投訴信一般是針對質量低劣的產(chǎn)品或者服務，其送寄對象應該是對方主管部門的負責人。寫投訴信的目的是為了讓對方同情你的遭遇或者碰到的問題，繼而給出你所期望的解決方法。因此，寫這類信件最重要的一點是要實事求是，一定要遵守“簡明、公正”的原則，切勿夸大其詞，引起對方的反感。

投訴信中應該包含的內容有：你所投訴的問題；該問題給你造成的不良后果；與投訴有關的重要依據(jù)，如商品簡要說明、購買日期地點等；你所希望的解決方法和最后結果。此外，還可以向對方建議解決問題的最后日期，并表示對所投訴問題的妥善解決充滿信心。

我最喜歡的考研輔導老師—海文吳耀武老師

在考研的路上，在那么多的輔導老師中，我比較欣賞的是海文考研學校的老師——吳耀武。當時，我的閱讀能力很不好，吳老師建議我去找來新概念英語3，然后教給我利用本書的具體步驟，與大家分享一下。

《新概念英語》3，每天看2篇。

①每篇五分鐘內一氣呵成，看完不準停頓，不準查詞典，讀完之后告訴自己：中心思想是什么?往往重復最多的詞、句就是中心思想。

②查出生詞，只注釋字典中列出的其前兩個詞義。

③自己動手，英翻漢。這一步是決定培養(yǎng)語感成敗的關鍵。如果不動手翻，語感永遠培養(yǎng)不出。

我很聽話，按照海文吳老師說的認真去做了，然后我明顯地感覺到我不但不再懼怕英語閱讀，而且還喜歡上了英語。功到自然成，我考上了研究生，感謝海文的吳老師。希望這一方法能夠提高大家的閱讀能力，為后面做考研英語題目打下堅實的基礎。
