五、主體活動

1.開幕式 時間： 4月23日 地點(diǎn)：北京電視臺大劇院 規(guī)模：800人

內(nèi)容：開幕式分為星光之路（嘉賓走紅地毯入場儀式）、星耀紫禁（北京國際電影季開幕式）兩個部分。邀請中外電影界知名人士和劇組代表100余人走紅地毯。請國家廣電總局局長、北京市市長、國際電影節(jié)主席代表、友好城市市長代表等致辭。

2.北京展映

為國內(nèi)外影片搭建集中展映的平臺，為觀眾提供集中欣賞的窗口。北京展映包括國際影片展映、國產(chǎn)影片展映、友好城市影片展映。

將邀請國內(nèi)外影片送展參映，對入圍影片在電影季期間組織放映活動，并將安排著名電影機(jī)構(gòu)、著名導(dǎo)演的主題影片展映活動。

3.電影魅力﹒北京論壇

為推動國際電影理念、藝術(shù)和技術(shù)交流，增進(jìn)北京電影界與國際電影業(yè)的了解與溝通，促進(jìn)國內(nèi)外電影合作，北京國際電影季將舉辦多場專題論壇、學(xué)術(shù)論壇及講座。

（1）國際電影節(jié)主席論壇（聯(lián)席會議）時間：4月24日 規(guī)模：100-150人

內(nèi)容：國際電影節(jié)主席論壇（聯(lián)席會議）將邀請國際各大知名電影節(jié)主席，對電影節(jié)舉辦及其對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的影響進(jìn)行研討。首屆主席聯(lián)席論壇由北京國際電影季主席主持并作主旨發(fā)言，各大電影節(jié)主席分別發(fā)言，探討各國電影節(jié)的發(fā)展趨勢以及國際間的電影合作新模式。

（2）中外著名導(dǎo)演對話 時間：4月24日 規(guī)模：150-200人

內(nèi)容：中外著名電影導(dǎo)演的對話交流，研討導(dǎo)演藝術(shù)在影片創(chuàng)作和電影市場發(fā)展中的作用和效果。

（3）中外電影合拍之路 時間：4月25日 規(guī)模：150-200人

內(nèi)容：中外合拍影片政策和方式的宣介。（4）學(xué)術(shù)論壇及講座： 時間：4月25-27日 規(guī)模：150-200人 地點(diǎn)：北京電影學(xué)院 4.北京電影洽商

北京電影洽商旨在建立電影劇本、演員、項目、技術(shù)、設(shè)備和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品交易與合作的市場機(jī)制，為國內(nèi)外電影機(jī)構(gòu)提供洽談、合作、交流、交易的平臺。

（1）項目洽商：邀請和組織國內(nèi)外具有實(shí)力的電影機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)參加項目洽商活動。為國內(nèi)外電影項目商提供項目展示、洽談、評估、融資、簽約、法律服務(wù)等空間、條件和服務(wù)。

（2）國產(chǎn)影片推介（北京放映）：通過國產(chǎn)影片的集中推介，4 推動國產(chǎn)影片走向世界。

（3）電影投融資沙龍：影視投融資沙龍采用靈活多樣的方式，由影視產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)與金融機(jī)構(gòu)分別參加洽商活動。

5.電影音樂會 時間：4月25日-28日 內(nèi)容：電影主題音樂會。

方式：獨(dú)立舉辦兩場，閉幕式舉辦一場。6.閉幕式

時間：4月28日晚 地點(diǎn)：國家大劇院

內(nèi)容：北京之光—大型戶外投影秀、北京國際電影季閉幕式儀式（公布電影季各項成果，發(fā)布下屆電影季信息和邀請，宣布電影季閉幕）、電影音樂會。

1.Opening Ceremony Time: On the evening of April 23rd, 2011 Venue: Theater of Beijing TV station Contents: The opening ceremony will be divided into two parts: First, Avenue of Stars(Celebrity guests proceed into the theatre by walking the red carpet);second, Dazzling Stars over the Forbidden City(As the Beijing International Film Festival opening Ceremony).More than 100 film celebrities will walk on the red carpet after which the Minister of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the Mayor of Beijing, Chairman of the International Film Festival and Mayor of Twin City will make speeches.(Organized by Beijing TV station)

2.Beijing Film Extravaganza A group of selected films, both domestic and foreign, will be screened at the Festival, providing an opportunity for the audience to enjoy a cultural feast.The Beijing Film Extravaganza includes sub-themes of international films, domestic films and twin city films.Both domestic and foreign films are welcome to join in and compete at the Festival.Those reaching the finals will get opportunities to be screened to the mass audience.At the same time, themed film exhibitions will be organized for well-known film agencies and directors.(1)Screening channel The main screening venues will be the theatres designated by Beijing International Film Festival organizing committee and other 3-star and up theaters as well as college theatres.(2)Screening mode The films will be played by types, themes, geographic areas and producers.During the screening there will be some promotional activities such as lucky draw.(3)Three units International screening The foreign films which are short listed will be shown in the cinema.Premiere for new films might be arranged.Domestic screening The excellent and classical domestic movies will be show in this section.According to different types, directors and producers, the films will be screened by different themes.Twin city screening The organizing committee will invite a twin city of Beijing to have its films shown at the Beijing International Film Festival.3.Film Magic ? Beijing Forum

In order to promote international exchanges of film ideas, arts and technologies, to improve understanding of the international film industry, to enhance film cooperation among domestic and overseas counterparts, several special themed forums, academic forums and lectures will be held during the Beijing international film season.(1)The International Film Festival Chairmen Forum(Joint Conference)Date: April 24th, 2011 Size: 100-150 persons Contents: The International Film Festival Chairmen Forum(Joint Conference)will invite chairmen of various well-known international film festivals to discuss about the film festival celebration and development and its influence on a city’s economy and culture.The Chairman of Beijing International Film Festival will preside the forum and give a key-note speech.Chairmen of other important film festivals will speak as well, making a professional analysis of the development trends of film festivals and the mode of international cooperations in the film industry.Organized by Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group

Contents: Conversation and communication between well-known Chinese and foreign directors will be held, discussing the role of directorship in film producing and marketing.(3)The Joint-produced film by China and other countries Date: April 25th, 2011 Size: 150-200 persons

Contents: Through an introduction to the history and development of film co-production between China and foreign countries, a greater understanding of both the status quo and future development trends in co-production is expected.(4)Academic Forum and Lectures Date and contents are to be determined.Organized by Beijing film academy

Beijing Film Market is dedicated to creating a market mechanism for transactions and cooperation regarding film scripts, actors, projects, technologies, equipment and related products, providing a platform for domestic and overseas film agencies to negotiate, cooperate, communicate and transact.(1)Project Market: Inviting and organizing influential domestic and foreign film agencies and industry groups to join in project negotiation activities.Providing domestic and foreign film business projects with appropriate room, conditions and services, such as project exhibitions and negotiation, appraisal, financing, contract signing and legal services.Managed by Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group

advancement of domestic films into the world stage through group recommendations.(3)Film Investment and Financing Salon: The film investment and financing salon will adopt various flexible methods, with the film and television industry agency and finance agency joining the negotiation activities respectively.Managed by Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group

5.Film Music Concerts Date: April 25th-28th, 2011 Contents: Film themed concerts.Two concerts plus a closing ceremony concert will be held.6.Closing Ceremony Time: On the evening of April 28th, 2011 Venue: National Centre for the Performing Arts Content: The Closing Ceremony of the Beijing International Film Festival(proclaiming the various achievements of the film festival, releasing information and invitations of the next film festival, and officially declaring the end of the film festival).7.Other Activities(1)“Looking at the World through Films” Documentariy(short films)Collections The aim of the activity is to promote exchanges and cooperation between domestic and international documentaries, to raise the level of documentary producing and to develop the documentary market through collecting documentaries(short films)relating to public affairs issues, like the tangible and intangible cultural heritage, physical geography, environmental protection, science and technology, etc.Organizational and operational methods: Collecting documentaries(short films)from both domestic and overseas the nominated documentaries selected by the jury will participate in the exhibition of documentaries.Managed by Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group

形象大使推選活動策劃方案

一、活動背景

為了深入貫徹落實(shí)國務(wù)院《文化產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》、國務(wù)院辦公廳《關(guān)于促進(jìn)電影產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》和全國電影工作電視電話會議精神，促進(jìn)中國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展，推動電影強(qiáng)國建設(shè)，提高國產(chǎn)影片的國際影響力，為北京建設(shè)世界城市和東方影視之都增添重要內(nèi)容與影響，北京將于2011年4月舉辦第一屆北京國際電影季。

北京國際電影季是以“融匯國內(nèi)國際電影資源，搭建展示交流交易平臺”為主旨，是具有國際性、專業(yè)性、創(chuàng)新性、開放性和高端化、市場化特點(diǎn)的大型電影主題活動。本屆電影季活動包括“北京國際電影季開幕式”、“北京展映”、“電影魅力·北京論壇”、“北京電影洽商”、“電影音樂會”、“北京國際電影季閉幕式”等主題板塊以及一系列相關(guān)電影活動，通過這些活動將北京國際電影季建設(shè)成為世界城市的重點(diǎn)文化活動，打造北京作為東方影視之都的核心電影產(chǎn)業(yè)活動，促進(jìn)北京電影產(chǎn)業(yè)走向世界，建造北京電影產(chǎn)業(yè)與國際電影產(chǎn)業(yè)合作交流交易的重要平臺。

二、活動目的為完美體現(xiàn)北京電影的發(fā)展成就，塑造北京國際電影季國際性、專業(yè)性、創(chuàng)新性、開放性的良好形象，增強(qiáng)電影業(yè)的參與度，提升電影季宣傳的影響力，特舉行“第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使推選活動”，推選電影界優(yōu)秀的一線男女演員各一名為形象大使，參與電影季的宣傳推廣和交流活動。

本次北京國際電影季形象大使推選活動面向全社會，采用“組委會推薦”、“公眾推薦”、“個人自薦”、“組織推薦”四種方式進(jìn)行參選，最終由活動組委會根據(jù)明星的社會形象、國際影響力、對中國電影做出的成就、對電影季活動的配合度等要求，評選出男女演員各一名擔(dān)任本屆北京國際電影季的形象代言人，采取特聘的方式，并授予其“第一屆北京國際電影節(jié)形象大使”榮譽(yù)稱號，為宣傳北京國際電影季、宣傳北京電影產(chǎn)業(yè)成就、加強(qiáng)北京電影產(chǎn)業(yè)與國際電影產(chǎn)業(yè)的深入溝通和交流做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。

三、電影季形象大使評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1、電影季形象大使為完全公益的電影季形象代言人；

2、第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使為電影界一線演員，男女演員各一名，國

籍不限（至少有一名為中國籍）；

3、形象莊重、具有大眾親和力和人文關(guān)懷精神，有公益心、社會形象積極健

康，具有較高的國內(nèi)、國際知名度和影響力；

4、綜合素質(zhì)強(qiáng)，有深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)，對電影產(chǎn)業(yè)及北京文化有深入的理解和

獨(dú)到的見解；

5、有膾炙人口的電影作品，塑造了優(yōu)秀的熒幕形象；

6、能積極參與配合電影季期間的宣傳和各項活動。

四、推選方法

通過電視、平面、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等媒體發(fā)布推薦評選消息，進(jìn)行推選活動宣傳，同時活動組委會向各經(jīng)紀(jì)公司和個人進(jìn)行聯(lián)絡(luò)、邀請，溝通電影季形象大使推選事宜。

活動官方網(wǎng)站和其他活動合作網(wǎng)站設(shè)立專題頁面或板塊，各經(jīng)紀(jì)公司或團(tuán)體和個人可在相關(guān)頁面下載申請材料（申請表詳見附件一），填寫并上傳，或與組

委會辦公室聯(lián)系，直接將申請資料提交至組委會辦公室。組委會辦公室對所有申報材料進(jìn)行審核，并最終篩選出20人（10名男演員、10名女演員）進(jìn)入電影季形象大使初選階段；組委會辦公室將20名候選人的具體情況向組委會反饋，選出男女演員各四人作為第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使候選人；最終由活動組委會確定一名男演員、一名女演員為第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使。

五、活動流程：

活動共由推薦階段、初選階段和選定階段、形象大使發(fā)布四個階段組成：

1、第一階段：推薦階段：

時間安排2010年12月8日——2010年12月20日

推選方式

（1）組委會推薦：由組委會辦公室根據(jù)形象大使評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及前期與各經(jīng)紀(jì)公司

或團(tuán)體的溝通具體情況，初步推薦20人（10名男演員、10名女演員）符合形象大使要求的演員為形象大使候選人，組委會組織推薦方式為活動主要的推選方式。

組委會推薦候選人名單：成龍、李連杰、甄子丹、葛優(yōu)、章子怡、趙薇、范冰冰、李冰冰、威爾·史密斯、蘇菲·瑪索、妮可·基德曼、黎明、夏雨、蔣雯麗、徐靜蕾、劉燁、張靜初、周冬雨、張涵予、孫紅雷。

（2）自薦：通過對推選活動的媒體宣傳，符合評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的申請人，可填寫《北

京國際電影季形象大使》申請表（詳見附件二），提交組委會辦公室，申請參選電影季形象大使。

（3）組織推薦：由活動組委會向各組織（經(jīng)紀(jì)公司或團(tuán)體）發(fā)出邀請。各組織

（經(jīng)紀(jì)公司或團(tuán)體等）推薦符合評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的演員個人，由各組織統(tǒng)一填寫《北

京國際電影季形象大使》申請表，上交組委會辦公室。

（4）公眾推薦：通過媒體對活動的宣傳，讓公眾獲取推選活動信息。公眾可登

陸電影季官方網(wǎng)站，及電影博物館網(wǎng)站電影季形象大使推選活動頁面，仔細(xì)閱讀電影季形象大使評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后，在線填寫公眾推薦信息（包含推薦人姓名及推薦理由），直接上傳。

2、第二階段：初選階段

時間安排2010年12月21日——2010年12月26日初選辦法

（1）組委會辦公室根據(jù)組委會推薦、自薦、組織推薦等方式獲取的推薦申請信

息，按照評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)整理出20名候選者。

（2）組委會辦公室整理詳細(xì)的候選者資料，深入了解20名候選者經(jīng)歷，尤其是

近兩年來的各種新聞報道、公眾形象、社會效應(yīng)、獲獎情況、國際影響等資料。

（3）組委會辦公室將20名候選人的具體情況向組委會反饋，由組委會召開評委

會會議。由評委會成員合議選定，選出男女演員各四人作為第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使候選人。候選人名單如下：成龍、李連杰、甄子丹、葛優(yōu)、章子怡、趙薇、范冰冰、李冰冰。

3、第三階段：選定階段：

時間安排2010年12月27——2011年1月20日形象大使選定辦法：

（1）活動組委會分別約見經(jīng)過評委會會議合議選定的8名候選人及候選人經(jīng)紀(jì)

公司，進(jìn)行商談。

（2）根據(jù)候選人對活動的認(rèn)識程度、參與配合度、檔期安排等具體問題進(jìn)行談

判。

（3）最終由活動組委會確定一名男演員、一名女演員為第一屆北京國際電影季

形象大使，作為本屆電影季形象代言人，授予其“第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使”榮譽(yù)稱號。

4、第四階段：第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使簽約儀式

時間：2011年2月

地點(diǎn)：中國電影博物館 多功能廳

擬邀領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：擬請國家廣電總局電影局、北京市廣播電影電視局、北京市委宣傳部、北京市政府辦公廳、中國電影博物館領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各媒體等共同出席本次新聞發(fā)布會；

內(nèi)容：發(fā)布第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使評選活動結(jié)果，與形象大使簽約，電影季形象大使向全社會亮相。

六、形象大使責(zé)權(quán)

1、形象大使職責(zé)

（1）電影季的形象大使是電影季的代言人，代表電影季的公眾特征和活動價值

觀。

（2）形象大使公益參與電影季及電影季宣傳活動。

（3）電影季形象大使須出席電影季的各項活動：開閉幕式、官方海報形象拍攝、宣傳片拍攝、兩場左右的公益活動（具體活動與組委會形象大使最終商定），為電影季宣傳造勢。

（4）北京國際電影季是國際電影文化交流的平臺，電影季形象大使須為推動電

影文化發(fā)展、促進(jìn)電影文化交流做出貢獻(xiàn)。

（5）電影季形象大使須配合電影季海報拍攝、宣傳片拍攝等工作等組委會安 排。

（6）形象大使須保持積極的社會形象，不能出現(xiàn)任何有損形象的負(fù)面行為。

2、形象大使權(quán)益

（1）組委會授予其“第一屆北京國際電影季形象大使”榮譽(yù)稱號，由組委會頒

發(fā)聘書及榮譽(yù)證書。

（2）形象大使作為電影季代言人，其形象出現(xiàn)在電影季宣傳冊、海報、會刊、官方網(wǎng)站及宣傳片等。

（3）形象大使出席電影季各項活動，保證其出現(xiàn)在電視、平面、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等媒體宣

傳。

（4）在開閉幕式中發(fā)言。

（5）可為形象大使設(shè)立“xxx電影專題展映”。

第三篇：2015北京國際青年旅游季開幕

2015北京國際青年旅游節(jié)開幕

7月20日，2015北京國際青年旅游季在中國傳媒大學(xué)正式啟動。北京市旅游發(fā)展委員會委員方澤華、中國傳媒大學(xué)廣告學(xué)院院長、國家廣告研究院院長丁俊杰等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了活動。

此次旅游季在內(nèi)容設(shè)計上充分考慮年輕人的生活方式、興趣愛好和觸媒習(xí)慣，提出了“北京任我行”的活動主題。北京市旅游發(fā)展委員會主任宋宇在啟動儀式致辭中說道，北京是非常具有吸引力的歷史名城，要從多角度宣傳推廣北京。青年人作為來京旅游的主要人群，是最能夠推廣旅游、傳播旅游，并賦予旅游新內(nèi)涵的群體。2015北京國際青年旅游季基于此，圍繞“新方式、新故事、新視野、新旅游、新定義、新感受”的6大核心策略，設(shè)計了一系列更符合青年人定位、注重互動體驗(yàn)的主題活動，以鼓勵青年進(jìn)行探索，定義自己的旅行新方式，發(fā)掘北京的新魅力，并把它推向社會。此次活動舉行時間為7-10月，共歷時三個月，希望能為青年群體提供充分的時間和空間，參加到北京國際青年旅游季中來。

啟動儀式上，從《我是演說家》走進(jìn)大家視線的優(yōu)秀青年演說家陳秋實(shí)作為青年意見領(lǐng)袖代表，從青年人的角度進(jìn)行了主題為“北京任我行”的演講，分享了自己和北京的故事，以及對北京的情感，讓在場觀眾都深受感動。

隨后，此次旅游季的重點(diǎn)線上活動——“國內(nèi)、國際達(dá)人探索新北京”正式啟動，備受關(guān)注的探索團(tuán)隊代表也進(jìn)行了亮相。7-9月，探索團(tuán)隊將分別在青年演說家陳秋實(shí)、青年演員齊溪、青年主持人王倩和國際旅游達(dá)人的帶領(lǐng)下，和通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)征選出的李靚、雷濤、任秋凌等青年旅游達(dá)人一齊出發(fā)，探尋北京。每隊將親自策劃、設(shè)計線路，同時全程的體驗(yàn)游覽過程均有視頻跟拍并同步上傳至官網(wǎng)專區(qū)，最后由網(wǎng)友點(diǎn)贊角逐出最佳探索隊伍。體驗(yàn)路線分別以“教育”、“京郊”、“文創(chuàng)”為主題，以期望為國內(nèi)外青年打造一個“通文達(dá)理、活力四射、新奇有趣”的奇妙體驗(yàn)。此外，旅游季還將在8月舉辦青年互動會。屆時，青年音樂會、青年創(chuàng)意集市、北京民俗體驗(yàn)、北京旅行產(chǎn)品青年特惠日等多項活動也將精彩亮相。

2015年4月17、18日19:30第五屆北京國際電影節(jié)電影音樂會暨“百年經(jīng)典電影音樂會，“世界名著電影音樂會 ”將如期在京演民族文化宮大劇院舉行。本屆電影節(jié)恰逢世界電影誕辰120周年，中國電影誕辰110周年，自1895年法國人帶給世界第一部默片電影到1905年中國第一部戲劇電影誕生電影藝術(shù)為人類精神世界開拓了無限的空間，電影藝術(shù)把不同的文化和豐富多彩的世界盡收于銀屏中，電影藝術(shù)已經(jīng)跨越了時空和人文差異成為人類共通的語言。
