希望之星培訓小結

我2007年畢業(yè)后來到啟音學校擔任心理健康教育教師。幾年來，我勤勤懇懇地工作，力求做好每一件事；我虛心向老教師學習，力爭使自己掌握更多的教學經(jīng)驗；潛心探索聾啞學生的心理特點，不斷使心理健康工作更貼近學生的需要；我堅持不懈地學習新的理論知識，研究教材教法，不斷地提高自己的業(yè)務水平。

一、德

作為一名青年教師，我對自己要求很嚴格，能夠自覺、認真地學習以及黨、國家的各項重大教育政策，并以高度的熱情投入到教育工作中去。我認為：我的人生目標和我所學的專業(yè)決定了我的發(fā)展領域——教育。這個想法在我的工作中得到了證實。也正是這種思想，推動著我不斷地去實踐、總結，在教育工作中默默奉獻。我積極參與社會和學校組織的公益慈善活動。每年愛耳日的宣傳活動中，社區(qū)、街道都有我忙碌地派發(fā)宣傳單的身影；愛心一加一活動中幫助結對的福利院孩子身心健康成長，時時牽掛著她的學習和生活；每當國家發(fā)生災禍時及時伸出援手，給遠方的親人一些力所能及的幫助。

二、能

工作多年來，我一直站在教學的第一線，教過四到九年級心理健康課。在校領導的關心和導師的指導下，有條不紊的開展各種心理活動。我校的日常心理工作在我和同事們的共同努力下從零開始逐步成為常規(guī)、走向成熟。

（一）教學

心理健康教育是一門新興的學科，在工作中許多方面都沒有可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗，而且該學科對教師的要求很高，從事這項工作，不僅需要一定的理論知識為基礎，還要非常了解學生的個性特點，掌握大量的心理流通、調(diào)節(jié)技巧。當我第一次踏上講臺時，因為沒有教材教參，加上不熟悉手語和聾啞學生的學習特點，教學工作開展困難重重。但是我并沒有被困難嚇倒，我一邊向老教師請教，一邊自己在課堂中摸索。公開課是打磨新手教師的最佳途徑，在之后的區(qū)教研活動中，我報名參加了區(qū)心理健康教育說課比賽、上課比賽，報名各種公開課，這對我來說既是挑戰(zhàn)也是機遇。每次試講，我都邀請一些有經(jīng)驗的老師來聽課、評課，不斷修改教案，重新制作教具，第二天再說課、評課。一節(jié)節(jié)的公開教學課，一次次的教學實踐，使我對教學樹立了信心。通過不斷地努力，我把團體心理咨詢的方法和傳統(tǒng)的教學模式結合在一起，并深入到學生當中，不斷了解他們的特點，根據(jù)實際情況組織教材，設計課堂教學內(nèi)容，幾年來形成了自己的教學特色，逐步撰寫適合聾生的校本教材。同時，努力也換來了不少榮譽，2013年《人生贊美詩》獲得了上海市心理健康活動課大獎賽特教組二等獎，并獲得了中國教育電視優(yōu)秀教學課例二等獎等喜人的佳績。

（二）心理教育

除了教學工作，我還負責學校的心理咨詢工作。聾啞學生的心理咨詢和普通人的心理咨詢又有著明顯的差異，因為學生的心理問題和家庭的結構、家庭的教育方式有著十分密切的關系，而聾啞學生的表達理解能力有限。因此，無形中就加大了工作量和難度。面對繁瑣的心理咨詢工作，我能認真地做好個案研究和分析，且從來沒有怨言，反而高興地說：“同學們來找我，說明同學們信任我?！睘榱烁玫淖龊眯睦碜稍児ぷ?，我積極參與各種心理培訓班，提升自身的專業(yè)水準。工作第二年，我考取了國家二級心理咨詢師；此后，參加了華師大網(wǎng)絡學院組織的教師心理健康培訓；區(qū)醫(yī)學心理學和沙盤療法培訓并有幸成為了第一批李久洋名師工作室的學員。同時，我不斷加強自身的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，積極參與各種市區(qū)級的培訓，在2014年獲取了上海市學校心理咨詢師的資質(zhì)，并完成了感統(tǒng)訓練技術、數(shù)字化干預技術、兒童訓練技術的培訓課程。

作為專職的心理健康教育教師，我還利用自己專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢，積極的和老師們溝通、交流，給他們作一些心理輔導和心理學知識的講座，及時為老師們排憂解難。目前，我校已經(jīng)配備了一個專用的心理活動室，心理咨詢、沙盤、宣泄室，有了專業(yè)的心理測量軟件。心理健康工作已經(jīng)融入到了學校的常規(guī)工作中。每個學期，我都會在德育處的幫助下開展團體心理游戲輔導，組織學生觀看心理電影，定期為不同年齡段的學生做講座，開展主題教育，雙周的周五晨會課定為心理教育班會課。這些工作都是有目共睹的，看著學生的變化和每次活動的圓滿結束都讓我感到驕傲和自豪。

（三）科研

工作至今，我一直在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、思考問題、解決問題，并將一些工作心得和經(jīng)驗及時記錄，最終形成論文案例，做到以研帶教。多篇論文案例獲得獎項：《淺談積極心理學對聾校心理教育的啟示》獲

區(qū)心理論文三等獎，《在活動中感受真情——讓愛住我家》獲愛滿天下全國優(yōu)秀教學設計優(yōu)秀獎，《運用沙盤療法干預返校生情緒障礙的個案研究》獲區(qū)優(yōu)秀心理論文二等獎，《沙盤游戲在聾生心理輔導中的運用研究》獲區(qū)優(yōu)秀心理論文一等獎，《拿什么幫助你，愛說謊的孩子》獲區(qū)優(yōu)秀心理案例一等獎，《聾生自我認同危機的心理根源及干預》獲區(qū)優(yōu)秀心理論文三等獎，《一沙一世界》發(fā)表于《閔行教育》??

區(qū)級小課題《運用沙盤療法干預返校生情緒障礙的個案研究》中期論文獲二等獎并順利結題。目前，市級青年課題《沙盤療法干預“返校”聾生學校適應障礙的個案研究》獲得了市三等獎。

在未來的日子里，我想要保持著原有的這些寶貴經(jīng)驗，在已有的基礎上繼續(xù)努力，為學生提供更符合他們需要的心理支持系統(tǒng)，更適合他們學習的心理課程，更適宜他們成長的學校環(huán)境。也使自己成長為一名更優(yōu)秀更能幫助學生的愛心教師。衡量一個教師的標準是多方面的，以后我還將以此句作為教育箴言: 教師無小節(jié), 處處為楷模。

觀看了希望之星小學組總決賽十進六這場比賽，有以下幾點感受想與大家分享：

第一，學習英語的重點應該是能夠將自己的思想表達清楚。必須承認，我國是很重視英語教育的，而且英語教育在當今社會也是很必要的。但是在我國應試教育的整體框架下，我們的學生學習英語，大多都是床上游泳，真的到水里時，還是一樣會溺水，因為我們只是學習了理論。不管我們學習了多少理論，沒有實踐的英語教育一直使我們停留在行動的矮子上無法再長高。英語是一種語言，是用來進行交流的工具，即使我們選擇再多的A、B、C、D，我們還是無法學會用英語來表達自己。而貝諾的教學就克服了這一致命的英語學習的弱點。貝諾所創(chuàng)設的全英文全外教的教學環(huán)境使學生在國內(nèi)有機會與外國人面對面交流，聽純正的英語，學純正的發(fā)音。
