第一篇：出國留學(xué)辯論稿

一辯稿

謝謝主席，問候在場各位：

隨著進(jìn)一步的與國際接軌，出國留學(xué)成為了越來越多人的進(jìn)修選擇之一。而高中畢業(yè)生作為其主要人群，卻有著不小的爭議，對于這個現(xiàn)象，在我方看來，就和世界上的任何一個事物一樣，我們討論的高中生出國留學(xué)也必然存在利弊兩面，而在我方看來利弊的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，則是是否存在必然的不可替代的利，以及無法解決的弊是否嚴(yán)重到讓我們質(zhì)疑其存在的價值。因此，我方堅定認(rèn)為，高中畢業(yè)生出國留學(xué)利大于弊。接下來我方將從以下兩個方面展開論述：

第一，對于個人而言，高中畢業(yè)生是學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，且有一定的判斷能力及自理能力，是個人選擇出國留學(xué)的最佳時期。出國留學(xué)是一個接受嶄新學(xué)習(xí)理念和方式的機(jī)會，相比于國內(nèi)的應(yīng)試教育，可以更好地提供一個平臺來提高我們的創(chuàng)

造力，更好地培養(yǎng)我們的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，更能幫助我們發(fā)揮自己的潛能，找到適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式和領(lǐng)域。雖然，這對于接受了十二年的應(yīng)試教育的高中畢業(yè)生來說將會是一個極大的挑戰(zhàn)，但是，相較于是非判斷能力不成熟、適應(yīng)能力較差的初高中生甚至小學(xué)生以及學(xué)習(xí)能力逐漸變差的大學(xué)生，選擇高中畢業(yè)出國留學(xué)，無疑是最佳的時期。而這個走出國門遠(yuǎn)離父母，來到完全陌生環(huán)境的出國留學(xué)機(jī)會，又是對于我們高中畢業(yè)生自理能力的一大考驗，但是作為十八歲已經(jīng)成年的年紀(jì)，這些挑戰(zhàn)是遲早要面對的。狼圖騰上有一句話“不逼自己一把，永遠(yuǎn)不知道自己多強(qiáng)大”，所以在最不怕輸最輸?shù)闷鸬哪昙?，出去闖一闖，對于個人的發(fā)展是十分重要的。

第二，對于社會發(fā)展國家而言，高中畢業(yè)生對的出國留學(xué)并不意味著人才的流失，反而是會促進(jìn)社會的進(jìn)步。其實，更多的高中畢業(yè)生選擇出國留學(xué)，這一非傳統(tǒng)的升學(xué)道路，在很多人看來或許是逃避，但實際上卻是迎接一種新的更巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時，也在一定意義上減輕了國內(nèi)高考的壓力，也不失為一種有所益處的趨勢。

至于，這些留學(xué)生結(jié)束學(xué)業(yè)后是否歸國的問題，老實說，并不是根屬于高中畢業(yè)生問題。更何況，根據(jù)近些年的數(shù)據(jù)表明，有越來越多的留學(xué)生愿意學(xué)成后回國工作，而袁隆平老先生曾被問到，他的學(xué)生好多出國了，不回來怎么辦？袁老先生說，等到祖國需要他們的時候，他們一定會回來。這么一來，讓留學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)到國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)文化后帶回祖國，發(fā)展祖國，這難道不是一件利己利國的事情么？

綜上所述，我方堅持認(rèn)為高中畢業(yè)生出國留學(xué)利大于弊

第二篇：英文辯論-出國留學(xué)的優(yōu)缺點

Nowadays, many people like to study abroad.Studying abroad is often considered as a great opportunity which will lead to bright future in one's ride of passage.Not only can we learn different cultures and knowledge from foreign countries, studying abroad can also enrich our lives.One coin has two sides.Likewise, different people have different minds.Conservative and negative concerns about studying abroad have been gradually emerging from our society.People start to wonder what goes wrong with studying abroad.There are a couple of issues worth of our discussions.優(yōu)勢1（張俊杰）：

In my opinions，I think studying abroad is advantageous.The most obvious advantage to overseas university study is real-life use of a different language.While a person can study a foreign language in his or her own country, it cannot compare with constant use of the language in academic and everyday life.There is no better opportunity to improve second-language during one’s studies offers a distinct advantage when one is applying for jobs back home that require the language.缺點1（趙永康）：

I do not agree with your point of view.Disadvantages of studying abroad may affect one's life culturally and economically.We Chinese will experience cultural shocks if we study abroad and live in another country.Some peers may not be able to adapt to a new environment of their studying and living, which may be very different from that of theirs.Life is beautiful, and it is hard.If one does not feel comfortable with the new culture of another country, he will not be happy about studying in that country.優(yōu)勢2（張書軍）：

I don’t think so.Studying abroad, you learn to take care of yourself.Living in another country, even if it is with a host family, means you might be doing things you may not have done in your home country.These include cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, washing clothes, figuring out transportation, making living arrangements, setting up accounts for cell phones and utilities, etc.You may think of this as a disadvantage, but many international students go home proud that they have become very self sufficient.缺點2（張?zhí)珎ィ?/p>

Do you know studying abroad will cost students a great deal of living expenses? Some Chinese students are so academically successful that they receive scholarships in their studies.However, most peers who study abroad do not receive scholarships.Furthermore, they have to deal with many unexpected hardships by living away from their parents and homeland.For example, medical insurance, daily foods, clothes, rents and transportation can generate a large amount of living expenses.Often time, they need to heavily depend on their parents' overseas monthly payments.優(yōu)點3（張書軍）：

Yes, it may cost a lot of money, but do not spend money to do something? Studying abroad, you make memories that will last a lifetime.Your pictures, journals, and souvenirs will help you remember your time abroad, but your memories and emotions of this special time will also be a part of your life until you are very old.缺點3（趙永康）：

Don’t you know studying abroad is very hard.You will probably have times when you miss your family, friends, food, and everything familiar.Almost everyone goes through some culture shock.You will have to realize and accept that it will take some time to adjust to a new way of living.總結(jié)（張俊杰）：

In this debate we have not a winner, but we have a common understanding that different people have different views on studying abroad.So how can you know if studying abroad is right for you? First, start by talking to people who have already done it.Of course everyone will have his or her own experience and point of view, but it can be really helpful to hear what other people have to say.If you don't know anyone who has studied abroad, ask others about their experiences through the internet.

Every year thousands and thousands of people leave the comforts of their homes to learn English in countries such as the United States, Canada, England, and Australia.Why do they do it?Many feel that by studying a language in a country where it is spoken, they will be able to learn it more quickly.Others feel that studying abroad gives them a kind of prestige in their home country.It may even lead to a better job.And quite a few people want to study abroad for the pure pleasure and excitement it brings.But living and studying in another country can also have its problems.Almost everyone experiences some level of homesickness.And a few people go home earlier than expected because their ideas about living in another country were different from reality.Is learning English abroad something you are interested in?Whether to learn a

language by studying abroad is a big decision.You should be aware of what you are getting into before you start packing your bags.Disadvantages of Studying Abroad

Studying abroad does not mean you will learn English magically.Many people think that they just need to live in another country and they will learn the local language.This is not completely true.You still need to pay attention and study.There are people who live in foreign countries for many, many years without knowing the language well.However, it will probably come to you easier and faster than if you just studied the language in your home country.Studying abroad can be hard.You will probably have times when you miss your family, friends, food, and everything familiar.Almost everyone goes through some culture shock.You will have to realize and accept that it will take some time to adjust to a new way of living.Studying abroad can be expensive.There is no doubt that it takes money to study abroad.It can vary from kind of expensive to very expensive.Most places don't allow international students to work.You will have to have the money before you arrive in the country or have someone from home support you.Is this something that

Advantages of Studying Abroad

You are surrounded by English.Yes, you need to pay attention and do some

第四篇：出國留學(xué)

同留學(xué)國家在研究生教育方面的特點各有不同。

赴英國、愛爾蘭、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢一是學(xué)制短，一般為一年至兩年；二是英語授課，學(xué)生較容易掌握語言。劣勢是學(xué)費和生活費相對較高，每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為17萬元～25萬元人民幣，尤以英國的費用為最高。

赴法國、德國留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢是專業(yè)課程免學(xué)費，每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為4萬元人民幣。劣勢是必須學(xué)第二外語。

赴新加坡、中國香港留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢一是可用英文授課；二是學(xué)費相對便宜：公立學(xué)校每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為1.5萬元～3萬元人民幣，私立學(xué)校每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為12萬元人民幣。劣勢為：一是學(xué)制較長，一般是三年；二是約77%為華人，盡管用英文授課，但出了校門之后仍然無法完全找到英文環(huán)境和體會西方的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化生活。

申請留學(xué)讀研學(xué)生主要分三類

留學(xué)專家指出，國內(nèi)研究生報名日漸火爆，背后的一個重要成因是近年來大學(xué)研究生擴(kuò)招以及畢業(yè)后就業(yè)率低造成的。目前留學(xué)讀研的學(xué)生主要分為三大類，第一類是學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異的學(xué)生，希望到國外接受更優(yōu)秀的教育。第二類是學(xué)習(xí)成績不理想，無法滿足國內(nèi)讀研的需要，特別是一些熱門的研究生課程，國內(nèi)錄取率甚至可以超過70：1。而國外一些優(yōu)秀學(xué)校采用寬進(jìn)嚴(yán)出的方式，為這部分學(xué)子降低了國外深造的門檻。第三類學(xué)生是出于雙保險的考慮，對國內(nèi)讀研和出國留學(xué)并沒有明確想法，但很明確要讀研。

1+3，2+2項目：我校本科生在懷化學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)1年或2年，二年級或三年級時進(jìn)入索爾茲伯里大學(xué)本專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)3年或2年，畢業(yè)拿懷化學(xué)院與索爾茲伯里大學(xué)雙學(xué)士學(xué)位。

4+2本碩連讀項目：選拔我校優(yōu)秀本科畢業(yè)生赴索爾茲伯里大學(xué)攻讀碩士學(xué)位。短期交流項目：選拔我校優(yōu)秀在讀本科生赴索爾茲伯里大學(xué)做短期交流，為期一年。

美國伯特利大學(xué)（Bethel University）

交換生項目：選拔我校本科三年級學(xué)生赴烏克蘭盧甘斯克國立大學(xué)交換學(xué)習(xí)一年（四年級），免交學(xué)費住宿費。
