1988年，徐新從南京大學(xué)外語系畢業(yè)，2005年創(chuàng)立了今日資本集團，曾主導(dǎo)和參與了對網(wǎng)易、中華英才網(wǎng)、京東商城、大眾點評網(wǎng)、趕集網(wǎng)等公司的投資。她所投資企業(yè)家中，已有4位成為福布斯前百名富豪。

2014年南京大學(xué)的畢業(yè)典禮上，徐新作為校友出席了學(xué)弟學(xué)妹的典禮并發(fā)表致辭，講述自己人生路上的三次關(guān)鍵抉擇，并分享了人生經(jīng)歷的幾點心得。

經(jīng)過開頭的艱難，今日資本終于茁壯成長，徐新也成為“中國十大最佳創(chuàng)業(yè)投資人”，而激情、專注和榜樣是她送給年輕人的三個“成功錦囊”。

以下為徐新在南京大學(xué)2014畢業(yè)典禮上的致辭：

我是一個普普通通的南大女生，今天我有幸能夠站在這里，跟大家分享我的故事，是因為在我的人生道路上，做對了幾次關(guān)鍵的選擇。我們的人生是由一系列重大的選擇組成的，我們的選擇決定了我們的人生！

記得我的第一次重大的選擇是，初中畢業(yè)的時候，那時候我在廠辦學(xué)校，我們每年高考升學(xué)率都是零，當時初中畢業(yè)一共有三個選擇：一個是去讀技校，一個是去考中專，還有就去考重點高中。

那時我們一個班50個人，我的排名大概是25名左右，其實是不大可能考上重點高中的。

跟我一起長大的三個小姐妹都報名去讀技校，我媽媽也說―你為什么不去技校??？一個月有16塊5的工資還包分配嘞！―當時我也不知道是中了哪個邪，反正我就堅持我要考重點高中。

當時我爸爸挺支持我的，找了家教給我開小灶補課，很快就開始補上來了，跟我一起補課的鄰居沒有我學(xué)的好，我就嘗到甜頭更來勁了，成績提高很快，居然考上了重點高中—— 南開中學(xué)。

當時跟我一起長大的三個小姐妹，其實都很聰明很能干，只是她們都選擇去讀技校，后來當了工人，沒有考大學(xué)，人生的分水嶺就從初中畢業(yè)的那次選擇開始的。

我的第二次重大的選擇是在中國銀行，南京大學(xué)畢業(yè)以后，我被分配到中國銀行，做柜臺營業(yè)員，干的是非常簡單的 ―登記、復(fù)印、蓋章‖三步曲。

但是我并沒有因此氣餒，照樣每天特別認真地工作，能出彩的地方，我都出彩了，銀行知識大獎賽拿個第一啊，當個三八紅旗手啊，當個團支部書記啊，這樣干了三年后，我感覺榮譽已經(jīng)都有了，可我卻沒有在進步。

對這種狀態(tài)很不滿意，那時我每天騎車上班經(jīng)過右安門立交橋，那個橋修了很久，我就在心里暗暗發(fā)誓，在橋修好之前，我的生活一定要有變化。

可能是因為這種上進心和出色的表現(xiàn)，機會果真就來找我了：中國政府和英國政府聯(lián)合幫助中國培養(yǎng)英國注冊會計師，中國銀行就為我爭取到了一個名額，去參加入學(xué)考試。

我是學(xué)英文的，卻要跟學(xué)會計的碩士、博士一起考會計，當時我根本不懂會計，我就把整個一本書給背下來了，我記得考試前一天突然感到腦子一片空白，死記硬背的東西我都忘記了，嚇得我大哭一場。

我不懂會計但懂英文，那些會計懂會計不懂英文，但是那次考試的卷子是英語的，結(jié)果我稀里糊涂考了個名列前茅，直接被人送到香港的普華會計師事務(wù)所培訓(xùn)三年，考上了英國注冊會計師，這也是我人生中一次非常重大轉(zhuǎn)折。

我在想，要不是我一直有上進心，又競選團支部書記、又爭當三八紅旗手，有試必考，中國銀行會把機會給我嗎？

1992年，我有幸去了香港普華工作，剛到香港，不會講廣東話（唔識聽，唔識講），也不太懂會計，都沒有人點我的鐘要我上項目。

我們那時候每個小時干了什么都要填時間表的，每天下班看著我那張空白的時間表，感到很無助也很沒用。

比爾·蓋茨和巴菲特是好朋友，有一次比爾蓋茨的父親讓他們倆用一個關(guān)鍵詞來描述他們成功的最主要的原因，打開他們倆的紙條，上面寫著是同一個詞：Focus – 那就是專注！

我的榜樣就是巴菲特，我讀巴菲特的書和他寫給股東的信就像讀圣經(jīng)一樣，是每天必看的。讀他的書，就像跟老朋友聊天一樣，英雄所見略同。

巴菲特每天閱讀5小時，跟聰明人談話2小時，84歲的巴菲特每天都在工作，他和他投資的創(chuàng)業(yè)者變成終身的朋友，他很享受他的工作，每天過的很開心，這就是我想要的生活。

榜樣的力量是巨大的，他讓你看清前方的路，讓你不再害怕孤獨，讓你心無旁騖，讓你每天都在進步。記得在南大讀書的時候，有一位很酷的黑人女老師，她是教我們黑人文學(xué)的老師，她叫Donald。她第一天走進我們的教室，就在黑板上寫了幾句話，那是我從來沒聽過的話，也是至今對我震撼最大的一番話。

今天，我也想把她說過的話送給你們：―You are unique.You are a marvel.In the past five hundred years, there has been no person like you;And in the next five hundred years, there will be no person like you.‖—— 你是獨一無二的，你是生命的奇跡，在過去的500年里，從來沒有一個人像你一樣，在未來的500年里，也沒有一個人像你一樣！

一查：消防合法性

1、查驗建筑（場所）投入使用的時間和改造、裝修時間，根據(jù)投入使用的時間和改造裝修時間確定適用的消防法律法規(guī)和技術(shù)規(guī)范。

2、檢查建筑（場所）消防審核、驗收、開業(yè)前消防安全檢查情況，查閱單位合法性文件（可為復(fù)印件），并通過檔案或監(jiān)督數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)進行核對，或者檢查消防設(shè)計備案、消防竣工驗收備案憑證。

二查：消防管理

1、消防安全組織機構(gòu)健全。落實逐級消防安全責任制和崗位消防安全責任制，消防安全責任人、消防安全管理人以及各級、各崗位的消防安全責任人明確并落實責任。

2、消防安全管理制度完善。制定防火檢查巡查及火災(zāi)隱患整改制度、用電用油用氣安全管理制度、消防設(shè)施器材維護保養(yǎng)管理制度、員工消防安全教育培訓(xùn)制度、滅火和應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案演練制度等，并按要求建立檔案臺帳。建議使用消防寶移動APP進行設(shè)施智能維保。

3、日常消防安全管理落實。嚴格用火用電用氣管理，火災(zāi)危險部位（包括消防安全重點部位）有嚴格的管理措施；定期組織防火檢查、巡查，能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除火災(zāi)隱患；商場市場、賓館飯店、學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、公共娛樂場所按標準化管理要求實施管理；兩個以上單位共同管理或者使用的建筑物，各方消防安全責任明確并落實，公共部位消防安全管理措施到位。

4、重點崗位人員經(jīng)專門培訓(xùn)，持證上崗。新員工須經(jīng)崗前消防培訓(xùn)，所有員工會報警、會撲救初期火災(zāi)、會組織人員疏散、熟悉消防設(shè)施的擺放位置。值班員或消防員會正確使用滅火器、消防軟管卷盤、室內(nèi)消火栓等撲救初期火災(zāi)，會報警，會組織人員疏散，熟知本單位滅火和應(yīng)息疏散預(yù)案。

5、對消防設(shè)施定期檢查、檢測、維護保養(yǎng)，并有詳細完整的記錄。消防寶移動應(yīng)用可以記錄消防、電梯、空調(diào)等各種設(shè)施設(shè)備，在線查看數(shù)據(jù)報告。自動消防設(shè)施每年全面檢測一次，檢測單位和人員資質(zhì)符合國家相關(guān)要求。

6、滅火和應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案較科學(xué)合理，并有定期演練記錄。

7、消防檔案臺帳完善。消防安全重點單位按要求建立健全消防檔案，內(nèi)容詳實，能全面反映單位消防基本情況和工作狀況，并根據(jù)情況變化及時更新；其他單位將單位基本概況、公安消防機構(gòu)填發(fā)的各種法律文書、與消防工作有關(guān)的材料和記錄等統(tǒng)一保管備查。

8、模擬設(shè)置火災(zāi)場景，檢查單位的應(yīng)急處置程序和能力、管理水平以及員工消防知識掌握情況。

三查：建筑防火

1、建筑的使用性質(zhì)和消防設(shè)備安裝情況是否符合規(guī)定要求，如特殊性能化建筑須有性能化設(shè)計文件用途變更國家規(guī)范規(guī)定有更高更嚴要求的，應(yīng)報消防部門備案同意。

2、防火間距是否符合要求。

3、消防車道是否符合要求。

4、建筑外窗是否設(shè)置影響消防撲救的廣告牌等障礙物。

5、生產(chǎn)、儲存、經(jīng)營場所與居住場所設(shè)置在同一建筑物內(nèi)，是否符合國家工程建設(shè)消防技術(shù)標準。

四查：消防控制室

1、值班員不少于2人（部分省市另行規(guī)定的除外），應(yīng)經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)，持證上崗。

2、有每日值班記錄，記錄完整準確。

3、有設(shè)備檢查記錄，記錄完整準確。

4、消防控制室按規(guī)定張貼《消防控制室管理及應(yīng)急程序》和其它需要的內(nèi)容。

5、詢問控制室值班人員，值班人員能熟練掌握應(yīng)急程序，能熟練操作消防控制設(shè)備，能熟練報警，能熟練按本單位滅火l和應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案開展工作。

6、消防控制室防火分隔到位，有直通室外的出口，控制室應(yīng)急照明能連續(xù)保持正常照明的照度。

7、了解消防設(shè)施聯(lián)動方式，檢查建筑消防設(shè)施各系統(tǒng)是否處于良好工作狀態(tài)，消防控制設(shè)備運行正常，能否正確顯示火災(zāi)報警信號和消防設(shè)施的動作、狀態(tài)信號。報警主機自檢狀態(tài)是否正常，有無故障點、屏蔽點，故障點、屏蔽點是否及時報修，有無記錄。報警主機是否有記憶功能，能否正確打印有關(guān)信息。

8、檢查消防電源工作狀況。切換報警主機主、備電源，檢查其供電功能。

五查：消防泵房和屋頂水箱

1、消火栓泵、噴淋泵、穩(wěn)壓（增壓）泵的控制柜開關(guān)設(shè)置在自動（接通）位置，標識準確、清晰、簡單易懂。

2、現(xiàn)場手動啟動消火栓泵、噴淋泵工作正常，平常消火栓泵、噴淋泵電控柜開關(guān)置于自動狀態(tài)。

3、消火栓泵和噴淋泵進、出水管閥門和系統(tǒng)管道上閥門準確標明開、關(guān)狀態(tài)，是否保持常開。

4、消防水池儲水量達到規(guī)定水位，補水管道閥門保持常開。

5、水泵房防火分隔符合要求，泵房內(nèi)應(yīng)急照明能連續(xù)保持正常照明的照度。

6、屋頂水箱水量充足，相應(yīng)閥門、工作組件處于開啟狀態(tài)，標識清晰。

7、屋頂水箱如采用臨時高壓消防給水系統(tǒng)，穩(wěn)壓設(shè)施應(yīng)能正常工作，壓力符合要求。

六查：防排煙設(shè)施

1、建筑（場所）按照要求設(shè)置防排煙設(shè)施。

2、建筑物內(nèi)已設(shè)防排煙設(shè)施的，防排煙風口設(shè)置形式和位置符合規(guī)范要求，排煙口應(yīng)為常閉狀態(tài)，排煙口應(yīng)設(shè)在頂棚或靠近頂棚的墻面上。

3、送（排）風機現(xiàn)場、遠程啟動正常，送（排）風機電控開關(guān)置于自動狀態(tài)。

4、排煙口現(xiàn)場手動開啟及聯(lián)動啟動正常（可用風速儀或紙片測試）。

5、建筑室外防排煙進、出風口符合規(guī)范要求或有可靠措施，防止排煙系統(tǒng)排煙口排出的煙氣進入防煙系統(tǒng)進風口。

6、防排煙機房應(yīng)設(shè)應(yīng)急照明，并保證連續(xù)供電和正常照度。七查：自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)

1、檢查每個報警閥組。報警閥組件完整，報警閥前后的閥門、通向延時器的閥門處于開啟狀態(tài)，報警閥組壓力表顯示正常工作狀態(tài)。

2、對濕式報警閥進行閥后放水。將消防控制室聯(lián)動控制設(shè)備設(shè)置在自動位置，放水后水力警鈴動作，壓力開關(guān)正常動作，噴淋泵啟動，控制設(shè)備能正確顯示壓力開關(guān)動作及啟泵信號。

3、對自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)進行末端放水試驗。將消防控制室聯(lián)動控制設(shè)備設(shè)置在自動位置，在報警閥控制范圍內(nèi)，選取最不利點進行末端試水（注意觀察壓力表示數(shù)是否符合要求），水流指示器動作，控制設(shè)備能正確顯示水流報警信號；壓力開關(guān)動作，水力警鈴發(fā)出警報，噴淋泵啟動，控制設(shè)備能正確顯示壓力開關(guān)動作及啟泵信號。

八查：消火栓系統(tǒng)

1、室內(nèi)消火栓箱內(nèi)的水槍、水帶、栓口、閥門等配件齊全，水帶與接口綁扎牢固，無霉變損壞。

2、檢查室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)功能?？赏ㄟ^消防控制室或室內(nèi)消火栓內(nèi)啟泵按鈕啟動消防泵工作，最不利點消火栓靜水和出水壓力（即靜壓和動壓）符合要求。

3、室外消火栓不被埋壓、圈占、遮擋，便于消防車停靠使用，室外消火栓標識應(yīng)明顯，有專用開啟工具，閥門開啟靈活、方便，出水正常。

4、水泵接合器不被埋壓、圈占、遮擋，標識明顯，便于消防車供水，并標明供水系統(tǒng)的類型及供水范圍。

九查：火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)選擇不同樓層或防火分區(qū)，盡量檢查不同回路火災(zāi)報警探測器或相同回路不同種類火災(zāi)報警探測器，至少做三項測試。

1、檢查故障報警功能。摘掉一個探測器，控制室報警主機和樓層區(qū)域控制器能正確顯示故障報警信號。

2、檢查火災(zāi)報警功能。任選一個感煙探測器進行加煙測試，控制室報警主機和樓層區(qū)域控制器能正確顯示火災(zāi)報警信號。

3、檢查火警優(yōu)先功能。摘掉一個探測器，同時給另一感煙探測器加煙，控制室報警主機和樓層區(qū)域控制器能優(yōu)先顯示火災(zāi)報警信號。

4、檢查消防電話通話情況。至少抽查一處消防電話通話功能（消防電話指固定消防電話或插孔消防電話），盡量選擇在消防控制室和水泵房、發(fā)電機房等處測試消防電話功能，消防控制室與相關(guān)場所能相互正常通話。

5、火災(zāi)應(yīng)急廣播能分區(qū)播放，播放內(nèi)容準確、清楚，能正確引導(dǎo)人員疏散。

6、按照系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)動邏輯關(guān)系，現(xiàn)場對主要消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)備進行聯(lián)動測試，查看聯(lián)動控制設(shè)施動作信號反饋情況。十查：防火分隔設(shè)施

1、防火分區(qū)和防火分隔設(shè)施是否符合要求，是否改變原設(shè)計防火分區(qū)和防火分隔設(shè)施。

2、防火卷簾分隔是否到位，下方無障礙物。自動、手動啟動防火卷簾，卷簾能下落至地板面，反饋信號正確。已設(shè)置在疏散走道的防火卷簾兩側(cè)是否設(shè)控制開關(guān)。

3、管道井、電纜井，以及管道、電纜穿越樓板和墻體處的孔洞封堵密實。

4、廚房、配電室、鍋爐房、柴油發(fā)電機房等火災(zāi)危險性較大的部位與周圍其他場所采取嚴格的防火分隔，且有嚴密的火災(zāi)防范措施和嚴格的消防安全管理制度。

十一查：安全疏散設(shè)施

1、安全出口、疏散通道、樓梯間設(shè)置符合要求，并保持暢通，未鎖閉，無任何物品堆放。各類提示性、警示性、禁止性標識齊全。

2、疏散樓梯圍護結(jié)構(gòu)完整，無違反規(guī)范要求設(shè)置房間，無可燃氣體管道和甲、乙、丙類液體管道，首層有直通室外的出口。

3、封閉樓梯、防煙樓梯及其前室的防火門向疏散方向開啟，具有自閉功能，并處于常閉狀態(tài)；平時因頻繁使用需要常開的防火門能自動、手動關(guān)閉；平時需要控制人員隨意出入的疏散門，不用任何工具能從內(nèi)部開啟，并有明顯標識和使用提示：常開防火門的啟閉狀態(tài)在消防控制室能正確顯示、聯(lián)動正常。

4、疏散用門應(yīng)向疏散方向開啟，不應(yīng)采用側(cè)拉門，嚴禁采用轉(zhuǎn)門。公共娛樂場所安全出口處不得設(shè)置門檻、臺階，不得采用卷簾門、轉(zhuǎn)門、吊門和側(cè)拉門，門口不得設(shè)置影響疏散的遮擋物。

5、疏散指示標志及應(yīng)急照明燈的數(shù)量、類型、安裝高度符合要求。封閉樓梯間、防煙樓梯及前室、公共建筑疏散走道、人員密集場所觀眾廳、展覽廳、商業(yè)營業(yè)廳、多功能等廳室應(yīng)設(shè)火災(zāi)應(yīng)急照明。疏散指示標志安裝在離地面1米以下，能在疏散路線上明顯看到指示，并明確指向安全出口（基本要求：場所任一點都能導(dǎo)向清晰并保持視覺連續(xù)性）。

6、應(yīng)急照明燈主、備用電源切換功能正常，供電保持連續(xù)，潦度符合要求（可切斷照明電試驗）。

十二查：滅火器

1、滅火器選型正確，配置數(shù)量充足。

2、儲壓式滅火器壓力符合要求，壓力表指針在綠區(qū)。

3、滅火器設(shè)置在明顯和便于取用的地點，每點配置滅火器一般不應(yīng)少于2只，保護距離宜為15-20米，不影響安全疏散。

4、滅火器有定期維護檢查的記錄。十三查：裝修材料

1、人員密集場所嚴禁使用易燃、可燃高分子材料裝修。

2、疏散樓梯間及其前室和安全出口的門廳，其頂棚、墻面和地面應(yīng)采用不燃材料裝修。

3、房間、走道的頂棚、墻面、地面使用符合規(guī)范要求的裝修材料。

4、疏散走道兩側(cè)和安全出口附近無誤導(dǎo)人員安全疏散的反光鏡子、玻璃等裝修材料。

十四查：其他

1、建筑（場所）新增、更換消防產(chǎn)品時，應(yīng)按消防產(chǎn)品監(jiān)督管理規(guī)定檢查消防產(chǎn)品。

2、其他消防設(shè)施（如氣體、泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)等）處于準工作狀態(tài)，系統(tǒng)組件完整，各組件、閥門、開關(guān)等按要求處于啟閉位置，各種儀表顯示屏顯示位置在正常允許范圍內(nèi)。

3、電器設(shè)備、燃氣用具、開關(guān)、插座、照明燈具等的設(shè)置和使用，以及電氣線臻、燃氣管道等的材質(zhì)和敷設(shè)符合要求。

4、集中設(shè)置的可燃氣體、可燃液體瓶（罐）應(yīng)設(shè)于室外，室內(nèi)可燃氣體、可燃液體管道采用金屬管道，并設(shè)有緊急事故切斷閥。

5、了解建筑外墻和屋頂保溫系統(tǒng)構(gòu)造和材料使用情況；了解外墻和屋頂使用易燃可燃保溫材料的建筑，其樓板與外保溫系統(tǒng)之間的防火分隔或封堵情況，以及外墻和屋頂最外保護層材料的燃燒性能；外墻和屋頂使用易燃可燃保溫、防水材料的建筑，有嚴格的動火管理制度和嚴密的火災(zāi)防范措施。
