第三篇：出國留學

同留學國家在研究生教育方面的特點各有不同。

赴英國、愛爾蘭、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭留學的優(yōu)勢一是學制短，一般為一年至兩年；二是英語授課，學生較容易掌握語言。劣勢是學費和生活費相對較高，每年的學費加生活費約為17萬元～25萬元人民幣，尤以英國的費用為最高。

赴法國、德國留學的優(yōu)勢是專業(yè)課程免學費，每年的學費加生活費約為4萬元人民幣。劣勢是必須學第二外語。

b、合法: 是正當?shù)氖杖?我們生活中的灰色收入,簽證的時候簽證官可以考慮到。但是,比如（1）私自出租的房屋,沒有合同和納稅.（2）私賣的房屋,只有一個合同,沒有上級房屋交易中心或者中介或者管理部門的證明.（3）不合法的兼職.（4）證券從業(yè)人員買賣股票

c、可用:這是我們遇見最多的問題.不是存在你名下或者你資助人名下的資金都是可用的.簽證官最喜歡的資金是存款時間長,存入間隔均勻,每筆金額小的資金.很簡單,因為這樣最一目了然地看出你的資金是由資助人的收入一點一點積累的.不會是借入來應(yīng)付簽證的.我們每人考慮自己的資金的時候,就應(yīng)該這么想,我能不能說服簽證官,我的資金不是借來的.主要從兩個角度說服,時間長或者有資金來源.如果第一個條件不能滿足,那就要證明父母的高收入。

2、至于存款如何凍結(jié)，只要去銀行說明此筆款項是用于出國留學保證金用，銀行就會在自己給您按照相應(yīng)流程凍結(jié)，以便能輕松地從銀行拿到《個人存款證明書》。要想從銀行順利拿到50萬元至100萬元的存款證明書，那么必須提早6個月至18個月到銀行開立儲蓄存款賬戶，在儲蓄存款賬戶內(nèi)的本幣、外幣、定期、活期、憑證式國債、外匯理財產(chǎn)品，均可申請開具《個人存款證明書》。

讀書的擔保金是根據(jù)學費和生活費計算的。讀碩士可以從幾萬到幾十萬不等。你算一下，你的總學費加上總生活費就是你的擔保金要求。由于學費上漲，匯率提高，現(xiàn)在讀授課碩士要40萬擔保，研究碩士一般要20萬以上的擔保。
