2、甲方有權(quán)利依據(jù)自身宣傳需要，據(jù)實(shí)對本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行任何形式的廣告宣傳及推廣活動(dòng)；

3、甲方有權(quán)利依據(jù)自身需要，組織其他形式的活動(dòng)與本次活動(dòng)融合；

4、活動(dòng)期間，甲方有權(quán)利向乙方提出問題，并根據(jù)活動(dòng)開展情況向乙方提出調(diào)整意見；

5、甲方負(fù)責(zé)本次活動(dòng)場地提供、舞臺(tái)搭建及活動(dòng)相關(guān)設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)備；

6、活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備期間，甲方需協(xié)助乙方擺放本次海選活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場所需物品等現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備工作；

7、活動(dòng)期間，甲方需向乙方提供用電，包括電源輸出、布線、用電維護(hù)等工作，并不得向乙方收取任何費(fèi)用；

8、活動(dòng)期間，由甲方提供安保人員進(jìn)行活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場的維護(hù)工作，保障活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場工作人員和觀眾人身安全，維持現(xiàn)場的良好秩序，且不得向乙方收取任何費(fèi)用；

9、活動(dòng)期間，如因甲方原因?qū)е碌呐R時(shí)性調(diào)整，甲方需提前向乙方作出說明，并根據(jù)雙方協(xié)商后的方案進(jìn)行調(diào)整；

10、本次活動(dòng)的場地使用、氛圍布置及政府相關(guān)部門審批，均由甲方負(fù)責(zé)；

（二）乙方權(quán)利及義務(wù)：

1、乙方擁有本次活動(dòng)組織權(quán)，對本次活動(dòng)組織形式擁有絕對解釋權(quán)；

2、本次活動(dòng)錄制權(quán)利歸乙方所有；

3、甲乙雙方均不能以任何名義向參加海選的選手收取

任何費(fèi)用，不能假借培訓(xùn)、保證海選通過、保證晉級(jí)等條件謀求選手財(cái)物；

4、乙方負(fù)責(zé)安排在山東廣播電視臺(tái)綜藝頻道相關(guān)段位播放本次活動(dòng)預(yù)告片，預(yù)告內(nèi)容明確寫明贊助單位、海選地點(diǎn)、海選時(shí)間、報(bào)名電話。預(yù)告片播出時(shí)間為提前一周。

5、乙方需在活動(dòng)開始前壹日到達(dá)甲方活動(dòng)場地，明確告知甲方，乙方活動(dòng)所需場景基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施（海選場地布置平面圖）及當(dāng)天活動(dòng)詳細(xì)時(shí)間安排（海選及錄制詳細(xì)流程、軟硬件基本物料需求）；在活動(dòng)開始前叁日乙方需明確告知甲方本次活動(dòng)評委姓名履歷，乙方承諾參加活動(dòng)的評委具有較高的知名度和社會(huì)影響力；乙方提供報(bào)名要求、活動(dòng)宣傳標(biāo)識(shí)等方便甲方進(jìn)行宣傳。如因乙方原因造成活動(dòng)無法如期舉行，乙方需承擔(dān)相應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任，對甲方做出賠償；

6、乙方負(fù)責(zé)本次活動(dòng)組織、選拔及節(jié)目錄制工作；

7、海選活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場背景板上需明確標(biāo)明甲方單位的名稱和LOGO；

8、活動(dòng)期間，如因乙方原因?qū)е碌呐R時(shí)性調(diào)整，乙方需提前向甲方作出說明，并根據(jù)雙方協(xié)商后的方案進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

9、如遇不可抗力因素影響，乙方不能如期舉行活動(dòng)，乙方需在活動(dòng)開始前15天告知甲方，并退還甲方首次付款，如因乙方未及時(shí)告知造成甲方的一切損失，均由乙方承擔(dān)；

四、違約責(zé)任

1、在甲方按協(xié)議約定及時(shí)付款并配合好其它約定分配的工作前提下，乙方應(yīng)按時(shí)按照要求完成活動(dòng)，否則視為違約，應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的違約責(zé)任；

2、若一方不能按合同約定按時(shí)完成各項(xiàng)工作的，應(yīng)承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。自一方出現(xiàn)違約情形之日起，另一方有權(quán)每日按協(xié)議總價(jià)款的 5 ‰向乙方收取違約金，若違約方為甲

方，乙方有權(quán)直接在應(yīng)付未付款中扣除，違約金不足以彌補(bǔ)乙方損失的，乙方可繼續(xù)向甲方追償。在一方違約的前提下，另一方有權(quán)解除本協(xié)議。

五、免責(zé)條款

由于不能預(yù)見、不能避免和不能克服的自然原因或社會(huì)原因，致使本協(xié)議不能履行或者不能完全履行時(shí)，遇到上述不可抗力事件的一方，應(yīng)立即書面通知協(xié)議其他方，并應(yīng)在不可抗力事件發(fā)生后十五天內(nèi)，向協(xié)議其他方提供經(jīng)不可抗力事件發(fā)生地區(qū)縣級(jí)以上政府部門出具的證明合同不能履行或需要延期履行、部分履行的有效證明文件。由協(xié)議各方按事件對履行合同影響的程度協(xié)商決定是否解除協(xié)議、或者部分、全部免除履行協(xié)議的責(zé)任、或者延期履行協(xié)議。

六、法律適用

本協(xié)議的訂立、效力、解釋、履行和爭議的解決均適用中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)。

七、爭議的解決

凡因執(zhí)行本協(xié)議所發(fā)生的或與本協(xié)議有關(guān)的一切爭議，協(xié)議各方應(yīng)通過友好協(xié)商解決；如果協(xié)商不能解決，任何一方均可向甲方所在地的人民法院起訴。

八、其他

1、本協(xié)議如有未盡事宜，經(jīng)雙方友好協(xié)商，可另行簽訂補(bǔ)充協(xié)議。補(bǔ)充協(xié)議與本協(xié)議具有同等法律效力。

2、本協(xié)議附件是本協(xié)議的組成部分，與本協(xié)議具有同等法律效力。

3、本協(xié)議一式叁份，甲方壹份乙方貳份，每份均具同等法律效力。山東廣播電視臺(tái)電視綜藝頻道廣告部備案留存。

4、本協(xié)議自雙方簽字蓋章后生效。

我的建議是服務(wù)號(hào)：

1、一個(gè)網(wǎng)站，你的平臺(tái)主要還是提供服務(wù)的。

服務(wù)號(hào)的功能

公眾平臺(tái)服務(wù)號(hào)，是公眾平臺(tái)的一種帳號(hào)類型，旨在為用戶提供服務(wù)。如：招商銀行、中國南方航空。1、1個(gè)月（30天）內(nèi)僅可以發(fā)送1條群發(fā)消息。

2、發(fā)給訂閱用戶（粉絲）的消息，會(huì)顯示在對方的聊天列表中。

3、服務(wù)號(hào)會(huì)在訂閱用戶（粉絲）的通訊錄中。

4、服務(wù)號(hào)可申請自定義菜單。

訂閱號(hào)的功能

公眾平臺(tái)訂閱號(hào)，是公眾平臺(tái)的一種帳號(hào)類型，為用戶提供信息和資訊。如：騎行西藏、央視新聞。

1、每天（24小時(shí)內(nèi)）可以發(fā)送1條群發(fā)消息。

2、發(fā)給訂閱用戶（粉絲）的消息，將會(huì)顯示在對方的“訂閱號(hào)”文件夾中。

3、在訂閱用戶（粉絲）的通訊錄中，訂閱號(hào)將被放入訂閱號(hào)文件夾中。

個(gè)人建議，你可以用小號(hào)做宣傳，選擇訂閱號(hào)，也就是廣告號(hào)。選擇服務(wù)號(hào)當(dāng)作產(chǎn)品中心。一般要以企業(yè)的名義，樹立產(chǎn)品品牌。

說明：服務(wù)號(hào)機(jī)會(huì)難得，如果你企業(yè)選了訂閱號(hào)，因?yàn)椴荒芨模闫髽I(yè)就不能申請服務(wù)號(hào)了； 如果你選擇了服務(wù)號(hào)，還想要訂閱號(hào)的話，以后可以以個(gè)人的名義，再申請一個(gè)訂閱號(hào)。

由以上三點(diǎn)，還是建議你選擇服務(wù)號(hào)吧！哈哈，可能我啰嗦了。

蘇世民表示，21世紀(jì)，世界需要讀懂中國。該項(xiàng)目將打造一個(gè)全新的國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力教育平臺(tái)，面向全球頂尖大學(xué)選拔優(yōu)秀的本科畢業(yè)生，到清華進(jìn)行一年制的研究生學(xué)習(xí)，使他們深入認(rèn)識(shí)中國社會(huì)、理解中國文化，最終成為全球政治、商業(yè)、技術(shù)、科技等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的杰出人才。
