片,由許多元素構(gòu)成和精彩片段呈現(xiàn),作為觀摩者如何進(jìn)行有效課堂觀察呢?聚焦一點(diǎn)觀察能有效提高我們的課堂教學(xué)水平。今天我們聚焦的話題是教學(xué)中的回應(yīng)策略。
(插播PPT2-3:美國(guó)幼教專(zhuān)家凱茨認(rèn)為:幼兒園教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)表現(xiàn)在教育工作中能運(yùn)用縝密的知識(shí)作為判斷和行事的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具有這種素質(zhì)的教師能抓住孩子拋過(guò)來(lái)的“球”,以適當(dāng)?shù)姆绞饺ソ?,并以適當(dāng)?shù)姆绞桨选扒颉睊伝睾⒆印?/p>
這里的“球”就是幼兒的應(yīng)答、問(wèn)題,教師的這種“接球”、“拋球”行為就是課堂教學(xué)中的響應(yīng)、回答,即回應(yīng)。
活動(dòng)中,如何為幼兒“創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)能使他們想說(shuō)、敢說(shuō)、喜歡說(shuō)、有機(jī)會(huì)說(shuō)并能得到積極應(yīng)答的環(huán)境”?怎樣的回應(yīng)才是有效的、高質(zhì)量的?)
首先我們請(qǐng)結(jié)對(duì)師徒中的兩位師傅簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)說(shuō)自己課堂上是如何進(jìn)行有效回應(yīng)的?(打開(kāi)兩人自備的PPT,每個(gè)2分鐘左右,以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為例)接下來(lái),我們請(qǐng)臺(tái)上的其他老師根據(jù)課堂觀察記錄表從回應(yīng)的有效性、回應(yīng)的層次性、回應(yīng)的切入點(diǎn)三個(gè)方面發(fā)表看法。

回應(yīng)的層次性:教學(xué)中,高水平的教師在接到幼兒的問(wèn)題后會(huì)將幼兒的問(wèn)題經(jīng)由保持、展開(kāi)、深入、解決四個(gè)層次遞進(jìn),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)解決問(wèn)題的目的;相反回應(yīng)水平較低的教師通常將幼兒的問(wèn)題停留于“保持”層面,或“展開(kāi)”層面,較少能將問(wèn)題推向“深入”,甚至“解決”。
回應(yīng)的切入點(diǎn):教學(xué)中,較高水平教師的有效回應(yīng)選擇的切入點(diǎn)不同,有的立足幼兒已有經(jīng)驗(yàn)做出拓展回應(yīng),有的根據(jù)幼兒的回答的完整度做出補(bǔ)充回應(yīng),有的著眼糾正幼兒答案一致或偏離答案進(jìn)行糾偏回應(yīng)。)
