Secondly, massive government investment is the most direct, strongest and the most efficient way to boost economic growth.According to this plan, the central government will make direct investment worth about 1.18 trillion RMB.Of course, by implementing those investment projects, we are also aimed at attracting investment from nongovernmental sources and other private capital, including the loans from the banks.And I can tell you here very clearly that as far as the 1.18 trillion RMB is concerned, this money is totally for new investment.For this year's budget, we have already allocated 595 billion RMB for this purpose.第三，我們政府投入的1.18萬億主要用于民生工程、技術(shù)改造、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護和重大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，其他若干方面都不在這兩年4萬億的計劃當(dāng)中。比如我們減免稅費實際將超過5000億，達到6000億；我們提高企業(yè)退休工人養(yǎng)老金的標準；對1200萬教師實行績效工資，提高他們的工資水平；增加農(nóng)民的收入，擴大補貼范圍，提高補貼標準；我們將在三年內(nèi)使用8500億實行醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革。所有這些資金都不在4萬億當(dāng)中。

現(xiàn)代社會無論價值觀的持有還是生活方式的選擇都充滿了矛盾。而最讓現(xiàn)代人感到尷尬的是，面對重重矛盾，許多時候你卻別無選擇。匆忙與休閑室截然不同的兩種生活方式。但在現(xiàn)實生活中，人們卻在這兩種生活方式間頻繁穿梭，有時也說不清自己到底是“休閑著”還是“匆忙著”。譬如說，當(dāng)我們正在旅游勝地享受假期，卻忽然接到老板的電話，告訴我們客戶或工作方面除了麻煩——現(xiàn)代便捷先進工具在此刻顯示出了它猙獰、陰郁的面容——搞得人一下子興趣全無，接下來的休閑職能徒有其表，因為心里已是火燒火燎了。

2012年

泊珍到偏遠的小鎮(zhèn)的育幼院把省在那里養(yǎng)到易碎的孩子接回來。但泊珍看他第一眼，仿似一聲雷劈頭而來。令她暈頭漲腦，這一歲的孩子臉型長得如此熟悉，她心里的第一道聲音是，不能帶回去！

痛苦糾聚心中，眉心發(fā)燙發(fā)熱，胸口郁悶難展，胃里一股氣沖喉而上。院長說，這孩子發(fā)育遲緩時，她更是心頭無緒。她在孩子所待的房里來回踱步，這房里還有其他小孩。整個房間里只有一扇窗，窗外樹影婆娑。就讓孩子留下來吧，這里有善心的神父和修女，這里將來會擴充為有醫(yī)療作用的看護中心，這是留住孩子最好的地方。這孩子是她的秘密，她將秘密留在這數(shù)目掩映的建筑里。
