先鋒:為何會(huì)選擇當(dāng)一名口腔醫(yī)生?
劉院長(zhǎng):應(yīng)該問(wèn)我為什么會(huì)選擇當(dāng)一名醫(yī)生,因?yàn)榧依镞厪奶褷旈_(kāi)始基本都是學(xué)醫(yī)的,也算醫(yī)學(xué)世家了。因此上大學(xué)時(shí),母親只允許我在醫(yī)學(xué)里面選專(zhuān)業(yè)。因?yàn)閺奈姨褷斈菚r(shí)候起,從政、經(jīng)商的都挺落魄的,而醫(yī)生這個(gè)職業(yè)在哪個(gè)時(shí)代都覺(jué)得很安全,所以女孩子學(xué)這個(gè)會(huì)比較好。當(dāng)時(shí)我覺(jué)得牙椅跟我母親做美容的美容床是一樣的,以為做牙醫(yī)會(huì)很好。
真正進(jìn)入醫(yī)生這個(gè)行業(yè),對(duì)我?guī)椭艽螅刮业暮芏嗳秉c(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化為優(yōu)點(diǎn)。以前我很自閉,不愿與人交流。而做牙醫(yī),我必須經(jīng)常跟人打交道。把學(xué)到的抽象的理論知識(shí),變成患者可以理解并可接受的狀態(tài),這中間語(yǔ)言的交流是必須的。因此,改變了一些我最不自信的東西,在工作的過(guò)程中,溝通自如,越來(lái)越自信,越來(lái)越喜歡這個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
人如果把工作當(dāng)成一種養(yǎng)家糊口的本領(lǐng),會(huì)覺(jué)得特別累。因?yàn)閷?duì)這個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)的熱愛(ài),我每天的工作越來(lái)越輕松愉快,在工作中不僅結(jié)交了很多社會(huì)上的朋友,圈子也越來(lái)越大。我經(jīng)常跟醫(yī)生們說(shuō):你跟別人唯一不同的地方在于,你是一個(gè)具有口腔專(zhuān)業(yè)水平的現(xiàn)代人。所以,你的圈子、人生經(jīng)歷,包括交往的朋友都是跟別人不同的,想要自己變得更優(yōu)秀一定要先把自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)做好?,F(xiàn)在,我的朋友成了我的病人,我的病人最后成了我的朋友,真的感覺(jué)做的越來(lái)越有價(jià)值。
先鋒:那您后來(lái)為什么會(huì)選擇做一名開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)呢?
劉院長(zhǎng):從我走進(jìn)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院校那天起,就夢(mèng)想著做一家現(xiàn)代化的、集人文科技于一體的口腔醫(yī)院。其實(shí),我高考考的是臨床系,后來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)到口腔的。現(xiàn)在想想那會(huì)的堅(jiān)持還是很重要的,要不然可能現(xiàn)在就少了一名口腔科醫(yī)生,多了一名臨床醫(yī)生。在醫(yī)學(xué)院校口腔系畢業(yè)出來(lái)一般會(huì)有幾種選擇:一個(gè)是在國(guó)營(yíng)性醫(yī)院,一個(gè)可能是留到高校做科研或是任教,還有的可能到社會(huì)上做其他行業(yè),而我選擇了做開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)。
先鋒:作為開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)您是如何解決現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的一些困難的?
劉院長(zhǎng):開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)跟普通牙醫(yī)有很大區(qū)別就是面臨著很多來(lái)自社會(huì)和內(nèi)部管理的壓力。上大學(xué)時(shí)老師教給我們的大部分是口腔專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),而對(duì)于如何創(chuàng)辦醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),做院內(nèi)管理、院外營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、改變老百姓的就醫(yī)觀念等都不曾涉及過(guò)。所以,開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)會(huì)有很多自己的煩惱?,F(xiàn)在我們除了完成牙醫(yī)的工作,解決大部分病人的醫(yī)療問(wèn)題;還會(huì)給一部分人提供就業(yè)崗位,解決一部分社會(huì)問(wèn)題。并且如何讓診所里職員找到自身的價(jià)值也很重要。從北京市場(chǎng)嚴(yán)格來(lái)講,現(xiàn)在開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)診所里的椅位數(shù)已經(jīng)超過(guò)國(guó)營(yíng)醫(yī)院,這是未來(lái)口腔市場(chǎng)的必然趨勢(shì)。
再一個(gè)在這個(gè)圈子里,要求開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī)具備的責(zé)任心比公立醫(yī)院醫(yī)生還要大,所以現(xiàn)在牙醫(yī)肯定會(huì)遇到很多困難,這和我們國(guó)內(nèi)的政策也有一定關(guān)系。但是既然大家選擇了做開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī),付出的精力、體力就要比普通醫(yī)院的醫(yī)生多,要求自己不斷進(jìn)步,掌握最前沿的技術(shù)、材料、設(shè)備、服務(wù)??
先鋒:與國(guó)際品牌合作有何收獲?
劉院長(zhǎng):其實(shí)最開(kāi)始我是在軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院工作,從那離開(kāi)后,做過(guò)診所的醫(yī)生,后期做過(guò)診所管理,這些使我在十年左右的時(shí)間里積累了很多經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我最早經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)6臺(tái)椅位、7臺(tái)椅位的診所,在與國(guó)際品牌合作經(jīng)營(yíng)的奧拉克口腔工作,感覺(jué)非常輕松。我覺(jué)得國(guó)際上的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),從技術(shù)、服務(wù)方面至少比我們國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先10到20年,我從這中間已經(jīng)學(xué)到很多。
有的人會(huì)說(shuō)作為醫(yī)生,具備一定專(zhuān)業(yè)水平、一些管理知識(shí)就夠了。但我覺(jué)得作為一名優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)生,服務(wù)意識(shí)和理念也是必須要學(xué)習(xí)掌握的。我們首先要知道,醫(yī)生是在給一個(gè)有牙齒疾病的“人”在工作,而不是僅僅在看某一顆牙。舉個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的例子:如果病人走入醫(yī)療場(chǎng)所,馬上聞到刺鼻的消毒液的氣味,看到冰冷嚴(yán)肅的醫(yī)務(wù)人員,得不到體貼溫暖的關(guān)懷。本身就處在痛苦中的人們,無(wú)形中恐懼焦慮感會(huì)倍增。而我們現(xiàn)在做的一切會(huì)在解決醫(yī)療問(wèn)題的前提下,把人文關(guān)懷放在首位。不僅從病人醫(yī)療質(zhì)量上考慮,還有病人視覺(jué)的、聽(tīng)覺(jué)的、感覺(jué)的都要考慮到?,F(xiàn)在,我們會(huì)營(yíng)造出溫馨優(yōu)雅的診療環(huán)境,如:淡淡的花香,悠悠的音樂(lè),親切的醫(yī)生??
跟國(guó)際品牌合作以后,對(duì)我最大的幫助就是人性化的服務(wù)會(huì)越來(lái)越多地融入到我們的診療過(guò)程中。不僅要把病人的生理疾病看好,而且不能讓他們產(chǎn)生心理疾病?,F(xiàn)在,大部分在這里就診的病人會(huì)感覺(jué)很舒服。一個(gè)醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊(duì)能夠把每一步細(xì)節(jié)都考慮的很周全,病人的整個(gè)就醫(yī)過(guò)程就會(huì)很享受。我們力爭(zhēng)在未來(lái)的日子里,做的更多、更好。
我們?cè)诒本┮粋€(gè)最大的優(yōu)勢(shì),就是國(guó)際上的會(huì)議非常多,即使我們足不出戶也能掌握到很多先進(jìn)的技術(shù)?,F(xiàn)代醫(yī)生就要拿出精力和資金盡量地多學(xué)習(xí)。現(xiàn)在,跟國(guó)際上的交流活動(dòng)已經(jīng)越來(lái)越多,國(guó)際上最先進(jìn)的一些新材料、新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備,我們的病人很快就能使用上。所以看牙不像以前“談牙色變”會(huì)很緊張,你會(huì)覺(jué)得看牙很舒服。我經(jīng)常對(duì)我的病人說(shuō):不用擔(dān)心洗牙疼不疼,會(huì)不會(huì)使牙縫變大等問(wèn)題。我就怕你洗牙洗上癮,因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在完全可以做得到。
先鋒:您如何做到成為一個(gè)充實(shí)快樂(lè)的牙醫(yī)的?
劉院長(zhǎng):我們現(xiàn)在做的不是傳統(tǒng)意義上的牙醫(yī),而是現(xiàn)代化的醫(yī)生。前一段時(shí)間我的講座課題就是《如何做一個(gè)快樂(lè)醫(yī)生》。希望可以分享給牙醫(yī)同行們。
首先,一定要喜歡自己的專(zhuān)業(yè),它既是我們的一份工作又是我們實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價(jià)值和人生目標(biāo)的平臺(tái)。我們是醫(yī)生更是藝術(shù)家,帶給人們的不僅是健康還有美麗??吹揭患碌摹白髌贰毙迈r出爐,是一個(gè)醫(yī)生最有成就感的時(shí)刻。比如你現(xiàn)在提到的氟斑牙,我考慮的就不單純是牙齒顏色的問(wèn)題,還有您牙齒的形態(tài)問(wèn)題,您的面形、唇形、以及笑線的高度、唇線的高度。完成以后,自然、協(xié)調(diào)才是最美的。當(dāng)遇到一些疑難的或者別的醫(yī)生解決不了的問(wèn)題,而我們經(jīng)過(guò)努力順利完成,這種成就感和喜悅是任何東西都替代不了的。我所從事的專(zhuān)業(yè)人人都會(huì)有需求,我們能幫助很多人。通過(guò)我的專(zhuān)業(yè),能給予身邊很多人健康、美麗。所以,我跟我的朋友之間建立的這種友誼反倒會(huì)更長(zhǎng)久,甚至可以說(shuō)我們是一輩子的朋友。
再有,做牙醫(yī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了我兒時(shí)的夢(mèng)想,兒時(shí)一直希望做一個(gè)有知識(shí)、有理想、有作為的新時(shí)代女性,每天有制服穿,開(kāi)心充實(shí),開(kāi)會(huì)、學(xué)習(xí),不斷的學(xué)習(xí)。
先鋒:如何提升自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)?為何會(huì)想到創(chuàng)辦北京種植牙醫(yī)聯(lián)盟? 劉院長(zhǎng):現(xiàn)代化的牙醫(yī)其實(shí)是一個(gè)舶來(lái)品。在我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)看牙歷史里,祖?zhèn)鞯难泪t(yī)準(zhǔn)確講應(yīng)該叫“鑲牙將”。他們沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)的口腔知識(shí)培訓(xùn)教育,掌握的大部分臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)是不夠規(guī)范的,這樣的醫(yī)生本身也沒(méi)有較強(qiáng)的愛(ài)牙意識(shí),診療環(huán)境非常差。而我們現(xiàn)代的牙醫(yī),除了掌握國(guó)內(nèi)外專(zhuān)業(yè)教育外,還要懂得禮儀,病人心理學(xué),兒童心理學(xué),會(huì)溝通??我們?cè)诖髮W(xué)里掌握的信息是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,更需要大家對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)的熱愛(ài),以及綜合的培訓(xùn)。隨著近兩年國(guó)際化的交流活動(dòng)(像德國(guó)、美國(guó)、日韓、瑞士的,包括臺(tái)灣香港的)越來(lái)越多,國(guó)外的一些先進(jìn)的理念在國(guó)內(nèi)也越來(lái)越多的得到應(yīng)用。
但我們不單純是局限于培訓(xùn)這方面,醫(yī)生自己的交流也很重要。其實(shí)同行是最了解你、最懂你辛苦的人。如果大家能改變傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)生“閉門(mén)造車(chē)”式的工作(自己會(huì)的東西生怕別人學(xué)。甚至做的不好的東西生怕別人知道),把自己經(jīng)過(guò)十年二十年經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累的,書(shū)本上學(xué)不來(lái)的東西拿出來(lái)做交流,哪怕就是簡(jiǎn)單的一次聊天,都會(huì)學(xué)到很多很珍貴的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。所以我覺(jué)得理念一定要改變,大家的心胸一定得打開(kāi)。比如:我已經(jīng)有了失敗的病例,怎么跟身邊的醫(yī)生講,才能使他們避免走這些彎路;我學(xué)得好的東西,希望交流的醫(yī)生一定要掌握,這樣大家共同提高。所以,并不是我們國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)生做的不好,或醫(yī)生不聰明,或努力不夠,是我們這種思維方式在影響。
當(dāng)時(shí)想做的是一個(gè)交流平臺(tái),我記得第一次去的是密云,大家都感覺(jué)特別好。因?yàn)槲覀兪菍?zhuān)門(mén)的種植牙醫(yī)在一塊交流,所以我們想著做一個(gè)北京種植牙醫(yī)聯(lián)盟,沒(méi)想到,響應(yīng)的人特別多。我們做的是非營(yíng)利性的,大家都不會(huì)計(jì)較任何回報(bào),每次出去都是自費(fèi)的,雖然要耽誤幾天臨床工作。我們還要做一些具體的事情,比如:通知人,選場(chǎng)地,選住宿還要每次都找一個(gè)相對(duì)比較好的景點(diǎn)??這樣才能給大家提供一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)、交流、游玩的平臺(tái)。在這樣的活動(dòng)當(dāng)中,大家放開(kāi)了視野,提高了專(zhuān)業(yè)水平,鍛煉出好身體,帶著滿滿的能量回來(lái)工作,更好的服務(wù)身邊的病人。
“我付出,我快樂(lè),我成長(zhǎng)”,這是我參加的一個(gè)“陽(yáng)光精英商學(xué)會(huì)”組織,他們給我的理念。人在付出的過(guò)程中其實(shí)得到的快樂(lè)是最多的。這個(gè)平臺(tái),大家的初衷都特別好,而且我們還結(jié)下了同行中深厚的友誼,在行醫(yī)的過(guò)程中,不再是孤軍奮戰(zhàn),而是團(tuán)結(jié)起來(lái)解決問(wèn)題,來(lái)自于心靈深處的溫暖,是無(wú)以言表的?,F(xiàn)在的我,很滿足,很感恩!
先鋒:這些年創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中,您有哪些成功失敗的經(jīng)驗(yàn)? 劉院長(zhǎng):先說(shuō)失敗的吧!
人生當(dāng)中會(huì)有很多遺憾,我希望我上大學(xué)的時(shí)候性格就要和現(xiàn)在一樣,更陽(yáng)光一些,如果那時(shí)就懂得付出,懂得感恩,我想我的發(fā)展會(huì)比現(xiàn)在還要好。那時(shí)候考慮自我會(huì)比較多一點(diǎn)。人在某個(gè)時(shí)期會(huì)有一些自閉、自傲,那種沒(méi)有把心敞開(kāi)的狀態(tài),自己也很苦惱,我覺(jué)得我打開(kāi)的太晚了。我經(jīng)常跟我的醫(yī)生們講:現(xiàn)在,你們有這么好的平臺(tái),你把你的心靈真正打開(kāi)了,會(huì)獲得很多你拿多少錢(qián)都買(mǎi)不來(lái)的快樂(lè)。
第二點(diǎn)就是我學(xué)習(xí)的勁頭比現(xiàn)在還要更足。因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)盲目性的學(xué)習(xí)很多,也走了很多彎路,每天只知道多干活,交流很少。我們現(xiàn)在的醫(yī)生,都要診前討論,診后總結(jié),及時(shí)交流。真的會(huì)少走很多彎路,他們的進(jìn)步比我還快。還有,懂得醫(yī)患交流是很重要的。
第三個(gè)就是最開(kāi)始做診所管理的時(shí)候,我會(huì)要求我們?cè)\所的醫(yī)生像我一樣敬業(yè)。只有綜合提升自己,才會(huì)有人發(fā)自內(nèi)心的愿意追隨你。經(jīng)過(guò)這么多年,我懂得了寬容,懂得了盡量多地幫助別人。原來(lái)我的老師跟我講過(guò)一句話:中國(guó)人是以儒家思想為主導(dǎo)的,講究中庸之道。原來(lái)聽(tīng)的時(shí)候理解不了,現(xiàn)在明白現(xiàn)代化的管理,中庸的東西一定要有。你對(duì)大家好,大家是能感覺(jué)到的。大家不求回報(bào),心情反而會(huì)更好!

北京“啟典口腔”創(chuàng)始人——蘇建宏 民營(yíng)口腔中一位愛(ài)寫(xiě)博客的口腔醫(yī)生
近年來(lái),隨著口腔醫(yī)療行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的口腔醫(yī)生加入到民營(yíng)口腔的隊(duì)伍當(dāng)中?!皢⒌淇谇弧弊鳛槠渲械囊粏T,也邁著矯健的步伐,迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)。
北京啟典口腔門(mén)診部負(fù)責(zé)人蘇建宏醫(yī)生,北京大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院口腔醫(yī)院本科畢業(yè),后考回母校修復(fù)科攻讀碩士學(xué)位。畢業(yè)后進(jìn)入同仁醫(yī)院口腔科工作,主攻口腔美容修復(fù)、口腔固定修復(fù)、復(fù)雜活動(dòng)義齒修復(fù)。辭職后進(jìn)入北京多家中高端診所工作,擅長(zhǎng)各種貼面、鑄瓷冠、氧化鋯全瓷冠、精密附著體的設(shè)計(jì)與制作工作,有十年臨床工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。07年9月創(chuàng)辦北京啟典口腔門(mén)診部。
蘇先生是一位非常喜歡寫(xiě)博客的口腔醫(yī)生,我們的相識(shí)也是從他的博客開(kāi)始。他喜歡將自己的的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、工作通過(guò)文章記錄,也愿意與更多的人一同分享自己的快樂(lè)。他說(shuō),一個(gè)牙醫(yī),就應(yīng)該把自己的東西分享出來(lái),大家共同進(jìn)步,同時(shí)也是對(duì)自己學(xué)習(xí)成果的一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)。正因如此,有越來(lái)越多的牙醫(yī)、患者認(rèn)識(shí)了蘇建宏醫(yī)生。
“啟典口腔”位于朝陽(yáng)區(qū)百子灣的后現(xiàn)代城,那里環(huán)境很舒適,馬路兩邊栽滿了綠色的植物,各式各樣的小店裝修別致,讓人的心情一下子愉悅起來(lái)。在進(jìn)入“啟典”之前,是被它門(mén)前小院里的花兒吸引的,黃色的,開(kāi)得很燦爛。由于之前在“啟典”的博客里看到過(guò)關(guān)于花的描述,再加上自己也非常喜歡花,所以,來(lái)到這里我首先看了看文章當(dāng)中的花開(kāi)得怎么樣。
這里有花初長(zhǎng)成
蘇醫(yī)生說(shuō),得益于這里的環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì),在診所開(kāi)業(yè)第一年的時(shí)候,院子里就開(kāi)始種花了,基本上都是診所的護(hù)士和一些患者在呵護(hù)。不論是患者也好,員工也好,他自己也好,看到之后就會(huì)心情很愉悅,也希望能給大家的工作和生活提供一個(gè)溫馨舒適的環(huán)境。
命中注定做一名牙醫(yī)
與其說(shuō)進(jìn)入牙科行業(yè),成為一名牙醫(yī)是一種巧合的話,還不如說(shuō)是命中注定。蘇醫(yī)生1992年到的北京,到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有二十年了。回想當(dāng)年參加高考,考北醫(yī),第一志愿是臨床,第二志愿才是口腔。當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)上臨床,上的是口腔,之后就這樣一直堅(jiān)持下來(lái)了。
之前在看蘇醫(yī)生文章的時(shí)候看到很多同行、讀者的評(píng)論,一直覺(jué)得是因?yàn)樗蜕频男愿穸x擇了這個(gè)職業(yè),但他的回答,糾正了我錯(cuò)誤的想法。他說(shuō),自己的性格其實(shí)是有一些燥的因素,后來(lái)經(jīng)過(guò)本科的學(xué)習(xí)和職業(yè)的培養(yǎng),反而性格變得越來(lái)越溫和了。但是在專(zhuān)業(yè)方面,他的眼里容不得一點(diǎn)沙子。
不安現(xiàn)狀,不斷挑戰(zhàn)新事物,讓自己的行囊更加充實(shí)
從專(zhuān)科醫(yī)院讀研、公立綜合醫(yī)院口腔科工作、私立牙科診所工作到開(kāi)業(yè)牙醫(yī),這一路走來(lái),蘇醫(yī)生體驗(yàn)了不同的工作環(huán)境,不同的管理制度。再加上自己不安于現(xiàn)狀,不愿意被體制化,推動(dòng)自己不斷的去改變。當(dāng)我們問(wèn)到這些經(jīng)歷給自己最大的收獲時(shí),蘇醫(yī)生說(shuō):“這個(gè)過(guò)程,就是不斷提高自己、豐富自己的過(guò)程,這些經(jīng)歷是別的牙醫(yī)所沒(méi)有的,是屬于我自己的東西,這是主觀方面的收獲??陀^方面有三點(diǎn),首先是視野,在自己不斷挑戰(zhàn)的過(guò)程中開(kāi)闊了視野,學(xué)到好多新的知識(shí);第二是技術(shù),在眾多的實(shí)踐中,自己的技術(shù)有了提高;第三是收獲了一批朋友,通過(guò)寫(xiě)博客,結(jié)識(shí)了全國(guó)各地的朋友?!?/p>
在蘇醫(yī)生的博客中,我看到了別的牙醫(yī)所沒(méi)有的東西,分類(lèi)整齊而且全面,從“職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)”、“診所管理”、“患者管理”、“牙科理念”到“材料器械”、“專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)”等等應(yīng)有盡有。
蘇醫(yī)生告訴我:“我是從07年的時(shí)候開(kāi)始寫(xiě)博客,那個(gè)時(shí)候是在搜狐,我覺(jué)得寫(xiě)博客是一件很快樂(lè)的事情,我能看到我的博客能夠影響很多人。從07年到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有五年了,有很大一部分人是看著我的博客成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)的,我希望我寫(xiě)的東西能與更多的人一同分享,大家共同學(xué)習(xí)。我的粉絲里有四分之三都是牙醫(yī),大家互相交流,無(wú)私地把自己知道的材料、設(shè)備、技術(shù)推薦出來(lái),共同進(jìn)步?!?/p>
用技術(shù)作支撐,讓北京民營(yíng)口腔更穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展
在2012年北京民營(yíng)口腔新年論壇中,蘇醫(yī)生向同行講述了一些民營(yíng)診所的生存之道。作為北京民營(yíng)口腔當(dāng)中的一員,他向我們分析了目前北京民營(yíng)口腔的現(xiàn)狀。
目前北京民營(yíng)診所有三類(lèi),第一類(lèi)是一些大型的連鎖診所,第二類(lèi)是中小型的連鎖診所,第三就是像“啟典口腔”這樣的診所。像一些大的連鎖診所,他們有自己的投資者,并且市場(chǎng)較穩(wěn)定;一些中小型的連鎖診所,由牙醫(yī)自己經(jīng)營(yíng),或者有幾個(gè)合伙人共同經(jīng)營(yíng),開(kāi)三四家分店,在自己能夠控制的質(zhì)量半徑內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng);第三就是由相對(duì)成熟一些的醫(yī)生經(jīng)營(yíng),不管掙多掙少,只要堅(jiān)持,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)角度看,也是有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ摹?/p>
談到民營(yíng)口腔未來(lái)的發(fā)展,蘇醫(yī)生說(shuō):“實(shí)際上民營(yíng)口腔的市場(chǎng)就跟股市一樣,首先你要有技術(shù)去做支撐,其次要有良好的醫(yī)患溝通能力,做到有血有肉,這樣的話,一個(gè)診所是可以長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的?!?/p>
牙科行業(yè)的行業(yè)本質(zhì)
先鋒:您個(gè)人認(rèn)為牙科行業(yè)的行業(yè)本質(zhì)是什么?
蘇醫(yī)生:對(duì)于牙科行業(yè)的行業(yè)本質(zhì),我個(gè)人的答案就是基于對(duì)醫(yī)生信任的客戶關(guān)系管理建立與執(zhí)行。在這里有兩個(gè)基點(diǎn),第一個(gè)就是對(duì)醫(yī)生的信任。缺乏了這個(gè)基點(diǎn),診所就是無(wú)源之水。第二個(gè)基點(diǎn),就是把患者作為客戶,作為長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)交往對(duì)象的客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的建立。
患者在一家診所或者醫(yī)院看牙,前提是他對(duì)該機(jī)構(gòu)的醫(yī)生有信任,哪怕是有限的信任,技術(shù)只是建立信任的一個(gè)紐帶而已。所以從牙醫(yī)個(gè)人角度來(lái)說(shuō),在診所患者面前真誠(chéng)地表達(dá)自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)與對(duì)患者的人文關(guān)懷,是建立患者信任的必經(jīng)途徑。
但是牙科診所作為一家企業(yè),是否僅僅有了患者對(duì)醫(yī)生的信任就夠了呢?不是這樣的。我們必須善待患者的寶貴的信任。必須把患者作為客戶,考慮他的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益。從客戶體驗(yàn)的角度思考自己的管理模式與運(yùn)營(yíng)策略:以患者為中心,思考我們的前臺(tái)管理、候診管理、流程管理、回訪管理。把每個(gè)階段都納入到有益于客戶體驗(yàn)的角度進(jìn)行管理,這樣就真正把患者對(duì)我們的信任穩(wěn)固下來(lái)了,這種真正的信任才有了根植的土壤。讓他覺(jué)得這種信任是有保障的,是長(zhǎng)久的,是可以得到責(zé)任保證的。
正確看待自己的實(shí)力,問(wèn)自己要什么,有什么
先鋒:現(xiàn)在有越來(lái)越多的牙醫(yī)開(kāi)自己的診所,那么您對(duì)即將加入民營(yíng)口腔行業(yè)的同行們有何建議?
蘇醫(yī)生:要加入民營(yíng)口腔的醫(yī)生現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越多了,首先要問(wèn)自己想要什么,其次是你有什么。
你想要穩(wěn)定的生活,那在公立醫(yī)院就好,但是在那里你會(huì)受到很多限制,你沒(méi)有更多的時(shí)間去做一些除工作以外的事,你的生活會(huì)很單調(diào)。而做自己的診所就不一樣了,你可以合理安排自己的時(shí)間,去做一些自己想做的事,但是在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中,你會(huì)面臨很多挑戰(zhàn)。
現(xiàn)在想要開(kāi)業(yè)的口腔醫(yī)生有很多,所以,自己有什么特別之處也是很關(guān)鍵的。第一,牙醫(yī)有全科醫(yī)生也有專(zhuān)科醫(yī)生,所以,要看你擅長(zhǎng)哪一方面;第二,除了自身的技術(shù)之外,還要看你維護(hù)客戶的能力,維護(hù)客戶的能力高了,那開(kāi)診所自然是沒(méi)問(wèn)題的;第三,看你是否能堅(jiān)持,只要踏踏實(shí)實(shí)去做,所有的困難都會(huì)解決;第四,看你是否有可塑性,是否喜歡學(xué)習(xí),不斷探索新的知識(shí);第五,你的個(gè)性是否開(kāi)朗,是否善于與人溝通。
如果以上條件都具備了,我想,開(kāi)自己的診所是沒(méi)問(wèn)題的。關(guān)于未來(lái),先提高自身技術(shù),再求做大做強(qiáng) 采訪接近尾聲,蘇醫(yī)生向我們講述了“啟典”今后的目標(biāo),近期只想把自己的診所經(jīng)營(yíng)好,把顧客維護(hù)好,讓它的效益再好一些。之后還可能再招一些醫(yī)生,然后讓自己的種植技術(shù)再成熟一些,爭(zhēng)取讓自己多學(xué)一些東西,做到專(zhuān)家級(jí)別。
結(jié)束時(shí),蘇醫(yī)生帶我們參觀了他的診所,雖然不是很大,但是裝修很精致,充滿了古典氣息。蘇醫(yī)生說(shuō),他很喜歡陽(yáng)光,所以,這里的每一間屋子都彌漫著陽(yáng)光的味道,讓這里的每一個(gè)人都有家的感覺(jué)。

I know that for many of you, today is the first day of school.And for those of you in kindergarten, or starting middle or high school, it's your first day in a new school, so it's understandable if you're a little nervous.I imagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good right now--(applause)--with just one more year to go.And no matter what grade you're in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer and you could've stayed in bed just a little bit longer this morning.I know that feeling.When I was young, my family lived overseas.I lived in Indonesia for a few years.And my mother, she didn't have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school, but she thought it was important for me to keep up with an American education.So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday.But because she had to go to work, the only time she could do it was at 4:30 in the morning.Now, as you might imagine, I wasn't too happy about getting up that early.And a lot of times, I'd fall asleep right there at the kitchen table.But whenever I'd complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and she'd say, “This is no picnic for me either, buster.”(Laughter.)
So I know that some of you are still adjusting to being back at school.But I'm here today because I have something important to discuss with you.I'm here because I want to talk with you about your education and what's expected of all of you in this new school year.Now, I've given a lot of speeches about education.And I've talked about responsibility a lot.I've talked about teachers' responsibility for inspiring students and pushing you to learn.I've talked about your parents' responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and you get your homework done, and don't spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with the Xbox.I've talked a lot about your government's responsibility for setting high standards, and supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren't working, where students aren't getting the opportunities that they deserve.But at the end of the day, we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world--and none of it will make a difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities, unless you show up to those schools, unless you pay attention to those teachers, unless you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed.That's what I want to focus on today: the responsibility each of you has for your education.I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself.Every single one of you has something that you're good at.Every single one of you has something to offer.And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is.That's the opportunity an education can provide.Maybe you could be a great writer--maybe even good enough to write a book or articles in a newspaper--but you might not know it until you write that English paper--that English class paper that's assigned to you.Maybe you could be an innovator or an inventor--maybe even good enough to come up with the next iPhone or the new medicine or vaccine--but you might not know it until you do your project for your science class.Maybe you could be a mayor or a senator or a Supreme Court justice--but you might not know that until you join student government or the debate team.And no matter what you want to do with your life, I guarantee that you'll need an education to do it.You want to be a doctor, or a teacher, or a police officer? You want to be a nurse or an architect, a lawyer or a member of our military? You're going to need a good education for every single one of those careers.You cannot drop out of school and just drop into a good job.You've got to train for it and work for it and learn for it.And this isn't just important for your own life and your own future.What you make of your education will decide nothing less than the future of this country.The future of America depends on you.What you're learning in school today will determine whether we as a nation can meet our greatest challenges in the future.You'll need the knowledge and problem-solving skills you learn in science and math to cure diseases like cancer and AIDS, and to develop new energy technologies and protect our environment.You'll need the insights and critical-thinking skills you gain in history and social studies to fight poverty and homelessness, crime and discrimination, and make our nation more fair and more free.You'll need the creativity and ingenuity you develop in all your classes to build new companies that will create new jobs and boost our economy.We need every single one of you to develop your talents and your skills and your intellect so you can help us old folks solve our most difficult problems.If you don't do that--if you quit on school--you're not just quitting on yourself, you're quitting on your country.Now, I know it's not always easy to do well in school.I know a lot of you have challenges in your lives right now that can make it hard to focus on your schoolwork.I get it.I know what it's like.My father left my family when I was two years old, and I was raised by a single mom who had to work and who struggled at times to pay the bills and wasn't always able to give us the things that other kids had.There were times when I missed having a father in my life.There were times when I was lonely and I felt like I didn't fit in.So I wasn't always as focused as I should have been on school, and I did some things I'm not proud of, and I got in more trouble than I should have.And my life could have easily taken a turn for the worse.But I was--I was lucky.I got a lot of second chances, and I had the opportunity to go to college and law school and follow my dreams.My wife, our First Lady Michelle Obama, she has a similar story.Neither of her parents had gone to college, and they didn't have a lot of money.But they worked hard, and she worked hard, so that she could go to the best schools in this country.Some of you might not have those advantages.Maybe you don't have adults in your life who give you the support that you need.Maybe someone in your family has lost their job and there's not enough money to go around.Maybe you live in a neighborhood where you don't feel safe, or have friends who are pressuring you to do things you know aren't right.But at the end of the day, the circumstances of your life--what you look like, where you come from, how much money you have, what you've got going on at home--none of that is an excuse for neglecting your homework or having a bad attitude in school.That's no excuse for talking back to your teacher, or cutting class, or dropping out of school.There is no excuse for not trying.Where you are right now doesn't have to determine where you'll end up.No one's written your destiny for you, because here in America, you write your own destiny.You make your own future.That's what young people like you are doing every day, all across America.Young people like Jazmin Perez, from Roma, Texas.Jazmin didn't speak English when she first started school.Neither of her parents had gone to college.But she worked hard, earned good grades, and got a scholarship to Brown University--is now in graduate school, studying public health, on her way to becoming Dr.Jazmin Perez.I'm thinking about Andoni Schultz, from Los Altos, California, who's fought brain cancer since he was three.He's had to endure all sorts of treatments and surgeries, one of which affected his memory, so it took him much longer--hundreds of extra hours--to do his schoolwork.But he never fell behind.He's headed to college this fall.And then there's Shantell Steve, from my hometown of Chicago, Illinois.Even when bouncing from foster home to foster home in the toughest neighborhoods in the city, she managed to get a job at a local health care center, start a program to keep young people out of gangs, and she's on track to graduate high school with honors and go on to college.And Jazmin, Andoni, and Shantell aren't any different from any of you.They face challenges in their lives just like you do.In some cases they've got it a lot worse off than many of you.But they refused to give up.They chose to take responsibility for their lives, for their education, and set goals for themselves.And I expect all of you to do the same.That's why today I'm calling on each of you to set your own goals for your education--and do everything you can to meet them.Your goal can be something as simple as doing all your homework, paying attention in class, or spending some time each day reading a book.Maybe you'll decide to get involved in an extracurricular activity, or volunteer in your community.Maybe you'll decide to stand up for kids who are being teased or bullied because of who they are or how they look, because you believe, like I do, that all young people deserve a safe environment to study and learn.Maybe you'll decide to take better care of yourself so you can be more ready to learn.And along those lines, by the way, I hope all of you are washing your hands a lot, and that you stay home from school when you don't feel well, so we can keep people from getting the flu this fall and winter.But whatever you resolve to do, I want you to commit to it.I want you to really work at it.I know that sometimes you get that sense from TV that you can be rich and successful without any hard work--that your ticket to success is through rapping or basketball or being a reality TV star.Chances are you're not going to be any of those things.The truth is, being successful is hard.You won't love every subject that you study.You won't click with every teacher that you have.Not every homework assignment will seem completely relevant to your life right at this minute.And you won't necessarily succeed at everything the first time you try.That's okay.Some of the most successful people in the world are the ones who've had the most failures.J.K.Rowling's--who wrote Harry Potter--her first Harry Potter book was rejected 12 times before it was finally published.Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team.He lost hundreds of games and missed thousands of shots during his career.But he once said, “I have failed over and over and over again in my life.And that's why I succeed.”
These people succeeded because they understood that you can't let your failures define you--you have to let your failures teach you.You have to let them show you what to do differently the next time.So if you get into trouble, that doesn't mean you're a troublemaker, it means you need to try harder to act right.If you get a bad grade, that doesn't mean you're stupid, it just means you need to spend more time studying.No one's born being good at all things.You become good at things through hard work.You're not a varsity athlete the first time you play a new sport.You don't hit every note the first time you sing a song.You've got to practice.The same principle applies to your schoolwork.You might have to do a math problem a few times before you get it right.You might have to read something a few times before you understand it.You definitely have to do a few drafts of a paper before it's good enough to hand in.Don't be afraid to ask questions.Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.I do that every day.Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength because it shows you have the courage to admit when you don't know something, and that then allows you to learn something new.So find an adult that you trust--a parent, a grandparent or teacher, a coach or a counselor--and ask them to help you stay on track to meet your goals.And even when you're struggling, even when you're discouraged, and you feel like other people have given up on you, don't ever give up on yourself, because when you give up on yourself, you give up on your country.The story of America isn't about people who quit when things got tough.It's about people who kept going, who tried harder, who loved their country too much to do anything less than their best.It's the story of students who sat where you sit 250 years ago, and went on to wage a revolution and they founded this nation.Young people.Students who sat where you sit 75 years ago who overcame a Depression and won a world war;who fought for civil rights and put a man on the moon.Students who sat where you sit 20 years ago who founded Google and Twitter and Facebook and changed the way we communicate with each other.So today, I want to ask all of you, what's your contribution going to be? What problems are you going to solve? What discoveries will you make? What will a President who comes here in 20 or 50 or 100 years say about what all of you did for this country?
Now, your families, your teachers, and I are doing everything we can to make sure you have the education you need to answer these questions.I'm working hard to fix up your classrooms and get you the books and the equipment and the computers you need to learn.But you've got to do your part, too.So I expect all of you to get serious this year.I expect you to put your best effort into everything you do.I expect great things from each of you.So don't let us down.Don't let your family down or your country down.Most of all, don't let yourself down.Make us all proud.Thank you very much, everybody.God bless you.God bless America.Thank you.(Applause.)

大連美爾口腔創(chuàng)始人兼董事長(zhǎng)李杰,一個(gè)行事低調(diào),不事張揚(yáng)的人,卻從骨子里散發(fā)出一種智慧和成功的美,是我采訪過(guò)的口腔醫(yī)療界最有氣質(zhì)的女性董事長(zhǎng),這是我對(duì)她的初印象。采訪過(guò)程中,我又多次被她的創(chuàng)業(yè)故事和人格魅力深深地吸引,本來(lái)約好2個(gè)小時(shí)的采訪時(shí)間,卻在我們愉快的氛圍中,交談了整個(gè)下午。

李杰是一個(gè)非常有想法的人。與同齡人相比,始終有著自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)夢(mèng)想,在機(jī)遇來(lái)臨的時(shí)候,總是能果斷決策,并付諸實(shí)施。上世紀(jì)九十年代,還是三十多歲的她,舍棄了一家集團(tuán)執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理的位臵,受開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)朋友邀請(qǐng)參與成立了國(guó)內(nèi)首家承包南方航空公司赴澳門(mén)班機(jī)公司的項(xiàng)目。隨后,她又根據(jù)大連開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)外商和高端人群健身市場(chǎng)缺少保齡球項(xiàng)目的情況,經(jīng)過(guò)周密的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研后,多方籌資以巨大勇氣開(kāi)設(shè)了大連開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)最大的保齡球館,受到開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)管委會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度評(píng)價(jià),稱之為“擁有最健康文化的企業(yè)”。世紀(jì)之初,保齡球市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)萎縮。面對(duì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和項(xiàng)目選擇的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻,李杰敏銳的看到身邊以及中國(guó)很多患者都遭受口腔疾病的困擾,且當(dāng)時(shí)大連口腔醫(yī)療資源稀缺,優(yōu)質(zhì)的口腔醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品更是難以滿足廣大患者日益增長(zhǎng)的需要。于是她便果斷決定投身到口腔醫(yī)療事業(yè)中來(lái)。當(dāng)時(shí),許多親朋好友都勸說(shuō)李杰,已經(jīng)擁有了別人不知奮斗多少年才擁有的財(cái)富,不要再吃這份苦了。李杰力排眾議,毅然決然地一頭就扎進(jìn)了口腔醫(yī)療市場(chǎng)。對(duì)于一個(gè)當(dāng)時(shí)并不是口腔醫(yī)學(xué)界的專(zhuān)業(yè)人士來(lái)說(shuō),要開(kāi)辟這樣一份事業(yè),是需要付出比常人更多的努力的。她孤身一人到南方采購(gòu)設(shè)備,拜訪醫(yī)療專(zhuān)家,以極大的誠(chéng)心和優(yōu)厚的待遇招聘醫(yī)護(hù)人員。從選擇地點(diǎn)、裝修到辦執(zhí)照,她事無(wú)巨細(xì),經(jīng)常是工作到深夜。歷時(shí)兩個(gè)月,2001年11月11日,在中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織第二天。李杰創(chuàng)辦的大連美爾口腔正式掛牌成立了。成立之初就確定了以誠(chéng)信行醫(yī)的理念,以高超的技術(shù),熱情的服務(wù),免費(fèi)掛號(hào),免費(fèi)咨詢等服務(wù)特色為患者服務(wù)。開(kāi)業(yè)當(dāng)天,就率領(lǐng)醫(yī)護(hù)人員到大連市工人療養(yǎng)院為孤寡老人免費(fèi)治療口腔疾病。在當(dāng)時(shí)的濱城中傳為佳話。

先鋒:您經(jīng)營(yíng)美爾口腔已經(jīng)有十年的時(shí)間了,您覺(jué)得經(jīng)營(yíng)口腔診所最成功的秘訣應(yīng)該是什么?
李杰:我覺(jué)得打造醫(yī)療品牌要有崇高的使命感,醫(yī)德是根本,誠(chéng)信是靈魂,質(zhì)量是保證,嘔心瀝血、精心培育是關(guān)鍵。
大連美爾口腔目標(biāo)是要做中國(guó)口腔美牙護(hù)齒第一品牌。為國(guó)人提供高品質(zhì)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)是美爾口腔的崇高使命。崇高的使命感是我們經(jīng)營(yíng)好診所最強(qiáng)大的動(dòng)力。一個(gè)品牌塑造不要急功近利,必將歷經(jīng)一個(gè)漫長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程。醫(yī)德的堅(jiān)守,誠(chéng)信的堅(jiān)持,需要的是時(shí)間和實(shí)力。更需要內(nèi)心信念的支撐,經(jīng)受住寂寞和當(dāng)前利益的放棄,必須放眼未來(lái),遵循醫(yī)學(xué)規(guī)律,腳踏實(shí)地,規(guī)范認(rèn)真,精心培育。才會(huì)打磨出優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療品牌的光彩來(lái)。這是我十年來(lái)總結(jié)大連美爾口腔成功的一點(diǎn)體會(huì)。
先鋒:給現(xiàn)在想創(chuàng)業(yè)的牙醫(yī)們有些什么樣的建議?
李杰:正如“不想當(dāng)元帥的士兵不是好士兵“這句拿破侖的名言所述。幾乎每一名牙醫(yī)都有過(guò)想擁有自己診所的夢(mèng)想。許多牙醫(yī)成就了自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)夢(mèng)想,還有的正走在創(chuàng)業(yè)路上,也有的準(zhǔn)備創(chuàng)業(yè)。我有一些牙醫(yī)朋友。為此,我對(duì)這方面也曾做了一些研究。醫(yī)生自己做診所的好處是:自己非常懂專(zhuān)業(yè)。診所的經(jīng)營(yíng)可以按照自己的意圖進(jìn)行。相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較舒心。如果經(jīng)營(yíng)的好,收入也比在國(guó)有醫(yī)院或者其他診所掙得多些。不利之處:操心的地方多,什么事情都要親力親為。時(shí)間不是很自由。幾乎沒(méi)有休息日,如果經(jīng)營(yíng)的好還行,收入也相對(duì)可觀。如果經(jīng)營(yíng)的不好,自己掙得錢(qián)還不如在醫(yī)院或者別的診所上班。也比較累心,有孤獨(dú)感。如果是好朋友合作,診所經(jīng)營(yíng)不善,好朋友不歡而散,資金實(shí)力不是很足,對(duì)出現(xiàn)困難的前景預(yù)估不足。心理上都會(huì)出現(xiàn)難以承受的現(xiàn)象。
因此我給想創(chuàng)業(yè)牙醫(yī)的建議是。第一,人貴有自知自明,因此要分析自己的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。是否有強(qiáng)烈的創(chuàng)業(yè)夢(mèng)想和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力?!霸敢狻笔且粋€(gè)方面,“能不能”是另外一個(gè)方面。第二,是否有足夠?qū)?chuàng)業(yè)出現(xiàn)困難敢于面對(duì)的心理準(zhǔn)備。第三,診所是否有準(zhǔn)確市場(chǎng)定位和經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第四,診所是否有足夠的資金實(shí)力應(yīng)對(duì)目前口腔診所開(kāi)設(shè)所需要的硬件設(shè)施。以及一個(gè)階段內(nèi)患者量不足時(shí)診所醫(yī)護(hù)人員的前期支付。第五,是否有能耐住寂寞和相對(duì)孤獨(dú)的心理素質(zhì)。也就是是否具備自我領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。第六,你是否想做一名心中真正為患者負(fù)責(zé)的好醫(yī)生,是否能做到“義利兼顧”。如果這些你認(rèn)為都可以做到。那么,我認(rèn)為你就可以做創(chuàng)業(yè)了。如果這些目前還沒(méi)準(zhǔn)備好,仍想創(chuàng)業(yè),也不用擔(dān)心,可以到我們(美爾口腔)或者其他口腔連鎖門(mén)診工作幾年,學(xué)習(xí)開(kāi)設(shè)診所的各方面經(jīng)驗(yàn),積累財(cái)力和患者資源。還有加盟口腔連鎖也是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的選擇。既滿足了自己創(chuàng)業(yè)的愿望,也規(guī)避了產(chǎn)品、人才、品牌、組織、患者認(rèn)同等制約個(gè)人診所發(fā)展的諸多瓶頸。先鋒:如果一名牙醫(yī)選擇連鎖企業(yè)加盟,比如選擇美爾口腔加盟的話?您覺(jué)得應(yīng)該具備什么樣的條件? 李杰:首先要對(duì)口腔事業(yè)的熱愛(ài)。也就是首先是思想上要有想做一個(gè)好醫(yī)生愿望。其次,要有過(guò)硬醫(yī)療技術(shù)。再次,對(duì)美爾口腔發(fā)展誠(chéng)信理念高度認(rèn)同。有對(duì)美爾口腔品牌高度的忠誠(chéng)度。有同心同德,同舟共濟(jì),同甘共苦的“三同”精神。第四,自愿服從遵守公司各項(xiàng)管理。第五,有一定的資金實(shí)力和承受困難的勇氣。第六,具有非常強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。第七:要有端正的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力。醫(yī)生是知識(shí)密集型的職業(yè)。如果沒(méi)有端正的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,是很難適合這個(gè)職業(yè)的發(fā)展。美爾口腔非常重視醫(yī)生培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),每個(gè)月定期舉辦三次大型的培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)。在近四百平米的診所中,專(zhuān)門(mén)提供近二百平方米的現(xiàn)代化培訓(xùn)中心,不斷讓醫(yī)生學(xué)習(xí)新理念,新材料。世界最先進(jìn)的種植,口腔治療,牙齒美容等新技術(shù)。始終讓醫(yī)生保持良好的職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平。所以對(duì)于是否熱愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)是我們對(duì)醫(yī)生錄用,加盟合作非常重要的一個(gè)方面。
先鋒:您怎樣看待目前連鎖口腔診所在未來(lái)口腔市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展?
李杰:口腔連鎖機(jī)構(gòu),在未來(lái)口腔市場(chǎng)中的發(fā)展仍有非常大的空間??谇贿B鎖醫(yī)療將成為人們口腔保健健康的主要選擇。為什么這樣說(shuō)呢?基于如下因素:
宏觀環(huán)境,我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放三十年來(lái),政治穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)取得巨大進(jìn)步。人們生活水平的大幅度提高,口腔健康觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,為口腔衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展提出了新的要求和巨大的發(fā)展空間。
微觀環(huán)境:從病源看,生活水平提高,飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,口腔疾病呈現(xiàn)明顯增多??谇换颊叩妄g化現(xiàn)象也非常明顯,病原基數(shù)在不斷加大。從診所數(shù)量配臵看,我國(guó)口腔科醫(yī)生與人口的比例是1∶40000,而國(guó)際公認(rèn)的合適的比例應(yīng)為1∶2000。我國(guó)現(xiàn)有口腔醫(yī)生2.5萬(wàn)人左右,而與此同時(shí)卻有25億顆齲齒待填充,6億顆錯(cuò)位畸形待矯正,10億牙周病患者待醫(yī)治。在上??谇会t(yī)療中心,畸形齒矯正至少要排1年的隊(duì)。顯而易見(jiàn),我國(guó)口腔醫(yī)生的數(shù)量遠(yuǎn)不能滿足患者的需求。按照這個(gè)配臵,口腔醫(yī)療資源配臵仍有巨大差距。現(xiàn)有的口腔醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)不能滿足消費(fèi)者日益增加的需求。
從醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目發(fā)展看,口腔治療(種植牙修復(fù))、口腔保健、口腔美容、三個(gè)層次的結(jié)構(gòu)需求發(fā)生著改變。由口腔治療基本單一性向口腔保健和口腔美容多樣性和多次性轉(zhuǎn)變。而目前這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)比,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,差距很大。就像十五年前,多數(shù)人對(duì)洗牙都知之甚少。到今天大多數(shù)人都能接受,成為一種保健常態(tài)的道理一樣。其他牙齒美容的項(xiàng)目也是這樣一個(gè)接受階段。所以從項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變中,口腔發(fā)展就擁有巨大空間。這些項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展口腔連鎖都具備了先行者的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
從服務(wù)的可及性來(lái)看,就近、節(jié)約時(shí)間成本、便捷性是口腔患者首要選擇。而口腔連鎖最大優(yōu)勢(shì)就是服務(wù)便捷的可及性。從消費(fèi)成本的可及性來(lái)說(shuō):口腔連鎖統(tǒng)一采購(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì),規(guī)模采購(gòu)降低成本,省卻的成本讓利于口腔消費(fèi)者,口腔連鎖消費(fèi)價(jià)格低于公立醫(yī)院。這讓患者治療同樣的病有了一種合算,治療合理的感受。
從服務(wù)的質(zhì)量性來(lái)講,消費(fèi)者對(duì)公立醫(yī)院和私立診所都有不同程度的不滿意,對(duì)服務(wù)好技術(shù)高的口腔醫(yī)療服務(wù)有很大需求。消費(fèi)患者對(duì)口腔規(guī)模連鎖的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的認(rèn)知度高。對(duì)口腔連鎖機(jī)構(gòu)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性認(rèn)可度高。
從服務(wù)模式上看,口腔連鎖以人為本的理念,讓患者處處得到尊重,服務(wù)熱情周到,都是患者高度認(rèn)同的。口腔連鎖機(jī)構(gòu)因?yàn)闄C(jī)制先進(jìn)、實(shí)力雄厚,對(duì)新設(shè)備、新技術(shù)、新材料的采用都處于業(yè)界領(lǐng)先地位,為口腔患者救治提供了先進(jìn)性和舒適性。

從國(guó)家政策層面來(lái)看,國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)資本辦醫(yī)政策,對(duì)口腔連鎖醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇。連鎖機(jī)構(gòu)將在幾年內(nèi)出現(xiàn)一個(gè)良好發(fā)展期。相信國(guó)家還將會(huì)陸續(xù)出臺(tái)一些支持醫(yī)療連鎖規(guī)范發(fā)展,清除一些制約連鎖發(fā)展的政策。以利于培育一些優(yōu)質(zhì)的連鎖品牌。促進(jìn)中國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展,為人民群眾口腔健康提供更規(guī)范,優(yōu)質(zhì),舒適的口腔醫(yī)療服務(wù)。而這些目前尚有巨大的政策空間。都是口腔連鎖事業(yè)發(fā)展的有利因素。
最后李董還向我們透露:“十二五”大連正在全力實(shí)施全域城市化和遼寧沿海的雙重戰(zhàn)略,“鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)資本辦醫(yī)”等相關(guān)政策也已出臺(tái),這些都為美爾口腔的發(fā)展提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇。在2012年新春伊始的時(shí)候,她就已經(jīng)為美爾口腔勾勒出新的五年發(fā)展規(guī)劃,目標(biāo)就是要把美爾口腔打造成為整個(gè)中國(guó)口腔界的知名品牌。
