      1.簽訂合同,等待客人付款。預付款到后,收匯并結匯。同時安排生產,估計出貨時間。

      2.聯系貨運公司,確定是否可以到客人指定港口;對比價格和船期,選擇一家。

      3.要訂艙單,BOOKINGREPORT要上寫明收、發(fā)貨人的公司、地址、聯系人、貨物的起運港與卸船港、注明貨品名、重量、體積、船名、航次與費用。填寫收貨人信息后發(fā)給貨代,裝箱單和發(fā)票(報關)一并發(fā)給貨代。也可以給填寫報關單給貨代,確保單單一致

      4.裝柜1周前,快遞報關資料(發(fā)票1份,裝箱單1份,核銷單1張,報關單1張,報關委托書1式3聯,合同-報關1份,空白報關專用紙3張,空白更改保函專用紙1張)給貨代代理報關。
