第三篇：cet考試承諾書

CET 考 生 誠 信 考 試

承 諾 書

 根據(jù)國家教育部要求，凡參加CET考試的考生，在考前必須閱讀《考生誠信考試承諾書》并簽字認可。為此，請考生認真閱讀、知曉、認可、遵守“CET考生守則”、“國家教育考試違紀處理辦法”等考試有關(guān)規(guī)定和紀律要求，并提供考生本人的真實、準確信息及有關(guān)證件，如有違反將按教育部“國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法”及本校校紀校規(guī)嚴肅處理。

考生愿意遵守考試有關(guān)規(guī)定和紀律要求的，須進行誠信考試承諾簽名，以表明其對考試規(guī)定和紀律要求的知曉、認可并承諾自覺遵守。

一、CET考生守則

一、按照有關(guān)規(guī)定的要求簽署《誠信考試承諾書》。

二、必須按規(guī)定的時間（上午8：45開始，下午2：45開始）入場，入場開始15分鐘（即上午9：00，下午3：00）后，禁止入場。入場時必須主動出示準考證以及居民身份證（或軍人或武警人員證件），接受考試工作人員核驗，并按要求在考場座位表上簽名。

三、只準攜帶必要的文具入場,如鉛筆(涂答題卡用)、黑色簽字筆、橡皮。禁止攜帶任何書籍、筆記、資料、報刊、草稿紙以及各種無線通信工具（如尋呼機、移動電話）、錄放音機、電子記事本等物品?？紙鰞?nèi)不得擅自相互借用文具。

四、入場后，要對號入座，將本人準考證以及居民身份證放在課桌上，以便核驗。

五、答題前應(yīng)認真填寫答題卡中的姓名、準考證號等欄目。凡答題卡中該欄目漏填涂、錯填涂或字跡不清、無法辯認的，答題卡一律無效。

六、在考試結(jié)束前禁止提前退場。

七、必須嚴格按要求做答題目。書寫部分一律用黑色簽字筆做答，填涂信息點時只能用鉛筆（2B）涂黑。只能在規(guī)定考生做答的位置書寫或填涂信息點。不按規(guī)定要求填涂和做答的，一律無效。

八、遇試卷分發(fā)錯誤或試題字跡不清等情況應(yīng)及時要求更換；涉及試題內(nèi)容的疑問，不得向監(jiān)考員詢問。

九、在考場內(nèi)必須嚴格遵守考場紀律，對于違反考場規(guī)定和不服從考試工作人員管理者，取消考試成績并按校紀校規(guī)處理。

十、考試結(jié)束鈴聲響時，要立即停止答題，將試卷扣放在桌面上，待監(jiān)考員允許后方可離開考場。離開考場時必須交卷，不準攜帶試卷、答題卡離開考場。

十一、自覺服從考試工作人員的管理，不得以任何理由妨礙監(jiān)考員進行正常工作。監(jiān)考員有權(quán)對考場內(nèi)發(fā)生的問題，按規(guī)定作出相應(yīng)處理。對擾亂考場秩序，恐嚇、威脅考試工作人員的將移交公安機關(guān)追究其責任。

二、教育部《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》(摘要)根據(jù)中華人民共和國教育部第18號令《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，對參加CET考試違紀舞弊考生的處理辦法摘要如下：

一、考生不遵守考場紀律，不服從考試工作人員的安排與要求，有下列行為之一的，應(yīng)當認定為考試違紀：

(一)攜帶規(guī)定以外的物品進入考場或者未放在指定位置的；(二)未在規(guī)定的座位參加考試的；

(三)考試開始信號發(fā)出前答題或者考試結(jié)束信號發(fā)出后繼續(xù)答題的；

(四)在考試過程中旁窺、交頭接耳、互打暗號或者手勢的；

(五)在考場或者教育考試機構(gòu)禁止的范圍內(nèi)，喧嘩、吸煙或者實施其他影響考場秩序的行為的；

(六)未經(jīng)考試工作人員同意在考試過程中擅自離開考場的；

(七)將試卷、答卷(含答題卡、答題紙等，下同)、草稿紙等考試用紙帶出考場的；

(八)用規(guī)定以外的筆或者紙答題或者在試卷規(guī)定以外的地方書寫姓名、考號或者以其他方式在答卷上標記信息的；

(九)其他違反考場規(guī)則但尚未構(gòu)成作弊的行為。

二、生違背考試公平、公正原則，以不正當手段獲得或者試圖獲得試題答案、考試成績，有下列行為之一的，應(yīng)當認定為考試作弊：

(一)攜帶與考試內(nèi)容相關(guān)的文字材料或者存儲有與考試內(nèi)容相關(guān)資料的電子設(shè)備參加考試的；

(二)抄襲或者協(xié)助他人抄襲試題答案或者與考試內(nèi)容相關(guān)的資料的；

(三)搶奪、竊取他人試卷、答卷或者強迫他人為自己抄襲提供方便的；

(四)在考試過程中使用通訊設(shè)備的；

(五)由他人冒名代替參加考試的；

(六)故意銷毀試卷、答卷或者考試材料的；

(七)在答卷上填寫與本人身份不符的姓名、考號等信息的；

(八)傳、接物品或者交換試卷、答卷、草稿紙的；

(九)其他作弊行為。

三、教育考試機構(gòu)、考試工作人員在考試過程中或者在考試結(jié)束后發(fā)現(xiàn)下列行為之一的，應(yīng)當認定相關(guān)的考生實施了考試作弊行為：

(一)通過偽造證件、證明、檔案及其他材料獲得考試資格和考試成績的；

(二)評卷過程中被發(fā)現(xiàn)同一科目同一考場有兩份以上(含兩份)答卷答案雷同的；

(三)考場紀律混亂、考試秩序失控，出現(xiàn)大面積考試作弊現(xiàn)象的；

(四)考試工作人員協(xié)助實施作弊行為，事后查實的；

(五)其他應(yīng)認定為作弊的行為。

四、考生及其他人員應(yīng)當自覺維護考試工作場所的秩序，服從考試工作人員的管理，不得有下列擾亂考場及考試工作場所秩序的行為：

(一)故意擾亂考點、考場、評卷場所等考試工作場所秩序；

(二)拒絕、妨礙考試工作人員履行管理職責；

(三)威脅、侮辱、誹謗、誣陷考試工作人員或其他考生；

(四)其他擾亂考試管理秩序的行為。

五、考生有以上第一至三條所列考試違規(guī)行為之一的，取消該科目的考試成績，所在學(xué)校按校紀校規(guī)給與相應(yīng)紀律處分。

六、考生有第四條所列行為之一的，應(yīng)當終止其繼續(xù)參加考試，考試成績無效；考生及其他人員的行為違反《治安管理處罰條例》的，由公安機關(guān)進行處理；構(gòu)成犯罪的，由司法機關(guān)依法追究刑事責任。

三、考生注意事項

1、部隊考生可憑軍官證、士兵證代替居民身份證參加考試。如有考生的居民身份證遺失、換證等，可憑臨時身份證參加考試。

2、因手機等通訊工具不準帶入考場，所以請考生不要將手機及其它貴重物品帶到考點，以免遺失，否則后果自負。



3、如填涂信息卡不符合要求，后果由本人自負?？忌诳记皯?yīng)事先準備好所需的2B鉛筆、塑料橡皮、小刀等，以免影響考試。

4、考試時不得使用各種字(詞)典。
