Water is very important to us,we can't live without water.Water pollution is a serious problem,it causes our drinking water becomes less.I think we should protect the water and reuse them,such as don't pour the waste water into the river,remember not to spit into the river and don't throw rubbish into the river and so on.We shoule save water.If we do these well,the water will be cleaner.If we don't save water,the last drop of water will be our tear.I really hope the government can do something useful to protect the water.

目的為了喚起公眾的水意識(shí)，建立一種更為全面的水資源可持續(xù)利用的體制和相應(yīng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制，1993年1月18日，第47屆聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會(huì)制定的《21世紀(jì)行動(dòng)議程》中提出的建議，通過(guò)了第193號(hào)決議，確定自1993年起，將每年的3月22日定為“世界水日”，以推動(dòng)對(duì)水資源進(jìn)行綜合性統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和管理，加強(qiáng)水資源保護(hù)，解決日益嚴(yán)峻的缺水問(wèn)題。同時(shí)，通過(guò)開(kāi)展廣泛的宣傳教育活動(dòng)，增強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)水資源的意識(shí)。讓我們節(jié)約用水，不要讓最后一滴水成為我們的眼淚！確立背景

“世界水日”的確立，是有背景的：一切社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)都極大地依賴(lài)淡水的供應(yīng)量和質(zhì)量，但人們并未普遍認(rèn)識(shí)到水資源開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)力、改善社會(huì)福利所起的作用；隨著人口增長(zhǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，許多國(guó)家將陷入缺水的困境，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展將受到限制；推動(dòng)水的保護(hù)和持續(xù)性管理需要地方一級(jí)、全國(guó)一級(jí)、地區(qū)間、國(guó)際間的公眾意識(shí)。

背景資料：世界水日

今年３月２２日是第１9個(gè)世界水日。今年世界水日的主題是“城市水資源管理”.水是世界上最寶貴的資源之一。為了讓全世界關(guān)注水問(wèn)題，１９９３年１月１８日，第４７屆聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會(huì)制訂的《２１世紀(jì)行動(dòng)議程》中所提建議，通過(guò)了第１９３號(hào)決議，確定自當(dāng)年起將每年的３月２２

日定為世界水日。設(shè)立世界水日的目的是為了推動(dòng)世界各國(guó)對(duì)水資源進(jìn)行綜合性統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和管理，加強(qiáng)水資源保護(hù)，并通過(guò)開(kāi)展廣泛的宣傳教育活動(dòng)，增強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)水資源的意識(shí)。

雖然，地球表面三分之二被水覆蓋，水資源總量很大，但其中９７．５％是海水，淡水僅占２．５％，而在這有限的淡水資源中，９０％是人類(lèi)難以企及的南北兩極冰蓋、冰川、冰雪。此外，還有一定比例的深層地下淡水資源很難被利用。因此，人類(lèi)目前能夠利用的淡水資源相當(dāng)有限，只占全球水資源總量的０．２６％。

但是，隨著人口膨脹與工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大，不僅全球淡水用量飛速增長(zhǎng)，水資源污染也日益嚴(yán)重。聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織曾發(fā)布調(diào)查報(bào)告指出，在發(fā)展中國(guó)家，約９０％的污水和７０％的工業(yè)廢水未經(jīng)處理就排入河道，這嚴(yán)重威脅到飲用水安全及生活用水的供給。據(jù)估計(jì)，全球８８％的疾病可歸咎于不安全的用水以及缺乏相關(guān)衛(wèi)生設(shè)施。聯(lián)合國(guó)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)潘基文在今年世界水日的致辭中也指出，因飲用不衛(wèi)生的水而死亡的人數(shù)超過(guò)了包括戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)在內(nèi)等一切形式暴力的死亡人數(shù)。今年聯(lián)合國(guó)將世界水日的主題定為“城市水資源管理”，意在強(qiáng)調(diào)水資源質(zhì)量和數(shù)量都面臨威脅，并提醒國(guó)際社會(huì)，通過(guò)對(duì)水資源管理過(guò)程中日益增多的水質(zhì)量挑戰(zhàn)，提高水對(duì)維持健康生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和人類(lèi)福祉重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)。
