現(xiàn)經(jīng)甲乙雙方充分了解、協(xié)商，一致達(dá)成如下租房協(xié)議：

6、租賃期內(nèi)，如遇不可抗拒因素導(dǎo)致無(wú)法繼續(xù)履行本合同的，本合同自然終止，雙方互不承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。

第五條、權(quán)利、安全、鄰里關(guān)系

第六條、保證押金的使用與歸還

第八條、合同的變更、解除與終止

房屋租賃期間，乙方有下列行為之一的，甲方有權(quán)解除合同，收回出租房屋

2、利用承租房屋存放危險(xiǎn)物品或進(jìn)行違法活動(dòng)。

第十條、違約責(zé)任

1、乙方如逾期支付租金,每逾期一日,則乙方須按日租金的3 倍支付滯納金。

2、協(xié)議期滿，乙方應(yīng)如期交還該房屋。乙方逾期歸還，則每逾期一日應(yīng)向甲方支付原日租金 3倍的滯納金。乙方還應(yīng)承

第十二條、免責(zé)條件

1、因不可抗力原因致使本合同不能繼續(xù)履行或造成的損失，甲、乙雙方互不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
