      介紹

      由中國教育部批準(zhǔn),中國國際教育巡展-CIEET2008再次于3月1日至16日在北京、大連、西安、重慶、上海、長沙和廣州成功舉辦。與以往相同,每屆中國國際教育巡展都將出具會(huì)后報(bào)告以便參展院校和機(jī)構(gòu)了解展覽相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)信息。

      政府支持

      中國國際教育巡展得到了中國教育部一貫以來的巨大支持和認(rèn)可。主辦單位和教育部分享了向中國學(xué)生提供優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源這一共同目標(biāo)。更值得一提的是,教育部副部長吳啟迪女士,再次蒞臨CIEET2008并向觀眾發(fā)表重要演講。教育部已經(jīng)將CIEET列為向公眾發(fā)布留學(xué)信息的重要渠道,這也使CIEET成為具權(quán)威性而最具特色的教育展。

      此屆亮點(diǎn)

      第十三屆中國國際教育巡展的幾大突破:

      1)規(guī)模:本屆展覽共有457所院校和機(jī)構(gòu)來自32個(gè)國家和地區(qū)參展。他們向?qū)W生提供了一系列涵蓋語言,高中,職業(yè)教育,繼續(xù)教育,本科,研究生,代理,金融和保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)等廣泛的項(xiàng)目。這也又使得第十三屆中國國際教育巡展成為中國最有影響最全面的教育盛會(huì)。尤其是在上海,搭建了一個(gè)1800平方米的臨時(shí)展廳以滿足更多參展商的場(chǎng)地需求。2)講座:主辦單位、使館、各國政府教育機(jī)構(gòu)及參展院校舉辦了近110場(chǎng)論壇和講座。論壇的主講人包括來自中國教育部及各國主要官員。他們的演講使CIEET成為中國最具權(quán)威的教育展。

      3)廣泛的覆蓋面:今年超過150家媒體在全國范圍報(bào)道了第十三屆中國國際教育巡回展。主要媒體包括:中央電視臺(tái)、北京電視臺(tái)、鳳凰衛(wèi)視、上海東方衛(wèi)視、湖南衛(wèi)視、旅游衛(wèi)視等等。這些針對(duì)CIEET2008的公開報(bào)道對(duì)第十三屆中國國際教育展的成功舉辦意義深遠(yuǎn)。此外,超過2000家中國網(wǎng)站也將本屆展會(huì)作為其主要報(bào)道內(nèi)容。中國三大主流網(wǎng)站新浪教育頻道、搜狐教育頻道和騰訊出國都為CIEET2008特別開設(shè)了專題報(bào)道頁面。報(bào)道覆蓋面估計(jì)逾數(shù)百萬人。上述這些媒體在展覽期間還采訪了許多重要官員及參展院校并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)直播。

      4)新聞發(fā)布會(huì):展前在CIEET2008巡回展出的7個(gè)城市舉辦了7場(chǎng)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)。各大主要媒體應(yīng)邀參加了新聞發(fā)布會(huì)并使CIEET2008在各個(gè)城市得以最有力的推廣。非常感謝國家展團(tuán)的組織者和我們共同參加了新聞發(fā)布會(huì)并向媒體介紹了CIEET各參展展團(tuán)的亮點(diǎn)。5)嘉賓以及使館官員專訪:展前利用中國最流行的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體:搜狐、新浪教育頻道和騰訊出國頻道,我們邀請(qǐng)了來自10 個(gè)國家包括有澳大利亞、加拿大、法國、德國、荷蘭、愛爾蘭、意大利、新西蘭、新加坡及英國的使館官員就學(xué)生最感興趣的主題進(jìn)行16場(chǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)專訪。在線專訪有效吸引了眾多網(wǎng)絡(luò)觀眾(尤其是學(xué)生和家長)參與CIEET2008。

      6)國家展團(tuán):此屆參展國家展團(tuán)來自9個(gè)國家,有澳大利亞、加拿大BC省、法國、荷蘭、愛爾蘭、馬來西亞、新西蘭、新加坡及英國。7)新參展的國家:哈薩克斯坦和阿聯(lián)酋

      8)論壇和講座:基于第十二屆中國國際教育巡回展,第十三屆中國國際教育巡回展舉辦了一系列論壇、研討會(huì)及講座,政府官員和專家提供了各國留學(xué)的最新信息以及教育產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要議題:

      1.五屆留學(xué)工作與多元化人才培養(yǎng)論壇;

      2.中國與愛爾蘭教育交流與合作研討會(huì);

      3.來華留學(xué)教育與國際人才培養(yǎng)研討會(huì);

      4.國外優(yōu)質(zhì)課程的引進(jìn)及中外院校學(xué)生交流研討會(huì); 5.合作辦學(xué)及跨境教育項(xiàng)目規(guī)范發(fā)展研討會(huì)。

      主辦單位的角色

      中國(教育部)留學(xué)服務(wù)中心作為展覽的主辦者,在構(gòu)架中外教育資源橋梁中扮演著重要的角色。

      中國留學(xué)服務(wù)中心致力于推動(dòng)教育領(lǐng)域的相互理解,其主要職能如下: 1)促進(jìn)中外高等院校及相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的交流與合作,引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范、保障出國留學(xué)市場(chǎng)健康發(fā)展; 2)搭建平臺(tái),為社會(huì)和潛在的出國留學(xué)人員提供最新、最權(quán)威、最直接的國外留學(xué)信息和動(dòng)態(tài);

      EXPO: Big city, Big Expo and Big Industry

      Expo economy, characterized by low input, low pollution and high return, has become a new point of growth for various countries and regions.Each exposition is a grand display of modern civilization.Economists call expositions “information surfing”, “knowledge feast”, “platform of fortune” and“urban economic motivator“.In Europe where the expo industry is developed, people would say expositions are the ”city's bread and butter.“ As one of the most internationalized cities in the Chinese mainland, Shanghai is drawing worldwide attention.It is also attracting more and more foreign businessmen to hold various kinds of international exhibitions.”Expo economy“ is gradually becoming a new hot spot of Shanghai's economy.As it raises its internationalization, Shanghai will gain a handsome fortune from the expositions each year.The theme of Expo 2010 Shanghai is ”Better City, Better Life.“ The great opportunities that the expo industry is bringing to the city is gradually emerging.Dai Liu, vice-director of Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, said: “The opening of the World Expo will help Shanghai realize its goal to become an international exposition center and substantially upgrade its organization capacity, service level and arena management level.” Now Shanghai has become one of the few central cities with a developed expo industry.Its position and role in the country's expo industry have become more and more evident.According to the statistics of Shanghai Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, the city has seen a 20% annual increase in terms of the number of exhibitions and exhibition space in the past decade or so.In 1990, Shanghai held only 40 exhibitions with 100,000 square meters of exhibition space.But in 2003, the number exceeded 330.The direct income from exhibitions was 1.8 billion yuan, ranking first in the country and accounting for 45 percent of the country's total.“Feeling the pulse” of Shanghai's expo industry

      In spite of a fast growth, the city's burgeoning expo industry still has some structural problems: The potential of expo-tourism needs to be tapped Expo-tourism is a major factor of the expo industry that motivates the economy.Besides a huge human flow, international conventions and exhibitions bring stable and well-scheduled groups of visitors, which is easy for tour agencies to arrange.What is more important, the concept of expo-tourism covers all the aspects of a convention or expo--from conference organization to the tours after the meeting.Its profit rate is usually more than 10%.Compared with ordinary sightseeing tourism, which usually yields a profit rate of 1% to 2%, expo-tourism should be a highly profitable trade.In Shanghai, the expo-tourism has been gradually on the track, but if the city wants to become an internationalized convention and exhibition center, its resources need to be better exploited.In 2010 when Shanghai hosts the World Expo, it is estimated that some 70 million visitors will come to Shanghai from all over the world.So it is very important to have complete expo-tourism service facilities.The expo industry should offer quality facilities There are still many problems with the city's expo industry, although it is growing very fast.The city did not have a long-term and rational planning for the construction of exhibition venues.Since the 1990s, the city has built the International Exhibition Center, Shanghai Mart, Shanghai International Agricultural Exhibition Center and Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center.But their exhibition space is only around 20,000 to 30,000 square meters.And they are scattered throughout the city.Including the Shanghai Exhibition Center, the city has only less than 100,000 square meters of exhibition space.Experts believe that Shanghai has a long way to go before establishing its position as an international exhibition center.What should be on top of its agenda is to introduce free competition and market mechanism by following international practice;reducing administrative interference and clarifying the “rules of the game” in order to improve industrial self-discipline and coordination, and curb the disordered situation where there is no unified coordination for the sector;exhibition resources are scattered;and pricing mechanism is varying.The purpose is to build a fair and open exhibition environment and competitive system.The industry faces a shortage of qualified professionals The shortage of Expo professionals has been more and more obvious as the industry is developing rapidly in recent years.Although the city has a considerably large group of people engaged in the industry, there still lacks a large number of high-level planning and managerial personnel.Expo professionals include core professionals, auxiliary professionals and supporting professionals.The core professionals include those engaged in expo planning and high-level operating management.With highest professional talent, they are at the top level of the industry.The auxiliary professionals refer to those doing design, facility installation, transportation and equipment production.The supporting professionals refer to senior translators, tourist reception people and other service people.Only when the professional training develops along the growth of expo industry can the city give full play its advantages.After the city successfully won the bid and it is advancing the preparation, many of Shanghai colleges set up the department for exposition or research institutions relating to the World Expo(expo and service trade)to train talent for the 2010 World Expo.Three major economic zones vie for a leading position in expo business The Beijing-Tianjin, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta economic zones are sparing no effort to develop their expo sector and vie to take a dominant position in the country.They each have their own advantages.We will wait and see who will win the contest.Pearl River Delta region: As a hot spot of foreign investment, Guangzhou and Pearl River Delta were the earliest bases in the mainland for overseas exhibition companies, especially those from Hong Kong.The advantages of the region are: first, it has developed private enterprises;second, it is close to Hong Kong and Macao and enjoys smooth logistics and information exchange;third, a series of exhibitions headed by Guangzhou Import and Export Commodities Fair have become internationally known events.Since the reform and opening-up drive started, this region has become a manufacturing center of the country and even the world.As the exhibitions of electronic components, light industry and consumer products develop rapidly, Guangzhou has mainly been the host of regional expositions.Beijing-Tianjin region in the north The Beijing area has the largest exhibition space in the country and is leading the country in the scale and quality of expositions.By 2010, the expo market will be nearly 4 billion yuan in Beijing.The city mainly holds economic and technological shows.It is the first city in the country to develop into an embryonic form of expo industry, which was built on the basis of large gatherings of central government departments and market resources.Cities compete in the Yangtze River Delta region This region is expecting a surge of development of expo industry.In Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Yiwu and Yuyao, the total exhibition space already built and being built totals 580,000 square meters.The booming expo industry in these cities poses a great challenge to Shanghai.But some experts also believe it is not a bad thing to have more rivals in the area.The expo sector in the region, including Shanghai, has not seen excessive competition.Instead, the competition is not hot enough.The expo enterprises in the region are usually small and weak.They need to go ahead driven by competition.The experience of the expo industry in the developed countries indicates that not a single central city can manage to hold all the conferences or expositions.Competition at various levels will help the cities in the region make the best of their advantages.Such competition will not prevent Shanghai from advancing in the direction of an international expo city.At the same time, it will help give rise to a number of expo cities in the region with Shanghai at its center.The prospects of Shanghai's expo industry “Now, people are ready to prepare the next exhibition while the current one is not over.It shows the attractiveness of a fast-developing Shanghai and the Chinese economy to the world.Nobody will give up the business opportunities in the city to expand commercial exchanges,” said a manager of Shanghai Modern International Exhibition Co.Ltd..After China's entry to the WTO, the expo industry has not seen great changes compared with other sectors.According to the General Agreement on Trade in Service and information released by the Chinese government, the expo industry is not included in the 142 service trades of 11 categories.It is listed under the item of conventions.Foreign businessmen can enter into this sector in the form of joint venture and a controlling company.The international exhibition giants, who look to a booming expo market in China, have entered the Chinese market by setting up representative offices, investing in exhibition venues and joining domestic companies to run exhibitions.The World Expo will offer this industry an even better opportunity.Like well-known expo cities, Paris, Munich and Hong Kong, Shanghai will see a prosperous expo industry that will motivate its economic development.The World Expo will accelerate Shanghai's pace to become an internationally well-known expo city.The theme of Expo 2010 Shanghaihas been well received internationally.By 2010, officials of nearly 200 countries, regions and international organizations as well as 70 million foreign visitors will visit Shanghai.It will effectively help increase the exchange and cooperation between Shanghai and other parts of the world and increase its popularity as one of the central expo cities in Asia-Pacific region.Shanghai and the service, transport, tourism, hotel and catering industries in the neighboring regions will greatly benefit from a huge human flow.Local urban construction, real estate, transport, tourism and hotel sectors will expect a new round of development.Chen Xinkang, first president of World Expo Economy Research Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, said: “One yuan earned from the World Expo will generate 10 to 15 yuan income for relevant industries.” The World Expo will produce a great positive effect for relevant industrial chains.A successful Shanghai World Expo will be helpful to fostering a complete modern service trade, boosting the international image of local enterprises and their brands and creating a city environment that conforms to international practice and a fair and just credit system.Shanghai will have the largest exhibition area in Asia and become China's center of       INTRODUCTION

      Approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education, CIEET has once again completed with tremendous success in the period of March 1st to 16th in Beijing, Dalian, Xi’an, Chongqing, Shanghai, Changsha and Guangzhou.Similar to our past practice, a report will be prepared for every CIEET so that exhibitors are able to have summarized information about the Show.GOVERNMENT SUPPORT

      The CIEET has continuously received tremendous support and endorsement by the Chinese Ministry of Education.Sharing the common goal between the Organizer and the Ministry to introduce quality education resources to Chinese students.Most honorably, Ms.Wu Qidi, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Education, has once again come to the CIEET 2008 and gave important speeches to the audience.The Ministry has now taken the CIEET as one important channel to disseminate study abroad policies to the public.This makes the CIEET more distinguish-able and an outstanding education fair.HIGHLIGHTS

      The 13th CIEET had several breakthroughs:

      1)Size: The Show received over 457 institutions and service providers from 32 countries and regions.Their participation offered a comprehensive spectrum of programs to our students ranging from language, high school, vocational education, further education, undergraduate, graduate programs, agents, financial and insurance service providers.This again made the 13th CIEET the most influential and comprehensive education fair in China.Particularly in Shanghai, an 1800sqm temporary tent was built in order provide extra space to accommodate all the exhibitors.2)Seminars: Near 110 sessions of forums and seminars were hosted by the organizers, the embassies and the governmental education sectors of different countries, and the education providers from around the world.The speakers of the forums included the major officials from the Ministry of Education of P.R.China and different countries.Their presence made the CIEET the most authoritative education fair in China.3)Extensive coverage: This year over 150 media has reported the 13th CIEET all around China.The major media includes CCTV(a government TV channel), BTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Shanghai Oriental TV, Travel Satellite TV...etc.The publicity for CIEET 2008 contributed significantly to the success of the 13th CIEET.Moreover, over 2000 websites in China have reported our events as their important contents.The Education channel in sina.com, sohu.com, qq.com(the most popular websites in China)have created the special edition pages for CIEET 2008 to cover the full story of the event including the exhibitor list.The overall coverage is estimated to reach over a few millions of people who are interested to study abroad.Some of these medias had also interviewed many important officials and exhibitors during the show and broadcasted to the public in live.4)Press Conferences: Seven press conferences have been held in the seven CIEET 2008 cities prior to each of the seven shows.All major medias were invited to the press conferences and it made the propagation of CIEET 2008 very effectively in each city.Special thanks to most of the pavilion organizers who have attended the press conferences with us and introduced to the medias with the highlights of their pavilions in CIEET.5)Live interviews with embassy officials: We have utilized the most popular Chinese websites, SOHU.com, SINA.com, QQ.com.In their Education or Go Abroad Channels, we have invited the VIP’s from the 10 embassies and official organizations including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore and UK to conduct 16 LIVE interview sessions to talk about the subjects of students’ best interests within the week before the show began.Those online interviews have effectively drawn the attention of the web population(especially the students and their parents)at the CIEET 2008.6)National pavilions: This year we accommodated nine national delegations in our show, namely the Australia(by Austrade), Canada’s British Columbia(by BCCIE), France(by Campus France Chine), Holland(by NUFFIC), Ireland(by Enterprise Ireland), Malaysia(by Embassy of Malaysia), New Zealand(by Trade New Zealand), Singapore(by Singapore Tourism Board)and the United Kingdom(by British Council).7)Exhibitors from new countries: Kazakhstan and United Arab Emirates are the two new countries appearing in CIEET.8)Forums and Seminars: Based on the success of the 12th CIEET, the 13th CIEET held a series of forums and seminars to address the current key concerns of many education providers: i)The 5th Studying Abroad and Diversification of Human Resources Training Forum Beijing;ii)“New Dimension of Cross-border Education in China.”;iii)The New Trends of Studying Aboard and Co-operation of Sino-Foreign Institutes.iv)Development of a Regulatory Framework for Cross-Border Education Seminar

      最近,我們對(duì)江蘇仕德偉網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技(百度推廣)有限公司、阿里巴巴服務(wù)中心、蘇寧易購、慧聰網(wǎng)等單位進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)走訪,發(fā)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)專業(yè)對(duì)應(yīng)的職業(yè)崗位分布如表2。電子商務(wù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式建設(shè)思路及實(shí)施

      2.1 建設(shè)目標(biāo)

      通過校企合作、工學(xué)合作,訂單培養(yǎng)、校內(nèi)仿真模擬實(shí)訓(xùn)、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)等教育方式,積極推行和完善工學(xué)結(jié)合的“1234”人才培養(yǎng)模式,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)職業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練,突出實(shí)踐教學(xué),實(shí)現(xiàn)工學(xué)交替,體現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的引領(lǐng)作用。立足地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,順應(yīng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),面向廣大中小企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域,培養(yǎng)具有一定商貿(mào)理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力、熟悉現(xiàn)代商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程和技巧、會(huì)經(jīng)營、懂管理的電子商務(wù)高端技能型專門人才。

      2.2 建設(shè)思路

      對(duì)本專業(yè)的建設(shè)目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)模式、課程體系、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)、校企合作、師資團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)以及專業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行具體的規(guī)劃,更深一步探索蘇北乃至江蘇特色職業(yè)教育發(fā)展規(guī)律,使人才培養(yǎng)模式、課程體系、師資團(tuán)隊(duì)更加符合工學(xué)結(jié)合、工學(xué)交替的要求,實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)條件更完備,從而更好地服務(wù)于社會(huì)、服務(wù)于地方經(jīng)濟(jì),推動(dòng)電子商務(wù)的普及。通過對(duì)電子商務(wù)專業(yè)五年建設(shè)方案的實(shí)施,促進(jìn)淮安及全省電子商務(wù)專業(yè)的發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)專業(yè)群的發(fā)展,更好地服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)。

      2.3.1 人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格

      2.3.2 人才培養(yǎng)模式

      完善現(xiàn)有人才培養(yǎng)模式,探索完善“1234”的人才培養(yǎng)模式內(nèi)涵。以 “德育為先,能力并重,師生共進(jìn),全面發(fā)展”育人模式為指導(dǎo)思想,建立能力主導(dǎo)型的工學(xué)結(jié)合課程體系,根據(jù)電子商務(wù)行業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域和職業(yè)崗位(群)的任職要求,把實(shí)踐工作項(xiàng)目化,融入到專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃和教學(xué)過程。

      注重理論與實(shí)踐教學(xué)相融合,在教學(xué)計(jì)劃安排中,課程與專業(yè)資格考證相結(jié)合,理論與實(shí)踐教學(xué)相結(jié)合,動(dòng)手自建網(wǎng)店銷售,在學(xué)校教育的同時(shí)接近社會(huì),在教學(xué)總課時(shí)中實(shí)踐課時(shí)比例達(dá)到50%,實(shí)踐課以仿真實(shí)訓(xùn)為主,力爭(zhēng)校外實(shí)訓(xùn)達(dá)到實(shí)踐教學(xué)總時(shí)數(shù)的50%以上。

      2.3.3 專業(yè)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)

      分配到校的新教師要接受崗前培訓(xùn),具備高校教師資格;采用老教師和新教師結(jié)對(duì)幫扶制度,促進(jìn)青年教師盡快地成長;定期選派教師進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí),選送教師攻讀在職碩士、博士,參加教育部全國高職高專教育師資培訓(xùn)班;制定專業(yè)主任的崗位責(zé)任制,并定期檢查監(jiān)督;制定專業(yè)帶頭人、專業(yè)骨干教師的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方案,鼓勵(lì)教師積極向上,在教師中形成比學(xué)的氣氛。要求教師積極參加科研工作,至少一年要申報(bào)一項(xiàng)院級(jí)以上科研項(xiàng)目,兩至三年要申報(bào)一項(xiàng)市廳級(jí)以上科研項(xiàng)目,鼓勵(lì)教師結(jié)隊(duì)參與。鼓勵(lì)教師掛職鍛煉,到企業(yè)第一線鍛煉,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;重視“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),十二五期間力爭(zhēng)100%以上的教師取得相關(guān)職業(yè)資格證或其它證書。

      專業(yè)論文

      重點(diǎn)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代貿(mào)易與電子商務(wù)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,改造現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)專業(yè)機(jī)房,新建兩個(gè)專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)室,充分滿足校內(nèi)實(shí)訓(xùn)和社會(huì)培訓(xùn)。

      在鞏固和完善現(xiàn)有10余家校外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的條件下,再新建校外實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地10余家。校外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)充分體現(xiàn)“四合作”的原則,并且結(jié)合本專業(yè)的特點(diǎn),成為“實(shí)訓(xùn)基地”,而非“實(shí)看基地”,瞄準(zhǔn)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn),創(chuàng)建新基地。

      2.3.5 課程改革及教材建設(shè)

      根據(jù)學(xué)院的總體要求,結(jié)合本專業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和實(shí)際情況,今后幾年要加強(qiáng)專業(yè)課程體系的建設(shè),制定實(shí)施分層次教學(xué)方案。初步建立了一套較為科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、具有一定特色、應(yīng)用性較強(qiáng)的課程體系;不斷探索和改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法與技能訓(xùn)練的方式,逐步建立了一套突出專業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的教學(xué)模式。

      目前已建有一門省精品課程,力爭(zhēng)在“十二五”期間再建成省級(jí)精品課程1門、院級(jí)精品課程2門,沖擊國家精品課程。人才培養(yǎng)方案

      3.1 人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)

      立足地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,順應(yīng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),面向廣大中小企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域,培養(yǎng)具有一定商貿(mào)理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力,熟悉現(xiàn)代商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程和技巧、會(huì)經(jīng)營、懂管理的電子商務(wù)方面高素質(zhì)、高技術(shù)人才。

      職業(yè)面向:各類企事業(yè)單位網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷、網(wǎng)站推廣、網(wǎng)頁制作等一線崗位從事電子商務(wù)工作。

      3.2 人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格

      按照電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程規(guī)律,和校外專家一同分析確定電子商務(wù)專業(yè)每個(gè)職業(yè)崗位的典型工作任務(wù),進(jìn)而明確勝任工作任務(wù)必需的職業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、專業(yè)技能、核心能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)等,見下圖。

      高職電子商務(wù)專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),借全國高職教育改革及學(xué)院示范建設(shè)的東風(fēng),我們實(shí)施了“1234”人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,經(jīng)過學(xué)生一段時(shí)間的實(shí)踐,收到了很好的成效。

      由于有了社會(huì)與企業(yè)真實(shí)項(xiàng)目的驅(qū)動(dòng),改變了學(xué)生被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的不良習(xí)慣,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)明確,學(xué)習(xí)積極性、主動(dòng)性大為提高,傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式方法明顯滿足不了學(xué)生求知的需求。因此,我們通過建立豐富的教學(xué)資源,實(shí)施引導(dǎo)式教學(xué)和項(xiàng)目成效評(píng)價(jià)等措施,有效地滿足了電子商務(wù)專業(yè)“1234”人才培養(yǎng)模式的教學(xué)需求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的教學(xué)成效。

      1)教學(xué)資源建設(shè)。電子商務(wù)專業(yè)涉及的知識(shí)跨度大,內(nèi)容豐富且更新快,同時(shí),大量的知識(shí)均存在于網(wǎng)絡(luò)。為了滿足學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的需要,專業(yè)教師建立了課程教學(xué)網(wǎng)站,專門收集、整理出與專業(yè)、課程相關(guān)的技術(shù)知識(shí)和典型案例,并鏈接優(yōu)秀的電子商務(wù)企業(yè),方便學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和參考。目前學(xué)院的電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)課程已建成省級(jí)精品課,網(wǎng)上創(chuàng)業(yè)與策劃等課程已擁有課程網(wǎng)站,并配備了師生交流論壇、在線測(cè)試系統(tǒng)等豐富的網(wǎng)上教學(xué)資源。

      2)引導(dǎo)式教學(xué)。由于有項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的需求,學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)積極性的調(diào)動(dòng),教師的教學(xué)變傳統(tǒng)的灌輸式教學(xué)為引導(dǎo)式、啟發(fā)式的教學(xué),降低了教學(xué)強(qiáng)度,提高了教學(xué)效率。針對(duì)每一個(gè)實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目,教師只要通過優(yōu)秀案例的展示,告訴學(xué)生項(xiàng)目的最終目標(biāo)效果,同時(shí)告訴學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)的方法和學(xué)習(xí)路徑,學(xué)生便能自覺地按照教師的要求,遵循教師指點(diǎn)的途徑,通過教師提供的教學(xué)資源平臺(tái)或者書籍、互聯(lián)網(wǎng),查找所需要的知識(shí),進(jìn)行自主地學(xué)習(xí)。

      河南省地處中原,歷史悠久,具有豐富的文化內(nèi)涵和旅游資源,隨著河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的日益增強(qiáng)和文化交流的日益頻繁,來河南省旅游的國外游客逐年呈上升趨勢(shì),國際旅游市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)出全面繁榮之勢(shì)。2014年河南省國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)顯示,全年共接待海內(nèi)外游客4、58億人次,比上年增長11、6%。其中入境游客227、2萬人次,增長9、6,旅游創(chuàng)匯收入7、3億美元,同比增長9%。這些數(shù)據(jù)表明河南省的旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)把目光放到了國際市場(chǎng),而作為橋梁和紐帶的涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才成為博大精深的中原文化走出國門、融入世界的不可或缺的組成部分。如何優(yōu)化河南省涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)模式就成為了實(shí)現(xiàn)河南省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展國際化急需解決的重要問題。

      一、河南省涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題

      筆者經(jīng)過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),河南省涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)主要存在人才培養(yǎng)不夠?qū)I(yè)化、科學(xué)化等問題

      (一)涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)不夠?qū)I(yè)化

      河南省在涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)不夠?qū)I(yè)化。河南省有旅游學(xué)校22所,但是沒有一個(gè)學(xué)校專門開設(shè)涉外導(dǎo)游專業(yè),缺乏專業(yè)化的培養(yǎng)。據(jù)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查,河南省涉外導(dǎo)游約五分之三由外語專業(yè)培養(yǎng),五分之二由旅游管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)。眾所周知,外語專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)注重外語聽說讀寫能力的培養(yǎng),課程設(shè)置以外語類為主,而旅游管理專業(yè)則側(cè)重于旅行社和飯店管理人員培養(yǎng),課程設(shè)置傾向于管理方向。這兩個(gè)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)出來的都非真正合格的涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才。以為河南省培養(yǎng)和輸送最多的導(dǎo)游人才的鄭州旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院為例。鄭州旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院所下設(shè)的旅游外語系擁有旅游英語,商務(wù)英語,旅游日語,應(yīng)用韓語,應(yīng)用俄語和應(yīng)用德語專業(yè)。然而據(jù)調(diào)查了解,真正能夠拿到涉外導(dǎo)游資格證的學(xué)生并不多。

      河南省外語人才培養(yǎng)的主要力量為鄭州大學(xué)、河南大學(xué)等省內(nèi)實(shí)力相對(duì)較強(qiáng)的大學(xué),這些學(xué)校外語師資力量較為雄厚,但是學(xué)科設(shè)置不夠全面。例如鄭州大學(xué)外語學(xué)院設(shè)有英語、日語、俄語和德語,河南大學(xué)外語學(xué)院設(shè)有英語、俄語和日語。但是,河南省入境游的客源國五年來都是韓國第一,可是,河南省卻僅僅有鄭州旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院開設(shè)了應(yīng)用韓語專業(yè)。而至于法語、意大利語、西班牙語等語種課程根本沒有。

      近年來,河南省各地尤其是一些重點(diǎn)旅游城市如開封、洛陽等地的旅游專業(yè)院校都在發(fā)展,但是,這些旅游學(xué)校的辦學(xué)起點(diǎn)比較低(中專層次),學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)無法跟上,或者是一些以發(fā)展職業(yè)教育為主的職業(yè)院校新增了旅游專業(yè),但由于辦學(xué)規(guī)模、課程設(shè)置、師資等方面的問題,真正能培養(yǎng)較高水平涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才的院校卻少之又少。

      (二)涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)不夠科學(xué)化

      1、課程設(shè)置不合理

      筆者調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),不少學(xué)校普遍采用外語專業(yè)課程和旅游管理專業(yè)課程簡單相加,不能有效統(tǒng)一整合。學(xué)生所修課程太多,重點(diǎn)不突出。另外,在涉外導(dǎo)游教材選取上,內(nèi)容單一老化,枯燥無味,脫離時(shí)代,不能和河南地方旅游景點(diǎn)融為一體。以下是鄭州旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院旅游外語系幾大專業(yè)的主要課程設(shè)置:

      (1)旅游英語

      綜合英語、視聽說、口語、翻譯、寫作、旅游英語、酒店英語、旅游學(xué)概論、導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)、前廳客房經(jīng)營與管理、人力資源管理、餐飲經(jīng)營與管理

      (2)旅游日語

      綜合日語、日語視聽說、日語寫作、導(dǎo)游日語、飯店日語、客房經(jīng)營與管理、飯店人力資源管理、旅行社經(jīng)營與管理等。

      (3)應(yīng)用韓語

      專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程:基礎(chǔ)韓國語、韓國語聽說、韓國概況、韓國語口語、韓國語閱讀、韓國禮儀、商務(wù)韓國語、旅游韓國語第二外語(英語、日語、德語、俄語);

      專業(yè)核心課程:旅游學(xué)概論、導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)、旅游法規(guī)、中國旅游基礎(chǔ)、河南旅游基礎(chǔ)、旅游地理、餐飲服務(wù)與管理。

      (4)應(yīng)用俄語

      俄語精讀、俄語視聽說、旅游俄語、商務(wù)俄語、前廳、客房、餐飲經(jīng)營與管理、飯店人力資源管理、旅行社經(jīng)營與管理、導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)等

      (5)應(yīng)用德語

      德語精讀、德語視聽說、德語寫作、德語閱讀、專業(yè)德語、德語國家概況、德語翻譯等。

      從以上的主要課程設(shè)置上可以看出來,只有應(yīng)用韓語的設(shè)置比較全面,突出了地方特色,開設(shè)了中國旅游基礎(chǔ),河南旅游基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),課程設(shè)置上也太注重理論知識(shí),缺乏實(shí)踐課程,更沒有跨文化交際之類的課程。河南省地處中原,是中華文明的發(fā)源地之一,有著源遠(yuǎn)流長的歷史文化。作為培養(yǎng)河南省涉外導(dǎo)游的主力軍,各個(gè)學(xué)校的旅游外語專業(yè)更應(yīng)該開設(shè)相關(guān)的中原文化方面的課程,讓學(xué)生接受歷史文化的熏陶,以便在以后的導(dǎo)游工作中能夠更好地做好文化使者和文化傳播者。

      2、理論與實(shí)踐相脫節(jié)

      調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),絕大多數(shù)學(xué)校實(shí)踐場(chǎng)地不足、教學(xué)設(shè)備匱乏,雙師型師資薄弱。任課教師自身帶團(tuán)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,更有甚者,部分教師從未跟團(tuán),對(duì)學(xué)生無法形成示范效應(yīng),另外,涉外導(dǎo)游學(xué)生實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)薄弱,學(xué)生理論與實(shí)踐脫節(jié),所培養(yǎng)畢業(yè)生遠(yuǎn)不能滿足市場(chǎng)需求。

      二、河南省涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)策略

      (一)把握市場(chǎng)需求,規(guī)劃涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才培養(yǎng)

      調(diào)查顯示,從2010年至2014五年間,河南省入境游的客源國排名前兩位始終是韓國和日本。然而河南省的韓語導(dǎo)游翻譯人才卻寥寥無幾,鄭州旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院是河南省規(guī)模最大的培養(yǎng)涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才的學(xué)校,然而,該學(xué)校韓語13年畢業(yè)35人,14年畢業(yè)27人,通過走訪調(diào)查,畢業(yè)生大部分進(jìn)了酒店,真正從事涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯的很少。因此,河南省要將涉外導(dǎo)游翻譯人才尤其是韓語、日語等小語種人才的培養(yǎng)列入重點(diǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,真正做到與時(shí)俱進(jìn)和市場(chǎng)接軌。

      教育主管部門要對(duì)河南省的高校進(jìn)行全面調(diào)研,根據(jù)其辦學(xué)規(guī)模、特色、師資按照本科、大專、中專三個(gè)層次對(duì)旅游的教育教學(xué)資源進(jìn)行整合規(guī)劃。各院校也應(yīng)在了解河南旅游市場(chǎng)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)各自的辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì),制定不同層次的涉外導(dǎo)游培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。河南省高校還應(yīng)和省內(nèi)著名的一些旅游區(qū)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)辦培訓(xùn)基地,為在校涉外旅游專業(yè)的學(xué)生創(chuàng)造更好的實(shí)習(xí)的平臺(tái)。
