要想交給學生一碗水，那你就必須有一桶水，她經(jīng)常告誡自己的一句話就是：讀書，讀書，再讀書；學習，學習，再學習。自參加工作后，她參加了英語?？频暮趯W習，因工作需要，于2005年秋從事小學英語教學工作，雖然是英語?？飘厴I(yè)，但畢竟剛接觸英語教學，加上學生基礎(chǔ)差，她沒有被困難嚇倒：從此認真鉆研英語教材、教法，像有經(jīng)驗的教師學習，經(jīng)過不懈的努力，英語成績逐漸得到學校、家長、老師以及學生的認可。她本人也取得了累累的碩果：2007年11月20日參加穆棱市“一賽五評”活動，《 Who’s She? 》一課和教學設(shè)計分獲得一等獎和特等獎；2008年10月7日《What’s He Wearing ? 》教學設(shè)計獲穆棱市一等獎；2008年3月8日被評為鄉(xiāng)級“三八紅旗手”；2009年6月論文《小學英語單詞教學初探》獲國家級二等獎；2009年10月在穆棱市校本研修課堂教學大賽中《I’m Getting Dressed Now ? 》一課及教學設(shè)計均獲得一等獎；2009年10月獲穆棱市優(yōu)秀教師。
對待生活：“樂”心
對生活，她始終保持著積極、樂觀的態(tài)度。學會享受陽光，享受快樂。生活中難免遇到的一些不順心的事，工作分配問題，上課的失敗等等，曾讓她傷心、難過，但她學會了陽光思維，學會了換位思考，不斷提高自己抵抗挫折的能力?！叭艘凶非?，但不能過于強求?！彼偸怯靡活w平常心去看待生活，淡薄名利，從不去刻意追求什么。用她的感恩之心回報學生，回報學校，回報社會。她覺得一個教師只有自己具有了健康、積極的心態(tài)，才能用心投入到我們的教育工作，才能培養(yǎng)出健康、快樂、陽光的學生。

都寫兩萬多字的讀書筆記和讀書心得，堅持每周聽課不少于三節(jié)課，并寫出心得體會，同執(zhí)教老師進行面對面交流，吸取同行的教學方法和經(jīng)驗。布置作業(yè)時注重體現(xiàn)學生的個體性差異，布置創(chuàng)新性，能力型作業(yè)：緊緊圍繞“興趣培養(yǎng)、習慣養(yǎng)成、全面發(fā)展”的指導(dǎo)思想，以推進課程改革為中心，以提高課堂教學效率為重點，全面實施素質(zhì)教育。
在教學中我嚴格遵從教學的五個環(huán)節(jié)，課前認真?zhèn)湔n，做到既備教材，又備學生，因材施教，努力實施課堂改革，積極探索小學英語快樂課堂，小學階段英語教學的目的是：激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣，培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的積極性，使他們樹立學習英語的自信心，同時培養(yǎng)學生一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)基礎(chǔ)，為進一步學習打下基礎(chǔ)。因此在英語課堂教學中，我設(shè)法創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的學習氛圍，充分利用學校多媒體及多種形式激發(fā)學生的興趣。
課下積極對優(yōu)等生及差生進行輔導(dǎo)并利用業(yè)余時間及時總結(jié)經(jīng)驗把實踐上升為理論，而且取得了一定的成績：業(yè)余時間撰寫論文《如何使數(shù)學教學成為學生喜歡的課堂》榮獲山東省2005年中小學教育科研優(yōu)秀成果叁等獎；《淺談小學數(shù)學新課改的課堂實踐與思考》在“新課程與教師專業(yè)發(fā)展”教育論文評選中，榮獲三等獎；《小談如何優(yōu)化教學方法，提高教學效果》在全區(qū)小學英語優(yōu)秀論文比賽活動中，榮獲一等獎；并于2009年7月我撰寫的論文《用游戲增強英語學習成效》在現(xiàn)代教育報精品博覽上發(fā)表；輔導(dǎo)的學生多次在省市大賽中獲得特金獎和金獎；并分別于2006年和2007年全區(qū)小學教師優(yōu)質(zhì)課榮獲一等獎；我執(zhí)教的《Let’s eat A Let’s learn Let’s do 》榮獲2008市電化教學一等獎和省三等獎。多次在區(qū)教師基本功大賽中獲一等獎；此外積極投入到學校的科研課題研究之中，認真在自己的班級中實驗。我所參與的中央教科所“新課程有效課堂教學行動策略研究”課題研究，已結(jié)題。
