C:Before we start the contest, we would like to introduce the rules in Chinese.本次比賽分為兩個(gè)部分，第一部分分為三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

第一環(huán)節(jié)：定題演講：每組選手首先進(jìn)行有準(zhǔn)備發(fā)言，題目為“Alma mater in my heart”，演講時(shí)間為3分鐘，選手可自定小標(biāo)題，按照抽簽的結(jié)果依次出場(chǎng)。

第二環(huán)節(jié)：回答問(wèn)題：由評(píng)委就選手定題演講內(nèi)容提一個(gè)問(wèn)題，選手回答時(shí)間為1分鐘。

第三環(huán)節(jié)：即興演講：賽題保密，選手回答問(wèn)題之后現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽簽獲得題目，準(zhǔn)備1分鐘，演講2分鐘。

第二部分為復(fù)活賽： 以即興演講的形式進(jìn)行

評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

定題演講總分60分，演講內(nèi)容，語(yǔ)言水平，演講技巧各占20分。

回答問(wèn)題總分40分，內(nèi)容，語(yǔ)言，技巧分別為15分，15分，10分。

即興演講總分50分，內(nèi)容語(yǔ)言，技巧分別為20分，15分，15分。

另外，如果兩隊(duì)總成績(jī)相同，按定題演講、回答問(wèn)題、即興演講的先后順序依次比較各部分的分?jǐn)?shù)，分高者勝出。

晉級(jí)規(guī)則：

1、根據(jù)第一部分總成績(jī)排名，取前20%——30%的隊(duì)伍，首先確定部分晉級(jí)隊(duì)伍。

2、剩余各隊(duì)可申請(qǐng)復(fù)活（各隊(duì)僅有一次資格），進(jìn)入復(fù)活賽。根據(jù)復(fù)活賽各隊(duì)伍的總成績(jī)(包含定題演講，回答問(wèn)題，即興演講三部分)排名，取前20%左右的隊(duì)伍和第一部分確定的隊(duì)伍共同進(jìn)入決賽。
