一、學(xué)生知識能力習(xí)慣態(tài)度分析 四年級的大部分學(xué)生對英語有著較濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，但也有少數(shù)學(xué)生由于遇到困難，學(xué)習(xí)興 趣會隨之減弱。尤其從這學(xué)期開始，對學(xué)生又提出了新的要求：培養(yǎng)聽、說、讀、寫的技能。所以教師應(yīng)該面向全體學(xué)生，以學(xué)生的發(fā)展為宗旨，始終把激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣放在首位，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，掌握良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣
二、教學(xué)目的任務(wù)

光陰似箭，一轉(zhuǎn)眼一個學(xué)期已經(jīng)過去,回顧教學(xué)工作.有令人欣慰的 收獲,又有困饒自己教學(xué)的不足.本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任四年級的英語教學(xué)工作，我始終堅持課前認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，做到既備教材，又備學(xué)生 學(xué)生，因材施教，努力 學(xué)生 實施課堂改革，積極探索小學(xué)英語快樂課堂，小學(xué)階段英語教學(xué)的目的 是：激發(fā)學(xué)生 學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，使他們樹立學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心，同時培養(yǎng)學(xué)生一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)基 礎(chǔ)，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)。
在英語課堂教學(xué)中，怎樣創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍、激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣是小學(xué)英語教學(xué)工作的重要一環(huán)。下面結(jié)合 教學(xué)實踐，我把本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作總結(jié)如下：
一、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、面向全體授課 在教學(xué)中，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參考書，結(jié)合自己的教學(xué) 經(jīng)驗與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，認(rèn)真編寫好教案制定好教學(xué)計劃，并不斷地加 以改善修改，在傳授學(xué)生知識的同時，關(guān)心愛護(hù)學(xué)生，特別是差生，課 堂密切注意他們，教育他們求學(xué)勿半途而廢，在思想教育的同時，還耐 心地輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)遺漏知識。使他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績跟上班里的其他同學(xué)。幫助他們樹立學(xué)好各門知識的信心。
二、在課堂教學(xué)中 第一、在課堂上，認(rèn)真授課，采用多媒體教學(xué)及運用實物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學(xué)、手勢語言等方法來啟發(fā)、教育學(xué)生。教學(xué)生做游戲、唱英語歌等來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鼓勵學(xué)生大膽質(zhì)疑，注重以學(xué)生為 主體、教師為導(dǎo)的教學(xué)方法，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。學(xué)生有疑難 和不懂讀的地方，我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析、帶讀，力爭讓他們學(xué) 了就懂，懂了會用。第二、在批改作業(yè)方面。學(xué)生的作業(yè)總是及時地批改，并詳細(xì)地 做好批注，對普遍性錯誤，在全班重復(fù)講解、分析。針對個別學(xué)生的作 業(yè)還采取面批方法，一一地分析講解、幫助學(xué)生解決疑難習(xí)題，大大提 高了教學(xué)質(zhì)量。第三、在聽力方面。為提高學(xué)生的聽力水平，常讓學(xué)生聽英語歌 曲及課文對話的錄音磁帶，還讓學(xué)生表演對話，背書。

“抓兩頭 帶中間”工作總結(jié)
小學(xué)階段開設(shè)英語課的目的是從小培養(yǎng)孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，從小培養(yǎng)他們良好的語音、語調(diào)，為以后更深入地學(xué)習(xí)英語打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。但如果小學(xué)階段我們的英語教學(xué)兩極分化嚴(yán)重，一部分學(xué)生開始厭惡學(xué)習(xí)英語，對英語失去興趣的話，那么，我們不得不說我們的小學(xué)英語教學(xué)是失敗的，對后進(jìn)生來說則是悲慘的。因此做好后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作是我們進(jìn)行個別教育的重中之重。
美國哈佛大學(xué)的心理學(xué)教授加德納曾提出“多元智力論”的觀點。他認(rèn)為每個人都有自己的強(qiáng)項和弱項，每個兒童都是一個有潛能的兒童。“英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生”他學(xué)習(xí)步子或許小了些，速度或許慢了點，難道能說他明天甚至將來就沒有作為嗎？我們就不該賞識他嗎？正如世上沒有兩片完全相同的東西一樣，由于先天和后天的各種原因，造成了人與人之間的個別差異。只要我們不放棄對他的關(guān)心和培養(yǎng)，只要他能努力改變自己，那么就應(yīng)該堅信他是完全有可能在學(xué)業(yè)上趕上甚至超過其他人的，并且相信他將來的發(fā)展是大有可為的。用伯樂的眼光來看待每一個孩子，他們都是天才，千萬別因為他一點小小的錯誤而忽視了他的存在，我們應(yīng)盡可能的想辦法幫助他提高。
一、進(jìn)行有效的分組。
每個學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中接受知識能力、速度和水平以及他在家和在校學(xué)習(xí)的自覺性都是不均衡的，我們要把他們進(jìn)行歸類、分層，分成學(xué)習(xí)快速層A，中儼鉈和慢速層C。然后再進(jìn)行小組搭配。使英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生有了組長的指導(dǎo)，可以大膽在交流中發(fā)表自己的意見，又激發(fā)了學(xué)生們的團(tuán)結(jié)合作意識，增強(qiáng)英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。
二、，努力提高課堂注意力。
讓孩子注意力集中的最好辦法就是盡可能地讓學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)更加有趣，并給他即時的獎勵。為了在課堂上更吸引他們的學(xué)習(xí)注意力，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率要注意以下幾個方面：
1、上課時，教師盡可能多地用抑揚頓挫、語調(diào)豐富的英語并配以豐富的表情和手勢來組織課堂教學(xué)。要善于使用微笑教學(xué)，并輔之于風(fēng)趣、幽默，往往充滿誘因或懸念的語言，能給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個開放寬松的教學(xué)環(huán)境。
2、把“舞臺”讓給學(xué)生，更要把舞臺讓給那些學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生。這就要求我們教師在教學(xué)時更要采用活動教學(xué)和直觀教學(xué)等來減輕學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生的畏懼感。多給他們一些不是很難的任務(wù)去完成，這樣能很快體驗到成功感。漸漸地，他們也會愛上英語課，愿意主動地學(xué)。
3、設(shè)計的任務(wù)要考慮英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生的可接受性，比如在教了新句型時，我要求其他小朋友能表演對話，而對于英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生只要求能模仿對話；教了新單詞，課堂發(fā)言時要求其他小朋友能聽中文說英文，而英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生能聽著英文指中文，當(dāng)他們順利完成任務(wù)時也要毫不吝嗇的給他們“Well done!”“Excellent!”等這樣的表揚，這能很好保護(hù)他們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情，三、明確任務(wù)、主動學(xué)習(xí)。
在每堂課上，應(yīng)該讓學(xué)生明確自己在課堂上應(yīng)該怎樣表現(xiàn)，應(yīng)該做些什么。
1、小組比賽就是以小組進(jìn)行比，我把他們的隊名寫在黑板上進(jìn)行評選，以答對次數(shù)多和認(rèn)真聽講為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一節(jié)課下來評出的前三名組每人都可以獲得一個笑臉，因為是他們共同努力的結(jié)果。
2、每個人還要通過英語基本關(guān)，也就是每次上課的內(nèi)容如果能到組長那兒背出、英語學(xué)習(xí)后進(jìn)生要能很流利讀出就能獎勵一個笑臉，每節(jié)課前，利用幾分鐘時間進(jìn)行聽寫考核。如果能拿到及格等級就可以獎勵。
四、多指導(dǎo)、多表揚
要經(jīng)常召集所有的后進(jìn)生，多和他們交流，談?wù)勊麄冏罱谋憩F(xiàn)，并抓住他們的點滴進(jìn)步進(jìn)行夸大表揚。通過表揚孩子的學(xué)習(xí)過程可以幫助孩子積極樂觀、有毅力的學(xué)習(xí)，即使遭受困難的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)也不會輕易放棄。
總之，在日常教學(xué)工作中，我們應(yīng)該多給他們一些關(guān)心，多給他們一些幫助。用老師的心靈去感化他們，用老師的智慧去激勵他們，用成功建立他們的信心。讓他們在成功的喜悅中一點一滴地成長，讓他們在成功的喜悅中感受自己的價值。

通過本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生能夠掌握對話A和English book, math book, Chinese book, story-book, notebook, schoolbag這幾個單詞。
二、理論指導(dǎo)

七、小結(jié)
在此教學(xué)案例中，我設(shè)計了一系列相關(guān)的與學(xué)生生活息息相關(guān)的小任務(wù)構(gòu)成一個任務(wù)鏈，學(xué)生在教師的引導(dǎo)下，有目的有秩序地完成這些環(huán)環(huán)相扣的小任務(wù)后，不知不覺地學(xué)會了本節(jié)課要求掌握的語言知識。本節(jié)課通過創(chuàng)設(shè)模擬情境，提供大量機(jī)會給學(xué)生運用語言，能夠很好地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運用語言的能力。
