坂田新城學(xué)校簡介

坂田新城學(xué)校是龍崗?fù)七M(jìn)教育事業(yè)均衡發(fā)展，解決坂田片區(qū)上學(xué)難問題的重點(diǎn)民心工程。學(xué)校開辦于2010年9月，規(guī)劃54個(gè)教學(xué)班，可提供近2700個(gè)學(xué)位，是目前布吉坂田片區(qū)規(guī)模最大的一所九年一貫制學(xué)?！，F(xiàn)有53個(gè)教學(xué)班，在校學(xué)生總數(shù)2174人，其中小學(xué)653人，初中1521人。

學(xué)校總占地面積4.2萬㎡，建筑面積2.8萬㎡，運(yùn)動(dòng)場面積1.5萬㎡。生均校舍面積、生均使用面積、生均運(yùn)動(dòng)場地面積均高于義務(wù)教育規(guī)范化學(xué)校標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

學(xué)校教育教學(xué)設(shè)施按省一級學(xué)校標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，功能場館齊全，設(shè)備設(shè)施先進(jìn)，在全區(qū)乃至全市屬于較高水平。學(xué)校配有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)400米跑道、5個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)籃球場、4個(gè)羽毛球場、1個(gè)排球場、1個(gè)網(wǎng)球場及室內(nèi)體育館。體育器材按照省有關(guān)中小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配備；有音樂室、理化生實(shí)驗(yàn)室等各種功能室49間。常規(guī)教學(xué)儀器、器材及信息技術(shù)教育設(shè)備均按國家一類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配備。

The brief introduction of Bantian Xincheng Middle School To promote the balanced development of education in Bantian district, and improve the enrollment ratio of local population, Bantian Xincheng Middle School is founded in September, 2010, planning to have 54 classes, providing capacity for nearly 2700 students， is currently the largest one nine-year compulsory school in this district.Now the school has 53 classes and 2174 students in total, including 653 primary students and 1521 junior students.The school covers an area of 42,000 square meters, with construction area of 28,000 square meters, and a playground over 15,000 square meters.All these are higher than the standard of a nine-year compulsory standardized school.The school has completed functional venues, advanced equipments and facilities, which is constructed according to the first level standard of provincial school, and belong to the first grade even in this city, it includes a 400-metre standard track, five standard basketball courts, four badminton courts, one volleyball court, one tennis court, and one indoor gymnasium ,which were equipped according to the provincial school sports equipment standard.The school also has 49 function rooms such as music room, physics and chemistry laboratories，which have conventional teaching instruments, equipment and information technology education equipment that in accordance with the first class of national standards.The school currently has a team of professional, energetic and innovative, teachers, which are reasonable structured, with 171 full-time teachers, including 116 female teachers, 5 senior teachers.Since the foundation of the school, the school has got strong support from the Bureau of Education of Longgang district, and the sub-district office.Currently, the school environment and the surrounding traffic safety conditions is greatly improved, the school is becoming better and better.And our faculties are full of enthusiasm, pioneering courage and innovative spirit, and strive to build a best of Longgang’s school as well as Shenzhen’s shining education card, in return to Longgang people.

佛山新城概況

佛山新城（原東平新城），處于佛山市中南部，以東平河為界，跨禪城、順德兩區(qū)。由同濟(jì)路、南海大道—北滘環(huán)鎮(zhèn)西路、佛山一環(huán)南線、325國道圍合而成，總規(guī)劃面積88.6平方公里。佛山新城是佛山未來城市新中心，2003年啟建，2006年省運(yùn)會前完成了東平大橋、世紀(jì)蓮體育中心、新聞中心等重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)，并完成了優(yōu)質(zhì)供水工程、綜合管溝工程、佛山公園一期工程等基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，綠化率達(dá)40%，初步形成了新城核心區(qū)的空間框架。2007、2008年，佛山新城進(jìn)行重新定位和規(guī)劃調(diào)整，2009年起掀起第二輪建設(shè)熱潮，總投資220多億元的公共文化綜合體、交通樞紐中心、商務(wù)中心、“CBD”A區(qū)、汾江路南延、嶺南大道南延、東平學(xué)校等十多項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目全面鋪開。

秦漢新城是陜西省委、省政府按照國務(wù)院《關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》要求，重新規(guī)劃成立的西咸新區(qū)管委會五個(gè)組團(tuán)之一，總面積291平方公里，包括渭城區(qū)的正陽、窯店全鎮(zhèn)以及渭城、周陵鎮(zhèn)的部分區(qū)域，秦都區(qū)的雙照鎮(zhèn)，興平市南位鎮(zhèn)，涇陽縣高莊鎮(zhèn)的部分區(qū)域。規(guī)劃建設(shè)用地50平方公里，遺址保護(hù)區(qū)面積104平方公里。

濱江新城簡介

2007年12月，經(jīng)國務(wù)院同意，國家發(fā)改委正式下文批準(zhǔn)長株潭城市群為“全國資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會”綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)。2008年，長沙市委市政府高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚，決定規(guī)劃建“兩型社會”綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)——長沙大河西先導(dǎo)區(qū)。長沙大河西先導(dǎo)區(qū)規(guī)劃面積1200平方公里，濱江新城作為其核心起步區(qū)，占據(jù)著龍頭項(xiàng)目的地位。

濱江新城地塊呈南北狹長形，南到瀟湘嘴、北達(dá)北二環(huán)線、西至銀杉路、東臨湘江，占據(jù)著約7公里長的江岸線?？偯娣e6.7平方公里，凈開發(fā)用地約3500畝，從2008年開始運(yùn)營至今已出讓用地將近1600畝，剩余土地約為1600畝，凈用地容積率為3.7，項(xiàng)目開發(fā)面積達(dá)到850萬平米，其中商住比為3：7。

濱江新城定位以現(xiàn)代商務(wù)功能為核心，以文化、休閑、旅游綜合商圈為驅(qū)動(dòng)器，以都市居住為依托的復(fù)合型新都會中心。將容納就業(yè)人口約35萬，居住人口約22萬，同時(shí)還將吸引大量旅游、觀光、購物、休閑的流動(dòng)人口。

為了實(shí)現(xiàn)與河?xùn)|區(qū)域的暢通連接，濱江新城片區(qū)設(shè)置過江通道多達(dá)5座。已通車的三汊磯大橋、福元路大橋、銀盆嶺大橋、營盤路過江隧道分別從北部、中部和南部與片區(qū)相連；桐梓坡路過江隧道已完成規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，即將啟動(dòng)建設(shè)。

長沙地鐵四號線縱穿濱江新城內(nèi)部，在濱江新城區(qū)域內(nèi)規(guī)劃有三個(gè)地鐵站點(diǎn)，分別位于為銀盆嶺地鐵站、茶山路地鐵站，長望路地鐵站，基于軌道站點(diǎn)布局，規(guī)劃有三個(gè)功能核心區(qū)，即中央商務(wù)區(qū)、生態(tài)中心區(qū)、活力生活區(qū)。經(jīng)過4年多左右的土地運(yùn)營，目前中央商務(wù)區(qū)及活力生活區(qū)已經(jīng)初現(xiàn)雛形。

中央商務(wù)區(qū)為濱江新城金融中心區(qū)，民生銀行湖南總部大廈已經(jīng)正式啟用，廣東發(fā)展銀行湖南總部、上海浦東銀行湖南總部大廈正在設(shè)計(jì)階段，該片區(qū)未來將發(fā)展為河西乃至長沙的金融中心。

南側(cè)岳麓大道兩廂規(guī)劃為活力生活區(qū)，該片區(qū)主要發(fā)展大型城市綜合體，商業(yè)規(guī)劃集中，3-5年內(nèi)將發(fā)展成為河西商業(yè)中心。岳麓大道北側(cè)的B4、B5地塊為世茂集團(tuán)開發(fā)的大型城市綜合體，占地面積約235畝，建筑面積55萬平米，已引進(jìn)高達(dá)249米的希爾頓酒店，目前該項(xiàng)目商業(yè)、住宅均在售；世茂濱江項(xiàng)目對面是寧波奧克斯集團(tuán)開發(fā)的奧克斯廣場，該項(xiàng)目占地面積約100畝，商業(yè)比例達(dá)60%，約27萬平米左右，已引進(jìn)平和堂百貨、華潤萬家超市等大型集中商業(yè)，還將發(fā)展高端寫字樓、商務(wù)公寓等物業(yè)；岳麓大道南側(cè)的B7地塊面積約為350畝，容積率5.0，是2012年長沙市的地王，保利和萬科聯(lián)合體摘牌用地。未來將發(fā)展為大型城市綜合體。該地塊是湘江二橋橋頭堡位置所在，昭示性好，適宜開發(fā)標(biāo)志性建筑，地塊交通、景觀等條件極為優(yōu)越。

濱江新城北側(cè)保留有漢代城墻遺址，是省級文物保護(hù)單位，在此基礎(chǔ)上將發(fā)展為占地700畝的北津城公園。該片區(qū)依托北津城公園，擁有良好的景觀及人文條件，將發(fā)展生態(tài)宜居建筑，吸引高端居住人群及研發(fā)、創(chuàng)新企業(yè)。

濱江新城沿江面長達(dá)8公里，自然景色優(yōu)美，是長沙現(xiàn)存沿江最長的可開發(fā)性濱水綠地，具有絕佳的濱江資源。目前，濱江新城沿江步行商業(yè)街已經(jīng)啟動(dòng)，漁人碼頭已經(jīng)在售；裕湘紗廠建筑群已于2009年10月完成了保護(hù)性改造工作，不久將對市民開放。屆時(shí)，濱江新城沿江景觀商業(yè)將成為長沙市民休閑娛樂的新選擇。
