幼兒園老師口語禁忌

教師口語滲透于幼兒園一日活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，良好的教師口語不僅能幫助教師輕松組織各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)、完成各項(xiàng)教育目標(biāo)，同時(shí)對(duì)于營造自由寬松、尊重平等的精神環(huán)境也起著重要作用。

可在日常工作中，老師經(jīng)常會(huì)不自覺地使用一些不恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言，輕者無益于教育目標(biāo)的達(dá)成，重者則影響到幼兒的身心健康發(fā)展。

可以說，教師用語的恰當(dāng)與否直接影響到幼兒園的教育教學(xué)水平。那么，造成這些不當(dāng)用語的原因是什么？幼兒教師在工作中又應(yīng)當(dāng)怎樣避免這些不當(dāng)用語呢？下面試舉幾例加以說明。

例一我看誰是最后一名?

我看誰忘了?

【分析】：

這類語言屬于反面恐嚇類語言，言外之意是，如果誰是最后或達(dá)不到要求，誰就將會(huì)受到批評(píng)或懲罰。

這種語言違背了幼兒教育所提倡的正面激勵(lì)原則，試想，孩子在這樣一種恐嚇情境下，能主動(dòng)地、發(fā)自內(nèi)心地去完成好老師所提的要求嗎？即使完成了，他們的心情又是如何？大概只能是壓抑、緊張與恐懼了。

教育重要的是過程而非結(jié)果，在這種情景下，孩子只能是一種簡單的消極應(yīng)對(duì)，并不能從中得到任何樂趣。而對(duì)于更小一些的托、小班幼兒來說，他們不能夠像大人一樣理解老師的反話，往往會(huì)以為老師真的在比誰是最后，反而事與愿違。

【對(duì)策】：

變反面恐嚇為正面激勵(lì)。教師應(yīng)以充滿熱情和積極向上的語言激勵(lì)孩子。

比如：我們看看誰完成得又快又好、比比誰記得最牢等等，甚至還可以許諾對(duì)完成好的幼兒進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，如貼小紅花、點(diǎn)小紅點(diǎn)、獲得優(yōu)先游戲權(quán)等。

這種正面激勵(lì)利用了孩子喜歡成功、追求上進(jìn)、樂于競爭的特點(diǎn)，能夠調(diào)動(dòng)起孩子的積極性和主動(dòng)性，使孩子變被動(dòng)接受為主動(dòng)競爭，從而促使孩子更好地完成目標(biāo)。

例二不許說話(不許…)

【分析】：

這是一種強(qiáng)制性命令語言，這種語言所反映出來的師生關(guān)系仍然沒有脫離以教師為中心的傳統(tǒng)觀念。

在這種關(guān)系中，教師高高在上，對(duì)幼兒發(fā)號(hào)施令，擁有絕對(duì)權(quán)威；在這種高壓環(huán)境下，幼兒沒有發(fā)言權(quán)，沒有主動(dòng)地位，只能是絕對(duì)服從者。

久而久之，就會(huì)使孩子感到壓抑，進(jìn)而形成唯唯諾諾、惟命是從、膽小怕事、缺乏主見的不良性格。

又如何談得上創(chuàng)設(shè)自由寬松、平等尊重的精神環(huán)境，培養(yǎng)樂觀向上、敢于創(chuàng)新的良好性格？況且這種簡單的指令真的能讓孩子發(fā)自內(nèi)心地遵守和服從嗎？答案顯然是否定的。

【對(duì)策】：

變強(qiáng)制命令為游戲誘導(dǎo)。幼兒最主要的特征之一就是熱愛游戲，游戲是幼兒的生命，在游戲中，他們會(huì)全身心的投入而樂此不疲，并從中獲得巨大樂趣，得到有益發(fā)展。

教師應(yīng)充分利用這一點(diǎn)，在組織日?；顒?dòng)或教學(xué)活動(dòng)時(shí)，要能夠隨機(jī)應(yīng)變，想辦法將指令變成幼兒感興趣的游戲，讓幼兒在游戲中完成指令。比如：

（1）課前準(zhǔn)備時(shí)，可以玩“神奇膠水”的游戲，請(qǐng)幼兒用想象中的神奇膠水“粘”好自己的小手、小腳、小嘴巴、小屁股，使其坐好不亂動(dòng)，以集中注意力。

（2）讓幼兒注意看某處時(shí)，可以告訴幼兒用小眼睛做聚光燈找到某處。

（3）讓幼兒原地不動(dòng)時(shí)，可以讓他們比比誰最像木頭人。

（4）幼兒不好好吃飯，可以玩芝麻開門或大老虎、大鯨魚等游戲。

（5）讓幼兒不亂跑時(shí)，可讓其學(xué)小貓排隊(duì)輕輕走.這樣一來，就能使幼兒又快又好地完成指令，更重要的是，完成指令的過程充滿了樂趣，幼兒的個(gè)性得到了釋放，幼兒的權(quán)利得到了尊重，師生關(guān)系也得到了完善。

例三××，去把抹布拿來！

【分析】：

這類語言屬于普通祈使句，表面看來似乎沒什么不妥，然而它所缺少的是最基本的禮貌用語。許多老師經(jīng)常教育孩子要懂禮貌，可自己在與孩子的交往過程中卻常常忽略了這一點(diǎn)。

禮貌用語表面上反映的是禮貌問題，其實(shí)本質(zhì)卻是人與人之間相互尊重的問題。

這類語言說明尊重平等的關(guān)系并沒有在師生之間真正建立，而這種人與人之間尊重與平等的概念的形成以及禮貌習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成，需要的不是單一呆板的言語說教，而恰恰是教師日常生活中一點(diǎn)一滴的言傳身教與潛移默化。

【對(duì)策】：

變普通用語為禮貌用語。比如，××，請(qǐng)你把抹布拿過來，謝謝！請(qǐng)你明天把那本書帶來借給老師用用，可以嗎？

教師要注意自己的一言一行、一舉一動(dòng)，要從生活中的一點(diǎn)一滴中體現(xiàn)出師生之間相互平等、相互尊重的關(guān)系。

要注重言傳身教、率先垂范，要求幼兒做到的自己首先要做到，在與幼兒的互動(dòng)過程中，努力為幼兒創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)真正平等的精神環(huán)境和文明禮貌的語言交往環(huán)境。

例四笨死了！這都不會(huì)，你還能干什么？

【分析】：

這是一種對(duì)幼兒的輕蔑否定用語，通常當(dāng)孩子達(dá)不到老師的教育目標(biāo)時(shí)最容易出現(xiàn)這種語言，它是教師消極情緒在幼兒身上的盡情發(fā)泄，甚至可以稱其為一種語言暴力，反映出教師對(duì)幼兒人格的嚴(yán)重輕視。

這類語言會(huì)給孩子造成一種負(fù)面的心理暗示，降低幼兒的自我評(píng)價(jià)，嚴(yán)重傷害孩子的自尊心，打擊其自信心，對(duì)幼兒樂觀開朗性格的形成以及想象力與創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)展具有極大的殺傷力。

【對(duì)策】：

變蔑視否定為耐心鼓勵(lì)。作為幼兒教師應(yīng)嚴(yán)格杜絕這類語言的發(fā)生，應(yīng)充分尊重幼兒的人格和權(quán)力，承認(rèn)和關(guān)注幼兒的個(gè)體差異，了解并尊重幼兒的身心發(fā)展水平。

在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時(shí)，要多反思自己的教育行為，及時(shí)調(diào)整教育目標(biāo)或改變教育方法，要給幼兒時(shí)間，給幼兒信心，而不是一味的打擊與恥笑。

對(duì)幼兒的想象力和創(chuàng)造力也應(yīng)給以欣賞和保護(hù)，要多對(duì)幼兒說：“沒關(guān)系，咱們?cè)賮硪淮?！”“要相信自己，下次一定能做好?！薄斑@次好多了，繼續(xù)努力??！”“你說的跟別人不一樣，還有更好的想法嗎？”等等。

總之，造成這些不當(dāng)用語的原因很多，歸納起來主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：

1、對(duì)幼兒的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律及幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)了解不充分。

2、沒有真正把幼兒看作一個(gè)擁有獨(dú)立人格和自主權(quán)力的人，換句話說，就是沒有充分尊重幼兒的人格和權(quán)利。

3、缺乏教師語言藝術(shù)和教育機(jī)智。

要改變這種現(xiàn)象，只有不斷提高自身的文化道德修養(yǎng)，加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，了解和掌握幼兒身心發(fā)展的規(guī)律和學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)，用先進(jìn)的幼教理念武裝和充實(shí)自己。

在日常工作中多學(xué)習(xí)，多思考、多積累、多交流，不斷提高自己的語言藝術(shù)水平。

只有這樣，才能使幼兒園教師不當(dāng)用語的情況得到改善，才能使教師用語得到凈化，才能為幼兒創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)良好的語言環(huán)境和精神環(huán)境，從而有效地促進(jìn)幼兒園教師教育教學(xué)水平的提高。
