筑結構設計摘 要

本畢業(yè)設計題目為“洛陽市同仁醫(yī)院住院大樓及地下停車場建筑結構設計”。設計的內(nèi)容包括建筑設計、結構設計兩部分。建筑設計是在總體規(guī)劃的前提下，根據(jù)設計任務書的要求，確定設計方案，畫出建筑施工圖。結構設計是在建筑物初步設計的基礎上確定結構方案，結構設計是在建筑物初步設計的基礎上確定結構方案并繪制結構施工圖。由于專業(yè)方向的原因，本畢業(yè)設計結構計算包含兩部分內(nèi)容：

1.上部框架結構計算（不考慮地震作用，但是考慮風荷載的作用）；

2.地下室結構計算（包括基礎，外墻計算等）。但是在結構設計中只選取了一榀框架做為計算單元來進行設計，目的是為了熟悉設計過

程。

該設計采用鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆框架結構，建筑層數(shù)為上部六層（層高都3.6m），地下一層(層高4.5m)，建筑高度為21.6m。根據(jù)設計要求，設防烈度為7度，抗震等級為3級，設計中不要求考慮抗震設計。根據(jù)任務書定出各層平面圖及平面布置。本方案主體結構為縱橫向承重框架。在進行荷載計算和構件截面估算后，選取了一榀框架進行計算，計算內(nèi)容包括框架梁、框架柱截面尺寸的選取及線剛度的計算（應滿足強柱弱梁的要求）；恒載、活載、風荷載作用下梁端、柱端彎矩、剪力及軸力的計算；框架梁內(nèi)力調幅；框架內(nèi)力組合；框架梁柱配筋計算；樓梯配筋計算；板配筋計算；框架受力鋼筋主要采用Ⅲ級鋼筋，1

箍筋主要采用Ⅰ級鋼筋。整個設計方案基本符合設計和結構要求，具有一定的合理性。

通過對洛陽市同仁醫(yī)院住院大樓及地下停車場建筑結構設計建筑平面圖、立面圖、剖面圖、詳圖的繪制和結構布置圖、基礎布置圖、梁板柱配筋圖的繪制以及結構計算，特別是地下部分的計算，讓我熟悉了建筑工程和地下結構工程設計的全過程，掌握了結構設計計算的基本方法，順利地完成了畢業(yè)設計的任務。同時，對這些年所學的基本概念和專業(yè)知識有了更深的理解，從而提高了分析和解決實際問題的能力。

ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN UNDERGROUND PARKING LOT OF LUOYANG TONGREN HOSPITAL

The graduation project entitled “Architectural and structural

design of the residential building and building parking lot of Luoyang TONGREN hospital training center”, included the architecture

designing and structure designing.Based on the overall plans, and in accordance with the requirements of the design task, the architectural aims at determining the plan and draw the architectural construction drawings.After the preliminary design of buildings, the structural design is to determine the structure, and the structural construction drawings.Due to the major direction, this graduation project includes the following two main parts: 1.structural calculation of the upper frame, ignoring the earthquake effect but take the wind load into

consideration;2.structural calculation of the basement, including the foundations and the walls.Besides, in the structural design, select only one single frame as the calculation unit, which aiming at getting familiar with the process of design.The cast-in-place frame structure is adopted in this scheme.The building has five stories(3.6m high for all)and an one-storey basement(4.5m high)with the total height of 21.6m.According to the designing

requirement, the design seismic fortification is 7th degree, the grade of ant detonation is the anti-seismic design.According to assignment book, define every storey blueprint and plane arrange.The main structure of the program is designed to resist the load in both longitudinal and transversal direction.After conduct the calculation of loads and estimation of members’ dimensions, take one single frame to calculate: the

dimensions and linear stiffness of frame beams and columns;moments and shear force at the ends of beams and columns under dead loads, live loads and wind loads;amplitude modulation of the internal force of frame beam;combination of internal forces;reinforcements of frame beams, stairs and slabs(use the III level rebar for the main reinforcements

while the I level for the stirrups).The whole conceptual design accords with the design and structure demand basically, has certain rationality.Through designing of Architectural and structural design of the residential building and building parking lot of Luoyang TONGREN hospital, and drawing floor plans, elevational drawings, sectional

drawings, detail drawings, structural arrangement drawings, foundation arrangement drawings, reinforcement drawings of beams and slabs, and structural calculation, especially the subground part, I have got more familiar with the entire design process of building engineering and subground engineering, grasped the principle method of structural

design and calculation, finished the assignment of design successfully.principals and major knowledge the of all these years, which thus gave a great improvement to my abilities of analyzing and solving the actual problems.KEY WORDS:Residential building；Frame structure；Architectural design and Structural design； background； raft foundation.
