      現(xiàn)經(jīng)甲乙雙方充分了解、協(xié)商,一致達(dá)成如下租房協(xié)議:

      第八條、合同的變更、解除與終止

      房屋租賃期間,乙方有下列行為之一的,甲方有權(quán)解除合同,收回出租房屋
