6月1日，教育部黨組書(shū)記、部長(zhǎng)陳寶生主持召開(kāi)黨組會(huì)，傳達(dá)學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記對(duì)黃大年同志先進(jìn)事跡重要指示精神，研究部署貫徹落實(shí)工作。

會(huì)議指出，總書(shū)記心系教育，在短短一年時(shí)間里，先后對(duì)李保國(guó)同志、黃大年同志先進(jìn)事跡作出重要批示指示，充分體現(xiàn)了總書(shū)記和黨中央對(duì)教育工作的高度重視，對(duì)廣大教育工作者的關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)?？倳?shū)記對(duì)黃大年同志先進(jìn)事跡重要指示精神，既是對(duì)黃大年同志崇高精神的高度評(píng)價(jià)，也是對(duì)廣大知識(shí)分子的勉勵(lì)要求，更是對(duì)教育事業(yè)和教育工作者的殷切希望，為我們?cè)谛滦蝿?shì)下弘揚(yáng)敬業(yè)精神、共筑偉大夢(mèng)想注入了強(qiáng)大思想和行動(dòng)力量，將激勵(lì)、引導(dǎo)我們以更加昂揚(yáng)的精神狀態(tài)和務(wù)實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)投入教育改革發(fā)展的偉大實(shí)踐。

會(huì)議要求，要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)總書(shū)記重要指示精神，精心部署、扎實(shí)推進(jìn)、認(rèn)真組織，迅速掀起學(xué)習(xí)黃大年同志先進(jìn)事跡的熱潮。一是把學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記重要指示精神和學(xué)習(xí)貫徹總書(shū)記教育思想結(jié)合起來(lái)。要立足學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記系列重要講話精神，深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)總書(shū)記教育思想的科學(xué)性，充分認(rèn)識(shí)教育的基礎(chǔ)性、全局性、戰(zhàn)略性重要地位。二是把學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記重要指示精神和學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記對(duì)李保國(guó)同志先進(jìn)事跡重要批示精神結(jié)合起來(lái)。要在學(xué)習(xí)中做到前后銜接、相互一致，深刻認(rèn)識(shí)教育工作肩負(fù)的歷史使命，將立德樹(shù)人這一根本任務(wù)具體到各級(jí)各類教育中，具體到各個(gè)學(xué)科專業(yè)中。三是把學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記重要指示精神和推進(jìn)“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育結(jié)合起來(lái)。要將黃大年同志這一涌現(xiàn)的新典型作為重要素材，加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)的督導(dǎo)檢查，引導(dǎo)教育系統(tǒng)廣大黨員形成學(xué)習(xí)自覺(jué)，推進(jìn)“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育常態(tài)化制度化。四是把學(xué)習(xí)總書(shū)記重要指示精神和干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的思想實(shí)際、工作實(shí)際結(jié)合起來(lái)。要樹(shù)立標(biāo)桿，查找差距，以先進(jìn)典型為鏡，主動(dòng)改造主觀世界，弘揚(yáng)扎實(shí)苦干的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)，立足崗位作貢獻(xiàn)。

會(huì)議對(duì)下一步學(xué)習(xí)貫徹工作作出具體部署。一是下發(fā)廣泛開(kāi)展向黃大年同志學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)通知，用黃大年同志感人事跡和崇高精神激勵(lì)廣大師生和黨員干部堅(jiān)定理想信念，至誠(chéng)愛(ài)國(guó)奉獻(xiàn)，積極建功立業(yè)。二是組織高質(zhì)量、高水平報(bào)告會(huì)并在全國(guó)巡講，作為迎接“七一”的重要活動(dòng)。三是組織一批文章。約請(qǐng)黃大年同志親友、教育系統(tǒng)黨員干部、專家學(xué)者撰寫(xiě)一批紀(jì)念和體會(huì)文章，重點(diǎn)圍繞教書(shū)育人這一主題挖掘升華黃大年同志感人事跡。四是組織一系列活動(dòng)。在基教、職教、高教等各領(lǐng)域廣泛開(kāi)展座談、演講、報(bào)告、微電影、話劇等多種形式的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。五是發(fā)掘一批典型。要立足教書(shū)育人、辦人民滿意教育，深入挖掘教育系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀師生典型，唱響新時(shí)期教育改革發(fā)展的主旋律，譜寫(xiě)新詩(shī)篇。六是培育一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。要在吉林大學(xué)以及全國(guó)高校形成多個(gè)黃大年群體，主動(dòng)對(duì)接國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求，培養(yǎng)凝聚高端人才。
