湖北經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院大四學(xué)生張戰(zhàn)軍本科讀的是市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè),可去年11月,他成功跨專業(yè)就業(yè),被世界四大會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所之一的安永會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所錄用。
世界級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所的招聘競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,應(yīng)聘者大多是名校碩士,其中不乏海歸。張戰(zhàn)軍坦承,自己在學(xué)校、學(xué)歷和專業(yè)上都比他們要遜色一些,“能求職成功,主要是幸運(yùn)?!比欢?,這份幸運(yùn)能落到他的頭上,是源自他4年精心的學(xué)業(yè)規(guī)劃與努力付出?!安粍?wù)正業(yè)”瞄準(zhǔn)會(huì)計(jì)工作
剛進(jìn)大學(xué)的時(shí)候,張戰(zhàn)軍立志要考研。班主任胡冰說(shuō),大一他就開始做考研準(zhǔn)備,為了集中精力,連老師推薦他做學(xué)生干部都拒絕了。可是到了大二,他突然放棄了考研,決定本科畢業(yè)后找一份會(huì)計(jì)工作。
“我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的性格不適合市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè),對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)的審計(jì)方向更感興趣?!睆垜?zhàn)軍說(shuō),這個(gè)決定是他深思熟慮后的結(jié)果,會(huì)計(jì)工作實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng),經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富很重要,所以他準(zhǔn)備一邊讀完市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷本科課程,一邊自學(xué)會(huì)計(jì),畢業(yè)就找工作,以后根據(jù)需要再考研。會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)的專業(yè)性很強(qiáng),并非科班出身的人很難跨界從事相關(guān)工作。所以,張戰(zhàn)軍經(jīng)常蹭會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)的課程,每天泡圖書館,研讀會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)書目,比如《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》、《稅法》、《審計(jì)》等等。
為了增加求職籌碼,他又考了托業(yè)(國(guó)際交流英語(yǔ)考試),還向注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師(需考7門)、注冊(cè)稅務(wù)師(需考5門)進(jìn)軍。目前,他的注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師與注冊(cè)稅務(wù)師考試已經(jīng)各考過(guò)了1門。
3家會(huì)計(jì)單位拋出橄欖枝
去年9月起,張戰(zhàn)軍開始求職,向會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所普遍撒網(wǎng),3個(gè)月后,他接到了包括世界級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所安永在內(nèi)的三家會(huì)計(jì)單位的錄取通知,成功圓了會(huì)計(jì)師之夢(mèng)。
張戰(zhàn)軍介紹,應(yīng)聘會(huì)計(jì)師一般分為網(wǎng)申、筆試、面試、合伙人面試四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),其中面試環(huán)節(jié)是關(guān)鍵,要用英文自我介紹,然后分組就案例提出解決方案?!懊嬖嚟h(huán)節(jié)考的專業(yè)知識(shí)不太多,考官可能察看的還是團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、應(yīng)變能力和綜合素質(zhì)。”
他總結(jié)自己應(yīng)聘成功的原因說(shuō):“專業(yè)知識(shí)要扎實(shí),心態(tài)放松和隨機(jī)應(yīng)變更能加分。比如考官指明工作會(huì)非常累,我就說(shuō)自己能吃苦,并舉例說(shuō)了我大二暑假在快遞公司兼職分揀包裹,連續(xù)兩個(gè)月從晚上6點(diǎn)至凌晨5點(diǎn)上夜班?!?/p>
建議依行業(yè)需求做求職準(zhǔn)備
回望整個(gè)求職過(guò)程,張戰(zhàn)軍給學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們的建議是:“大學(xué)時(shí)光只是走上社會(huì)的一個(gè)緩沖期,一定要想清楚自己未來(lái)的職業(yè)方向,并有的放矢地認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備,這樣即使是最難就業(yè)季,也能被幸運(yùn)眷顧,謀到自己中意的工作?!?/p>
如何確定求職方向?張戰(zhàn)軍建議,想明白自己將來(lái)想干什么,關(guān)注自己感興趣的行業(yè)、感興趣的公司,看看這個(gè)行業(yè)和公司都需要什么樣的人才,照著這樣的要求來(lái)培養(yǎng)自己的素質(zhì)?!叭绻麄兿M阌胸S富的社團(tuán)經(jīng)驗(yàn),那你爭(zhēng)取去當(dāng)個(gè)學(xué)生社團(tuán)的部長(zhǎng)、主席;如果他們希望你學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)優(yōu)秀,那你就多花點(diǎn)時(shí)間在圖書館。只要大學(xué)期間準(zhǔn)備充分,找到心儀的工作并不難?!?/p>

筆試
PWC:寫一篇英文議論性質(zhì)的短文,題目的選取主要以國(guó)家政治經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)事為背景
E&Y:筆試包括簡(jiǎn)單的數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算,Essay 和Verbal三個(gè)部分,數(shù)學(xué)部分:類似于智力計(jì)算題;Essay:根據(jù)要求寫英文短文;Verbal:?jiǎn)卧~選擇、段落改錯(cuò)、短文閱讀等。主要考察英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)法詞匯、書面表達(dá)能力和語(yǔ)言溝通技巧

AC面試:
AC,即Assessment Center,是一個(gè)持續(xù)3-5個(gè)小時(shí)的系統(tǒng)測(cè)評(píng)過(guò)程。由兩位經(jīng)理級(jí)別以上的考官坐在長(zhǎng)桌一端,負(fù)責(zé)該環(huán)節(jié)的主持、記錄和觀察評(píng)分,10個(gè)候選人分坐在兩側(cè),自然形成五對(duì)組合。大概考察leadership、excellent、teamwork三方面的表現(xiàn),一般流程為: 第一:簡(jiǎn)短的自我介紹
第二:主題討論或是團(tuán)隊(duì)游戲
第三:案例分析(Case Study)。面試官給應(yīng)聘者一個(gè)案例,讓小組成員共同來(lái)解決。每個(gè)面試者都會(huì)得到一張紙條,紙條上是面試官提供的相關(guān)信息——這些信息是各不相同的,有有用信息也有無(wú)用信息,需要面試者自己判斷。小組成員不能互換紙條,只能向別人提供自己的信息。討論可以用中文,陳述用英文。
Manager Interview
AC之后緊接著就是寫作和經(jīng)理面試(有些地區(qū)的分所則會(huì)把寫作安排在面試前)。在寫作的過(guò)程中,每個(gè)人都會(huì)被叫走,和manager進(jìn)行 face to face interview。經(jīng)理一般首先會(huì)從簡(jiǎn)歷上的問(wèn)題入手,對(duì)他認(rèn)為比較重要的事項(xiàng)提問(wèn)。之后可能會(huì)對(duì)你在AC中的表現(xiàn),問(wèn)一些問(wèn)題。對(duì)于非相關(guān)專業(yè)的人,還會(huì)問(wèn)一些會(huì)計(jì)的基本常識(shí)。然后就是聊天了,問(wèn)你的一些其他情況,或者challenge一些其他問(wèn)題。最后會(huì)非常禮貌地問(wèn)你是否還有其他問(wèn)題。

Manager Interview
面試主要是把選擇人才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量化到行為能力上。安永的面試采用傳統(tǒng)的一對(duì)一的方式,目前尚未采用小組討論、演講或團(tuán)隊(duì)游戲的形式。因?yàn)榘灿揽紤]到應(yīng)聘者可能受小組其他成員的因素影響(如小組成員太過(guò)于Agrressive或是太過(guò)于保守等等),使得應(yīng)聘者不能發(fā)揮出正常水平,為了排除其他人因素對(duì)應(yīng)聘者的影響,更加客觀評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)聘者,所以安永選擇一對(duì)一面這種成本最高但是對(duì)應(yīng)聘者最負(fù)責(zé)任的方式。
安永的提問(wèn)比較側(cè)重一般性問(wèn)題的類型,多少有點(diǎn)像填application form的感覺,但也會(huì)根據(jù)每個(gè)應(yīng)聘者的個(gè)性進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的提問(wèn),從而進(jìn)一步加深對(duì)應(yīng)聘者的了解。每個(gè)面試大約持續(xù)30-50分鐘左右,時(shí)間可能稍長(zhǎng)于其他三大,經(jīng)常由最初拘謹(jǐn)?shù)拈_始而轉(zhuǎn)變成熱烈的雙向的交流,很多候選人最終選擇了安永也是因?yàn)樵谡麄€(gè)面試過(guò)程中體會(huì)到了安永善待員工和人性化管理的企業(yè)文化。
Deloitte
Group Discussion
12個(gè)人一組,由2個(gè)HR或是經(jīng)理主持面試,時(shí)間大約2個(gè)小時(shí)左右。分成兩組,限制時(shí)間看完一份材料后討論,材料內(nèi)容比較多,以商務(wù)英語(yǔ)為主,一般的任務(wù)是根據(jù)材料的要求安排一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間表。時(shí)間上的分配:1)20分鐘閱讀8頁(yè)A4英文材料;2)30分鐘中文無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)討論;3)15分鐘大家分工上去講。最后Presentation,討論可以用中文,Presentation必須用英文。主持人在整個(gè)小組討論和陳述的過(guò)程中,不斷記錄每個(gè)小組成員的表現(xiàn),并根據(jù)最后陳述的結(jié)果和完成討論的情況進(jìn)行評(píng)分,主持人在陳述結(jié)束后會(huì)向部分小組成員提問(wèn)
(如小組討論中的不足或是優(yōu)點(diǎn)),此環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)束后一般不再進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的一對(duì)一面試,通過(guò)篩選的應(yīng)聘者可以直接進(jìn)入二面(Partner Interview)。

Group Discussion
8人圍一圓桌,45分鐘group discussion,15分鐘看材料,30分鐘中文討論,不需要指定一個(gè)leader或做presentation,每人有兩支鉛筆,兩張白紙(其中一張用來(lái)做名牌)和一個(gè)計(jì)算器。四個(gè)manager坐在角落,一個(gè)盯兩個(gè)。在討論過(guò)程中,經(jīng)理同樣需要記錄小組成員的表現(xiàn)。Manager Interview
討論結(jié)束后就是一個(gè)大約20分鐘左右的Face to Face interview,面試內(nèi)容與其他三大大致相同,二面< Partner Interview>
被選入合伙人面試的申請(qǐng)人基本上就已經(jīng)有了七、八成的把握能夠拿到最后的OFFER了,面試目的主要讓應(yīng)聘者認(rèn)識(shí)一下公司高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo),更多地了解公司的工作和文化。此環(huán)節(jié)的面試主要以聊天為主,看你的性格和潛在能力是否符合公司的需要,同時(shí)會(huì)考察你的申請(qǐng)動(dòng)機(jī)、英語(yǔ)能力、交流能力等綜合素質(zhì),合伙人有著豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以從輕松的談話聊天中,判斷候選人是否適合這個(gè)行業(yè),從而決定最終是否錄用。
OFFER的發(fā)放
走完整個(gè)四大的招聘流程后,結(jié)果一般有三類:第一,二面結(jié)束的當(dāng)時(shí)就可以確定你能拿OFFER,有時(shí)合伙人會(huì)直接口頭承諾OFFER,但大部分是由HR直接通過(guò)電話集中通知,并在十二月底前派發(fā)紙制OFFER,內(nèi)容記載了應(yīng)聘者各項(xiàng)權(quán)利與義務(wù),如工資、福利、加班、假期等等;第二,二面結(jié)束后還不能確定你是否適合,合伙人或HR會(huì)根據(jù)招收的人數(shù)和你前面的表現(xiàn)考慮是否給你OFFER,OFFER發(fā)放的時(shí)間可長(zhǎng)可短,需要應(yīng)聘者耐心等待;第三,面試結(jié)束后確定你不符合公司的要求,當(dāng)然也就不會(huì)收到任何通知。

第一步:介紹消息來(lái)源
介紹消息來(lái)源實(shí)際上是求職信的開篇交待句,它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢;而不介紹消息來(lái)源,會(huì)使收信人感到意外、突然,文章也缺乏過(guò)渡、照應(yīng)。
第二步:表明求職心愿
介紹完消息來(lái)源后,應(yīng)向收信人表明自己的求職心愿,即寫信的目的。
第三步:介紹個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
某單位需要新人,求職人也有求職心愿,但這并不意味著這項(xiàng)工作非你莫屬。如果你沒有干好這項(xiàng)工作的經(jīng)歷、實(shí)力,也是難以適應(yīng)的。因此,介紹個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷是必不可少的。
第四步:擺出求職優(yōu)勢(shì)
僅有一定的工作經(jīng)歷而沒有自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng),也很難求得稱心如意的工作。因此,求職時(shí)應(yīng)表明自己除了具有一定的工作經(jīng)歷之外,還具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng),這樣才能穩(wěn)操勝券。
第五步:提出獲職打算
豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng),只能代表過(guò)去和現(xiàn)在的情況,如果獲職后自以為心愿已了,從此高枕無(wú)憂,馬虎從事,那也是得不到用人單位認(rèn)可的。顯然表明獲職后努力工作的決心是感動(dòng)用人單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從而順利謀得此項(xiàng)工作的重要一環(huán)。
第六步:請(qǐng)求答復(fù)聯(lián)系
如果單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意了你的求職要求,你必然要請(qǐng)他和你聯(lián)系,以便你及時(shí)做好準(zhǔn)備,到用人單位應(yīng)聘或報(bào)到。為準(zhǔn)確起見,請(qǐng)求答復(fù)聯(lián)系時(shí)你還應(yīng)當(dāng)提供你的通訊地址、郵政編碼、電話號(hào)碼、電子信箱等。
第七步:表明感激之情
