一、項目技術要求：

項目名稱：2016金秋美食節(jié)暨無錫地方特色名菜、名點、名廚、名店評選推廣活動

1、項目總體要求

“民以食為天，游以食為先”。美食是地方民俗文化的重要組成部分，更是城市旅游的一張名片。為積極傳承、培育和推廣無錫地方美食文化和品牌，積極引導和促進旅游餐飲文化的消費及地方經濟的發(fā)展，強化我市美食旅游對國內國際的影響力和品牌宣傳，滿足游客和市民的餐飲需求，塑造良好的無錫美食旅游城市形象，為無錫休閑旅游產業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻力量，無錫市旅游局決定于8月—10月期間，組織開展“2016金秋美食節(jié)暨無錫地方特色美食名菜、名點、名廚、名店評選推廣活動”。

2、采購需求

通過前期各主流媒體的宣傳造勢，行業(yè)內的廣泛發(fā)動，舉辦接地氣的、市民（游客）參與度高的線上線下相結合的“金秋美食節(jié)”活動；精心宣傳、推廣無錫地方美食文化的傳承。重點策劃體現如下形式：

（1）宣傳造勢

美食節(jié)活動要充分體現惠民、樂民、市民（游客）參與的宗旨――讓惠于民、取悅于民、民眾（游客）參與。整個活動要有簡約而隆重的開幕式和閉幕式，做好宣傳報道工作。活動前期，要制作主題宣傳片，在市各主流媒體、新媒體及旅游官方微博微信上進行宣傳。期間，每個專題活動均要組織市各主流媒體、新媒體及旅游官方微博微信等進行跟蹤宣傳報道，擴大社會知曉度和影響力。

（2）行業(yè)發(fā)動

前期通過無錫市旅游業(yè)協(xié)會、無錫市烹飪餐飲行業(yè)協(xié)會和江陰市、宜興市烹飪協(xié)會的廣泛參與發(fā)動、精心組織，推選出若干家在本地具有代表性、市民口碑較好的以專做本地菜（點）為主且依法設立的餐飲單位（含酒店），及若干道名菜和名點，并報送組委會審核。

（3）網絡投票

經組委會組織專家審核公布的無錫美食候選名菜、名點和名店，將通過旅游局官方微信平臺和無錫本地粉絲數量高的其他微信平臺同時發(fā)起互動話題“為我心目中最喜愛的無錫名菜、名點、名店”點贊，發(fā)動廣大市民積極參與網絡投票，最終由組委會確定公布無錫地方特色美食名菜、名點和名店。

（4）采訪拍攝

a、對公布的無錫美食名菜、名點和名店進行采訪拍攝，制作美食微記錄片。每期節(jié)目將以“一店一廚一菜”的模式，呈現出一道經典菜品的歷史文化厚重感。同時要求畫面的質感和節(jié)奏的準確。在鏡頭前從食府的淵源、師傅的經歷開始，講到這道經典菜所需的食材、巧技、刀工、秘訣、裝盤等步驟，完整呈現出無錫人餐桌上必不可少的一道經典 名菜和名點。

b、在無錫本土主流媒體上，做一期無錫味道傳承者的專題報道。c、播出平臺應充分考慮播放時段、受眾群體、收視率等因素，盡可能做到喜聞樂見，深受本地百姓喜愛，可起到較好的推廣作用。

d、節(jié)目拍攝過程中，可與無錫本地粉絲數量高的微博微信平臺聯動，考慮同步推出相關微刊，進行輔助宣傳。

e、拍攝執(zhí)行團隊需有一定的電視節(jié)目拍攝經驗，以制作過類似的大型美食節(jié)目為佳，并要求搭建專門攝影棚及提供相關燈光設備，保證播放效果。

3、對中標方要求

（1）中標單位在全面響應本標書的前提下，應詳細制定活動策劃方案，并報經發(fā)標方同意。

（2）中標單位必須派專人負責，保持與發(fā)標方的日常聯系、溝通。遇有臨時情況或特殊任務，必須隨叫隨到，加班完成工作，不得推諉，并提供優(yōu)質服務。

二、有關說明：

1、通過活動，將評出的“無錫地方特色名菜、名點、名店”頒發(fā)獎牌和證書。獲獎的旅游餐飲單位（酒店）可以在閉幕式現場布展，向無錫市民（游客）派贈美食優(yōu)惠券，進行宣傳推廣。

2、活動結束后，將評出的單個無錫名菜和名點，按歷史溯源，食材準備，技巧秘籍，詳細過程匯編整理制作成一本精美的畫冊，并對佳肴名點背后的故事加以闡述，要求1000本；同時制成無錫名菜、名點 和名店美食地圖（電子版），繼續(xù)通過新媒體等進行宣傳推廣。

3、將制作成的無錫特色名菜、名點、名店、名廚介紹微記錄片再制作成微視頻，提供無錫旅游微博微信等平臺上進行宣傳推廣。

4、對飯店行業(yè)發(fā)動能力廣，組織能力強，策劃能力優(yōu)的本市具有影響力的行業(yè)協(xié)會（有獨立法人資質的企業(yè)），在同等條件下，招標時可優(yōu)先考慮。

5、本次招標活動，包括“2016金秋美食節(jié)暨無錫地方特色名菜、名點、名廚、名店評選推廣活動”的全部服務項目及所發(fā)生的一切費用。報價人應在報價文件中列明細目報價。

6、投標人可根據招標文件的規(guī)定進行合理報價，如有技術偏離請自行另列表說明。最終結算按中標價格為依據計算。

7、合同期：以本次活動總體安排為準。

8、付款方式：合同簽訂，一個月內支付合同價的70%作為預付款；本次活動結束，經驗收通過，15日內支付全部余款。

9、本項目合同履行地點為無錫市，具體地點以合同書約定為準。

10、驗收：發(fā)標方根據國家有關規(guī)定、招標文件、中標方的投標文件以及合同約定的內容和驗收標準進行驗收評估，驗收情況作為最終支付的依據。如有質疑，以相關質量技術檢驗檢測機構的檢驗結果為準，如產生檢驗費用，則該費用由過失方承擔。

“東方海洋杯”煙臺市餐飲名店評選活動方案

隨著社會經濟發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，餐飲美食的消費需求已經成為人們日常生活中最重要的組成部分，各種類型的特色餐飲、養(yǎng)生美食等，越來越受到人們的重視和喜愛。為進一步宣傳推廣煙臺特色餐飲企業(yè)，推動中外美食的合作交流，豐富煙臺旅游和餐飲消費市場，進一步打造“休閑煙臺、美食之旅”品牌，煙臺市旅游局與煙臺市旅游協(xié)會決定在第四節(jié)中國國際美食節(jié)期間，聯合舉辦煙臺市餐飲名店評選活動。

一、評選范圍

全市范圍內餐飲企業(yè)，包括獨資、合資經營的韓國、日本料理店，西餐廳等。

二、評選辦法

煙臺市餐飲名店評選由公眾投票、特邀評判和專家評分三部分組成。

1、公眾投票

報名結束后，所有參評單位名單將統(tǒng)一刊登于各協(xié)辦媒體和煙臺旅游政務網進行公示，采取短信投票和網站點擊投票兩種形式接受廣大市民參與投票。

2、特邀評判

公示及投票評選期間，組委會將聘請市民、媒體記者等特邀評判員，對各參選企業(yè)進行暗訪、調研，獨立打分。特邀評判員的打分范圍主要以服務質量為主。

3、專家評分

組委會聘請烹飪大師、營養(yǎng)師、市民代表和媒體記者代表等組成專家評判組，對參選單位進行實地評分。

4、計分

公眾投票得票數、特邀評判員打分和專家評分按40%、30%和30%的比例計算總分，按總分排列名次。

三、獎勵

（一）企業(yè)獎勵

中餐企業(yè)頒發(fā)“煙臺市餐飲名店”牌匾，各類料理店、西餐廳等頒發(fā)“煙臺市特色餐飲名店”牌匾。

評選結果統(tǒng)一刊登于相關報紙、網站等媒體，面向社會進行宣傳報道。

評選出的餐飲名店，將由組委會統(tǒng)一安排，在第四屆中國國際美食節(jié)期間進行宣傳展示。

（二）公眾獎勵

評選結束后，將從投票支持獲選餐飲名店的短信和網站用戶中抽取3名支持獎，獎品價值2000元；另從所有短信和網站投票的市民游客中抽取5名幸運獎，獎品價值300元。

四、活動日程

參選報名：截止8月31日

媒體公示、專家評判：9月1日-9月20日

五、評選費用

報名費2000元，含宣傳費、評審費、牌匾費、美食節(jié)宣傳費等。

參評企業(yè)于8月31日前，到煙臺市旅游信息服務中心填表交費，或登錄煙臺旅游政務網（004km.cn）下載表格。報名時須攜帶本企業(yè)相關執(zhí)照、證件復印件（具體要求見報名表格）。

本次活動是第四屆中國國際美食節(jié)期間的一個重要活動內容，是美食節(jié)期間，面向海內外游客展示和宣傳煙臺餐飲品牌形象的大好時機。希望各相關餐飲企業(yè)高度重視，積極參與。

第二屆廣州“百佳”餐飲企業(yè)評選活動方案

廣州首屆“百佳”餐飲企業(yè)評選活動于2005年7月8日在東方賓館拉上了帷幕，為了繼續(xù)弘揚廣州飲食文化，展示近年來我市餐飲企業(yè)進一步取得的成果，為廣州爭創(chuàng)“中國最佳旅游城市”創(chuàng)造良好條件，并以此為契機，全面促進新世紀廣州市餐飲業(yè)的素質提高，續(xù)寫“食在廣州”的新輝煌，現決定今年開展第二屆“廣州‘百佳’餐飲企業(yè)”評選活動,具體方案如下：

一、組織領導

主辦單位：廣州市創(chuàng)建中國最佳旅游城市組委會 協(xié)辦單位：廣州地區(qū)飲食行業(yè)協(xié)會、廣州市飲食行業(yè)商會、廣州地區(qū)酒店行業(yè)協(xié)會、廣州西餐協(xié)會、廣州技師協(xié)會餐飲分會；

支持媒體：南方日報、羊城晚報、廣東電視臺、廣州日報、廣州電視臺、美食導報；

組成廣州餐飲“百佳”企業(yè)評審組織委員會。組委會成員：廣州市旅游局 廣州市經貿委 廣州市衛(wèi)生局 廣州市消費者委員會 廣州市文明辦

評審委員會委員由各相關單位推薦的政府部門有關人員及行業(yè)代表、專家、學者等組成。

組委會下設辦公室，具體負責評選活動組織協(xié)調工作。

二、評選宗旨

引導飲食文化，倡導飲食文明，優(yōu)化我市餐飲行業(yè)整體素質。通過評選挖掘一批涵蓋“中國八大菜系、世界三大烹飪體系”的代表性餐飲企業(yè)和特色美食，能夠讓國內外廣大旅游者體驗“食在廣州”精髓的餐飲企業(yè)。評為餐飲“百佳”的企業(yè)，將作為“廣州旅游團隊接待推薦單位”，并將會在今后廣州市旅游推廣活動中作為“廣州美食必到地”予以重點包裝宣傳，使“食在廣州”金字招牌越擦越亮。

三、評選范圍

本次活動以自愿參與為原則，參選企業(yè)經營方式不限、種類不限、規(guī)模不限，凡在本市范圍內（包括市屬十區(qū)二縣級市）餐飲特色明顯，文化底蘊濃厚，經營信譽良好，受到社會各屆廣泛好評的餐飲企業(yè)均可參加評選。按照相應的比例分為綜合類企業(yè)、中餐企業(yè)、西餐（含酒吧、咖啡廳、快餐）企業(yè)、特色美食店等四大類別企業(yè)。

——綜合類。主要是指在經營規(guī)模和社會影響較大的美食街（城、中心、廣場）等大型飲食集散地（區(qū)域），可以以主要投資者或管理集團的名義統(tǒng)一申報。例如xx酒吧街就可以由管理者統(tǒng)一申報；

——中餐類。是指專業(yè)酒樓、大型連鎖飲食企業(yè)（旗艦店），連鎖飲食企業(yè)有兩個或以上特色迥異的餐飲企業(yè)，應分別申報；鼓勵國內其他菜系及地方菜在穗代表性專門店參與評選。

——西餐類。包括在穗的世界各種流派西餐廳、咖啡廳和外國風味餐廳；

——特色美食類。此類企業(yè)規(guī)模不限、種類不限、經營方式不限。只要是特色鮮明、群眾口碑好，符合基本參評條件，小型企業(yè)也可以參評；

賓館、酒店如需申報，可以賓館xx餐廳、xx食街或xx風味餐廳的名義單獨申報。

有意參加評選的企業(yè)，可在004km.cn廣州旅游網上查詢有關的活動方案，也可向市旅游局、市經貿委、廣州地區(qū)飲食行業(yè)協(xié)會、廣州市飲食商會、廣州地區(qū)酒店行業(yè)協(xié)會、廣州西餐協(xié)會咨詢。

四、評選步驟、方式和時間

評選活動將遵循“公開、公平、公正”的原則進行，主要分以下三個階段：

——推薦和報名階段（2007月4月上旬—6月25日）。評選活動啟動以后，將召開新聞發(fā)布會向傳媒發(fā)布消息，發(fā)動企業(yè)報名，報名截止時間為2007年6月25日。企業(yè)自愿報名和群眾網上投票推薦（網址:004km.cn廣州旅游網）媒體推薦相結合的原則進行。

參評企業(yè)要填寫“評選申請表”（見附件一），并附上企業(yè)申請報告和有關證明的佐證材料（復印件）、企業(yè)外觀及參選菜式數碼照片及刻錄光碟。報告應對照參評條件、評審標準以文字作詳細說明，于5月25日前到評選組委會辦公室辦理參評手續(xù)。

——創(chuàng)建階段(5月25日—6月30日)。被確定的候選餐飲企業(yè)必須對照“百佳”餐飲企業(yè)評審標準進行自評及相應整改，填報“自評表”（見附件二），按規(guī)定時間上報評選組委會備案。

——評選階段（7月1日—8月25日）。采取專業(yè)評比和社會評選相結合的方式。專業(yè)評選由政府管理人員、行業(yè)專家、學者和專業(yè)媒體組成評審委員會進行篩選，將組織評委到候選企業(yè)做現場檢查、評審，檢查參評企業(yè)的申報資料（含“申請表”、“自評表”、申請報告、佐證材料等等），評委獨立根據評審標準逐項打分，采取加權平均的統(tǒng)計辦法，得出專業(yè)評選的成績，評比得分占總分70%；社會評選采用網上公開投票方式進行，投票得分占總分的30%；各參評企業(yè)的最后得分，按高低排列前100名入選，并經辦理公正手續(xù)后向社會公布，組織專門頒獎活動授予相關的榮譽稱號、牌匾。

在評選過程中，協(xié)辦單位全程跟蹤報導，其它報紙、電視、網站、電臺等媒體進行新聞宣傳和強勢推廣活動。

五、基本參評條件

l、正式開業(yè)滿一年以上，各項手續(xù)齊備，食品衛(wèi)生量化分級B級以上（含B級），有固定商號、店名且長期使用的企業(yè)。經營規(guī)模和社會影響較大美食街（城、中心、廣場）可不受開業(yè)年限限制單獨申報；

2、菜品（含小吃、特色食品、田園美食、飲料飲品等）特色明顯，屬于本菜系、流派中的代表，曾在國家、省、市相關美食節(jié)慶中獲得獎項或通過改良創(chuàng)新，在消費者中享有較高的美譽度；

3、企業(yè)形象鮮明，品牌知名度較高，旅游元素集聚能力強，能夠體現飲食文化豐富內涵；

4、服務質量較高，管理制度健全，有經過專業(yè)培訓的管理人員，具有與自身經營規(guī)模相適應的國內外旅游者接待能力；

5、守法經營，餐飲質量、服務質量、衛(wèi)生水平在最近一年內未有重大投訴和處罰； 被評審認定為廣州“百佳”餐飲企業(yè)單位將要定期復查，如有違法違規(guī)，經營水平明顯下降或業(yè)態(tài)變更的，取消其榮譽資格。

六、評審標準

1、文化特色：注重企業(yè)文化建設，店面裝飾、出品、服務、表演文化底蘊濃厚，定期開展主題式的文明宣傳推廣活動，能夠有效吸引旅游者，特別是境外游客；

2、飲食文明：就餐環(huán)境舒適，整潔，干凈；生產出品部門流程布局合理，符合飲食衛(wèi)生、環(huán)保規(guī)定要求，使用合法的環(huán)保燃料，污水、廢氣的排放符合有關部門的規(guī)定；不使用國家禁令食用的烹飪原料和野生動物，一年內未發(fā)生過被處罰的事件或責任事故。

3、食品質量：菜肴食品能夠適應飲食市場的需要不斷創(chuàng)新，具有明顯的自身特色，滿足市民的就餐需求，深受顧客的歡迎；菜肴食品質量上乘，社會認同的品牌食品眾多，長期得到顧客的好評；菜肴食品質價相稱，買賣公平；一年來未發(fā)生過重大的顧客投訴事件或責任事故。

4、服務接待：待客如賓，熱情周到，微笑服務；服務員技能嫻熟，規(guī)范標準化服務與個性化服務相結合，顧客滿意；服務員熟悉銷售菜肴食品的質量要求、價格、風味特色、趣聞典故等飲食文化知識，主動為顧客服務；菜單至少具有中、英兩種文字說明；具有與經營規(guī)模匹配的停車位。

5、經營管理：企業(yè)有完善的符合本企業(yè)經營管理的組織架構，崗責明晰，恪盡職守；具有能夠保障企業(yè)服務質量健全的規(guī)章制度，所有員工自覺遵守；企業(yè)經營遵守國家相關政策法規(guī)，最近一年內未出現受處罰的事件；積極開展員工崗位技能培訓，不斷提升員工素質水平，形成樂業(yè)敬業(yè)、積極向上的風氣。

七、活動經費

1、廣州餐飲“百佳”企業(yè)評選報名費為：綜合類企業(yè)580元；中餐企業(yè)、西餐（含酒吧、咖啡廳、快餐）企業(yè)380元；特色美食店280元；最后被獲評為“百佳”餐飲企業(yè)的單位需再繳交證書、牌匾等制作費用700元。（如宣傳需要，制作“百佳”美食導圖，費用根據實際產生費用收?。?/p>

2、參加企業(yè)在評審過程中物料消耗、人員培訓、維修保養(yǎng)及宣傳投入等費用自理；活動期間組委會不再向企業(yè)收取其它費用。

3、復核費用300元，另新牌匾及證書成本費700元。

在省、市著力把蜀南竹海打造成世界級精品旅游區(qū)的關鍵時刻，我們堅持“旅游富縣”戰(zhàn)略，以爭創(chuàng)“中國旅游強縣”為目標，圍繞“竹海之都、秀水ＸＸ”的形象設計，傾力打造“宜賓后花園、ＸＸ不夜城”。ＸＸ要壯大以旅游業(yè)為龍頭的第三產業(yè)，實現“旅游強縣”目標，就必須著力打造旅游“六要素”品牌，以濃郁的地方特色帶動全縣旅游業(yè)的超常規(guī)發(fā)展。前不久，我們通過“竹海名菜”的評選把竹海旅游推介給了海內外朋友，把“竹海之都、秀水ＸＸ”展現在了世人面前，這是一個良好的開端?！爸窈Ｃ辍?、“竹海名廚”的評選勢必將蜀南竹海、將ＸＸ的對外宣傳引向深入。我們的目的就是要借“三名”評選之“小”，見竹海ＸＸ旅游業(yè)之“大”。借此機會，我講三點意見。

一、依托載體，促進交流，努力營造“三名”文化

我們要依托評選活動這個載體，促進參賽單位和個人的相互交流學習，使參賽單位和個人汲取經驗，找出差距，不斷提升技藝水平和服務水平，挖掘出一批具有竹海獨特風味的名優(yōu)菜品和特色小吃，培養(yǎng)一批具有較高烹飪技藝的“名廚”，培育一批具有特色經營理念和優(yōu)質服務的“名店”，努力打造蜀南竹海知名品牌，促進我縣餐飲娛樂的整體進步和發(fā)展。

二、立足本土，創(chuàng)出特色，著力提升“三名”檔次

竹海名菜品種繁多，竹海名店獨具特色，竹海名廚各懷絕技?！叭睉哂兄窈５胤教厣?，“三名”是竹海餐飲的生命力。創(chuàng)新菜品，要注重菜譜的“大氣”與“大眾”相結合，力求“本土化”，做到人無我有，人有我新，人新我特，人特我精；培育“名店”要注重經營特色與優(yōu)質服務相結合；力求專家認可、市場認可和顧客認可；培育“名廚”要注重“飲食文化”與“研發(fā)技能”相結合，力求鍛造出的名廚不僅能研發(fā)菜品，還能創(chuàng)新與研發(fā)出的菜品相匹配的名菜文化。

三、拓展渠道，強化宣傳，精心包裝“三名”品牌

評選活動只是載體，我們要跳出評選看“三名”，進一步拓展宣傳渠道，加大宣傳攻勢，努力提高“三名”在海內外的知名度。特別是ＸＸ的“竹全席”、“竹蓀席”在全國都很具特色，要不斷創(chuàng)新菜品，精心包裝，努力把“竹海名菜”推向國內外?！爸窈Ｃ辍币粩鄶U大規(guī)模，提高服務質量，力爭做強做大?！爸窈Ｃ麖N”要加強學習，不斷提高烹飪技藝，積極參加省內外各種烹飪比賽，用精湛的技藝和深厚的飲食文化底蘊提高自己的知名度。我們力求通過“三名”評選活動，大力弘揚我縣豐富的美食文化，傾力打造竹海特色飲食品牌，促進全縣餐館業(yè)的進步與繁榮，促進旅游業(yè)、餐館業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，為造就蜀南竹?！懊朗持肌必暙I力量。

Smirnoff(black / red)Ice Vodka Mudshake(these r lovely...cream flavoured drinks...my favs r caramel fraise, but i don't think they sell these in bars)WKD(blue is nice i think)

ok...here's the well known Bacardi Breezer...it is a rum drink...dunno what rum is in chinese but it's different from vodka...less bitter...there's also Archers Aqua, another alco-pop, very girlie fruity drink...that is Archers based dunno what that is specifically...just checked on the bottle n it says schnapps...no idea what that means...sounds german(possibly some sorta drink made from apple??? not at all sure)

here comes the Mixers i just love these...always have these @ bars

basically wiv mixers, u just mix a juice / fizzy drink wiv spirit or liqueur(果水或汽水調的在一起的酒)just remember the names in bold so u can order them @ bars(ps these r still quite girlie drinks...what can i say? i'm a girl...guys...u can order the beers la~)

the spirit: Gin(bitter tasting...disgusting to drink on its own)the fizzy drink: tonic water...combined: gin n tonic(dun like this much cos i hate gin)

the spirit: Vodka(u can virtually mix vodka wiv anything...)the most common ones r vodka n orange, vodka n coke and vodka n lemonade

the liqueur: Malibuwhite rum...yeah mix wiv all kinds of drinks...but generally if u r in a bar n u wanted a bacardi mixer...u'd just order a bacardi breezer e.g.bacardi breezer, cranberry flavour or whatever...i only said that cos it's pink...the spirit: Archers-peach tasting spirit...similar 2 archers aqua...u can order archers n orange or archers n lemonade

em...not sure about this one...cos i've never had it...the spirit: Pimms...i dunno what should go wiv it...but sorta remember my friend ordering pimms n lemon? not sure...other liqueurs...just drink them on their own...e.g.Baileys very nice drink made wiv irish cream if u r hosting a party @ home...a great suggestion is 2 put baileys on top of icecream...it's very nice

also there is Amarula, again a cream liqueur...it's made from amarula fruit in africa...very exotic taste...the girls will like it...but can't get them in bars

i think...there r also other spirits...e.g.whisky, scotch whisky(dad loves bell's), jack daniels...but this r all guys drinks...(well i think they r cos they r 2 strong 4 me)so i dun really know anything about them...sorry guys!u r welcome 2 add anything u know here...phew...ok that's a lot...there's more 2 come...i'll also post up names of common shots(or shooters)and dare i say...cocktails? that's gonna take me ages 2 explain...ps i'd like 2 add here that this post is not intended to promote drinking...but 2 b honest it's part of what uni’s like here in england...so this is a sort of an insight into the english culture...n pls note that u have 2 b over 18 to drink...the party gets heated up...wiv shooters / shots these r supposed 2 b downed very quickly...they come in little shot glasses...(一口喝下去)

Sambuca there is a very exciting way of drinking it...chew a couple of coffee beans, set the shot on fire...put it out then drink it...it feels warm...but it tastes really disgusting...tastes of liquorice(剛剛查了 licorice 中文是甘草)i dunno what that is but i hate liquorice...i just drink sambuca cos of the whole fire effect...hehe...there's also Black Sambuca which is darker n tastes more of liquorice...haven't tried this 1...Black Russian tastes of coffee...very nice since i like coffee...but this might b ur traditional shot cos it doesn't come in a shot glass...it's normally in a normal glass, covering ice cubes...there's also this liqueur drink that i had at a bar in reading...bar 38 i think...it's called Death by Chocolate the girls will love it i think...it was beautifully presented, comes in a wine glass, decorated wiv whirls of chocolate syrup...Vodka shot just pure vodka...nothing else 2 b said...just down it...Absolute Citron one kind of vodka shot...there's this vodka brand called absolute vodka...well absolute citron is absolute vodka wiv a hint of lemon...a touch of class...Cocktails here i'll just name the more popular n wellknown ones served in a bar...otherwise we'd b here 4ever cos there r thousands of cocktail recipes...Cosmopolitan pink/red colour...a vodka based cocktail wiv cranberry juice n a hint of citrus...decided 2 try it cos they always have it on sex n the city...n it's pink of course
