Address of Comrade Xiaoyu at FICTS General Assembly 2014

Respected President Franco Ascani, respected FICTS member representatives, ladies and gentlemen, Good morning!First of all, on behalf of Beijing Olympic City Development Association and Beijing International Sports Film Week, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude.Beijing Olympic City Development Association arose out and accompanied the preparation and hosting of the Beijing Olympic Games, and will welcome its 10-year anniversary this year.Over the past decade, 310 spectacular sports films and television productions from 32 countries and regions have been showcased at Beijing International Sports Film Week through free screening.Over two-dozen outstanding Chinese sports films and television productions have collected awards at the International Federation of Sport Movies and Television(FICTS), known as the “Oscar of sports”, thanks to Beijing International Sports Film Week since 2003.Over the last decade, Beijing International Sports Film Week is progressing steadily.We hope to work more on the brand over the next decade to produce more excellent work with our own characteristics.We hope to spread the voice of China, to tell the story of Chinese athletes as well as to showcase the spirit of contemporary Chinese, the achievements of reform and opening up and social progress through outstanding sports films and television productions.Meanwhile, we also hope to take advantage of the platform that is FICTS to further participate in international sports and cultural exchanges, and bring more international sports films and television productions and creators to Beijing.The joint bid of Beijing and Zhangjiakou for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games this year is an opportunity as well as motivation for Chinese sports films.At the Beijing International Sports Film Week this year, a “winter sports” section is therefore set up to encourage everyone to create based on this theme.The creators may thus follow the passion, joy and dreams that winter sports bring to the people, while encouraging everyone to follow Beijing’s bid for the Olympic Winter Games and cheer for Beijing and Zhangjiakou.Currently, Beijing’s bid for 2022 Olympic Winter Games has entered a critical stage.“Being athlete oriented, maintain sustainable development and hosting economical Games” are its three major bid concepts.The government and people of China highly recognise the Olympic concepts and values.Inspired by the Olympism, Beijing and Zhangjiakou regard the hosting of the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games as their new dreams and pursuit, and insist on interweaving the “three major concepts” throughout the bid, while striving to achieve the beautiful vision of “Joyful Rendezvous upon Pure Ice and Snow”.We also hope to spread Beijing’s bid concepts through the international platform that is FICTS, thus allowing everyone to experience the boundless Olympic passion of the people of China.The bid of Beijing is firmly supported by the government and people of China.The city is fully capable of showcasing an edition of safe, spectacular and jovial Olympic Winter Games thanks to its outstanding venues and facilities, extensive experience in hosting major international sporting events as well as solid funds and talent guarantee.We want urban development to ride on the wave of the Olympics, and let the Olympic integrate with the big stage of development of Beijing, Zhangjiakou and China, thus achieving the goal of being faster, higher and stronger together.We hope to go down in history for “hosting both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games in the same city” and dedicate an edition of the Games that will make all athletes proud and leave all participants impressed.Lastly, I wish the 32nd Milano International FICTS Fest a great success.Thank you very much!

各位領導、同志們：

在中華民族的傳統(tǒng)佳節(jié)——春節(jié)來臨之際，我們歡聚一堂，團拜共慶，感到格外高興，我衷心希望與會諸君極情盡興！

歲歲年年人相似，年年歲歲人不同。

剛剛過去的2010年，我們經(jīng)受了一樁樁盛事（世博會）、大事、難事的考驗，完成了?十一五?規(guī)劃的收關工作。一年來，在市委、市政府的正確領導下，在全處廣大干群的共同努力下，全處?三個文明?建設繼續(xù)保持了良好的發(fā)展勢頭：一是經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展，各項指標績效均居全市前列；二是第六次人口普查、?兩實?全覆蓋、推進政法三項重點工作和抗災趕本及?‘五個基本’建設階段性工作?等大活動任務全面完成；三是老機關用地成功完成拍賣，新辦公樓喜封金頂，辦事處完成形象建設里程碑式的跨越。這些成績的取得，歸功于市委、市政府的正確領導，歸功于各村、社區(qū)、處直單位領導的鼎力支持，歸功于全體機關干部和廣

即將到來的2011年，是辛亥革命100周年慶，是中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨90華誕，是十二五規(guī)劃的開局之年，希望大家積極參與、精心謀劃。在新的一年里，我們要認真貫徹落實黨的十七大精神，以科學發(fā)展觀總攬全局，突出發(fā)展第一要務，牢記維穩(wěn)第一責任，以人為本、關注民生，立足崗位作貢獻，爭先創(chuàng)優(yōu)當先鋒。在新的一年里，我們要以新農(nóng)村建設為主線，積極配合參與洪監(jiān)高速、洪湖岸邊是家鄉(xiāng)，土地平整等大項目建設，繼續(xù)深化?五城同創(chuàng)、三鎮(zhèn)共建?工作。在新的一年里，我們要積極推進工業(yè)興處戰(zhàn)略，服務德炎水產(chǎn)工業(yè)園建設，著力改善經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境，人人參與招商引資、個個關注新堤發(fā)展。
