選擇工廠，做好接待準(zhǔn)備。

1.多搜集工廠資料，選擇信得過的工廠報(bào)價(jià)。參觀前先獲取營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證復(fù)印件，注意要通過了最新的年審。

2.事先與工廠溝通好，說明外商為自己的老客戶，盡量打消工廠私下結(jié)交外商的心思。

3.比外商提前到工廠。提前與工廠交流，驗(yàn)證正本營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證及年審情況，復(fù)印并蓋公章，然后參觀熟悉工廠環(huán)境，獲得工廠聯(lián)系人名片，這樣接待外商時(shí)就不會(huì)再派發(fā)名片給自己，為后面接待的外商造成工廠與自己就是一體的假象做準(zhǔn)備。

我們界首總面積667.3平方公里，人口74萬，轄18個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)辦事處，西與河南省沈丘、鄲城兩縣交界，是皖西北的重要商埠和門戶。

回顧過去，界首在“八五”、“九五”時(shí)期，曾有過輝煌的歷史，取得過經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展驕人的成績。后來由于種種原因，從“九五”末開始，經(jīng)濟(jì)逐年下滑，一直持續(xù)到“十五”中的2003年，全市經(jīng)濟(jì)跌到谷底，在全省61個(gè)縣市經(jīng)濟(jì)考核中，我市該動(dòng)態(tài)指數(shù)排名第59位，綜合指數(shù)排名第55位，其主要原因之一，就是國有企業(yè)和工業(yè)企業(yè)的全軍覆沒，當(dāng)時(shí)有人提出來這樣一句話，“芬格欣不新、奇安特不特、沙河王不王、牛行街不?！保@句話代表了界首當(dāng)時(shí)的現(xiàn)狀，也代表界首人當(dāng)時(shí)的思想現(xiàn)狀，經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入了困境，人的思想狀況也陷入了一種彷徨狀態(tài)。

面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)形勢(shì)，全市上下在調(diào)整后的市委、市政府一班人的帶領(lǐng)下，不灰心、不氣餒、不埋怨，按照“三年打基礎(chǔ)，五年快發(fā)展”的構(gòu)想，從統(tǒng)一思想、振奮精神、理清思路入手，針對(duì)沙河王不“王”、牛行街不“?！薄⒎腋裥啦弧靶隆?、奇安特不“特”，通過調(diào)研、座談，形成了對(duì)界首現(xiàn)狀“牌子沒倒、基礎(chǔ)還在、潛力很大、貴在實(shí)干”的共識(shí)，堅(jiān)持以主攻工業(yè)為突破口，扎實(shí)開展了園區(qū)建設(shè)、企業(yè)改制、招商引資、項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等工作，從而揭開了重振界首經(jīng)濟(jì)雄風(fēng)的序幕，逐步扭轉(zhuǎn)了被動(dòng)局面。2004年，全市經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了止滑回升;2005年，呈現(xiàn)出恢復(fù)性快速增長，幾項(xiàng)主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)均以兩位數(shù)增長，其中地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值同比增長11%，規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)產(chǎn)值同比增長64.4%，財(cái)政收入增長17.4%。2005年是我市“十五”期間唯一完成年初計(jì)劃指標(biāo)的一年，也是“十五”期間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最快的一年。在全省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)考核中，動(dòng)態(tài)指數(shù)排名第30位，比2003年上升了29位;綜合指數(shù)排名第33位，比2003年上升了22個(gè)位次。2006年，全市經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)快速攀升，完成規(guī)模以上工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值23.6億元，比上年同期增長43.7%;完成財(cái)政總收入1.91億元，比上年同期增長47.2%;完成全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資限額以上3.7億元，比上年同期增長37.7%。招商引資成效突出，共引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目153個(gè)，實(shí)際到位資金5.17億元。市場(chǎng)建設(shè)取得新進(jìn)展，總投資1.25億元的新世紀(jì)商城已基本竣工;由西班牙法姬娜集團(tuán)投資2億元的大型綜合批發(fā)市場(chǎng)正在建設(shè);全國最大的集塑料制品及再生塑料研發(fā)為一體的現(xiàn)代化塑料城和建筑裝飾裝潢大市場(chǎng)正在規(guī)劃之中。

在我市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中，市委、市政府傾注精力最多、工作力度最大、取得成效較為明顯的是企業(yè)改制。

第五篇：客戶來參觀工廠

客戶來參觀工廠是很正常的事情, 無論是中間商還是工廠, 做好接待工作也是比較關(guān)鍵的.但由于風(fēng)俗,習(xí)慣等各方面的不同, 會(huì)造成很多麻煩, 所以作個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程還是必要的,俺先拋磚引玉:

1.敲定客戶訪問時(shí)間, 航班, 訪問人員名單,職位, 手機(jī)號(hào)碼等信息,以便安排相應(yīng)接待.2.同客戶商討參觀訪問行程表, 同工廠(公司接待部門)溝通, 一切敲定之后, 發(fā)送郵件貨傳真讓客戶確認(rèn), 同時(shí)讓工廠做好接待準(zhǔn)備.3.安排酒店: 和客戶敲定酒店星級(jí),房間(一人一間,還是share room, 樓層,吸煙區(qū)和非吸煙區(qū)等等細(xì)節(jié),酒店挑選上要注意, 很多酒店號(hào)稱5星, 結(jié)果連3星的水平都沒有,客戶住一個(gè)晚上就受不了吵著要換房.一般比較保險(xiǎn)是選擇外資管理的酒店,也可以參考攜程等網(wǎng)站的評(píng)價(jià)決定.)然后就近安排(距離工廠近的地方或者距離機(jī)場(chǎng)近的酒店), 安排妥當(dāng)以后, 告知客戶具體飯店地址電話.4.打印訪問行程表, 準(zhǔn)備工廠資料和產(chǎn)品資料, 客戶所要求的資料等文件, 裝訂.5.根據(jù)客戶的國籍, 宗教信仰準(zhǔn)備飲食和話題(多做功課, 以免犯給穆斯林吃豬肉這樣的低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤).6.安排接機(jī)車輛(根據(jù)客戶人數(shù),行李多少確定安排車輛, 5座,7座還是bus,上次有位朋友在北京接待客戶, 碰到車牌單雙號(hào)限制, 工廠的幾輛小車都是單號(hào), 結(jié)果只好安排了一個(gè)19座的金龍bus接待兩個(gè)客戶, 暈),制作接機(jī)牌, 客戶到達(dá)當(dāng)日,安排專人負(fù)責(zé)接機(jī), 原則是宜早不宜晚, 省的一邊客戶在機(jī)場(chǎng)干等, 一邊你在機(jī)場(chǎng)高速路上換輪胎.車上可以隨便聊聊: 對(duì)方對(duì)中國的了解程度, 他們的禁忌等等,他們此次中國行還有什么其他安排等, 刺探一些情報(bào).7.一般是先接送至酒店后, 將訪問時(shí)行程和工廠資料等文件交給客戶, 敲定第二天參觀訪問事項(xiàng), 也有客戶直接先去工廠參觀, 務(wù)必提前讓工廠準(zhǔn)備.8.第二天準(zhǔn)時(shí)至酒店接客戶(不同國家的客戶對(duì)時(shí)間的觀念會(huì)有不同, 我方一般提早10分鐘在酒店大堂等候)

9.接到工廠或者辦公室之后, 根據(jù)行程表進(jìn)行參觀訪問和會(huì)談, 安排專人記錄會(huì)議內(nèi)容,(如果第一次接觸, 應(yīng)安排多媒體會(huì)議室, 雙方可以用投影幻燈對(duì)各自的企業(yè)進(jìn)行介紹).10.訪問結(jié)束后, 準(zhǔn)備一份小禮品送給客戶, 一般挑有中國特色的, 比如茶葉, 工藝品等(最牛比是一次去東北,工廠送客戶人參, 看起來價(jià)值不菲).如果你是中間商, 最好自己準(zhǔn)備禮品, 隨機(jī)應(yīng)變, 以免客戶贈(zèng)送禮品而工廠未準(zhǔn)備禮品而找成尷尬.11.訪問以后, 根據(jù)客戶的意見, 適當(dāng)安排娛樂購物等活動(dòng), 很多不發(fā)達(dá)國家的客戶往往要求去購物, 特別是電子產(chǎn)品, 服裝等, 且對(duì)價(jià)格比較敏感.有些客戶則希望去采購中國特色的商品, 如絲綢, 茶葉, 瓷器等等.另外有客戶想去酒吧等場(chǎng)所, 因此在接待之前務(wù)必做好功課, 了解附近的餐館, 酒吧, 購物,娛樂場(chǎng)所等.有些客戶比較隨意, 可以安排一些中國特色的活動(dòng), 比如喝茶, 看戲, 參觀景點(diǎn)等等.12.送客戶, 一般送到機(jī)場(chǎng).有些客戶不喜歡麻煩人, 自己搞定, 這樣送至酒店即可.在飛機(jī)起飛前,應(yīng)給客戶打電話道別.13.收尾: 這個(gè)工作務(wù)必做好.客戶走后, 及時(shí)發(fā)郵件給客戶, 一是問候, 二是將本次訪問雙方達(dá)成的共識(shí), 或者會(huì)議記錄, 備忘錄發(fā)給客戶, 敦促這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行.幾個(gè)小點(diǎn):

1.著裝: 接機(jī)和會(huì)議時(shí)一般用正裝, 帶客戶娛樂購物時(shí)便裝.2.參觀: 嚴(yán)格按照工廠的參觀制度, 特別是一些醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè), 涉及到安全,衛(wèi)生, 不讓進(jìn)去的地方就是不能進(jìn)去, 不然隨隨便便, 人家會(huì)對(duì)工廠的管理等產(chǎn)生疑問.3.飲食, 一般來說, 不用太隆重, 接待穆斯林, 最好是魚, 雖然他們也吃牛羊肉, 但是對(duì)加工的方法很講究.如果時(shí)間緊,一般麥當(dāng)勞的魚香漢堡解決, 時(shí)間充裕, 就可以推薦一些中國菜, 海鮮什么的.印度人不吃牛肉.西方人最保險(xiǎn)是西餐, 大酒店自助餐一般不錯(cuò).韓國日本就比較好弄了.
