第四篇：田徑檢查裁判

檢查裁判的注意事項：

1、比賽前旗示——在比賽開始前，就位后，裁判長要旗，檢查員一起站立向檢查裁判員揮旗。

準備就緒旗示規(guī)范：旗子先側(cè)平舉，然后直臂上舉；

2、比賽中旗示——在每位或每一個小集團路過檢查員時護送運動員，檢查員向運動員揮旗。

旗示規(guī)范：旗子直臂上舉（綠旗）；

犯規(guī)旗示，旗子直臂上舉，頭上左右擺動（黃旗）。直至主裁判示意。

3、比賽后旗示——項目結(jié)束后，看檢查裁判長旗示，檢查員統(tǒng)一換位。

4、檢查裁判長旗示：

旗子先側(cè)平舉，然后直臂上舉——準備就緒

旗子直臂上舉，頭上旋轉(zhuǎn)擺動——換位

旗子直臂上舉，頭上左右擺動——集合召回5、4×100米接力跑中組織第二、三、四棒運動員的上道，運動員就位后向檢查主裁判揮旗。

6、運動員出現(xiàn)犯規(guī)時檢查員的工作程序規(guī)范

1）看清運動員的號碼、道次與犯規(guī)情況，還要看清受影響運動員的號碼、道次與受影響的情況。

2）用膠布在犯規(guī)地點做記號。

3）舉黃旗示意，通知檢查裁判長。

4）及時填寫檢查報告單。填寫檢查報告單的規(guī)范要求：寫清比賽項目、賽次、組次；

犯規(guī)運動員的號碼、道次；

犯規(guī)地點和犯規(guī)情況；

受影響運動員的號碼、道次與受影響的情況；

1,任務(wù):賽前檢查徑賽場地設(shè)備(如:欄高,欄位,欄數(shù)是否準確),比賽中檢查徑賽運動員有無犯規(guī)情況,4×100米接力跑中組織第二,三,四棒運動員的上道.2,田徑比賽規(guī)則中規(guī)定:

(1)檢查員是裁判長的助手,無權(quán)作最后裁決.只有徑賽裁判長有權(quán)作最后裁決.(2)有關(guān)裁判長應(yīng)指定檢查員站在能仔細觀察比賽的地點.如發(fā)現(xiàn)運動員或其他人員犯規(guī)或違例時,應(yīng)立即向有關(guān)裁判長提交書面報告.(檢查員寫好檢查報告表后,由檢查主裁判簽字后送交徑賽裁判長處理.)

(3)出現(xiàn)違反規(guī)則的情況,應(yīng)舉黃旗示意.(一般在頭上用手搖旗)

(4)在接力賽跑時,各接力區(qū)應(yīng)指派足夠數(shù)量的檢查員.(監(jiān)察接力區(qū)的情況)

注:檢查員發(fā)現(xiàn)運動員離開自己的分道或在接力區(qū)外交接棒,應(yīng)立即用適當?shù)牟牧显谂艿郎蠘顺龇敢?guī)地點.發(fā)現(xiàn)運動員違例后,應(yīng)看準違例和受影響運動員的道次和號碼,在不影響運動員比賽的情況下立即用適當?shù)牟牧?一般為膠布)在跑道上標出犯規(guī)地點,并面向終點處檢查主裁判舉黃旗在頭上搖擺,直至主裁判示意,填寫檢查報告表交主裁判.(先看道和號,做記號,舉黃旗,寫報告.)3,檢查組人員設(shè)置:主裁判2人,檢查裁判員可根據(jù)比賽規(guī)模和需要而定,一般為8~16人,大型比賽時設(shè)20~46人不等,如奧運會達60人,亞運會46人,全運會24~30人(第九屆全運會27人).根據(jù)不同的項目確定檢查員的進出場路線和所站的位置.A.由主裁判安排檢查員的位置和所負責的區(qū)域.主裁判一般在終點附近,如設(shè)有兩名主裁判,另一位流動在各項目容易犯規(guī)的區(qū)域.B.直道項目:檢查員分布在跑道的兩側(cè),距離跑道內(nèi),外沿兩米左右,內(nèi)外交錯排列,分段負責檢查.C.200米跑時,在彎道兩側(cè)交錯分布,重點檢查彎道.D.400米及中長跑項目,應(yīng)分布在彎,直道交接處,搶道標志線附近;接力跑項目應(yīng)分布在各接力區(qū)和搶道標志線兩側(cè).5,檢查裁判員必須全面,深入,細致地學習田徑規(guī)則的有關(guān)條款,并理解其精神實質(zhì).對常用的條文要熟記.對場地欄位,欄高,欄距及接力區(qū)等務(wù)必明確,填寫檢查報告表要簡明,準確.6,臨場時應(yīng)密切注意如下的犯規(guī)情況:

(1)分道跑和部分分道跑的項目:規(guī)則163條3規(guī)定,在分道跑的比賽中,運動員應(yīng)自始至終在自己的分道內(nèi)跑進.易犯規(guī)的情況有:跑出自己的分道,尤其是從彎道轉(zhuǎn)入直道容易發(fā)生串道和妨礙他人跑進的犯規(guī)現(xiàn)象,踏上或越過內(nèi)側(cè)分道線,從中獲得利益,或以任何方式阻礙其他運動員,或未過搶道線提前切入里道.注:出現(xiàn)下列情況不應(yīng)取消運動員的比賽資格:a.運動員由于受他人推,擠或被迫跑出自己的分道,未從中獲得利益;b.在直道上跑出自己分道,沒有獲得實際利益;c.在彎道上跑出自己分道外側(cè)分道線,未從中獲得實際利益,也未阻擋其他運動員.(2)不分道跑的項目:有沖撞,推擠,阻擋,踩踢他人;擅自離開跑道或比賽路線;超越他人時有沖撞或阻擋的動作.(3)跨欄跑,障礙跑項目:未跑完全程的欄架或跨越他人欄架;有意用手推或用腳踢倒欄架;過欄時有繞欄動作,即運動員跨越欄架瞬間其腳或腿低于欄頂水平面(重點是直道的第一,第八道欄和彎道欄);手臂的擺動影響他人;跨彎道欄的上,下欄時起跨腿或擺動腿踩踏或越過左側(cè)分道線;在障礙跑時踏上水池兩邊或從兩側(cè)越過水池.(4)接力跑項目:a.接棒運動員站位不正確;b.是否在接力區(qū)內(nèi)完成交接棒(以接力棒為準);c.提前在接力區(qū)外觸及接力棒(規(guī)則第170條14款規(guī)定:在所有接力跑中,必須在接力區(qū)內(nèi)傳遞接力棒.接力棒的傳遞開始于接力棒第一次觸及接棒運動員,接棒運動員手持接力棒的瞬間才算完成傳遞.);d.以拋擲的方式傳棒;e.是否借助他人的推動跑進;f.掉棒是否由掉棒者拾起;g.拾棒時有無阻礙別道運動員跑進;h.離開自己分道拾棒時,有無縮短比賽距離;i.傳棒后離開自己跑道時有無阻礙他人跑進;j.是否有運動員連續(xù)跑兩段或多段距離;k.未持棒跑完全程或在終點前拋棒;l.4×200米,4×400米接力跑是否提前搶道切入;m.4×400米接力跑的第3,4棒運動員在公共接力區(qū)內(nèi)改變排列位置或阻擋他人..接力跑的一些其它規(guī)定:每個接力區(qū)的長度為20米,在中心線前后各10米,接力區(qū)的開始與結(jié)束均從接力區(qū)分界線的后沿算起;4×100米和4×200米接力項目,第2,3,4棒運動員可從接力區(qū)后面10米以內(nèi)的地方起跑;4×400米接力的接棒運動員必須在接力區(qū)內(nèi)起跑;

為了幫助運動員確認搶道線,可在各分道線與搶道線的交界處放置錐形物或棱柱體(5厘米×5厘米),這些標志物最大高度15厘米,與搶道線顏色相同.7,檢查員的協(xié)調(diào)與配合:

A.檢查主裁判與裁判員聯(lián)系旗示要統(tǒng)一規(guī)范.B.檢查主裁判要與徑賽裁判長密切聯(lián)系,及時報告發(fā)生的情況,以免影響后繼比賽.C.遇到徑賽項目與標槍,跳高等項目比賽同時進行時,場地互有交叉,在該地段跑道位置的檢查裁判員,應(yīng)加強與標槍或跳高的管理裁判員的相互聯(lián)系,協(xié)調(diào)配合,防止產(chǎn)生干擾和引發(fā)事故.D.檢查裁判員要密切注意跑道上的動向,對可能突然闖入比賽場地的人員,或出現(xiàn)在比賽場地影響比賽的物品等障礙物,應(yīng)及時處理和排除,確保比賽的順利進行.E.跑道上的標志物,接力跑運動員在自己分道內(nèi)使用膠布做標志,最大尺寸為5×40厘米,不允許使用粉筆或其它任何不易去除痕跡的類似物質(zhì).在煤渣或草地跑道上,允許使用釘鞋在自己的分道內(nèi)畫出標記,在上述兩種情況下,不得使用其它標志物.F.3000米以上項目,可設(shè)水站,水站位置一般在非終點直道上.
