各年級(jí)比賽項(xiàng)目一、二年級(jí)：20人×25m迎面接力（男、女各10人）

三、四年級(jí)：立定跳遠(yuǎn)（男、女各10人）、50m跑（男、女各10人）

五、六年級(jí)：50m跑（男、女各10人）、拔河（男、女各20人）各項(xiàng)比賽規(guī)則

20人×25m迎面接力賽規(guī)則：

1、每班將20人分甲、乙兩組站在25m跑道的兩端。發(fā)令后，甲組隊(duì)員跑 完25m后，在接力區(qū)內(nèi)將接力棒交給乙組隊(duì)員，乙組隊(duì)員跑完25米后再將棒交給甲組隊(duì)員，以此類推，最后一位跑完后計(jì)算成績(jī)。

2、途中掉棒時(shí)，必須是掉棒同學(xué)撿起；否則視為違規(guī)。

3、必須是在接棒區(qū)內(nèi)交接棒，否則視為違規(guī)。

4、各班只限于跑各自的跑道，不可以串道，否則視為違規(guī)。拔河比賽規(guī)則：

1、每班組織男、女各20人（分男、女兩隊(duì)）

2、拔河道為學(xué)校操場(chǎng)水泥地，河界2m間隔，居中的為中線，除比賽隊(duì)員和裁判員處，其他人員一律不能進(jìn)入比賽區(qū)內(nèi)，否則視為違規(guī)。

3、比賽時(shí)間不限制，一直到能判斷勝負(fù)為止。

4、每場(chǎng)比賽為三局兩勝制。

立定跳遠(yuǎn)、50m跑比賽規(guī)則：

1、每班組織十人參賽，按十人總成績(jī)計(jì)算班級(jí)勝負(fù)，每年級(jí)決出前三名。

2、每年級(jí)決出個(gè)人前八名。

四、比賽時(shí)間：2012年11月15日—17日

五、比賽地點(diǎn)：呈貢校區(qū)田徑場(chǎng)

六、報(bào)名時(shí)間

七、運(yùn)動(dòng)員資格

凡是在校注冊(cè)的各學(xué)院本科學(xué)生及研究生，身體健康者，均可報(bào)名參加（成教學(xué)院參賽隊(duì)員，必須為全日制在校學(xué)生）。凡參加800 米或以上中長(zhǎng)跑比賽項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)動(dòng)員應(yīng)保證自己的身體健康，如有心臟病史或身體不適者，必須到校醫(yī)院檢查身體，經(jīng)醫(yī)生同意方可參加比賽，如不按規(guī)定執(zhí)行，出現(xiàn)事故由運(yùn)動(dòng)員本人負(fù)責(zé)。

八、參加辦法

1、以各學(xué)院為單位，每單位可報(bào)領(lǐng)隊(duì)、教練、工作人員各一人。

2、每隊(duì)每個(gè)項(xiàng)目限報(bào)運(yùn)動(dòng)員3人，每人限報(bào)2項(xiàng)，可兼報(bào)接力。

3、每隊(duì)可報(bào)男、女接力隊(duì)各一隊(duì)。

九、競(jìng)賽規(guī)則

采用國體育總局審定的最新規(guī)則。

十、比賽項(xiàng)目

1、學(xué)生女子組

徑賽：100m、200m、400m、800m、1500m、3000m、4×100 m接力、4×400 m接力。

田賽：跳高、跳遠(yuǎn)、鉛球。

2、學(xué)生男子組

徑賽：100m、200m、400m、800m、1500m、5000m、4×100m接力、4×400 m接力。

田賽：跳高、跳遠(yuǎn)、三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)、鉛球。

十一、計(jì)分和錄取辦法

1、單項(xiàng)名次：報(bào)名在12人以上者（含12人）取前八名，以9、7、6、5、4、3、2、1計(jì)分。10-12人取前六名，9、7、6、5、4、3計(jì)分，9人以下取前四名，以9、7、6、5計(jì)分，不足三人不舉行比賽，三人取前三名。

2、接力項(xiàng)目：10個(gè)隊(duì)以上（含10隊(duì)）取前八名，以18、14、12、10、8、6、4、2計(jì)分；10人以下取前六名，不足3隊(duì)不舉行比賽。

3、名次并列得分平均分配，如有兩個(gè)第一名，則按9+7/2=8，無第二名，依次類推。

4、破紀(jì)錄者給予加分。

1）凡破云南省紀(jì)錄者，每項(xiàng)可加20分

2）凡破云南省高校紀(jì)錄者，每項(xiàng)可加7分

3）凡破校紀(jì)錄者，每項(xiàng)可加5分

5、團(tuán)體總分和名次

1）學(xué)生設(shè)男、女團(tuán)體總分，以各單位運(yùn)動(dòng)員在各個(gè)項(xiàng)目中得分多少排定名次，得分多者，名次列前，如遇兩個(gè)隊(duì)得分相等，則以破紀(jì)錄多者列前。如破紀(jì)錄相等，則以第一名多者列前，依此類推。

2）按總分多少，各取團(tuán)體前八名。

十二、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法

1、凡是取得名次的個(gè)人和團(tuán)體，均發(fā)給證書和獎(jiǎng)金。

2、凡是破學(xué)校紀(jì)錄、云南省高校紀(jì)錄者、云南省紀(jì)錄者均按學(xué)校規(guī)定發(fā)給破紀(jì)錄獎(jiǎng)。

3、評(píng)選組織工作優(yōu)秀學(xué)院四個(gè)代表隊(duì)。

評(píng)選條件：

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視，按時(shí)組隊(duì)，認(rèn)真抓好訓(xùn)練，按時(shí)按要求完成報(bào)名

任務(wù)；在參賽中，群眾發(fā)動(dòng)工作做的好，參與意識(shí)突出，宣傳報(bào)道工作好，文明啦啦隊(duì)組織的好。

4、評(píng)選體育道德風(fēng)尚學(xué)院四個(gè)代表隊(duì)。

評(píng)選條件：在訓(xùn)練中做到刻苦認(rèn)真，隊(duì)伍整齊，訓(xùn)練水平有較大提高；在比賽中遵守紀(jì)律、尊重裁判、尊重群眾、舉止文明、頑強(qiáng)拼搏；團(tuán)結(jié)互助、精神飽滿。

十三、注意事項(xiàng)

1、組委會(huì)將設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員資格審查組，請(qǐng)各單位嚴(yán)格按規(guī)程組織好報(bào)名和參賽，如有不實(shí)，一經(jīng)查出，取消比賽資格；如即成事實(shí)，取消學(xué)院總成績(jī)，并通報(bào)全校，嚴(yán)肅處理。

2、運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須遵守比賽規(guī)則，按時(shí)參加比賽，無故棄權(quán)者缺一人扣一分，依此類推。

3、報(bào)名后如須更改，50元/項(xiàng)。

4、組委會(huì)召開時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)：2012年11月13日13:30在呈貢校區(qū)體育樓一樓多媒體教室召開。

一、通知

家庭趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)比賽項(xiàng)目

幼兒大班組： 1．青蛙過河

玩法：父母與孩子一組，每組準(zhǔn)備4塊荷葉，孩子與父母依次雙腳跳上荷葉，由最后一個(gè)人將荷葉傳至第一個(gè)人，放好后繼續(xù)跳，先到終點(diǎn)為勝。

2．踩地雷

玩法：比賽限時(shí)５分鐘，父親雙腳系上氣球同時(shí)背負(fù)孩子，既要保護(hù)好自己的氣球不被別人踩破，又要想辦法把別人的氣球踩爆，雙腳氣球均被踩爆的家庭淘汰出局，最后以氣球剩多者為勝。

3．托球接力跑

玩法：每個(gè)家庭先由孩子出場(chǎng)，用羽毛球拍托乒乓球跑。孩子由起點(diǎn)出發(fā)繞過標(biāo)志后再跑回起點(diǎn)，將球拍傳遞給下一個(gè)人，進(jìn)行接力跑，用時(shí)短者為勝。

要求：距離20米。隊(duì)員必須自始至終手持羽毛球拍的把，違者取消比賽資格；乒乓球不得以任何方式固定在球拍上；乒乓球掉地?fù)旎睾?，由落地處繼續(xù)跑。

一年級(jí)組：1．運(yùn)西瓜

玩法：家庭3人固定站位，間隔4米。第一位隊(duì)員身前有一塑料筐，內(nèi)有10個(gè)沙包，最后一位隊(duì)員身后４米處放一空筐。發(fā)令后，第一個(gè)隊(duì)員從筐內(nèi)取沙包投向第二個(gè)隊(duì)員，第二個(gè)隊(duì)員接到后投給最后一個(gè)隊(duì)員，最后一個(gè)隊(duì)員接沙包后將球投向空筐內(nèi)，筐里沙包多為勝。

要求：時(shí)間3分鐘以內(nèi)。比賽時(shí)，隊(duì)員不得離開規(guī)定的站位，否則無效。沙包掉地后，不得再撿。

2、雙人搖跳繩

玩法：兩人各一邊共同搖繩，另一人跳繩，時(shí)間為2分鐘，以跳繩個(gè)

數(shù)多為勝。

要求：繩沒跳過去，不能計(jì)數(shù)。3．花樣接力

玩法：三人間隔20米站好，先由第一個(gè)人單腿跳，然后將接力棒交給第二個(gè)人，第二個(gè)人立定跳將接力棒交給最后一個(gè)人，最后一個(gè)人跑回起點(diǎn)。先到終點(diǎn)為勝。

要求：隊(duì)員必須按規(guī)定動(dòng)作完成，交接棒距離不得超過2米。

二年級(jí)組： 1．三人四足

玩法：三人并排站好，兩側(cè)人的左腿或右腿與中間一人的兩腿用布繩捆住，這樣形成三人四足向前走路，先到終點(diǎn)者為勝。

要求：比賽中，必須是孩子在中間，繩子不能開，否則不計(jì)成績(jī)。2．踢毽子

三人在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)依次踢同一個(gè)毽子，如毽子掉地，則由下一個(gè)人撿起繼續(xù)踢，依此類推。時(shí)間為3分鐘，總數(shù)多者為勝。

要求：隊(duì)員必須在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)踢毽子，否則不允個(gè)數(shù)。3．障礙圓環(huán)

玩法：家長(zhǎng)與孩子一組，每人手持一個(gè)圓環(huán)．發(fā)令后同時(shí)向前滾動(dòng)圓環(huán)，至終點(diǎn)線后，將三個(gè)圓環(huán)前后放倒，兩人雙腳跳入圓環(huán)，另一人向前挪動(dòng)圓環(huán)，先跳回起點(diǎn)者為勝。（玩法同青蛙跳荷葉相同）

要求：必須是雙腳跳入圓環(huán)內(nèi)，等下一個(gè)圓環(huán)放好后，再跳入，依次進(jìn)行，單腿跳無效。
