很榮幸在展示中心開(kāi)館一周年之際，我被評(píng)為了“金牌講解員”。一年來(lái)接待了像荷蘭王國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)部部長(zhǎng)、馬里共和國(guó)文化部部長(zhǎng)以及南京軍區(qū)正軍級(jí)首長(zhǎng)和揚(yáng)州市市委書記等VIp、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。但印象最深的還是為一位盲人小女孩講解，我將她的雙手放在每件展品上讓她觸摸，她是在用心參觀。當(dāng)講到海倫·凱勒的故事的時(shí)候，我清晰地看到她眼中的執(zhí)著和光芒……我想，這正是我工作價(jià)值的所在。
工作中，我也有一些缺點(diǎn)，比如太過(guò)浮躁。在講解過(guò)程中，一旦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾過(guò)多或者不遵守秩序，很容易激動(dòng)，有時(shí)甚至影響講解質(zhì)量。為此我也在好好反思，爭(zhēng)取在工作中耐心、細(xì)心、熱心，只有這樣才能更好地奉獻(xiàn)世博。
