英語辯論賽流程

一、英語辯論賽流程

1、主持人致辭：

宣布辯題及辯題相關(guān)背景資料；介紹選手及正反方所持觀點(diǎn)等；介紹評委等。

2、比賽階段：

比賽由正方和反方組成，雙方各四名選手，選手可自行分工，分別擔(dān)任一辯、二辯、三辯、四辯。

辯論具體進(jìn)行過程如下：

（一）闡明立場階段（8分鐘）：

:由雙方一辯進(jìn)行觀點(diǎn)說明。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽主題進(jìn)行觀點(diǎn)闡述。

1）正方一辯發(fā)言（4分鐘）

第1分鐘結(jié)束時--舉牌提示,最后30秒--舉牌提示。2）反方一辯發(fā)言（4分鐘）

第1分鐘結(jié)束時--舉牌提示,最后30秒--舉牌提示。

（二）攻辯階段（8分鐘）：

1）正方二辯選擇反方二辯或三辯進(jìn)行一對一攻辯（2分鐘）提問時間為30秒，回答時間為1分30秒。

2）反方二辯選擇正方二辯或三辯進(jìn)行一對一攻辯（2分鐘）同上

3）正方三辯選擇反方二辯或三辯進(jìn)行一對一攻辯（2分鐘）同上

4）反方三辯選擇正方二辯或三辯進(jìn)行一對一攻辯（2分鐘）

（三）自由辯論階段（10分鐘）：

時間是雙方各5分鐘。由正反雙方（四個辯手均可發(fā)言）自由輪流發(fā)言。發(fā)言辯手落座為發(fā)言結(jié)束，同時另一方開始發(fā)言，另一辯手必須緊接著發(fā)言，若有間隙，累計時間照常進(jìn)行。同一方的發(fā)言次序不限。如果一方用時已完，另一方可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言，也可以向主持人提出不發(fā)言。

（四）討論時間（5分鐘）：

在討論時間內(nèi)，觀眾可向正反方各提一個問題，由雙方選派一名選手作答。該環(huán)節(jié)主要是增加比賽觀賞性，不影響比賽結(jié)果。

（五）結(jié)辯陳詞階段（8分鐘）：

由雙方四辯進(jìn)行結(jié)辯陳詞。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽整體態(tài)勢進(jìn)行總結(jié)陳詞。

1）反方四辯總結(jié)（4分鐘）

第1分鐘結(jié)束時--舉牌提示,最后30秒--舉牌提示。2）正方四辯總結(jié)（4分鐘）

第1分鐘結(jié)束時--舉牌提示,最后30秒--舉牌提示。

3、主持人致辭： 比賽結(jié)束。

二、比賽階段注意事項(xiàng):

1、發(fā)言者必須在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)完成自己的發(fā)言；

2、在辯論時不要隨意打斷別人的話；

3、尊重主持人及評委的評判；

4、在辯論中，辯手可以使用道具、圖表和物品作為輔助手段以強(qiáng)化自己的陳辭，但尺寸不能過大，以免遮擋；

5、時間提示：最后30秒時，舉牌提示，時間結(jié)束時，鈴聲提示。

1語破天驚

正反方一辯陳詞階段，每人發(fā)言不得超過3分鐘。

2針鋒相對

（1）正方二辯選擇反方二辯或者三辯進(jìn)行一對一對攻。（2）反方二辯選擇正方二辯或者三辯進(jìn)行一對一對攻。（3）正方三辯選擇反方二辯或者三辯進(jìn)行一對一對攻。（4）反方三辯選擇正方二辯或者三辯進(jìn)行一對一對攻。

每次對攻時間限制一分三十秒。

3百家爭鳴, 由正方開始提問反方任意辯手，然后自由辯論，雙方各4分鐘,共8分鐘。

4天下圍攻

正方親友團(tuán)的觀眾先向反方除四辯外任意辯手提一個問題，然后由反方親友團(tuán)向正方除四辯外任意辯手提問，辯手回答時間不得超過一分鐘。

5畫龍點(diǎn)睛.先反方后正方四辯做總結(jié)陳詞，時間為3分鐘。

6評委點(diǎn)評

請各位評委為雙方辯手打分，記分員匯總,選出今天的勝者以及最佳辯手。

第三篇：英語辯論賽

正方：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展反方：環(huán)境保護(hù)

正方一辯陳述：China is a developing country , and the economy power is far behind the developed countries.We know that environment protection need high-technology, High-tech personnel, and science research.They all need a lot of money, and money is created by economy.first priority to the development of economy,when our economy strength becomes strong,we can optimize the economic structure fundamentally to block the source of the environment problems.and we need the technology, capital and other supports to solving the environmental problems,we can not protect our environment without enough money.only in this way can environment protection be provided for human survival and development.So,I think we should give first priority to the development of economy.反方一辯陳述：we know the protect the environmentis the essential requirement of economic development.but we know,The environment problems have become increasingly prominent, and some local regions’ environment has been polluted to a dangerous extent that poses a great threat to our existence.And nature land and raw materials to human is limited,so it placed us in a completely passive position.So, we must get to the bottom of the problem and learn from the past.That is, in the course of development, we should consider the effect of pollution and receive environment protection in first priority.Please question

正方回答：Priority means , when two choices can’t be chosen at the same time , we have choose one out.反方提問：My fellow debaters，please allow me to ask.The economy is the temporary matter, but the environment is of the ten thousand generation, which one is more important? When Economic develops slowly, people can also eat rice;how can we still survive if there is no environment.正方回答： Economy development first does not mean totally ignore the environmental protection, the environmental protection is just in the inferior position.Just like the present China, although the policy attach great importance to environmental protection, economic development receive priority in the general counties, there is only capital cities would likely take it seriously to environmental protection, everybody know it in our own heart.反方提問：Excuse me, If economic development receives priority then it is likely to cause the environmental costs to be larger than the economic efficiency, such economy develops or backs up?

正方回答：This kind of situation is there truly, but not every moment.The situation in each industry is different;we cannot draw conclusions from one part.But according to your point, in this case the economic benefit is negative, then if we changed environment first, we can turn it into profit? I don't think so.正方提問：China has 16億 the people in the world ,but the average income is so low that ranks 109 in the world.And We know that the protection of the environment is mainly prevention, and we should combine prevention with treatment, and the prevention and control depends on the development of technology, then my fellow debaters, if there is no strong economic basis for science and technology development, then don’t mention the environmental protection supported by the science and technology.反方回答：Your question is a little abstract.Science and technology develops endlessly, so dose economic development, when will it be considered as “strong"? But environmental protection is imminent, which can't afford to delay.Environmental protection needs economy.But we can’t sacrifice the environment for the economic

growth.If you drink polluted water, eat the toxic food, can we have a high quality of life? Economic development must be on the premise of environmental protection.The policy of “returning farmland to forests and grass” slow down the speed of economic development to protect the environment.Doses it show that the environmental protection is more important?

關(guān)于舉辦第十六屆“外研社﹒亞馬遜杯”全國大學(xué)生英語辯論賽

湖北大學(xué)選拔賽的通知

為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)高校校園文化建設(shè)，引導(dǎo)和幫助廣大青年學(xué)生強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)意識、培養(yǎng)國際眼光，提高獨(dú)立思考、語言表達(dá)、組織協(xié)調(diào)等方面能力，團(tuán)中央學(xué)校部、全國學(xué)聯(lián)秘書處、北京外國語大學(xué)將于近期聯(lián)合組織開展第十六屆“外研社﹒亞馬遜杯”全國大學(xué)生英語辯論賽。湖北大學(xué)選拔賽的具體事宜通知如下。

一、組織機(jī)構(gòu)

主辦單位：共青團(tuán)湖北大學(xué)委員會

承辦單位：湖北大學(xué)英語外國語學(xué)院

二、參賽對象

湖北大學(xué)中國籍本科在校生，專業(yè)、年級不限（注：在往屆“外研社杯”全國大學(xué)生英語辯論賽及“CCTV杯”全國英語演講比賽中獲得出國獎項(xiàng)的選手，不能再次參賽）。

四、報名方式

報名的同學(xué)按兩人一組的方式，下載附件中的報名表，將報名表填寫完成后發(fā)送至報名郵箱：hubu_charlene@126.com.報名郵件主題格式為“辯手1學(xué)院、姓名+辯手2學(xué)院、姓名”。

如：工商管理學(xué)院張三+外國語學(xué)院李四

本次比賽采用團(tuán)隊(duì)報名方式，每支隊(duì)伍需由兩名辯手組成。

五、報名及比賽時間

報名時間為即日起至4月19日12點(diǎn)

比賽時間為4月22（周日）

六、比賽賽制

初賽：

初賽采用英國議會制辯論的方式進(jìn)行，采用的是積分循環(huán)賽制。選出8支隊(duì)伍參加復(fù)賽。

復(fù)賽：

復(fù)賽采用英國議會制辯論的方式進(jìn)行，采用的是積分循環(huán)賽制。選出4支隊(duì)伍參加決賽。

決賽：

決賽采用英國議會制辯論方式，根據(jù)各隊(duì)的得分最終決出冠亞季軍，冠軍隊(duì)伍將代表湖北大學(xué)參加華中地區(qū)總決賽。

*選拔賽基于同隊(duì)兩名辯手的綜合得分進(jìn)行考量，即可能出現(xiàn)一人得分很高但另一人表現(xiàn)不佳，而兩人同時被淘汰的情況。

七、獎項(xiàng)設(shè)置

湖北大學(xué)選拔賽設(shè)冠軍隊(duì)一支，亞軍隊(duì)一支，季軍隊(duì)二支，最佳辯手獎一名，最佳語音獎一名，最佳臺風(fēng)獎一名，最佳表現(xiàn)力獎一名。

以上獎項(xiàng)均將提供由團(tuán)中央、全國學(xué)聯(lián)、北京外國語大學(xué)聯(lián)合提供的證書及獎品，并可進(jìn)入辯論賽人才庫，還將有機(jī)會獲得國內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)和面試機(jī)會。

本次比賽是由團(tuán)中央、全國學(xué)聯(lián)、北京外國語大學(xué)聯(lián)合主辦，外研社、中國教育電視臺共同承辦的全國性賽事。全國決賽獲獎?wù)哂山M委會全額資助，選擇參加世界大學(xué)生英文辯論賽、澳亞大學(xué)生英文辯論賽、全亞大學(xué)生英文辯論賽以及赴韓國等地的國際文化交流活動。

第五篇：英語辯論賽

英語辯論賽

6月1日晚，由外國語學(xué)院科協(xié)主辦的英語辯論賽在金銀湖]校區(qū)基礎(chǔ)203隆重拉開帷幕。擔(dān)任此次比賽的評委是來自外國語學(xué)院教研室的桑玉萍，劉建穩(wěn)和申文靜三位教師，并特別邀請了李玲玲，方亞中兩位老師擔(dān)任嘉賓。

本次比賽分為三場，由三組同學(xué)分別圍繞三個辯題展開辯論。每場比賽分為四個環(huán)節(jié)：開篇陳詞，公辯，自由辯論以及總結(jié)陳詞。由來自11級的選手開始第一場的辯論。他們雖為大一新生，卻不乏睿智，鎮(zhèn)定自若，并嚴(yán)格遵守比賽規(guī)則，為本次比賽開了個好頭。第二場10級的選手們既幽默風(fēng)趣又不失風(fēng)度，使我們的比賽氛圍變得更加活躍起來。尤其是反方四辯劉雨辰學(xué)姐敏捷的思維以及沉著穩(wěn)定的辯論風(fēng)格給大家留下了深刻的印象。最后一場同樣是來自11級的新生把整場比賽推向了又一個高潮。正方三辯馬作智同學(xué)思維嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，反應(yīng)迅速，反方團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作一致，分工合理，肖睿麒和黃忠強(qiáng)兩位同學(xué)情緒激昂，氣場強(qiáng)大，他們的表現(xiàn)贏得了觀眾熱烈的掌聲。同時，本次比賽也接近尾聲。

最后，由申文靜，桑玉萍兩位老師公布比賽結(jié)果，劉建穩(wěn)老師擔(dān)任頒獎嘉賓。來自10級的劉雨辰和11級的周歡，馬作智三位同學(xué)獲得最佳辯手獎，而最佳團(tuán)隊(duì)獎則被由黃忠強(qiáng)，席文萍，肖睿麒，史俊芳組成的小組拿走。申，桑兩位老師并對本次辯論賽做出了精彩點(diǎn)評。

本次辯論賽不僅為我院學(xué)生提供了展現(xiàn)自己的舞臺，更提高了大家的辯論技巧以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，充分展現(xiàn)了我院學(xué)生對英語的熱情和積極向上的精神風(fēng)貌，為豐富我院學(xué)生校園文化生活添上了濃墨重彩的一筆！
